I have been going to capital health for years now and I absolutely love their approach to health. I am in my mid 40's and needed the understanding of a physician who actually looks into hormonal imbalance and ways to fix them. The whole staff is filled with amazing woman who really listen and help you find solutions to many different issues. I truly wish there were more health care providers like this.
I have been under the care of Dr. Mary for over a year and have seen significant improvement in my health and well-being. I also found the mineral IVs AMAZING!!
Not all chiropractors are equal! A few things worth noting. 90% of people do not have a mirror image spine. Most imbalances in the body musculature is because of the neck. Any chiropractor that is not taking X-rays and then analyzing them before adjusting you, aka you go in take X-rays and come back another day for your first adjustment, is not doing a personalized adjustment. My entire family, when we go out of adjustment, goes out to the side and corkscrews slightly. We all get migraines or very bad headaches from this- including my cousin that lives in another country. Only a chiropractor that takes x-rays from all angles including from the top of the head and from up under would be able to see the corkscrew. So basically almost no other chiropractor would be able to help me or the other members of my family. What he does they do not teach in the USA in chiropractic schools anymore because it’s hard to learn. (ridiculous- but it is what it is) Dr. Blom and any chiropractor like him in order to learn these skills had to study under older chiropractors that have these skills. He has gone above and beyond to learn these techniques which benefits his patients. When we decided to move here I was really worried about finding an upper cervical chiropractor that would know how to adjust me. God provided!
I cannot say enough kind things about this neurosurgery office, especially Krystan, PA-C, and her nurse. Navigating a cervical spinal cord injury and the uncertainty surrounding it has been very overwhelming, and as someone who already struggles with anxiety, I’ve often found myself questioning whether what I’m feeling is “real” or if I’m overreacting.
At no point have they ever made me feel dismissed, dramatic, or foolish. In fact, the exact opposite. When I reached back out because I was struggling to differentiate between anxiety symptoms and possible cord compression symptoms, Krystan took the time to see me again and thoroughly re-evaluate me with so much patience and compassion. She reassured me that what I was experiencing was not “all in my head” and emphasized how important it is to communicate changes or worsening symptoms because timing can matter so much with spinal cord issues. That conversation alone gave me an incredible sense of relief and validation.
The level of empathy, attentiveness, and humanity I’ve experienced from Krystan and the team is something I genuinely have never encountered in another clinic. They make me feel heard, seen, safe, and cared for during a scary chapter of my life. Their kindness has mattered more than I can adequately express.
I’ve only met Dr. Little once so far, but he was also very kind and reassuring. It’s very clear this office prioritizes not only excellent medical care, but treating patients with dignity and compassion. Highly recommend.
Dr. Humble and Marjorie were awesome! They took the best care of us and always made us feel heard.

Dr Betts is the best! He truly cares about his patients. A man of few words but compassion and caring. He won't over- promise but do his best to see you through. He's conscientious and thorough. I never had to wait very long during my appointments most likely because he knew I had a long drive. He listens and is concerned. Thank you, Dr Betts, for caring and for helping me through. He let me know he'll be there for me in the future.

I went to Undone Saloon to have transitioned to gray. Kim did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results. Kim told me exactly what she was doing and it made me feel very confident. Call-in or walk-in they will get you taken care of. They are usually booked a bit out but will advise on cancellations. They are worth the wait! I will definitely be back.

Jamal has been my barber for quite some time now, ive since followed him to this current spot since I value him and his talents. He's an incredible barber and really goes out of his way for his clients. Not often you get a steady barber that you can send a text and most cases get in same day! As long as he cuts hair I will continue to get my hair cut from him. Does my hair, beard, and eyebrows and he takes his time doing it. Not rushed but not dragged out either. I’m an international student at BSU, and I’ve tried many barbershops in Boise. I couldn’t find one I wanted to keep going back to, but this place is the best barbershop I’ve ever been to.
The staff is incredibly friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the barbering skills, hygiene, and overall quality are all top-notch.

