I went to see Dr Carullo knowing he didn't take my insurance. I went to him for vein cosmetic treatment- sclerotherapy. Dr Carullo gave me a free evaluation, which included an ultrasound sound, thorough evaluation, and explanation of my vein issues and concerns, and his feedback and expertise on how I should treat my vein issues. No one, I repeat no one, has ever taken the time to explain to me the root causes of my vein issues and pain until I went to Dr Carullo. He not only explained the root causes of my vein issues, but he told me he would not recommend me doing sclerotherapy until I fix the root cause. Most doctors would take your money and run, but Doctor Carullo explained what was best for me in the long run and even helped me find doctors to do the procedure that were covered by my insurance. Dr Carullo did this all for FREE! He nearly spent an hour with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and did what was best for me instead of trying to make the quickest buck for him and his office. I now know how to proceed and move forward to fix the root causes of my vein issues. Thanks to him I'm a lot more knowledgeable on what's going on with me. I met Dr. Brosious last August for a consultation for top surgery (ftm). Him and his team was nothing but kind and respectful making sure to answer any and all questions in detail. They talked to me about the different kinds of surgeries, which one I would have and why, my potential scars and the timeline of healing.
Fast forward to February 2025, I had top surgery and the day of the surgery I was terrified. Surgery scares me but Dr. Brosious and his team at the hospital were some of the most thorough, professional and kind people I’ve ever met. They made me feel at ease, again, explained everything that was going to happen and what I would experience after surgery. I asked that they keep my girlfriend updated as often as they could and they did, they kept her updated along the entire procedure, reassured her that everything was going well and went and got her as soon as I woke up from surgery.
A week after my surgery I went to VPSI to get my bandages removed and look at my chest for the first time, Dr. Brosious’ staff talked me and my girlfriend through dressing changes, and common things they see the first few weeks of healing. Dr. Brosious took the time to come in, sit down, ask how I liked the results, and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with how everything had gone and how it was going.
My incisions look great, my chest looks exactly how he explained to me that it would and I could not be happier with it.
Truly could not have had a better experience with these people. Dr. Brosious single handedly improved the quality of my life with one surgery and the way he handled his business. I would recommend him and his team a million times.

I had the pleasure of getting my wavy/curly hair cut by Nikki. In the past I've had stylist use the Devacut method and cut my hair dry to see the curl pattern. She did it wet and it turned out just as great. My only complaint was the product she used to style my hair. It was very heavy and left my hair crunchy and not a lot of volume. I don't blame it on her because I think those were the only products on hand for styling curly hair. In all honestly, it's hard to style curly hair and even with the DevaCurl products my hair would feel crispy. Overall, she cut my hair just liked I asked to bring back my curls and not take off too much length. If you're looking for someone who knows how to cut curly/wavy hair, go see Nikki!

::Late post:: I just want to thank Andenise for bringing my hair back to life. After a year of searching for someone, I came across Andenise through yelp. I went to 2 different salons previously (within a year) after I lost my girl who did it for the last 8 years and 3rd times the charm. I called the salon and she was accommodating for a consultation last minute. I was so nervous but during the consult you get that feeling SHE knows hair. Although I was nervous, I just went ahead and booked an appt. There is a fee that needs to be paid to schedule which that goes towards your final total amount. Salon is small (which I like vs the bigger salons which can feel intimidating) Day of appointment- Andenise was so kind and welcoming. Before she started, we briefly went over what I wanted to accomplish. I had a hard time explaining what I wanted but at the same time it felt like she knew what I wanted or more so needed lol (if that makes sense) My hair needed a lot of TLC My roots were over grown , my hair was dry and damaged from previous work done on it. She explained everything that she was going to do and went over the cost of services. She was very upfront and honest. I was nervous the whole time so I was a bit on the quiet side of conversation (hope she understood) but I never felt uncomfortable. After almost 4-5 hrs I must say the results were way better than I expected. I left the salon feeling new and my hair never felt this healthy in SOOO long! I moved to Vegas almost two months ago and finding a new barber can be anxiety inducing especially when you had one you liked, but I saw the reviews and decided to give AR cuts a shot. From the first phone call to the day of the haircut, everything was top-tier customer service. The feel of the place is super welcoming and they are friendly to all including LGBTQ+ A very comfortable and welcoming place. My barber Cholito is so kind and really makes you feel like part of the family dynamic; a dynamic that's evident as soon as you walk in. When I left they all said have a good one and it was so obvious these are genuinely nice guys. I will definitely be back and so thrilled it seems I found my new barber!

You can't get to it from the main staircase by the check-in desk, instead, it's up a little discreet staircase hiding between slot machines. I guess they call it a speakeasy for a reason. But if you need a cut, it's worth the search because the barbers here are masters of their craft - offering haircuts, hot towel shaves, and beard trims, delivered with attention to detail.
Just got my haircut today before an interview. This place is absolutely amazing. It's like a sick rock and roll museum as well. let's just say I wasn't bored in there looking at all the Motley Crue and Van Halen memorabilia. Leave a good tip, this place is definitely a must if you're a music fan.

