I have been using Coldzone refrigeration for many years in my restaurants ! I have been in the business for over 35 years and have to say these guys are the best u can find in the business! They are always wright on it when u have a problem and in the restaurant business that goes along ways!! When u call them they either answer the phone or they call u back within 15 min and in the restaurant business time is money ! They are always ready to help and to resolve the problem at hand write away so u can get back to running your kitchen and keeping the doors open ! I call them the mad scientist of there industry! They are always ready to answer all the questions u have and with me that goes Along ways ! What thing I can't stand is if u ask a tech person a question and they roll there eyes like your bothering them ! The other thing is there professionalism while working in your comercial kitchen! They aré very good at keeping the area they working on exceptionally clean and they always leave it cleaner and more organized then they found it ! Again in the kitchen that should always be your first priority! Like I said I have been in the restaurant business along time and would highly recommend this business! Been a patient of Dr. Mietus for over 2 years and he has always been so patient with me and been very accurate and takes his time when examining my eyes and is very gentle. Great personality and eases the appointment with humor. I suffer from 3 different eye conditions that even affect my balance and his prescription always works for me and he also prescribes my cousin who tore his retina and he drives for a living now. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mietus !! He goes above and beyond.

I have never found someone to do my hair reliably, but once Sacha did my hair I knew I would keep coming back. She does absolutely beautiful bayalage, gives great cuts and styling! One time I decided to go a bit different with red, and she did great at communicating exactly what her plan was, it came out great! I have very thick hair but she never complained about it, and she's great to chat to also.
As long as I live in Santa Barbara, I'll be going to Sacha.

I've been seeing Selena for hair coloring services for years and the experience has only gotten better since she and Elyse opened Luce. It's a cute salon is clean and thoughtfully styled. The ladies are so welcoming and always do exceptional work, whether it's coloring or extensions. They offer high quality products and work with you to understand and help you achieve your hair goals - mine being blonde coloring, long length, and more volume, for example. Yesterday was my second appointment with Jesse Walcott Pell. Five months ago, Jesse freshened up the layers of my very long curly hair. Since then, I tired of my too-long locks because, most of the time, I wore them in a sloppy bun tucked under a cap. I planned all my Saturday's around washing my hair. Such tomfoolery! I was in desperate need of a new do! Jesse to the rescue! With my blessing, Jesse cut about ten inches from my hair and then layered it to showcase my natural curls. I didn't think I could be any happier. Yet, this was before Jesse enhanced my dark blonde mane with white and champagne highlights that blended with the emerging grays. I loooooove my new look! My name is Victoria andI discovered Lety though Next Door online. Someone had posted that she is amazing with fine hair. I have had a life time of fine hair issues and in need of someone, so I went to see her for a consult. I had been perming my hair for a few decades just to get some body and was over it. Lety told me that my hair had a natural wave and that the right cut would enhance it and that most likely I would find that I no longer needed a perm. I was intrigued and booked my first appt. Lety did not disappoint! I walked out of her salon with a wash and wear cut with the most adorable soft curls I never knew I had! I discovered Victoria McHone (one of the stylists and colorists now at Matson & Co) through a friend who had amazing hair color. I went for hair color, and ALSO discovered Victoria is the first hair stylist I've ever had that really took the time (and has the skill!!) to cut my curly/wavy and generally moody hair. I send all my friends to Victoria. She's also just a rad person and 10000% enjoyable to chat with (or not if that's not your thing at the hair salon, she gets it.)
Erin, Alex, and Geoff all do a great job cutting hair. This shop has a great atmosphere as well- it's hard to overstate what a dope barbershop Haven is!

He is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge when asked. Or you can sit and be pampered while he performs delicate procedures to make your hair and face look and feel your best. The service he provides is a true experience and the shop itself is like stepping into a barber shop from the early 20th century with an art gallery feel. I flew down from the Bay to get a haircut from Chuy. Why? Because when I drove down to a shop in San Jose, they charged me $15-20 more, acting like they’re God’s gift to Earth, but their workmanship doesn’t compare to Westside. People used to take pride in their work, worry about the details, and respect each customer equally. I don’t think they do anymore, except here at the Westside Barbershop.

This place has just re-opened after 2 1/2 months of Corona virus mandated shutdown. They are careful about customer flow, disinfecting the chairs and tools, masks required for everyone - and I got a great haircut! I will definitely return - they do much better work than the chains. Call ahead for an appointment - and you may have to wait a few days before they can fit you in...