These guys do it all. I go in for my beard to be cut. I've been going to Wendy for over a year and I think she does a great job! Everyone here is super friendly, and I don't think you could get a bad haircut here either. They also will wax your ears and your nose. And I know a lot of you guys out there need that! There aren't very many places in Boise I found who do a good job with my beard. But Wendy is spectacular! If you have a big beard like I do, there's nowhere else in Boise I would try to go. Call Wendy at the beardsmith in Boise, you'll be incredibly glad that you did. It's like a beard spa day!

months and hands down , she is the greatest nail stylist I’ve ever had and at 70 I’ve had a lot! She’s fun, interesting, kind and knowledgeable artist with nails. You won’t go anywhere else after seeing her! I get the Luminary structures gel which is the best! No water or soaking needed,Also her prices are in line with most Manicurists! She focuses on nail and toe health and takes precautions. She even uses a high quality brand new file that you get to keep each time.

My nails are thin and peel on the sides. I used to only get gel type nails for special occasions as they never lasted more than a week. I went to Stacie for just that reason, a wedding in 2021. I rec’d a full set of gel nails and they lasted several weeks. No lifting. I decided to continue seeing Stacie for gel mani/pedis. It has been 4 years now!

I've been following Laura around for at least 6 years. This is a very nice salon. Clean and in an easy location for me to get to. Lots of parking. Cute lobby with nice local products for sale. I have thin curly hair, and Laura absolutely knows how to handle my problem hair. I had someone ask recently who cuts my hair because of a friend they have that had a terrible experience because of unruly curly hair.
First time here since my regular stylist retired. Got appt for following week for a hair cut/trim. Short hair, permed. No waiting. Process didn't take long; good results. But $75 was a shock... can't afford that & I shudder at the thought of what s perm would cost! Thanks, but no thanks!

When I first went to Tina I had pretty severe acne scars, I was 50 when I started with Tina now I’ll be 69 in a couple of months well I don’t have the scars anymore and my skin beams when I walk out, I get so many compliments on my skin and it means so much to me because I had acne and scars I really didn’t think anyone would ever give me a compliment on MY SKIN! Jeri is seriously the BEST. I started my hair care with her many years ago. When I had to go elsewhere, due to her move, the experience was not the same. She’s calm, confident, experienced and brings zen to an otherwise “un-zen” part of self care.
The added bonus is her approach to business. It’s genuinely client-centered, which only adds to the experience. You can tell she cares more about providing quality service and building client relationships than just making a sale.

I had the 90-minute Lift & Sculpt Facial with Buccal and it was absolutely incredible. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, face, and forehead from clenching my teeth and long hours of computer work, and this treatment made such a difference. The sculpting and buccal massage released so much tightness, and I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and noticeably less tense. My skin was also glowing, lifted, and incredibly hydrated afterward. You can tell there’s so much skill and care behind every step. Worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!