Last Sunday went in with my friend to have a spray tan done. This was my first time doing this. Everyone who works there is very nice they explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. We were offered champagne to start-Yes please, then we went to the changing room they offer a very tiny cover ups for the bottom and the top. After getting into my warm robe we went into another room. The lady in there wiped our faces/hands/feet while giving us a massage. Then on to the spray tan. The lady who does the spray tans asks what color you are trying to achieve then custom mixes it for you. I said dark because it does fad but not Jersey dark . I am very happy with the results. Being tan makes you look health & skinny!! Hahah You should definitely try it if you have never. Yelp offers a 50 percent off coupon!! See my pics

I'm a very picky customer. I know that about myself and HATE looking for a new place to get my nails done. Nikki and Chasity were phenomenal. My pedicure was fabulous, my toes look so good (you'll just have to trust me on that one because I hate my feet). My nails look so fantastic. The shape, thickness, length - eveyrthing I wanted Nikki gave it to me. The first picture is me and the second is my inspiration picture. I absolutely love them and I can't wait to go back in three weeks to do it all over again.
P.S. - Chasity did my pedicure and Nikki did my nails at the same time. I was finished in about 90 minutes, which was so great! Normally it's double that or more. From start to finish, they will take care of you!
I 100% recommend Yuna for the ultimate gel nail experience. She’s a one woman show so making an appointment is mandatory. She uses premium Korean and Japanese gels and I swear they can last two months(but the grow out would look unkept)

She has thousands of jewels for your nails and her eye for detail and art is second to none.
I’m always excited for my nail day and most of the time I give her a color or an idea then she does her thing. Her prices are much better than a nail salon and I don’t need to worry about up charges for every little thing (although I’d gladly pay for her work) I know I’m talking about nails but as a mom some extra dazzle and bling really lifts my mood.

First, let me start out by saying I was very skeptical when I started looking for another nail tech in Vegas to do my nails. To be honest, this was supposed to be a quick fix until I went back to Cali on my once a month trip. But from the beginning, when First talking to Sasha on the phone and explaining the situation- I like to be upfront, she made me so comfortable and raised my hopes in finding nail tech here in Vegas where I reside. Let me tell you she went well beyond my expectations - pulling me out of my box and pushing me to be me in treating myself to loving having my nails done. I got a gel overlay with a mixture of pink and orange as a French rip - because, hey, if I can't choose one, I might as well get both! And the blended color is so PRETTY!!! Her studio is super cute and enviting. And her Vibe is awesome! I look forward to our next appointment!

Red light has been one of the neatest adds to my life. If it’s early in the morning to give you an energetic state of the mind or using it before the end of the night to put you in that perfect dream state. I have found that it helps with not only my mind but all the little pains I once had as well. It’s a must try not just once but thru a sequence of uses and I am sure once you try It would have some of the same effects on you as well.

I have had the best experience with Amy and her Acne Boot Camp! I have always had skin that reacted to what seemed like everything and could never find a balance between keeping my skin hydrated and treating my acne. It was a never ending battle. After about 8 months of seeing Amy and creating a routine for me my skin has never looked better (although I started seeing huge differences at the 3 month mark as seen in the photos below). I get compliments all the time on my skin and I feel so much more confident. It’s been an investment for sure but it’s been so worth it. I absolutely recommend going to see Amy for your acne journey!

Love this joint! My stylist is Crystal and she’s the best! Hair is always on point. Front desk is friendly and I had a nice cup of green tea. They also offer wines, coffees, and water. It’s a little hard to find through the apartment complex and the parking is kind of a pain but my experiences there have always been great!

I came to Kell for my first Brazilian because my SIL (a waxer in another state) recommended her after researching. Kell provided the BEST experience I could’ve imagined. I was extremely comfortable with her. She walked me through everything & made sure to ask about my comfort throughout the entire wax. Service was outstanding and so relaxing. I went in to get the charnel signature facial, best facial I've ever received! I have sensitive skin & acne prone and usually my skin flares up or burns but that wasn't the case here. All the products she used on me were gentle and soothing for my skin. She told me the sources of my acne and talked me through the process of clearing it up. The area was clean and soothing, you get extra blankets if you're cold and listen to relaxing spa music while receiving your service. My favorite parts are the hand massage and neck massage, put me right to sleep!! Also went home with products for my face to help my acne. Definitely going to book again! So glad I found this place.
Summer’s custom facial was incredible ! Highly recommend.The building and suite was so easy to find, directions took me straight to the front door. I thought I knew what a great massage felt like but I was so wrong! The 2 hour hot stone massage I got from Won-won was truly life-changing... every knot was worked out, every muscle aligned. This is my first time getting my eyelashes done and I'm so glad I did. Jennifer is an amazing artist. She takes her time and is very informative about the whole process and after care. I was worried about them feeling heavy but I don't feel them at all. They are very light on my lids. I like how she gave it volume but not overwhelming. Jess is gentle on the skin! I really appreciate how she reached out before my appointment to get a little more information about my skin. During my service I chose derma-planing in which she wasn’t heavy handed and took her time. The service also includes face masks and a shoulder massage. I was worried my skin would break out as I have sensitive dry acne prone skin but after a couple days (my personal experience as everyone’s skin is different) I did not break out. After my service I was red but that went away the next day. I followed her instructions on aftercare and doing so my skin reacted well. I highly recommend checking out Jess as she cares for her customers and provides great service!
This is the best place in town if you need to relax while also rejuvenating your mind and body. So far, I've been there twice and had the hydromassage and seaweed mud body wrap. I loved it! Additionally, the atmosphere and design of the place are very unique; you can tell that the owner put their heart into it because everything is done with good taste. They ensure that you have everything you need to feel better. The service is also very good and friendly. After having a hydromassage and a body wrap, I felt so light and had a good recharge for my body and mind.