I’ve been to many barbers searching for the best cut and I think I finally found it. you need to come in and learn the style of cuts that you can get then use their knowledge to set you up with the best cut of your life. My friend and I selected this salon due to the close proximity to where we were staying for our girls weekend. We had pedicures here on April 10, and except for nail growth after a month, I must say it is the best pedi I have ever had. The polish has held up as if new! The women at the salon were very nice—I would highly recommend!
I had a pedicure today by the one and only Alice herself :) She takes her work seriously and did a very thorough job... such an amazing massage, attention to detail, and my feet are feeling as happy as ever!!
I would assume this place to have a higher rating than what it currently has. Maybe it’s because they need to work on cleaning their UV lamps or tools better. Making the place a little more presentable ? but, I have been coming here since High schools I recently brought my girls here to have their nails done. The staff was nice and accommodating since we were walk ins. I was thankful for that. My girls were happy and excited. They had fun. Highly recommend, better than any other in town so far.

Friendly staff. I usually go to home based nail techs but decided to try a nail salon. I got acrylics & it was super quick(45ish mins). Nails are decent. They make sure you're okay with the shape & color. Didn't notice my French tip was a little uneven until I left. Cuticles aren't super clean but for a last minute thing it was okay. Seemed like there was a lot of regulars. Nails did feel a little sore the next day which doesn't happen when I go to home based nail techs (some salons tend to use cheaper products not so safe for your nails) Paid $73 for this
I’ve been visiting Linda’s salon for 15 years! Enjoyed mani’s and pedi’s with most of her staff and they are all very professional and do wonderful work.
There is no turnover with her employees and everything is very clean. I hope she stays with us for at least another 20 years!!❤️??
The owners were friendly and took me right away as a walk-in. It soon got busy, so an appointment is probably recommended. I just got lucky. This was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had, yet no corners were cut and I’m happy with the results! Chairs were newer and comfortable and it was clean and tidy. Price was reasonable as compared to other local nail salons. I’d go back!
A while back my boyfriend surprised me for my birthday. Upon entering the salon, it was warm and inviting. The staff greeted us right away and I was seated within a couple of minutes. Miraya did my manicure and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve ever received. Not only did she do a beautiful job, she was super friendly and we chatted the entire session. It's been at least a year since I have had a professional facial. Taylor is the best and there is a reason she is booked out so far in advance...worth the wait. It was fun and relaxing but educational all at the same time. How is that even possible? Can't wait to use my new products. When I moved to Santa Barbara, I googled "best salons in SB". This one showed up at the top of the list. It did not disappoint. Breanna (owner) is an artist and a lovely human being. I have now been going for two years. The salon has such a cozy fun vibe, with exceptionally talented stylists. Highly recommend.

Sammi has been my hair stylist since 2006. I have followed her to a few different salons in Santa Barbara and Montecito where she worked over the years, until she opened her own salon, 1329 Salon and Spa. I can't say enough about Sammi. She is just outstanding. My hair always looks amazing thanks to her. I have referred her to many of my friends, who have become Sammi's clients over the years, and have loved her services.
First of all, Emma provides a genuinely wonderful facial. The brand she uses is top-notch, and her touch is both therapeutic and soothing. What I appreciated most was Emma's genuine dedication to my skin and the results of the facial, even though she knew from the start that I was only visiting Santa Barbara and unlikely to return. Emma's passion for helping people find the best skincare routines and solutions was evident. She offered educated advice and detailed information about the product line she uses, but only after I asked for more information. This meant she wasn't trying to push products on me. At the end of the session, she sincerely invited me to follow up with her if I had any questions about the facial, the products, or anything about Santa Barbara since I was just visiting. I had an absolutely fantastic facial with Emma. The service was wonderful, the experience professional, and meeting Emma was great all around.