Almost didn't get a tattoo that day because the first girl I spoke to made me feel judged and unwelcome or like I was bothering her or something, I was just about to call the whole thing off but then Amber came downstairs and turned the whole experience around for me, she's literally the only reasons I stayed and got my tattoo, she was so nice and patient with me while I went in circles with what I wanted. She and my sister worked together on the artwork for me. She drew out exactly what I was imagining and I've never healed so quickly from a tattoo before! She told me she uses an ink mixture of a couple different blacks and it looks fantastic! Way better than my tattoo from another shop where I got bad customer service and a tattoo that came out blue. She was so thorough and made sure every little detail looked flawless and exactly how I wanted it without me having to say a word. She made the entire experience smooth and effortless and totally calmed my nerves after being anxious from the first girl. It was so refreshing to have a good customer experience. I wouldn't have my beautiful tattoo if not for her, so I'm already setting a bunch of money aside for my next ones. I referred multiple of my friends to see Amber over at the shop as well so they're all making plans for it. My mom and sister also loved Amber and are already planning what they want to get done by her too. I can't wait to come back to ink slaves and get a bigger piece from her!! Thank you!!
Absolutely LOVE this shop and the tattooers, Sean and Erin! They are professional, very talented artists, stand by their work, and offer a clean shop. All of my work has been done by Sean. I started going to him way back in 1998 and will never go to any other artist. Sean is wildly skilled in his ability to hear my idea and turn it into a fabulous piece of art that I am honored to wear. Sean is straightforward with his answers, and his goal seems to be making you happy with the size and location. Sean and Erin make the shop a place where you feel comfortable to get any piece to add to your collection. It is also welcoming to those getting their first tattoo.
I am not from Idaho but I was visiting this last weekend when In my hotel I noticed I lost a ball to my healing septum ring. I did not have any extras and considered doordashing a replacement from Walmart but I happened to have long nails at the time so I decided to go to the nearest piercing shop. I showed up looking a fool in my pajamas but I had high hopes! There was one man in the building and he was busy tattooing another gentleman, he asked how he could help and I explained the situation. Well all he had was septum that were threaded differently so I couldn't just buy a ball from him. Well not only did he replace the full ring for me, pulling up a chair and taking the time out of his day to properly prepare for the swapping of jewelry, he did not make me pay for it. What an absolutely generous man. And when I tell you I walked in looking like I jusy rolled in from bumville, he owed me nothing and still went above and beyond to help me. I only come to Boise once a month but I decided I will start scheduling tattoo appointments here for when I visit because this joint absolutely deserves as much business as possible. I unfortunately do not know the name of this lovely gentleman but he knows who he is! Thank you again, I will be back!
Samantha Mcquellen is one of the best tattoo artists in Boise in my opinion. She's extremely fair on price and the artwork is amazing. She will forever be my artist I go to. Plus, after my wife passed she let me put her ashes in my tattoo.

Beacon plumbing has always been a Beacon of light for me whenever I have had heating or plumbing issues. I have used them twice now. One was for a heating issue that happened on December 31, 2025 and the other was for my washing machine. Both times they came out quickly, they are efficient, they are very polite, they are very respectful of me and my home, which is a big deal to me. They always are very professional, they always look very professional, they are always in uniform, their shirts are always tucked in, they always look clean and manicured, which again, is very important to me, and they're very knowledgeable. I would refer Beacon Plumbing to anybody who needed heating or plumbing help.
I cannot say enough good things about Goodson plumbing. I had a water emergency - my shower valve would not engage to turn the water off. Therefore the tub faucet was running at full pressure.

I'd highly recommend McDaniel Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are professional, polite, and responsive. Very friendly crew. I've had them repair a separated under sink drain line and switch out multiple plumbing fixtures throughout the house. They also made some changes to my hot water heater and gave some recommendations for care and maintenance. Taking on your own repairs isn't recommended unless you really know what you're doing. Professional repair and installation goes a long way in terms of longevity.
We've called on Dave's Drain Service when needed over the past several years, most recently this week. Dave arrived within the hour and addressed the situation. He professionally and efficiently fixed the leak, as he has always done for previous issues. Thank you, Dave!

We first learned about Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaners from Steve while house sitting for our kids. He came to do the carpets since they had been gone for two months. I was there to let him in and he engaged me in a conversation about the process and how it differed from steam cleaning. I watched him work and was amazed at how little moisture got into the carpets! He worked efficiently and was very thorough even going back over a few spots until he was satisfied! When he was done, I asked him a few additional questions and he took extra time answering them. He certainly knows the product and the process that ensures your carpets are completely clean! After the carpets were dry (which wasn’t long), I definitely saw a visible difference in them. I was so impressed that I booked a cleaning at our house asking for Steve. He did an amazing job on our carpets as well (especially with the amount of black dog hair) and we will be using Oxi Fresh from now on!

