I have been going to capital health for years now and I absolutely love their approach to health. I am in my mid 40's and needed the understanding of a physician who actually looks into hormonal imbalance and ways to fix them. The whole staff is filled with amazing woman who really listen and help you find solutions to many different issues. I truly wish there were more health care providers like this.

Not all chiropractors are equal! A few things worth noting. 90% of people do not have a mirror image spine. Most imbalances in the body musculature is because of the neck. Any chiropractor that is not taking X-rays and then analyzing them before adjusting you, aka you go in take X-rays and come back another day for your first adjustment, is not doing a personalized adjustment. My entire family, when we go out of adjustment, goes out to the side and corkscrews slightly. We all get migraines or very bad headaches from this- including my cousin that lives in another country. Only a chiropractor that takes x-rays from all angles including from the top of the head and from up under would be able to see the corkscrew. So basically almost no other chiropractor would be able to help me or the other members of my family. What he does they do not teach in the USA in chiropractic schools anymore because it’s hard to learn. (ridiculous- but it is what it is) Dr. Blom and any chiropractor like him in order to learn these skills had to study under older chiropractors that have these skills. He has gone above and beyond to learn these techniques which benefits his patients. When we decided to move here I was really worried about finding an upper cervical chiropractor that would know how to adjust me. God provided!
I cannot say enough kind things about this neurosurgery office, especially Krystan, PA-C, and her nurse. Navigating a cervical spinal cord injury and the uncertainty surrounding it has been very overwhelming, and as someone who already struggles with anxiety, I’ve often found myself questioning whether what I’m feeling is “real” or if I’m overreacting.
At no point have they ever made me feel dismissed, dramatic, or foolish. In fact, the exact opposite. When I reached back out because I was struggling to differentiate between anxiety symptoms and possible cord compression symptoms, Krystan took the time to see me again and thoroughly re-evaluate me with so much patience and compassion. She reassured me that what I was experiencing was not “all in my head” and emphasized how important it is to communicate changes or worsening symptoms because timing can matter so much with spinal cord issues. That conversation alone gave me an incredible sense of relief and validation.
The level of empathy, attentiveness, and humanity I’ve experienced from Krystan and the team is something I genuinely have never encountered in another clinic. They make me feel heard, seen, safe, and cared for during a scary chapter of my life. Their kindness has mattered more than I can adequately express.
I’ve only met Dr. Little once so far, but he was also very kind and reassuring. It’s very clear this office prioritizes not only excellent medical care, but treating patients with dignity and compassion. Highly recommend.

Dr Betts is the best! He truly cares about his patients. A man of few words but compassion and caring. He won't over- promise but do his best to see you through. He's conscientious and thorough. He let me know he'll be there for me in the future.

I went to Undone Saloon to have transitioned to gray. Kim did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results. Kim told me exactly what she was doing and it made me feel very confident. I highly recommend if you are looking for a saloon that has a staff that is knowledgeable and friendly look no further.
Call-in or walk-in they will get you taken care of. They are usually booked a bit out but will advise on cancellations. They are worth the wait! I will definitely be back.

I got a haircut from Emily Smith. It's excellent! It was my first time going in and she gave me a cut that is so complementary to my hair. It air dries on its own really nicely, and when I do want to style it, it takes minimal effort. I also went in without a clear idea of what I wanted - I just wanted to like my hair more, and she was able to work with me to land on something I loved. Would recommend!

These guys do it all. I go in for my beard to be cut. I've been going to Wendy for over a year and I think she does a great job! Everyone here is super friendly, and I don't think you could get a bad haircut here either. They also will wax your ears and your nose. And I know a lot of you guys out there need that! There aren't very many places in Boise I found who do a good job with my beard. But Wendy is spectacular! If you have a big beard like I do, there's nowhere else in Boise I would try to go. Call Wendy at the beardsmith in Boise, you'll be incredibly glad that you did. It's like a beard spa day!