Keota is such a creative and positive person, I am stunned! She took me in not knowing how MUCH hair I have. She had a window scheduled for average (normal) hair length and thickness. Still, she was laughing even though she was running against the time towards her other hair appointment after me. And; she made it!!! I found Caren about a year and a half ago after getting fed up with still having adult acne in my mid-twenties. I had literally picked up my prescription for accutane, which I swore was going to be my absolute last resort after struggling with cystic acne for 10+ years, but decided to try her as my final attempt to clear my skin before trying accutane. After about 4 months of working with her and religiously sticking to the routine she put together, my skin cleared up. This is going to sound like a fake ad, but I have had ZERO cystic break outs once that 4 months passed and we got my skin under control. Something that I thought was impossible without internal medication given my acne was hormonal. I can genuinely say that Caren changed my life, and I feel so grateful for her help in getting my confidence back! I have received facials from Denise since 2015, before she opened her private business and provided her amazing services in a salon. I followed her business in 2017 when she opened her studio, as she is by far the best esthetician I have been to. This week, I am turning 23 and extremely happy with my skin. I used to struggle with cystic acne during my teenage and young adulthood years. Denise taught me how to prevent acne scars, calm my face, and protect myself from severe breakouts. Now, after using Accutane (I chose this treatment as cystic acne began to prevent good sleep), I only get hormonal breakouts a maximum of once a month, and I have suffered VERY minimal scarring! She is extremely well-educated in skincare and the science behind the skin microbiome and what it needs to glow! I 100% recommend Denise!!

A great spa experience at this boutique location that is near state street in Santa Barbara. I came with a bachelorette party, and some of us got a facial and/or massage, and the spa staff handled our party of 6 like pros. The place is small so half of us did our treatment while the others shopped down the street, and we then switched places when they finished. They have a small parking lot in the back, which was helpful. I enjoyed my facial and massage and was very relaxed. Price-wise, both were $220 without tip. Overall, a good experience with friendly staff and the price seems to be in line with what the market is offering for these services. After the fact, I needed an itemized receipt and the person who answered the phone was able to accommodate.
I received a gift card for Treat & made an appointment for a facial. Jamie was the technician & she was fabulous. Everything used smelled great, and she did some lymphatic drainage that felt wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and rooms are private and quiet for your service. Absolutely no complaints about service, atmosphere, or value. However, the prices were on a card that came with the gift card; on their website; and under glass at the front desk but I was charged more than advertised. When I asked why, I was told the prices had increased. I was surprised and paid the new price and recalculated the tip based on the new price. I believe if your prices change, your website, anything with prices printed on it, and anything posted on the premises should all be updated immediately when the new prices go into effect. Also, when checking in, it should be mentioned that the prices have increased. I did not think the person at the front desk was professional about the price change at all and looking back I should have politely insisted on paying the advertised price.

The two of us both had a great experience at Spa Del Mar. Yes the decor could do with a little refreshing, but the important thing- the massage was fantastic. The therapists we each had were professional, experienced, and able to adapt the massage to our individual needs. We paid for an hour massage and got a full hour. No set up and clean up time. Rooms perfect temp and the table warmed also. The hot foot towels were over the top!!! We felt very special. Thanks Spa Del Mar.
Yesterday I did the Float 50 minute massage with cbd. It was perfect in every way. Jessica did an excellent job. Afterwards I sat outside in the garden next to the water fountain, so soothing. I was deeply relaxed for the rest of the day and slept soundly last night Next time I will definitely choose the 75 minute massage.

I/we had the most incredible experience with our team of Vanessa and Christina. They are highly professional, experts at what they do, attentive to personal needs and wishes, and very accommodating. I was nervous on my trial day and Vanessa and Christina talked with me about our vibe, and my desire for a natural look and tried several different options with me. I felt like a princess on that day and it only got better. They became part of the family - it was all so relaxed and fun! Mar was kind enough to accommodate last-minute additions from a close friend and family and on the wedding day, the team stayed with us for touch-ups for photos. I worked with Mar and her team for my wedding and they were absolutely exceptional, I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I was lucky enough to work with Mar for hair and Vanessa for make up. The trial was both so helpful and so much fun. They were both extremely flexible and open to feedback which made me feel comfortable enough to figure out what I wanted (which was different to the inspiration pictures I had selected - they were definitely not me!). I felt confident that they understood my hair/skin and knew what I wanted. I got my hair and make up done for the rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks - I highly recommend doing this - I was feeling a little nervous with all of the festivities starting and Mar ensured I was laughing non-stop and made me so comfortable and grounded. It felt like it kicked off the weekend so nicely. For the wedding day we had 11 people needing hair and make up, and I was concerned we would be starting really early, but we didn't need to start until 10am so I could enjoy the morning with my friends. In all my times as a bridesmaid I've never experience a team of artists work so quickly, yet make everyone look so stunning. Everyone was so happy with their look, and considering someone is usually unhappy, this was a relief! I can't recommend TEAM enough - it was one of the best parts of my wedding planning process. I got married in Santa Barbara, but would recommend seeing if you can work with them wherever your event is - they're that good!
First off, Krysta is simply amazing at what she does! I'm obsessed with her work and feel so much more confident about my lips. Beyond happy I found her. Most importantly, she's magnetic & holds a great energy. Visiting her feels like how it should when women go to a salon or to get their nails done. A fun, girls time away! After a double mastectomy I didn't want reconstructive surgery. I did a little research and found Tomac. He created a gorgeous custom design based on artwork I had found. His attention to details, ultra-sanitary studio, and kind and professional demeanor are incomparable. This was a very personal experience and Tomac delivered above and beyond.