Perry responded to me within hours, either through email or text, and his patience never flagged despite my barrage of questions and my inexperience. Our FarWest Landscaping team has delivered beyond our expectations and we will definitely be using them again as our landscaping needs develop. Our yard needed a lot of basic groundwork; eliminating 3 large slabs of cracked concrete, installing drainage at the base of all downspouts, and adding french drains or weeping drains as needed to manage the amount of water that accumulated in certain areas. In addition to this extensive remediation work, we wanted to build enough of a foundational setting to be able to grow a beautiful garden over time, at our leisure. We worked with Emily to develop a plan and she was able to hone in on a style that works for us, using trees that will give us shade over time and breaking down our new paver sitting area into three areas for interest and to maximize the time we spend outdoors. She brought great ideas to the table and was flexible as we modified our options before starting the project. Nick was our project manager and once he and his team took over things moved quickly and smoothly, communication was excellent. It was a 3 week project and with Isaiah managing the day-to-day work with an exceptional crew (thank you Alex, Victor and Oscar!) it wasn't long before we saw our yard completely transform. I can't say enough great things about AMP. They were professional, fast, and highly effective at removing a MASSIVE tree from my property. Several other companies were too scared to even touch it, but AMP said they had removed even bigger trees before! They communicated with me throughout the process on scheduling, brought the right equipment (which included an 80 ton crane, bucket lift, wood chipper, and two huge trucks), showed up on time, and worked hard to get it done fast. Not only did they do a great job with the heavy tree work, they did an amazing job cleaning up including my yard, my roof, everything! Thank you, AMP!!
Fabulous work for reasonable prices. These guys are beasts dealing with difficult trees and leaving the property completely clean and orderly when they are done. We had a large branch break but was somewhat still attached to our tall tree. Tapson’s was able to come within the hour, after hours, safely remove the branch while keeping the rest of the tree intact. They were mindful of the house and fence and thoughtfully planned how to safely remove the branch. They got all of the branches and chipped it. I’d recommend Tapson’s again and next time, they would be my first call.
We had Done Rite remove and trim trees in our subdivision. They did a great job! Their crew worked so well together. They did everything we asked for. When we did a final walk through, they explained exactly how trees were trimmed and why. We will be in touch yearly for maintenance.

I was struggling with so many complex symptoms that other providers could not solve. I was previously a young healthy female. Dr. Rostenberg took the time to decipher my symptoms and listen to me. I felt tha he truly believed me and he never wavered when things were on an up and down roller coaster. I am forced grateful for him and his team.
Not all chiropractors are equal! A few things worth noting. 90% of people do not have a mirror image spine. Most imbalances in the body musculature is because of the neck. Any chiropractor that is not taking X-rays and then analyzing them before adjusting you, aka you go in take X-rays and come back another day for your first adjustment, is not doing a personalized adjustment. My entire family, when we go out of adjustment, goes out to the side and corkscrews slightly. We all get migraines or very bad headaches from this- including my cousin that lives in another country. Only a chiropractor that takes x-rays from all angles including from the top of the head and from up under would be able to see the corkscrew. So basically almost no other chiropractor would be able to help me or the other members of my family. What he does they do not teach in the USA in chiropractic schools anymore because it’s hard to learn. (ridiculous- but it is what it is) Dr. Blom and any chiropractor like him in order to learn these skills had to study under older chiropractors that have these skills. He has gone above and beyond to learn these techniques which benefits his patients. When we decided to move here I was really worried about finding an upper cervical chiropractor that would know how to adjust me. God provided!
I started seeing Serena during the 1st trimester of my pregnancy, I felt awful and was willing to try anything to find relief. I am SO GLAD I ended up in her office with a friend of mine. I just had my baby at the beginning of April and had an amazing birth experience which I give a lot of credit to Serena's adjustments. She is so knowledgeable and has a gentle and relaxing touch. I feel so much better since coming here. I have been less stressed, more emotionally regulated, I sleep more restfully, and my body just feels good! I always look forward to my weekly appointments because they are one of the best parts of my week. I would highly recommend scheduling a visit.