It’s was easy to book and Crystal was very friendly and kind. My hotel was very busy for events going on which I really was not expecting but I’m glad I booked it early so I don’t have to worry to be late. My hair was on point what I wanted. My makeup was pretty till I look closer my eyeshadow was kind of didn’t blend well on one side but I just fix it myself. Overall very relaxing and I never felt the rush of it. His wife April was very friendly and helpful.
She also knows her craft well. She made sure I was comfortable which made me feel right at home. We hit it off right away and we just had the most interesting and wholesome conversation which made time go by so fast.

I came in looking for a Japanese style tattoo as a way to celebrate my half-japanese heritage and to cover up an existing tattoo. Marco did an amazing job. I love my tattoo, I think the piece is beautiful and my friends and family agree! During our consultation, Marco emphasized that I should choose a design element that was meaningful to me and I spent time researching the meanings on his website. I settled on Konohanasakuya-hime and I'm really happy with my selection. He also worked with me on the overall coverage since I didn't want my entire butt tattooed which is traditional for a full back tattoo. We completed this piece over 9 sessions for about 40 hours of work. Definitely recommend for any tattoo needs but especially if you're looking for a Japanese style.
Cleanliness: The shop is/was immaculate. Roland is a very accomplished artist. I've had 2 tattoos done with him and plan on doing much more in the future.

My mom and I came in for matching tattoos for the lovers and friends festival. The tattoo came out really nice but the experience was top tier! Tim was so much fun and got like 6 people (including us) in and out in like a bit over an hour which was impressive. Even if you’re in Vegas for a short time, it’s worth the trip.

Mark Galloway did a great job in changing my reverse osmosis water system filters. He thoroughly checked my system (including soft water system) letting me know how efficiently it was working. He worked quickly and was very friendly and informative offering tips on the operation and solutions to issues that could come up. He was also punctual arriving as scheduled.
We called Chance with an issue in our bathtub. I wasn't exactly sure if the faucet was leaking or the faucet. chance asked me a few questions and was able to give me an idea of what it might be and a quote. Chance arrived promptly. After fixing my bathtub faucet Chance gave us good news that we did not need anymore work done. so it was LESS than what we originally thought it would be. Ray showed up right on time(actually a few minutes early), diagnosed the problems and started the repair within minutes. This is for my business so the bathrooms couldn't be down for too long. Came out to install my level 2 EV charger - install was done well and quickly. Plus when it was acting up a couple months later (taking way longer than it should to charge) he came back out and showed me what the issue was (a loose wire) so if it happened again I could check if it was the same issue to contact the manufacturer.

Was having non-emergency electrical issues with my house with some lights in the kitchen and some electrical outlets not receiving power. Reached out to Dave’s Electric to see about resolving the issues before a $200 problem manifests into a $2000 problem. Call to Dave’s was made in the late afternoon, early evening. Dave’s returned my call within a couple of hours right before closing time. Ronda was cordial and to the point. Appreciated her treating me like a person who wanted to resolve the issues instead of treating me I am just another business transaction dictating terms before the electrical issues are even addressed. She was able to schedule an electrician to come by my house the following morning. Made a new friend with electrician Carlos who was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot my electrical issues quickly. Carlos was able to multi-task and hang out with me from time to time while troubleshooting the issues and resolving them. Service took approximately 2 hours, and the power to my kitchen lights and outlets was restored. The cost was quite reasonable. Dave’s Electric combines solid, fast service with hospitality. This in my opinion is an excellent combination which I truly appreciate. Sounds like a sales pitch, but it is not. Highly recommend Dave’s Electric for any future electrical needs for residential and/or commercial customers.

Beyond question the best locksmith service in the valley by far. I had a very bad experience with a company that refused to complete the job. It was an emergency so I while locked out of my home I did not have the time to consider the best company. I just called the first one that my search showed up, ending in a $705.00 charge for something that should of cost no more than $250.00. To make it worse the company did not finish being a no call no show after they received my payment.
I will review them shortly, But I then called Silver-state, who came out promptly fixed everything with ease. All the while explaining to me how the locks worked that I had in the home, and what to do if this occurred again.
The person never rushed, but took his time both in fixing the problem, but explaining everything to me.

