Five years ago, I walked into Dr. Schuyler Du Bourdieu's office hoping to feel physically better. I had no idea I was beginning one of the most profound journeys of my life.
At the time, my body was exhausted. Years of old injuries had left me in constant pain, my joints seemed to grind with every movement, and restful sleep had become almost impossible. I believed I simply had to accept that this was what getting older looked like.
What I discovered was that true healing goes far beyond the physical body.
Through Dr. Du Bourdieu's care, I began uncovering emotional and spiritual wounds that had been buried for years. I learned that many of the things weighing me down were not just physical—they were old hurts, fears, and experiences I had never truly released. It felt as though my spirit had been carrying a heavy chain that kept it from becoming who I was meant to be.
Week by week, that began to change.
Today, I have more energy, greater clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. I sleep better, move better, and live with far less pain. More importantly, I have become the person I always hoped I could be. During these past five years, I have built a thriving business, become a successful real estate professional, co-founded a senior downsizing company, and fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a published author.
Five years ago, I could never have imagined the life I am living today.
I continue to see Dr. Du Bourdieu every week because this journey has never been about fixing a problem—it has been about continually becoming healthier, stronger, and more fully alive. I am proud to be a lifetime member because I believe investing in my health is the greatest investment I can make.
If you are willing to trust the process and do the work, you may discover, as I did, that healing is about far more than eliminating pain. It is about reclaiming your life and stepping into chapters you never thought were possible.
Thank you, Dr. Du Bourdieu, for helping me discover that my best years were not behind me—they were waiting for me.
Deep love and appreciation