Electric Rays in Lewiston is super clean with amazing, friendly service. I love all of the amenities, especially the red light therapy and tanning beds. They also have a great variety of products for purchase.
I've been to several PBT and usually get pretty good customer service but Kennedy was by far the best I've ever had. She went over the membership options and because of her customer service I finally signed up. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find a lotion that I liked the smell of and had intensifier. You can tell she knows her products and the services well.

months and hands down , she is the greatest nail stylist I’ve ever had and at 70 I’ve had a lot! She’s fun, interesting, kind and knowledgeable artist with nails. You won’t go anywhere else after seeing her! I get the Luminary structures gel which is the best! No water or soaking needed,Also her prices are in line with most Manicurists! She focuses on nail and toe health and takes precautions. She even uses a high quality brand new file that you get to keep each time.

My nails are thin and peel on the sides. I used to only get gel type nails for special occasions as they never lasted more than a week. I went to Stacie for just that reason, a wedding in 2021. I rec’d a full set of gel nails and they lasted several weeks. No lifting. I decided to continue seeing Stacie for gel mani/pedis. It has been 4 years now!

I had the 90-minute Lift & Sculpt Facial with Buccal and it was absolutely incredible. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, face, and forehead from clenching my teeth and long hours of computer work, and this treatment made such a difference. The sculpting and buccal massage released so much tightness, and I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and noticeably less tense. My skin was also glowing, lifted, and incredibly hydrated afterward. You can tell there’s so much skill and care behind every step. Worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!

During the facial she asked thoughtful questions about my skin type and concerns, and I really appreciated how she specifically used products that targeted my acne. I’ve had facials before where acne wasn’t addressed very proactively, so this stood out to me. My skin was visibly glowing afterward and felt amazing!

Almost didn't get a tattoo that day because the first girl I spoke to made me feel judged and unwelcome or like I was bothering her or something, I was just about to call the whole thing off but then Amber came downstairs and turned the whole experience around for me, she's literally the only reasons I stayed and got my tattoo, she was so nice and patient with me while I went in circles with what I wanted. She and my sister worked together on the artwork for me. She drew out exactly what I was imagining and I've never healed so quickly from a tattoo before! She told me she uses an ink mixture of a couple different blacks and it looks fantastic! Way better than my tattoo from another shop where I got bad customer service and a tattoo that came out blue. She was so thorough and made sure every little detail looked flawless and exactly how I wanted it without me having to say a word. She made the entire experience smooth and effortless and totally calmed my nerves after being anxious from the first girl. It was so refreshing to have a good customer experience. I wouldn't have my beautiful tattoo if not for her, so I'm already setting a bunch of money aside for my next ones. I referred multiple of my friends to see Amber over at the shop as well so they're all making plans for it. My mom and sister also loved Amber and are already planning what they want to get done by her too. I can't wait to come back to ink slaves and get a bigger piece from her!! Thank you!!
Absolutely LOVE this shop and the tattooers, Sean and Erin! They are professional, very talented artists, stand by their work, and offer a clean shop. All of my work has been done by Sean. I started going to him way back in 1998 and will never go to any other artist. Sean is wildly skilled in his ability to hear my idea and turn it into a fabulous piece of art that I am honored to wear. Sean is straightforward with his answers, and his goal seems to be making you happy with the size and location. Sean and Erin make the shop a place where you feel comfortable to get any piece to add to your collection. It is also welcoming to those getting their first tattoo.
Samantha Mcquellen is one of the best tattoo artists in Boise in my opinion. She's extremely fair on price and the artwork is amazing. She will forever be my artist I go to. Plus, after my wife passed she let me put her ashes in my tattoo.
Jon took the photo I gave him and brought out a beautiful interpretation of it. He was down to earth and friendly. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. I'll go back if I ever get more work done. Highly recommend!
I wanted to get an impromptu tattoo during my time in Boise. I walked in, and Patrick was the only one in the shop. He was working on someone when I arrived, but he let me know he’d try to squeeze me in between his current client and his next appointment and that he would give me a call. Not only did he call me back and manage to fit me in, but he also knocked my tattoo out of the park. He was professional and quick. Beacon plumbing has always been a Beacon of light for me whenever I have had heating or plumbing issues. I have used them twice now. One was for a heating issue that happened on December 31, 2025 and the other was for my washing machine. Both times they came out quickly, they are efficient, they are very polite, they are very respectful of me and my home, which is a big deal to me. They always are very professional, they always look very professional, they are always in uniform, their shirts are always tucked in, they always look clean and manicured, which again, is very important to me, and they're very knowledgeable. James and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding my ignition. I removed the ignition cylinder, and brought it to them. They were incredibly busy but promised they'd work on it right away. Despite all of that, they still got it all done within a couple hours and I was able to get my car running again. They also explained exactly what they did, and the keys design with how that affects the lock mechanics. True professionals at what they do. Rarely do you find a local business that has tenured employees that understand the ins and outs of their profession. Definitely use their services if you're in a critical situation.