Don't YouTube it, get A-1 instead! David did a great job at repairing my carpet that my dog dug up. I am living in a new home build. The carpet is brand new and my dog decided to dig up the carpet at the corner of the door frame. I tired to patch it up myself watching a YouTube video as reference but it was an epic fail. David answered my call right away and addressed my carpet issue over the phone and reassured that he could repair it and it would blend with the rest of the carpet. He did just that! We did 4 hrs a day at night so she could sit with our 9 month old while he slept and we could go out and enjoy the strip! We were booked for the entire weekend with the option to add on times and have the same sitter all weekend! We gave her our keycard for parking and she was to us within hours of arriving to Vegas! My momma heart was so happy. She even offered to pick anything up we needed on her way. May 21, 2024 - Again, this company has made an actual difference in my life. I broke my ankle in April, a Bimallelor fracture, no weight bearing for over a month or more. I had to cancel my cleaning as my home represented a hospital room, walkers, wheelchairs, inability to move about etc. However, the dust continued, the dirt continued and I grew not only restless with my situation, but seeing I could not do anything about the house wrecked havoc on my emotional state too. I did not realize how much it bothered me until the ladies left and I felt so much relief.
Once I was able to transition to a scooter, I reached out to Fernando and the Ladybug Team offering my limited days to see if he could somehow accommodate me on short notice. I also opted to add extra personnel to make the cleaning time quicker. Fernando worked with me, we got a date and the ladies arrived on time with all their equipment and smiles. They set to work and not only did a magnificent job but finished so quickly! My home was clean and I could rest, emotionally, knowing all was good. I actually felt physically better after they left and realized what NOT having a clean home was doing to my mental state.
I also want to mention that my jewelry was laying around, my iphone out, my Kindle, various valuables and not once did I have a concern or fear for "should I have put them away", because these ladies do an honest job each and every time. They are simply fabulous and I am beyond grateful to have them clean our home. Forever customer here...thank you.
UPDATE! 9-2023 - You can see I have had nothing but praise for Ladybug Cleaning by my previous reviews. I realized today that its the little things that they do that no one else will notice, but me. Like the printer stand next to my desk. Before they came this week I am sure I could have written my name in the dust underneath there, I saw it every day when I worked, and swore I would get it dusted. I failed. They didn't. When I returned home and sat down, I glanced down because that is what I do, like yeah, yeah, that dust there....but no, instead, it was cleaned and I was greeted instead by a dusted area that no one else sees but me, obviously it bothered me enough to notice it, but just not enough for me to act. I have been lucky enough to have used Ladybug Cleaning since 2021, when I suffered a back injury that prevented me from cleaning my own home. I recently updated my kitchen and chose to use Eco-Pro Planet's vinyl plank flooring. The installation went smoothly, and the finished product was better than I had anticipated. The wood-look finish is gorgeous, and the waterproof feature is a lifesaver.
They came out and epoxied my garage floor and it's fantastic! The price was reasonable, too. My garage is my workshop. It'll be so much easier to keep the floors clean with the epoxy floor. Thank you!

I just wanted to give this company a 5 star review for their honest business practice. I had contracted them to do my garage and after they had done the power cleaning and prepping they discovered extensive crack damage due to moisture problems that wasn't not visible during the estimate analysis due to the heavy oil and other chemical stains from previous owners. After the discovery, he did not recommend putting the epoxy because of the risk of the moisture damaging the epoxy and eventually wasting my money. They didn't charge me for the labor work of cleaning the concrete as we both didn't see the extensive cracks under the junk and even suggested an alternative that actually saves me more.
While I can't give you a review on the epoxy work and quality I can at least give you knowledge that if you work with them you are working with an honest company, which is a huge consideration when you research. Thanks James for the great customer service from answering all my questions during the estimate visit to caring about the service you do and not just getting paid. As a single mom on a budget I appreciate that. I know if we could do the epoxy, you guys would have done quality work.

LV Home Service restored our kitchen which was water damaged. This contractor is top notch from Administration to clean up. Masha handles all Insurance details in amazing fashion. Moe (owner) supervised the job, ensuring all details were attended to in a timely manner. Many different in -house -employees were utilized to build cabinets from scratch, lay a new flood, paint, construct a new island, attend to electrical and plumbing issues, and other details. Finding a good GC was tough, we received several quotes (one was even arrested this year for ripping off his clients) to remodel our bathrooms, and prices were all over the place. We ended up selecting Design Zone, it first started with a visit from Vitaly, he provided a reasonable quote, it was also a big plus that he was from NYC (like me). One thing that I appreciated was that they gave some design suggestions for our master bath which ended up looking great. As were deciding who to move forward we appreciated that they were not constantly calling us to try to close the deal, they knew it was a big decision and provided the courtesy to give us space. When it came to job, it started in the end of September, I want to highlight that their project manager Luis Romero was amazing to deal with, he was available, and provided great updates. Want to also highlight that there were no surprise "we need to show you something" and charge us for something that we might not have needed, basically we paid what we were quoted (with the exception of getting some additional electrical work). Everything went great, it did take longer than expected, but you can't rush quality
VOGL Construction is a superb construction company. Contractor Jeff Vogl has the “A List” team. Phil and Irena have the experience to foresee every detail of what is needed and their workers and associated contractors are of the same thorough and efficient work ethic. They made certain to get the proper materials to repair storm damage to our circa 1960’s home. Outdated things were brought to current code. They showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up their work area at the end of every day. They did not miss a detail in the quality of their work. Electrical, plumbing, sheet rock and painting areas were all cleaned and repaired or replaced to new condition. Craftsmen Uriel and Victor finished and sealed things as if the property belonged to themselves. I can’t be more pleased. Thank you all! Laurie F.