First let me say - Anacapa Plumbing are real professionals. I've had Anacapa Plumbing come out 2 times to my property (for separate non related issues) and they have provided excellent and timely service both times. Today, Ryan was able to correctly identify a problem with my septic pump and restored sewer service for my house in less than an hour after identifying a bad float switch on my pump. A heartfelt thank you to Mel and Mike and Brandon for seeing us through multiple plumbing disasters over the last several months. We had a pipe leak under the house and in the bathroom that necessitated demolishing the bathroom, tearing out the floor in the closet in the bathroom and more. There was also an unrelated plumbing disaster that involved replacing the vent behind the toilet, putting in a clean out to the sewer and coming on a Saturday to snake out the toilet that was overflowing into the shower (this happened in the guest cottage that we were living in while all this was happening in our house). Sartain plumbing put in a tankless water heater for the house, replaced the plumbing under the house and did the plumbing for the bathroom remodel. We can't thank them enough for sticking with us and providing moral support as well as plumbing heroics.

My very large free standing bath tub would not empty completely. Several plumbers tried and couldn't find the problem. But, Nick found a defect in the original installation. He and my contractor, Lindsey Adams, together, repeatedly lifted this very heavy tub while repairing the drain connection and totally fixed the problem.

We had one of our circuit breakers grow old and needed a replacement installed. Charlie had done a full panel replacement for us on a rental unit several years before, and we were pleased with his work then, so we called him again. He made himself available the next morning and arrived on schedule. His first order of business was safety and he checked for power in several places before tracing the circuit and opening the panel. He noted that the aluminum conductors used in our home required a special bonding paste to improve connections to the brass screws. He finds aluminum conductors infrequently, so his old tube of paste did not satisfy him. So he excused himself and drove to his electrical supply to replace it. Within an hour, he had removed the old breaker, trimmed the old wire, correctly applied the new paste required by the National Electrical Code, and installed the new breaker. At one point, he went to his truck to bring back one of his reference books. He looked up the gauge of the aluminum wire to make sure that it was code compliant and explained that he would not have left the old wire in service if it were not up to current code. While walking past an external plug that had an open waterproof door, he thoughtfully observed that leaving it open during a rainstorm could result in a short circuit. He was careful to make sure that we were not offended by his constructive observation and comment. Charlie is not only a seasoned electrician, but human being with a genuine concern for the safety of others. Charlie is a licensed electrician with years of experience. We enjoyed his explanations of each step of the project and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Power Electric was the electrician for the solar installation on our house. They also installed our "critical needs" box and panel and the wiring was clean and well labeled. We have an old house and while replacing outlets I got some strange readings and decided it best to get someone who knows what they are doing. Power sent out Ben and he did a great job sorting through fifty year old wiring and making it work correctly. While here he also fixed an issue we had with our furnace and AC. He was professional and cleaned up after completing the work.