I first met Dr. Weed at a kiosk Bonfire Chiropractic had set up at Pumpkins Palooza back in October 2025. At the time, I had been dealing with numbness and tingling down my left arm all the way to my fingertips. It was happening several times a day, especially while working from home at my desk. The truth is, those symptoms had been with me for 3–4 years, and I had basically convinced myself it was just something I had to live with. Meeting Dr. Weed changed that.
From my very first appointment, the experience was different. They made me feel like the office was open just for me. Everything felt personalized, thoughtful, and intentional. They took the time to go through a comprehensive screening and assessment, really understand what was going on, and build a plan that was specific to me and my situation.
The office itself is inviting, comfortable, and professional, but what stands out even more is the people. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they are genuinely happy to be there and genuinely care about the patients who walk through the door. That kind of atmosphere is rare.
Seven months later, I can honestly say my symptoms are 99% gone. And on the rare occasion that I do feel discomfort, I now know exactly what to do to correct it. That alone has been a huge win.
Both Dr. Weed and Dr. Barker are extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and responsible in how they approach care. One of the things I appreciate most is that they work toward a conclusion rather than trying to find reasons to keep treatment going unnecessarily. They are not looking to keep you paying for visits you may not need. They are focused on helping you get better, understand your body, and move forward with confidence.

Dr Chad Hunt has been caring for our English Bulldog since birth. He has been great to have as our vet. Recently our dog had TPLO surgery done by Dr Hunt, (torn Cranial Cruciate Ligament (ACL in humans). Dr. Hunt was very professional, and detailed and explained the whole process before and after. The outcome was excellent. He provided detailed information on how to care for our dog for the first 6 weeks, along with quickly answering any questions we had about his surgery during that 6 week time. His polite, calming personality, and knowledge and expertise has been displayed at every visit.
I am a former vet tech and I'm very picky about who takes care of my pets. Dr Powell and team have always been amazing. Dr Powell is very thorough and good with my pets. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Ewing Animal Hospital. We have utilized services by both Dr. Wethered & Dr. Lieske for various reasons across the years (annual check-ups, spays, tumor removal, blood panels, kidney failure, multiple day hospitalizations, etc.). There is no such thing as a dumb question and I have never felt like I was rushed through an appointment or like communication was lacking like some other reviews state. They do a really great job at trying to accommodate any of your scheduling needs. Both vets also work out of another location so if their schedule at Ewing does not fit your availability or needs, they do a great job at coordinating with the other location to ensure your pet is able to be seen. The staff ranging from their awesome veterinarians, vet techs to their front reception team show that they actually care which really helps during those spooky hospital stays because you can trust that your pet is in good hands (and receives love and attention during their stay). That portion was HUGE for me. I knew my pets were not just hanging out alone in their kennel. Visits were allowed and each staff member we came in contact with had a million things to say and chatted about the time they were spending with them. I could not recommend them enough.
The Pet Doctor is the best!!! They have been so good with each one of my dogs and have treated them with a lot of love and care. I have been taking my two Rottweilers to them for years now and have never had anything happen with the visits that was concerning. I recently got a third Rottweiler in December and they are treating him with just as much love and care as the other two. It has taken me a long time to find a vet who was comfortable and confident around Rottweilers. Some would immediately put a muzzle on them at the beginning of the appointment, which was not helpful. All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE going to the vet and there's no anxiety, aggression or fear from them. Going to the vet is a treat! I know this is because of how all the staff at The Pet Doctor treat my dogs each and every time. This makes me as the owner feel very relieved and grateful. Would totally recommend Dr. Zahller and her whole staff to anyone who's looking for a new vet with a knowledgeable & personal touch!
Thank you to Companions Animal Hospital, Dr Powell and all their caring and compassionate staff. I took our new Old English Bulldog puppy in a few months ago to establish care. 2.5 months later he became sick with gastrointestinal problems. Seemed like he would have the problems at home…diarrhea, lethargy, etc…. He would get to the Vet and would seem better. Over a period of time with their patience and fortitude the issue was found and he is on the mend. I am so grateful that they didn’t give up and that all their time and tests were affordable. I was kept informed and they were very patient with me and my multiple phone calls as I was nervous. I would definitely recommend Companions to anyone who loves their pet as if they are a member of the family. They are amazing.

She is really well priced and she works with our schedule when its a little bit crazy. She gave him a teddy bear cut this past week and he looks so adorable, is insanely soft, and was super happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her for grooming services.