When we inquired to have a pool built, Jarron was attentive to all of our wants and needs in the whole process. Kurtis who was the project manager kept us up to date very often and told us what to expect at each phase of the pool build. Kurtis made sure to stop by to check on any issues each phase of the build. Pool school was detailed but made simple by Steve. All of these team members mentioned made sure all of our questions were answered and needs were met. I would recommend them if you were to inquire on a new build for your home!

The charger did not work initially but Aaren came back out with Wolf another tech and they were able to get my car charger working in no time. We are beyond please with Mauri Landscape. The landscape company did our unfinished backyard to our liking six years ago. The front yard was done by the builder and has been an ongoing problem. Mauri landscaping has made many improvements in our front yard. We now have white ice roses in the courtyard and placed throughout.the front. We have decorative color spots. A sappy tree was removed by the tree service recommended by Mauri landscaping. The tree was too close to the pavered driveway and sap was constantly damaging our car. Outside lighting was installed by Mauri Landscape. Mauri Landscape has arranged needed deep root fertilization throughout the years. The rock color was changed in the front. Quarterly services are done. They have always responded to our landscaping needs quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

From first phone call (Rebecca) to design (Michelle) to meeting the owners (Mark and Christine) to construction (Armando/Leonardo/Adrian/Miguel/Raymundo) to accounting (Julia) everyone was polite, prompt and professional. A "shoutout" also to Starlight Pools who built the spa portion (Paula, Brian, Matthew and crew) and were excellent to work with. I couldn't be happier. It was actually a bit sad to see them go after the project was completed as we had become quite comfortable and friendly with each other. I 100% recommend them and would use them again.

I LOVE my yard! Working with Showcase Landscaping was an absolute pleasure and I couldn't be happier with the results. I don't know much about landscape design, and was nervous to take on such a huge project, but Kyle and his crew were amazing and took all of the stress out of the process. It ended up being a lot of fun to work on the design and layout and then pick out the various plants. Kyle was so knowledgable and had wonderful recommendations about the best plants and trees (he seriously made our backyard look like a resort)! The entire crew was extremely professional and efficient at getting the job done much quicker than I anticipated, and the finished product is better than I could have imagined.

Rod came out and explained everything and was patient with me.. His workers are very good. The price was right and they cleaned up each day and we worked together to accomplish what I wanted. Amazing work from start to finish! Owner Doug and Chewy did a fantastic job removing my decaying tree from the roots and hauling it away. In between I saw them work hard digging, cutting, hauling, and cleaning. I highly recommend them!
Just hire them! The crew was absolutely amazing! The estimating and scheduling process was easy and they were able to schedule us within the week. Their price was the most reasonable that I found. They were prompt, friendly, skilled, and provided exceptional service. The crew was able to conquer our large yard and left it looking well manicured within 4 hours (including tree removal and stump grinding). We were very impressed with how mindful they were of our neighbors' yards and they were very respectful of our property. They cleaned up ALL of the debris and ensured we were happy with the job before they left. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it! This company is very professional, was very prompt and their replies. They had a great team with enough workers to complete job very quickly. They had all of the necessary equipment and trucks. I had a tree in my front yard die this year (RIP). I tried to save it, but it was hopeless, so I contacted some tree removal guys for a quote. My new friend, Carlos was the first to arrive, right on time this morning. I expected a quote and nothing more, but he and his 3 guys were ready to take the tree down and haul everything away. Good price quotes, so I immediately agreed. They did the entire job in about 30 minutes. And they cleaned up all of the debris immediately. They left behind a small stump, as I requested, because there's still some life growing from it, and I would like to give it a chance. Overall, it was a good experience despite the early hour. Good price. Friendly crew. Good job.
This was my first time bringing my kids here and Dr. Eddy Pais was amazing with my two kids. He was very detailed with me and explaining what my kids need to do to improve their teeth. He was especially very patient with my 8 uear old son because he is very terrified of the dentist. He explained in detail what he was going to do next with my son and made him very conformable and he had an amazing experience.

Hudson Family Dental has been absolutely wonderful, and I can't thank them enough! Even though their schedule fills up quickly (because they are just that good!), they have always managed to accommodate my ever-changing appointments without any issues. I have to give a special shoutout to my amazing hygienist, who quite literally saved my life. During a routine visit, she noticed a cyst in my jaw on the X-rays that I hadn't known about. If I could give 100 stars I would. A few years ago I found myself unable to walk, the pain I felt was excruciating. I called as a new patient, explained the situation and they got me in immediately My daughter had to literally carry me in and the staff was so kind and accommodating making sure I was comfortable. For the next 4 weeks,twice a day 4 days a week Dr Brady not only worked his magic to heal me but proceeded to calm my fears and explain in detail what he was doing and how my bones were reacting to it with every visit. The first day I was able to walk into the office by myself, with no help from my daughter the entire office cheered, everyone was just as happy as I was. I now go once a month for maintenance along with the rest of my family. If you are looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor along with a staff that makes you feel like family from your first visit Tropicana West Chiropractor is your place!