We first learned about Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaners from Steve while house sitting for our kids. He came to do the carpets since they had been gone for two months. I was there to let him in and he engaged me in a conversation about the process and how it differed from steam cleaning. I watched him work and was amazed at how little moisture got into the carpets! He worked efficiently and was very thorough even going back over a few spots until he was satisfied! When he was done, I asked him a few additional questions and he took extra time answering them. He certainly knows the product and the process that ensures your carpets are completely clean! After the carpets were dry (which wasn’t long), I definitely saw a visible difference in them. I was so impressed that I booked a cleaning at our house asking for Steve. He did an amazing job on our carpets as well (especially with the amount of black dog hair) and we will be using Oxi Fresh from now on!

I can not recommend this business enough. I recently bought my first house with floors that had some potential, but needed a bit of work. As first home purchases go, money is tight and hiring a pro was really out of the question. Luckily I'm a big DIYer. After reading as much as I could, and getting advice from people I know who have done floors in the past, my head was spinning with information. The only thing I had settled on was I wanted to use a Loba 2 part epoxy product. I was lucky that one of the only places you can get Loba products locally is Rustic.
The moment I stepped into the store I could tell these people know what they are talking about. I began asking the clerk some questions and Allan, the owner, picked up on the conversation from the back and was quick to help. He walked me through the entire process and gave me the confidence to tackle my daunting project head on.
Allan did not try to up-sell me and was completely transparent about what things were needed and what things were superfluous. This type of customer attention and honesty is really hard to come by these days. Good floors, whether buying new ones or refinishing existing ones, can be expensive. When you make an investment like that into your home you really want the folks at Rustic to be the ones helping you out. Their honesty and integrity will leave you impressed and, more importantly, provide the foundation for a well done project.