Took my Husky for his very first grooming and was astounded by the happy dog that greeted me on my return. I have a bad experience with a reputable groomer years ago and was hesitant to do it. Rose gives the best massages and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, and I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I found relief and transformation from the first session with Matthew. As a sensitive being, I'm pretty careful about who I trust with my body and nervous system. I was surprised by how safe I felt with Matthew and the way I was able to relax into his support. His somatic sessions are truly unique, and he isn't afraid to go deep. Matthew clearly walks his talk, and does his own work. That's really important to me in a provider. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to continuing to work with him.
Deborah is a fantastic Pilates instructor! Each session is different and exactly what I needed. She worked with me through injuries and my extremely tight hamstrings. She can always come up with modifications to make sure that you're able to get the most from each session. Highly recommend!

Everything she did had a purpose, and she did it with the perfect pressure. I’ve had chronic pain for 8 years, and I started feeling better right away. By the time she was done I felt amazing. I’m honestly at a loss for words. Hence the goofy but serious review. I’ve been to a lot of massage and spa joints, and I forgot every one of them, and never went back. I guess it’s about time I leave a review here. I’ve know Brandon for around 7 years now, and do body work with him every few weeks. I met him during the darkest days of my injury, and have come out the other side healed to a level I was told I would never achieve, and obtained knowledge of the body and medicine that has now led me to pursue a complete career change, and go into the fine works of medicine. Dr Burton and Zona PT have done so much for me. Shoulder pain that I've been dealing with for about 10 yrs is gone. No surgery and no more fear. I also hurt my wrist 3 yrs ago after a mtn biking accident. That's also gone. With out Dr Burton I would still be struggling to do my job with pain and modifications. Thank you. I highly recommend Zona PT if you're looking for a PT that can think outside of the box. They also have some toys if you need to bring your little one.
Excellent therapist. Very understanding. After knee replacement, was seeing a different therapist at a different facility who caused pain without any results. Switched to Abby and have had nothing but excellent results; continuous improvement. She is very compassionate in all of her treatments. Listens to my goals as a patient and tailors her treatments to those goals.
My 9 year old daughter started physical therapy here in September after a gymnastics injury, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. From day one they have been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. Two months ago, almost to the day, I hobbled into this office in tears my pain was so intense. Today, I walked out of the office once again in tears; but this time they were tears of happiness! The pain, and the associated fatigue, gone. The care (and torture ?) I received from Daniel Thimann and the PTA associates put me back on track. I absolutely cannot find the words to adequately say how much I appreciate everything the staff at Therapeutic Associates has done for me.
Sean is exceptional in acupuncture and herbal medicine! I would recommend him to anyone struggling with any heath issues.
I feel like Lauren is such a gift to the Treasure Valley. I did a micro needle and acupuncture combo appointment. Two of my favorite things at once, and for once price. I left the appointment feeling energized and stress free. I highly recommend to anyone.

Callie was so accommodating when I called about getting treatment to help flip my breech baby. She fit me into her schedule quickly and worked with me to find a treatment that worked for what I needed workout trying to upsell me on extras I didn’t need. she was so kind and flexible when I had to bring my 2 year old to my appointment as well. Definitely worth checking out.
I came to the shop yesterday for a treatment in my throat. Immediately she asked me if I was tired? and I said year compared to what I am always drinking caffeine. then she stated that I have a digestive issue, and I do have one from a parasite several years ago. She did her treatment, I went home and had the best sleep I have had in 20 years! I Have had so much energy today!!!! Check it out
Gosh, I have meant to leave this review since 2016. I LOVED this course with my former classmates (some who I am very close with still) and we always speak about Rob and how amazing he is as an instructor! Ten years later and thanks to Rob’s classes I have yet to get pulled over/get a ticket. If this place is still open when my kids are old enough to drive I will be taking them here! Thanks a million, you guys are awesome!

The Idaho Star lessons were great. They were much needed. I really enjoyed our instructors Tracey and Brian. They were knowledgeable and very encouraging. I definitely recommend.
I did my driving school and learned so fast, this place is awesome, I definitely recommend.