I needed a lock repaired, and when I contacted ESP, I got a call back within 2 minutes. Kyle came out to do the repair in about 15 minutes! He fixed the lock and another lock that wasn't functioning properly. He was done in about 20 minutes. Everything works great! I think it was a reasonable price.
I just got back four wool area carpets that Coast Carpet Cleaning had picked up to clean at their shop. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, including a vintage oriental rug, for very reasonable prices, and they completed the work in a timely fashion as requested. They also helped me to reposition one of the larger rugs, lifting heavy furniture in the process. They are a small local business with outstanding service; I recommend them most highly! I saw a couple low reviews, but my neighbor highly recommended Chavez professional cleaning so I decided to give them a try. I received same-day call back, quick and convenient scheduling, fair price, and excellent work. I had them clean all the exterior windows on my two-story home. They were filthy. Father and son (Victor Sr. and Jr.) came out, did an excellent job. I’ve had my windows clean before and felt I was over charged but not the case with this company. I’m glad I took my neighbors advice, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
A lot of other cleaning services wanted to charge us more. We live in a very small house. Karen actually priced our service based on our square footage. In addition, we needed afternoon service due to my wife's work schedule. Karen and crew were most accommodating. Paula does and excellent job and hets along with our three dogs just fine! I contacted Ray on recommendation from a neighbor and was glad that I did. Ray did a thorough walkaround with me and indicated any and all points that would be simple or problematic (termite damage, fungus damage, wood rot, etc) and was very open and made notes. During the stripping/cleaning process we found some siding and paneling that needed repair and he had a crew in place to address this quickly. They did a lot of work carefully removing and replacing fixtures and preparing for painting near the foundation The whole process was about 2-3 weeks but it was a very detailed and great job. Would definitely recommend!

We were using the other local pest company with quarterly spraying for ants. When we got ants in the house we got a note from the tech saying he would not walk the perimeter of the house "it's uneven". Rick from SB Pest Control solved a rodent issue that seems to have stumped two other local companies. Instead of just laying bait boxes along the perimeter, Rick found and closed the intrusion point. These guys have been amazing to work with. During the planning stages they came up with ideas that I had never even thought of. They were excellent with communication during the entire process which was helpful since we had pets that we didn't want to escape. They also did little extras like hauling off boxes that we had left over from our move and hanging up our water hose hook that had been laying on the ground. We plan to use them again for future projects as do so more than just turf!

We've been working with Sublime Gardens for over a decade now. We've had them regularly work on 2 properties in that time, and among other things they transformed an ugly dirt patch into a beautiful succulent garden. They also built a retaining wall at the back of a property that was having continual mudslides for decades, directly into a neighboring school. Problem solved, and there property looks beautiful ever since. Excellent communication and expectations management. Diverse skill set and artistic vision. It really doesn't get better!
Thank you for the rock removal and beautifuly cut grass line and mulch lay down on my yard. I'm very pleased with everything from the work done As well as the professionalism of the crew. I will say at first I felt the quote was quite expensive. With that being said it came a no hassle when things went wrong like they usually do when you're digging in a yard. As the grass line was being dug a sprinkler head was hit, which we weren't aware of . Wes was lead on the project and he fixed it with no questions asked. There was a bit of miscommunication on mulch that was preferred. But that was fixed in the following days Quickly and beautifully.The women at the front desk was always kind. And always got back to me quickly. The man over the phone at the front desk was ...okay..I guess.Definitely Want to give a shout out to Wes He was professional, on time, helpful and got stuff done quickly when needed. This was our first experience with an arborist and I always do research before hiring companies. Bartlett is rated A+ with bbb.org and no complaints. They have good ratings on Google as well. They service a wide area and have a better scheduling service than other places I researched. Bartlett Tree Experts scheduled the perfect arborist to help save our 30+ year old Magnolia tree, which was loosing an abnormal amount of leaves. Tony is very knowledgeable and professional. He took various ground and tree samples to have tested. He gave us some great advice on intermediary steps to take while samples were being tested - deep watering, clearing 2-3 feet of grass around trunk for air circulation, cutting back certain limbs and only enough to avoid shock, etc. Once Tony diagnosed the problems with our Magnolia, Bartlett scheduled very experienced and professional technicians that chemically treated our tree two times over this past year. We were concerned about infringing on our neighbors lawn since the root system is wide spread; however, they were more than capable to treat our tree without infringing on our neighbors lawn. Now our Magnolia has lots of new deep glossy green leaves and tons of white blossoms ready to bloom. Thank you Bartlett, Tony, and staff for helping to save our beautiful Magnolia tree!!!