Amazing!! I was so nervous to even call and schedule my first appointment but boy am I glad that I did! My appointment was very easy to make and Dr. Hogan was able to see me quickly. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and taken into the exam room soon after my paperwork was signed. I have been suffering from headaches daily (since May 2024) and today I learned the cause stems from my neck and it's from sleeping on my stomach! Dr. Hogan was thorough with the consultation and evaluation, asking me very detailed questions. The adjustment was quick and painless. The staff here was very efficient. As was the veterinarian. He stayed well after closing time to see my kitten. Finally found a great vet that takes care of exotic animals! My little fur baby started to become hormonal and so I decided I needed to get him fixed ASAP. I was calling a few locations in Vegas and this was by far the quickest appointment. It was a bit pricey but it's worth it for my bun. They were able to get him an appointment within a week. It was a very clean and nice place. I constantly got updates on how my bun was doing and when he woke up from surgery. They provided clear discharge instruction and medications for the next few days. After a few days they even call to make sure that everything is going well. They provided great service and took good care of my fur baby. If you have a rabbit that is in need of a vet this is the place to go!

I've brought my large (90lb) dog to other groomers to get her giant nails cut and they never cut them short enough and they were getting too long, decided to try this place out and so glad I did, they were able to get me a same day appt and get her nails under control. Will be coming back!
Christine is a true professional. She is consistent and timely. Our Coco comes home always looking great. We are so glad we found this place. We will not take our dog anywhere else. The other grooming places do not compare and are so inconsistent with all things. Keep up the great work!!
Absolutely love the results that I get when coming here. I have 2 beagles and take a golden retriever mutt mix, and they all smell and look great. I also like how the dogs aren't crated and aren't booked with other dogs.
I was visiting from out of state and my Maltese Bischon was in need of a nail trim and wash. I was able to book easily online. They did a great job, fast, friendly, and our dog smelled and looked so adorable.

These ladies do a great job on my cats Morty and Simba. Morty got his first ever grooming today. He looks beautiful and sleek. Simba gets the lion haircut and has been to Royalty twice. He has been very satisfied and proud of both of his haircuts. I'm so glad to have found Royalty Pet Spa.

I Googled the location and saw that ratings and decided to give this place a shot since our other spot close and other groomers were my favorite. Both the owner Lizbeth and the recepcionest were very professional and courteous. They had to change the cut to much shorter then previous discussed but they called me before the change to make sure I approved. I was really happy with the out come and it seem that they really took good care of my fur baby. They keep the door locked, at the entrance which makes me feel better, that our dogs are at a safe and secure shop.
I love how they cut my mini golden doodle’s hair. The shampoo they use smell amazing and they cut her nails down really good. I’ve never had any issues and they are always super nice. It’s also really easy to use their website to schedule appointments.
Pet wishes spa is the best! Verona loves animals and is so gentle with our somewhat difficult dog who had issues with prior groomers. He loves visiting Verona and always comes out so cute. We typically don't make an appointment so he spends the day there but this works well for a before work drop off and after work pick up. Highly recommend!
Hotworx Centennial has everything I want in a workout. Makes me feel great and relaxed and like I had a great workout whether I need a hard or easy, short or long one depending on the day.

He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. It was really helpful!Fresca was working the front desk when I arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is super clean and I LOVED the floor in the yoga room. It felt non-slip and had a nice cushion to it. The lavender towel at the end was a really nice touch. I’ll be back for sure!

It's very hard to find a studio that facilitates so many things in a space this size. The pay what you can method is really great especially when you don't want to miss a week due to financial issues to stay up on your mental health. There's such a variety as well! Jazz! and Burlesque has even been added to the roster! Making it an adventure every time you go to class too. It's located within an art gallery which is so amazing for our Vegas artists. Also a message board for upcoming events! Blue Sky Yoga is a great spot.

Monica is the teacher I try to take all her classes. She is a teacher that exemplifies values of a true Bikram teacher and in both ways she teaches the series and manages the classroom.
Love this place. It's clean, customer service is A1. The flexible app is clutch. With working long hours you can't miss any classes. The schedules are non stop with unlimited access. Dakota at the front desk is a doll. My favorite part about this gym is that it's ab actual gym. There are Trx straps that are accessible, and full weight sets.

I signed up for the Sculpt class with Alissa and had a wonderful time. I’m new to pilates and had taken 3 classes at another studio before trying this studio out (two level 1 and one level 1.5).
I arrived 5 minutes early to ensure I had time to get any needed equipment and to briefly chat with the instructor to let her know that it was my first time taking the class. She was really kind and told me that she shares modifications throughout the class time and would give me any needed feedback.
The class was the perfect blend of fun and challenge! I could feel the heat and knew that I was building strength, which was my goal! I was honestly a little surprised because I strength train 3x a week, but I guess that’s the beauty of pilates. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, it meets you where you are and you will always find opportunities to push.