When I was looking to do a total redo of my yard several years ago, Gary was the only landscaping company that would even talk to me. Other companies wanted plans drawn by a professional landscape architect or their own landscape architect. They wouldn't consider working from the plans drawn by a recently graduated horticulture student.
Gary and his crew did a wonderful job translating my vision for my yard into reality. They were willing to accommodate some plan changes as we went along. The job included a large patio of pavers that still looks great. They reinstalled a new sprinkler system that is still working well. Gary went with me to the nursery to pick out the plants and shrubs.
I have used them since for weed control in the bed areas and for other miscellaneous maintenance. Gary is very accessible and returns calls promptly.
I depend on your company every year to make sure I have a beautiful lawn and the trees and shrubs are taken care of.
I can't say enough great things about AMP. They were professional, fast, and highly effective at removing a MASSIVE tree from my property. Several other companies were too scared to even touch it, but AMP said they had removed even bigger trees before! They communicated with me throughout the process on scheduling, brought the right equipment (which included an 80 ton crane, bucket lift, wood chipper, and two huge trucks), showed up on time, and worked hard to get it done fast. Not only did they do a great job with the heavy tree work, they did an amazing job cleaning up including my yard, my roof, everything! Thank you, AMP!!
Fabulous work for reasonable prices. These guys are beasts dealing with difficult trees and leaving the property completely clean and orderly when they are done. I was struggling with so many complex symptoms that other providers could not solve. I was previously a young healthy female. Dr. Rostenberg took the time to decipher my symptoms and listen to me. I felt tha he truly believed me and he never wavered when things were on an up and down roller coaster. I am forced grateful for him and his team.
Not all chiropractors are equal! A few things worth noting. 90% of people do not have a mirror image spine. Most imbalances in the body musculature is because of the neck. Any chiropractor that is not taking X-rays and then analyzing them before adjusting you, aka you go in take X-rays and come back another day for your first adjustment, is not doing a personalized adjustment. My entire family, when we go out of adjustment, goes out to the side and corkscrews slightly. We all get migraines or very bad headaches from this- including my cousin that lives in another country. Only a chiropractor that takes x-rays from all angles including from the top of the head and from up under would be able to see the corkscrew. So basically almost no other chiropractor would be able to help me or the other members of my family. What he does they do not teach in the USA in chiropractic schools anymore because it’s hard to learn. (ridiculous- but it is what it is) Dr. Blom and any chiropractor like him in order to learn these skills had to study under older chiropractors that have these skills. He has gone above and beyond to learn these techniques which benefits his patients. When we decided to move here I was really worried about finding an upper cervical chiropractor that would know how to adjust me. God provided!
I started seeing Serena during the 1st trimester of my pregnancy, I felt awful and was willing to try anything to find relief. I am SO GLAD I ended up in her office with a friend of mine. I just had my baby at the beginning of April and had an amazing birth experience which I give a lot of credit to Serena's adjustments. She is so knowledgeable and has a gentle and relaxing touch. I feel so much better since coming here. I have been less stressed, more emotionally regulated, I sleep more restfully, and my body just feels good! I always look forward to my weekly appointments because they are one of the best parts of my week. I would highly recommend scheduling a visit.

I came to Modern Chiropractor Center for the sole purpose of fixing whatever pain I had going on in my upper shoulder blades. I set up a treatment plan that consisted of 30ish visits over the course of 3 months. During the time that I have been here, my pain has gotten infinitely better, I have formed connections with the staff and overall improved, not just my physical health, but also my emotional health as well because of how awesome the staff is here.
I am most grateful for Anthony though, he is a massage therapist that works through Modern Chiropractor and when he did my first session, I felt this immense pressure release and I was pain free for the first time in over a year.

The visit with my new kitten Cait was awesome. She has a little kitty cold and she was so good an well behaved and The doctors was so sweet as was the vet tech. I have brought my pets here over the years and I my pets have always received the best care.
Our corgi needed TPLO surgery and Dr. Caldwell and staff did an excellent job! Everyone was friendly, kind and caring. The surgery went very well and our girl is almost to the point of being fully recovered now. This is the only place I would go if our animals ever have a need for orthopedic care going forward.
As always, everyone there is very nice. Dr. Stoener is gentle with my dog & she feels so comfortable with him. Been taking my pets there for years!!! Their insurance plan saves me lots of money!