5/5 stars - no doubt about it. Easily my most pleasant dental visit experience. I went in for a general cleaning and also asked about some cosmetic work (teeth whitening and Maryland Bridge upgrade). Plenty of parking, and I was immediately greeted by 2 of the friendly front desk staff. Adeera quickly brought me in the back and addressed all my questions and concerns throughly. She was very knowledgable and very kind. Katheryn was the hygienist who worked on me. Very efficient and precise skills. She was became a hygienist to help educate people on oral health. She taught me a few new things while having a great conversation. Dr. Loul is awesome. When consulting me on my cosmetic procedures he laid all options on the table for me to decide. He truly works with you and wants to make sure that you are happy. Very honest guy. Great place. I will 100% be recommending Loul Dental Studio to my friends and family!
I have been bringing my both my sons to Dr Brewers office since my older son was a little baby. So 6 years total now and they have received top notch care every visit. Dr Brewer is a great pediatrician and the office staff is so friendly and helpful. I even referred my cousin who is a nurse at Cottage to bring her baby to Dr Brewers office, and when she surveyed her coworkers they unanimously said he is an exceptional doctor. It is really easy to get an appointment, usually when I call they have an opening within the week. That is a big plus especially when you have a pressing medical issue. So all in all I highly recommend Dr Brewer to anyone seeking a Pediatrician in SB/Goleta.
My toddler recently had surgery at cottage children medical center and I just want to say the staff was amazing the drs and nurses took the time and patience to answer all our questions. And they way our nurses especially nurse Carissa who treated our daughter and went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and not in pain. I just want to say Thank you !

Dr. Ryan was AMAZING! I came in with lower back and glute pain. In our first session he was thorough, explained everything in a simple and comprehensive way for me to understand, and was very calming. I instantly felt relief from the pain and even though I know one session won't fix it overnight, I have tools on how to manage the pain in the meantime.

From my girlfriend: I've been in pain, neck pain since Feb 2021. Now I figured that I can bypass seeing a doctor and a chiro for awhile, but the pain kept getting worse. It was tough rotating my neck left and right. My boyfriend and I decided to take a trip to Santa Barbara and I wanted to find a chiro that can adjust me same day. Now most would want a consult and I didn't want that or come back another day simply because I'm on vacation. Well my bf messaged the chiro and was able to get me in right away. He adjusted my low back and neck and immediately the pain went away. Now I've been to other chiro's before but Dr. Grandle just made everything better. Once I got in the car, I just started crying because of how much relief I was in. I told him where the pain was and he knew what to do. I would Deff come back.

This review is from a local who has trained hard for decades. I tried many, many different ways to stay health and achieve my goals but the best action I've ever taken is to use the Dr. Brisby and the Training Room to help me. If you've got an athletic injury, save yourself the runaround just go to Dr. Brisby and LISTEN to his advice. He's helped me and many of my friends get healthier than we ever were. And the training faculty itself is special. It's all "functional" which translates to a better ability to perform in the real world. I've worked with trainer Chris and found him to be really, really smart and helpful and just wants to help people reach their potential. Chris is wise and has seen A LOT and if you're a bit banged-up will definitely get you not only back to where you were but way better--without any risk of setbacks.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Girard in my time of need.I recently had abdominal surgery and was still suffering from post-op pain so I was fearful of going to a chiropractor. Due to a tremendous amount of low and mid back pain I asked my acupuncturist for a referral and without hesitation I was referred to Dr. Girard. I have been cared for in every way that I needed. Not only did Dr. Girard manage to gently relieve all of my back pain, she also got me on the road to a full recovery. I now have more energy, I'm sleeping well and I once again feel like myself. Dr. Holt is the most knowledgeable, thorough chiropractor you'll find. I've had chiropractic care in Montana, California, and Nevada. I live in Nevada now, and if I could afford to go back and see him regularly, I would. He's helped me with my back, wrists, and even my breathing. I'm a dentist who plays a lot of tennis. You will not find a better chiropractor than Dr. Holt.

They were nicely boxed, and put inside an elegant drawstring bag, and included a certificate of aquamation for my cat and a wooden pendant with his pawprint. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. It's small and homey, not big and impersonal.

I trust her and this is a great place to feel connected to your vet, this is not a conglomerate, you work with Peggy and that makes a huge difference in the continuity of care. Sarah our dog loves going to see her which hasn’t happened at any other vet. Vinchenza our cat got the best care including end of life care. We were blessed to obtain the services of La Cumbre Animal Hospital when we moved here last year. We have been extremely pleased with the care our small dog has received during every visit. Matt Pesendian is an excellent acupuncturist and holistic wellness expert. His treatments are effective and efficient. After one treatment, I was able resolve a swollen jaw that could not close, another time I could not put weight on an arm from tennis use and two treatments later I was back to myself. The treatments have also supported me through a period of grieving. As a patient, I can feel Matt's holistic and heart-centered focus. He is also a true professional and makes me feel very comfortable in his treatment setting.
Rich is the best yoga teacher in town. I've been practicing yoga since 1981; had classes with many teachers, as well as attended many workshops. I've taken basic and advanced teacher training at White Lotus. He's the best teacher of all.