OMG, how do I even start, this company is amazing!! I came to Vegas for vaca and wanted couples message for me and my hubby. However the prices and appointments in the hotels we’re horrible. So I came across MObile message 2 go. The member who set up appointment was so friendly and helpful. I was able to set up appointment directly in my hotel suite. My appointment was set for 6:pm , however Mario and Bruno arrived few minutes early with warm smiles and greetings in the lobby.

This year I unfortunately had to have two surgeries in one year and couldn’t believe how well my rehab went for both my hip & shoulder. I’ve been to 10 different physical therapy institutions over the years and have had horrific experiences but coming to Origin was the first time I felt safe.
I could see drastic improvements immediately. I wasn’t just another number they were trying to push through the door to get to the next. They took their time with me, they heard my concerns anytime I was worried I might have re-injured myself and always provided assurance on how to treat my symptoms.
When you come here you feel like family… they actually care about you and your progress. By far the best experience I’ve ever had and I am forever grateful for how they’ve handled my rehab - start to finish!
Christie is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I came in complaining about bad shoulder pain which I thought may need surgery based on how it hurt. In our first session, she identified the cause of my shoulder pain (shoulder impingement), put me through a series of movements (just 15-20 minutes spanning the course of 4 movements), and quickly helped me feel better with more range of motion. We figured out a schedule and I was given some homework/a routine to adhere to on my own which helped me become pain free altogether. It feels great being back in the gym again without limitations. I refer all of my friends to Christie and Optimize PT now.
Met Joe at the Las Vegas Showdown and was having some hip tightness I couldn’t seem to shake. Within 30 minutes he had me significantly looser. So glad I met him and his crew looking forward to getting more work done on my fitness journey!
I had ruptured my Tricep Tendon and had corrective surgery; I was provided a referral to Synergy Physical Therapy and came to the Blue Diamond location. Off the bat, they were an amazing PT team. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, and had an overall positive experience. Everyone knew your name, everyone would collaborate to track your progress/care plan. I made a full recovery and enjoyed every step of my progress. They followed the recommendations of my orthopedic and really challenged me during my sessions. Highly recommended!!
I was visiting the US from Canada and found Chris at Limitless Sports Medicine to help me with PT from an ORIF ankle surgery. I cannot recommend Limitless or Chris enough….I was 8 weeks post off and the pain was still pretty intense….Within only a 2 week span that I was visiting, I can honestly say the various treatments Chris used, left me with such an change from when I arrived….walking better…pain gone, etc.
As I visit the US quite often, Limitless will be without a doubt my go to for PT.
Chris even prepares a follow up program for you at home - while also ensuring you would be doing the PT correctly.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT OTHER CLINICS AND DON'T GET A SURGERY UNTIL YOU SEE RON.
Ron's clinic is a walking laboratory of people who had injuries that have tried everything else and have recovered. Many so called solutions just help temporarily and do not address the root cause of your injuries. These fixes are driven by insurance companies who do cannot charge for strength exercises to fix the problem. Many orthopedic surgeons stopped referring pre-op patients to Ron because they no longer need surgery after seeing him!
I had tennis and golfers elbow for two years. I tried resting, icing, needling, every YouTube PT video and multiple physical therapy sessions at highly rated places in town. Some of these helped very short term, but my pain always returned. My sons are travel hockey players and had groin issues. Ron was recommended by a medical professional/hockey dad. He said Ron would fix me and my kids in two weeks. Skeptical but willing to try anything, we went to Maximum Velocity PT.

I had sciatic pain for about 6 weeks- 3 of which I could only get through by taking absurd amounts of advil. I finally decided to come here and give acupuncture a chance. Dr. Alex was very kind and explained what the core of my problem most likely was. After two sessions I felt 95% better and no longer woke up with any pain. Just had my third session which should be the last I'll need unless my pain spikes up. Had all three sessions within a one week period. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend coming here, and you should do it sooner than you think. Office was clean and staff was friendly, all around a great first experience with acupuncture.

Love the staff here at desert ridge acupuncture! From the moment you walk in Crystal, Dr. Yuka and Dr. Joel all greet you with a warm smile. I've been seeing dr. Yuka for a few months now now and has helped me to have feeling in my hand and reduce the swelling. Slow progress but I'd rather do natural healing rather than pay surgeons tons of money.