Dr Chad Hunt has been caring for our English Bulldog since birth. He has been great to have as our vet. Recently our dog had TPLO surgery done by Dr Hunt, (torn Cranial Cruciate Ligament (ACL in humans). Dr. Hunt was very professional, and detailed and explained the whole process before and after. The outcome was excellent. He provided detailed information on how to care for our dog for the first 6 weeks, along with quickly answering any questions we had about his surgery during that 6 week time. His polite, calming personality, and knowledge and expertise has been displayed at every visit.
I am a former vet tech and I'm very picky about who takes care of my pets. Dr Powell and team have always been amazing. Dr Powell is very thorough and good with my pets. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Ewing Animal Hospital. We have utilized services by both Dr. Wethered & Dr. Lieske for various reasons across the years (annual check-ups, spays, tumor removal, blood panels, kidney failure, multiple day hospitalizations, etc.). There is no such thing as a dumb question and I have never felt like I was rushed through an appointment or like communication was lacking like some other reviews state. They do a really great job at trying to accommodate any of your scheduling needs. Both vets also work out of another location so if their schedule at Ewing does not fit your availability or needs, they do a great job at coordinating with the other location to ensure your pet is able to be seen. The staff ranging from their awesome veterinarians, vet techs to their front reception team show that they actually care which really helps during those spooky hospital stays because you can trust that your pet is in good hands (and receives love and attention during their stay). That portion was HUGE for me. I knew my pets were not just hanging out alone in their kennel. Visits were allowed and each staff member we came in contact with had a million things to say and chatted about the time they were spending with them. I could not recommend them enough.
The Pet Doctor is the best!!! They have been so good with each one of my dogs and have treated them with a lot of love and care. I have been taking my two Rottweilers to them for years now and have never had anything happen with the visits that was concerning. I recently got a third Rottweiler in December and they are treating him with just as much love and care as the other two. It has taken me a long time to find a vet who was comfortable and confident around Rottweilers. Some would immediately put a muzzle on them at the beginning of the appointment, which was not helpful. All three of my dogs absolutely LOVE going to the vet and there's no anxiety, aggression or fear from them. Going to the vet is a treat! I know this is because of how all the staff at The Pet Doctor treat my dogs each and every time. This makes me as the owner feel very relieved and grateful. Would totally recommend Dr. Zahller and her whole staff to anyone who's looking for a new vet with a knowledgeable & personal touch!
Thank you to Companions Animal Hospital, Dr Powell and all their caring and compassionate staff. I took our new Old English Bulldog puppy in a few months ago to establish care. 2.5 months later he became sick with gastrointestinal problems. Seemed like he would have the problems at home…diarrhea, lethargy, etc…. He would get to the Vet and would seem better. Over a period of time with their patience and fortitude the issue was found and he is on the mend. I am so grateful that they didn’t give up and that all their time and tests were affordable. I was kept informed and they were very patient with me and my multiple phone calls as I was nervous. I would definitely recommend Companions to anyone who loves their pet as if they are a member of the family. They are amazing.
Meeting Dr. Mike has genuinely been one of the best things to happen for our dog's care. He is thoughtful, kind, and takes the time to truly listen. What has meant the most to me is that I have my own medical challenges that make certain treatments and options difficult, and rather than making me feel judged or dismissed, Dr. Mike has always been willing to work with me to find alternatives that are realistic for our situation. That kind of patience and compassion is rare and it does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful to have found a vet who treats both the pet and the person with such care. Our dog is also feeling a lot better now and was well taken care of.
Dr. Zahller has been our veterinarian since our Pomeranian was a puppy, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she’s provided. I take my cat Dune to Sagan and she is absolutely amazing she is always super excited to see him and I and she does wonderful with him. She is really well priced and she works with our schedule when its a little bit crazy. She gave him a teddy bear cut this past week and he looks so adorable, is insanely soft, and was super happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her for grooming services.

Took my Husky for his very first grooming and was astounded by the happy dog that greeted me on my return. I have a bad experience with a reputable groomer years ago and was hesitant to do it. Nickel, who is high strung, was beautifully groomed and oblivious to his usual triggers. I highly recommend D-Tails. Dalis has chosen a great crew.