I joined Club Pilates in La Canada and I am really enjoying it. The classes are very good and all of the instructors are skilled. There is an art to signing up though. You have to sign up on the wait list at times, and then watch to see a space opens up for you. I have never had to miss a class because I remained on the wait list. There is a policy that people have to cancel 12 hours in advance, so usually I am notified the day before that I am off of the wait list and scheduled for the class.
Brent is an amazing healer. A fantastic massage, yes. But this is more than that, he takes time to listen, works stuck energy and gave honest suggestions towards healing. I wish I lived in the area to come more frequently. After one season I feel happy, light with tension/discomfort relieved. Even brought some well welcomed laughs to my less desirable issues like my sweaty hands :) Suggest you look for an appointment in advance, he does seem to book up, I was lucky enough to piggy back on someone's cancelation. Clean, calm space with beautiful energy.

I have had both massages and facials with Sharon and very much like her services. She is conscientious and talented. She uses quality products. She cares about her clients. I tried Gua Sha with my facial this week and did notice an energetic difference; as though my face was more distinct, as though the skin was bonded with the bones more precisely. The procedure itself feels comfortable-she is running a broad instrument across the planes of the face in a planned order. I am guessing she is following the muscles of the face. Nico is among the best massage therapists/bodyworkers I've ever been to. He's everything you want in a massage therapist. First of all he has "the touch", which can't be taught. You either have it or you don't. For Nico, bodywork isn't just a job, it's also a gift, a purpose, and a passion. He has over 30 years of experience and he's the type of guy who never stops learning about his craft. Bodywork is an art and a science and he's both an artist and a scientist when addressing the complexity of the neuromuscular system. He knows his physiology very well. Checkout his website and read through the articles. His plethora of knowledge is immediately apparent. He's the strongest massage therapist I've ever been to, so when I have a muscle knot in a very deep and strong muscle, he's the guy who can get it to release. But he's offers far more than just physical strength. He is skilled in many different modalities and knows when to apply them. He's well versed in deep tissue work, sports massage, injury-specific massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular work, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, gua sha, and others. He often combines several of these in a single session as needed to address the specific issues you're dealing with. He's a wealth of knowledge. When years of physical therapy have failed for a variety of the muscle tension-related issues, Nico has provided supstantial relief. For example, one time, all of my symptoms pointed to a very tight psoas muscle. I had been hunched over for days due to the pain. I couldn't stand up straight due to the burning, pinching, radiating pain in my lower back. None of the stretching and strengthening exercises that the physical therapists provided were providing any relief. I asked if they performed psoas releases and each one said no, and that it wasn't necessary for my recovery. I reached out to Nico and asked if he performed psoas releases. He said yes, so I booked the soonest appointment he had. He performed the release and I walked out of the office upright and almost pain free. The massage with Nico was a partially painful 90 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. Nico also understands to the mind-body connection. He doesn't just deal with the muscles and joints. He also knows how the nervous system is deeply connected with the muscular system. I've suffered from chronic headaches in the past. I came to him with this issue and he released some deep tension in my shoulders and neck and this provided substantial relief. Nico is very compassionate and holds space if you need He understands that trauma can be stored in the body, and when tension in the body is released, long held emotions can also be released. I've broken down in tears on the massage table not from physical pain, but from the release of deeply held emotions that came to the surface as a result of the bodywork. Nico understood this and held a safe space for this emotional expression. It wasn't awkward or uncomfortable at all. Nico is also very generous with offering tips and at-home exercises, ergonomic changes, etc. that will help you to address the root causes of your pain, tightness, and other discomforts. Nico is a genuine, good-hearted person who is skilled in his work. He's also a talented painter and his office is filled with is beautiful art. Come for the excellent bodywork, and stay for the art gallery :)

I had some pretty horrific hip pain. I came to Romi after seeing two neurologists, two neurosurgeons, two orthopedists, two surgeons, two doctors of physical therapy, an osteopath, a bunch of tests (including X-rays, MRIs, bone scan). Nothing helped. I was unable to stand, let alone walk, without crutches. I got better after working with Romi.