I have had 10 sessions with Dr Joy, she is a caring, spiritual happy person. My body was in chronic pain when I arrived there and could barely stand up, getting out of bed was a real chore. My stomach was so bloated, in fact my whole body was and I was somewhat breathless. I arrived and was greeted by a big smile and a beautiful, happy receptionist. The office is so tranquil and very clean. Dr Joy consulted with me regarding my ailments and was very concerned about my wellbeing. Her gentle happy demeanor bought tears to my eyes as I felt she genuinely cared about me. After about 5 sessions the pain had eased and my whole constitution changed. Not only did she get my spine straight but my metabolism seems to be functioning better & my bladder, liver & kidneys have been totally flushed.... Dr Joy worked on the front of my body as well as my back and I cannot thank her enough. I am able to sit up and lay down with no effort and my spine is straight again, I can walk without bending over and although I cannot walk too far I can walk.... I am also able to sleep better at night! I am about 90% there and will continue to maintain after my 10th session coming up. I still have some pain but it is tolerable....no more tears. Thank you so much Dr Joy you are a wonderful human being and I wish more people would have faith in this awesome healing method!

When I tell you Dr. Lok senior has changed my life with acupuncture, I do not say this lightly. I'm 52, had a neck injury in my teens, I've lived in excruciating pain all these years until an ablation surgery that did not go perfectly well. I was left with slightly more pain on the right side of my neck. Dr. Lok has been treating me twice a week for about a month, and I'm not only able to use a pillow for the first time in 30+ years, but he's actually healing my neck which I never thought possible. He is a brilliant doctor, I'm not sure why in America we don't promote the use and effects of non western medical practices, but I am here to tell you it works. Thank you to Dr. Lok and his amazing staff. There's not enough space here to write how positively he has affected my health.
Heather and her treatments have carried me through fertility issues for two years and eventually led me to having my son. Not everyone is perfect and if anyone had a meh experience of her then she must've had an off day. I've never once experienced anything short of 100% satisfaction with her treatments. She's helped my heavy cycles, my absent cycles, my pregnancy, my digestive issues, my post surgery issues, and most importantly my anxiety and my weight loss journey. Oh and also my post Covid immune response where I was suddenly allergic to everything but eggs; her dietary and supplemental recommendations have redirected my body in ways western medicine could never understand. Acupuncturists are not chiropractors; you don't go once and they snap you back into place. Every treatment is relieving your body a little bit more and a little bit more. If you went once and posted a negative review, then shame on you for taking food off her and her family's table without first giving her some feedback and another chance. I don't know how blaming someone's bedside manner for your lack of satisfaction is working out for you in life but as a client of 6 years of hers, I invite you to reconsider your review and encourage you to give it another chance. She is extremely intelligent and a present woman who has been a Godsend in my life. Top massage I have ever gotten in my life. A and her friend were so accommodating. I called in the same day before noon and was able to book a couples massage for 4pm on a Sunday. The rooms are so relaxing.
I got a Thai combo massage. That includes stepping on my back, oil, hot stones. WOW they got every part of my body. I left feeling like a new person with all my knots worked on. They definitely know what they are doing and their technique is so good. Plus they are very kind people.

George is an absolutely incredible instructor and individual. His technique for teaching is straightforward and definitely prepares you for what to anticipate on the driving test. He has a great diagram that illustrates what and how to proceed during driving situations. After 2 days of driving and practicing the routes I managed to pass my driving test on the first attempt!!! And he allows you to take the test with his vehicle. I highly recommend this instructor. His calm and pleasant demeanor definitely helped alleviate much test anxiety and helped me build the confidence I need in myself that I can do it. Great Instructor; Highly recommended!

Soo excited that I will soon have a TEEN DRIVER driving MISS DAISY without MISS DAISY getting a heartattack. Hell yeah we got the 50 hour + Drivers Ed course which after much research, is cheaper by the hour than any other driving school and worth the peace of mind. AND they come to our HOUSE to pick up the kid AND drop him off while MOM and DAD relax or do chores or go out for a quick drink on (winkwink). AND they include food during drivers Ed (they got his favorite CANES chicken during one of his classes)! AND their cars are always CLEAN and PRESTINE. AND the car has an extra set of breaks on passenger side. AND they always take a moment to discuss what our baby boy does good and what they need to practice more on. AND I can request various locations to practice driving...like school, my best friend's house, the groceries we frequent, his friend's house etc. OMG I'll be able to cancel GRUBHUB and INSTACART soon!!!! AND it's 2 hours of driving a day. AND they always practice the DMV test route. BUT the actually review will come when he passes the DMV driving test...To be continued...

As someone who has tried different driving schools in Nevada, I can truthfully say Brian is the best instructor that I’ve had. He is very patient and accommodating. He has plenty of experience and is great for nervous/new drivers. I wish I had taken all my lessons with him from the start.

Both of my sons went through Northwest Driving School in preparation for getting their licenses. Luke was a fantastic instructor, who was very patient with my son and helped him to get more comfortable behind the wheel. Thanks to Northwest, I feel confident that my kids are responsible, capable and safe drivers.
I did this school to upgrade my cdl from a B to an A back in 2011. I thought it was great and Sarge was really good to work with. He genuinely cares about you even though he can come off a little rough at times. It makes me sad to see poor reviews and calling this school a scam. To the reviewer that said they were there for months I say you must not have been ready. Sarge would not push you through just to do it. He wants the best for everyone. If you want to attend a school that cares for your individual needs consider AGS.

I passed my driver test on Monday and I am very excited to start my new journey. Thanks to DTR and all the staff for being very helpful and knowledgeable.