This is the best full grooming service our terrier has had. The groomer listened to our requests and kept his hair and face perfectly trimmed without cutting off too much or too little. The price for a full grooming is hard to beat—the best in town. It was easy to make the appointment and my dog grooming was completed in time. I found relief and transformation from the first session with Matthew. As a sensitive being, I'm pretty careful about who I trust with my body and nervous system. I was surprised by how safe I felt with Matthew and the way I was able to relax into his support. His somatic sessions are truly unique, and he isn't afraid to go deep. Matthew clearly walks his talk, and does his own work. That's really important to me in a provider. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to continuing to work with him.
Deborah is a fantastic Pilates instructor! Each session is different and exactly what I needed. She worked with me through injuries and my extremely tight hamstrings. She can always come up with modifications to make sure that you're able to get the most from each session. Highly recommend!
Forte Pilates is absolutely phenomenal. After 3 decades of competitive running, my work with Forte Pilates has made me stronger than I ever have been. I have better balance of strength between flexors and extensors as well as between core and extremity strength. I have completely eliminated overuse injury/aches from endless miles of long distance trail runs.
Oh my God! Far and away, the best massage I’ve ever had! Meesha isn’t human! She’s an angel with a healing touch! I’m being playful, but I’m serious. Everything she did had a purpose, and she did it with the perfect pressure. I’ve had chronic pain for 8 years, and I started feeling better right away. By the time she was done I felt amazing. I’m honestly at a loss for words. Hence the goofy but serious review. I’ve been to a lot of massage and spa joints, and I forgot every one of them, and never went back. Elements has a quiet spa like atmosphere and friendly staff. There are over a dozen different therapists to try. I love Mary. She is so skilled in different techniques to help my stiff neck and hip pain. She is also mindful of my fibromyalgia and arthritis pain. I’ve gone twice a month for over a year. This consistency has greatly improved my pain and overall well being!
I guess it’s about time I leave a review here. I’ve know Brandon for around 7 years now, and do body work with him every few weeks. I met him during the darkest days of my injury, and have come out the other side healed to a level I was told I would never achieve, and obtained knowledge of the body and medicine that has now led me to pursue a complete career change, and go into the fine works of medicine. My 9 year old daughter started physical therapy here in September after a gymnastics injury, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. From day one they have been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. The care they provide goes beyond just treatment. They genuinely care about their patients. Ben specifically watched a movie she said was her favorite just so they could have more to talk about at their next appointment. We have been taking our 8-month-old daughter to The Lotus Tree Sensory Integration Center for occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy, and feeding therapy, and our experience has been outstanding. I've been seeing Lola for both Acupuncture as well as her facials and I always leave feeling so light and amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, actually listens to you and makes you feel so seen and heard. She has helped me overcome so much both physically and mentally. Callie was so accommodating when I called about getting treatment to help flip my breech baby. She fit me into her schedule quickly and worked with me to find a treatment that worked for what I needed workout trying to upsell me on extras I didn’t need. she was so kind and flexible when I had to bring my 2 year old to my appointment as well. Definitely worth checking out.
I came to the shop yesterday for a treatment in my throat. Immediately she asked me if I was tired? and I said year compared to what I am always drinking caffeine. then she stated that I have a digestive issue, and I do have one from a parasite several years ago. She did her treatment, I went home and had the best sleep I have had in 20 years! I Have had so much energy today!!!! Check it out
Idaho Driving School is one heck of an experience. This is because every person who worked there was awesome in every way, and I felt very at home at this school for whatever reason. So anyways, there I was in the backseat of my mom's car when I was younger, and we were driving past the place off of Benjamin Lane with all the yellow cars, most notably, the Mustang and Camero they had that always caught my eye. Well, little did I know that I would be going there to meet this guy named Rob, and this other guy named Randall, who soon became two of the funniest, yet coolest driving teachers I knew. It sure didn't take me too long to know we were cool. I loved driving the Mustang they had, along with their manual Camero, even though it was a challenge to really fit in there (not like Im fat or anything). If I ever end up having kids when I'm older, I will send them here, also so that they can enjoy Rob's off of the rails jokes, awesome humor, and that you get to go to FastLane on the last day (if you took in person classes and were a teen). Overall, 100 out of 10 experience and two weeks out of my life. I miss it to this day.

The Idaho Star lessons were great. They were much needed. I really enjoyed our instructors Tracey and Brian. They were knowledgeable and very encouraging. I definitely recommend.
Rohan was great! Very easy to communicate and schedule with. My 14 1/2 yr old finished the online course quickly and we were able to get in with the behind the wheel instruction course quickly. Rohan is friendly and made her driving experience fun, educational, and enjoyable.