I went here for my very first facial ever and had a wonderful time. Jen asked me a lot of questions about my skin and explained everything so well. I have an allergy to a common ingredient in skin care products and Jen assured me she double checked the ingredients in all the products before my appointment, which was really comforting to know. The facial was incredible, she made sure to let me know what each step was and checked in to make sure everything felt good, and my skin looks great!! Major bonus was the heated bed that was so comfy. I immediately felt comfortable and will absolutely be returning.
Awesome experience. Was going to get a massage because I hurt my back and neck. Learned what Rolfing was when I walked in. I also had a tear in my Meniscus at the time and told him that. I left feeling amazing. A month later my knee is also completely healed. Highly recommend this place, Robert was great.
Jeremy is truly gifted with healing talent and intuitive skill. I met him while he was doing bodywork on my horse after suffering an attack from an off-leash dog while we were riding on the trails. The emotional and physical recovery of my horse from Jeremy’s touch was remarkable so much so that I decided to have him work on my injuries sustained from the fall - I had already been seeing a chiropractor yet never seemed to be holding the adjustment. Since Jeremy’s work I feel better balanced and more focused then I have for many years - I’m in my late sixties and my horse and I have a brand new lease on life!!!Thank you Jeremy ?

I went to see my doctor for a three month bout of dizziness, which we determined was due to severe muscle tension in my neck and shoulders, causing cervicogenic vertigo. He highly recommended acupuncture, and Caroline to me specifically, as he has been receiving her care for years. So right away, though I had not been to an acupuncturist for 20 years, and then only once, I trusted his referral, and booked a session with her. Thankfully I did. For 3 months, I was in a spinning world I couldn't trust and it was terrifying. I tried everything - massage, at home treatments, heat, medication, nothing worked. ONE session with Caroline and my muscles released so much that I was barely dizzy at all that day nor the next, and I am ecstatic to say that my healing keeps improving. I will continue my care with her, and can confidently say that her years of expertise, calm, professional demeanor and the lovely energy in her space all adds up to the highest quality practitioner. She's a rare find!

Beyond that, she is extremely warm, kind and truly cares. Her presence calms me, and my weekly acupuncture appointments have been instrumental in helping to manage my stress and anxiety during a very tough time undergoing fertility treatments. After 14 years of dealing with a shoulder injury from weight lifting (physical therapy has helped regain range of motion and strength, but not chronic deep muscle pain) and 4 months of dealing with patellar tendinitis in my knee, Kenneth performed an acupuncture treatment on both those areas using acupuncture, infrared therapy, and thermal heat. Post treatment, trigger point pain in both the knee and shoulder have substantially decreased, as well as pain on range of motion. Swelling that was located around my patellar tendon for the last four months is completely gone. He anticipated it would take 2 to 3 treatments, this being my first visit.
As a practicing General Dentist in Ventura California, Kenneth had a very caring and empathetic bed side manner. He spent quality time with me during my entire treatment. He was very informative about the benefits of acupuncture and his approach of treating patients. He also took time to explain how other colleagues of his treat patients and how “one size fits all” is not his approach.
Kenneth takes his back ground of sports medicine and approaches his treatment to better enhance how each muscle, tendon, and bone work together.

I'm so glad I found this place and Monica was lovely right from the start! She was able to get me in due a pretty severe flare up of back pain which I desperately needed for pain relief. She is very knowledgeable about her skill as an acupuncturist and was able to clearly explain her process in addition to other styles of acupuncture that I had previously experienced. I'm so grateful for her kind words, gentle touch and skilled service. It really did help and part of the way through I fell asleep which definitely indicates a relaxing experience! Highly recommend if you need pain relief and a kind and patient person to provide the necessary treatment.
I have been seeing Vishal for shoulder pain and back tension. He's excellent at identifying pain spots in the body that are not within my immediate awareness. And while he does address symptoms, he's ensures that he treats all of you: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Ultimately, I feel loads better!

Convenient pick up/drop off options, nice & updated cars, good documentation of corrections, etc. My daughter feels very well prepared for her upcoming behind the wheel test. She especially got along with instructor Joe, super friendly!
