I originally started training as a way to work out and blow off steam, but Coach Stefan had a much bigger vision for me than I had for myself. He is incredibly relatable, highly skilled, and truly gifted at teaching proper technique. He doesn’t just run workouts. He teaches you how to fight, how to defend and protect yourself, how to strengthen your core, and how to think and strategize. He is a true fighter in every sense.
What makes this even more special is that my son also trains with Coach Stefan. He started at five and is now seven, and the growth we’ve seen has been amazing. My son really looks up to him. Coach Stefan teaches discipline, confidence, and strength at such a young age, and it shows both on and off the mat.

I had the BEST experience working with Boss Beauty for my wedding in March! The communication with Barbie was fantastic and she's extremely organized! She kept notes from all our conversations, the trial, etc... She helped create a service schedule and sent reminders and checklists for the bridal party and me to prep before our services.
Barbie and her team traveled to our venue and began services at 6:00 am. The entire team did a fantastic job and everyone in the bridal party looked stellar! Barbie and her team were extremely kind, personable and genuine. They were so easy to chat with while we were all getting ready.
Barbie and Natali did my hair and makeup and I became emotional once they finished. The final look was absolutely stunning. I have never felt more beautiful in my life! Barbie provided me with a touch up kit for photos and the hair and makeup lasted the entire 18 hour day!
I am so pleased with the final results but also touched by the hard work, time and care that Barbie and her team put into making our day special and memorable!
Nancy listens to my requests and always follows through. Her and her salon make you feel comfortable and familial. I went from a light brown color that I always wanted with Nancy, to closer to my natural color a dark black. I always feel content leaving this salon and love to come back to Nancy anytime! ❤️

EDIT: Dawn is a wonderful hairstylist, don’t get me wrong. The times she dyed my hair turned out beautiful and I got a handful of compliments when the color faded. The issue is the prices that I have to pay. The first time I went, I paid $357.70 for a light bleach to get a dark red color. She did tell me at the beginning that it would be around $300 but she added $50 for other services I never got. It was supposed to be a deal for a Brazilian blowout. I told her I’ll get it another time but she kept on reassuring me that she never gives these types of deals so she’ll add half to the appointment and I’ll pay the rest when I can. I’m pretty sure she forgot and now I prefer my $50 left.
When I came back around 4 months later for a new color, the price was originally $370 but she brought it down to $350. I wouldn’t have an issue with the amount of bleach but this time she didn’t mention the price till the end. In the beginning, we talked about my color but no price. In the middle, I asked for a price and she only replied with “You have enough” ... I'm a high schooler with a part-time job that barely gives me hours. Near the end, she introduced me to Afterpay, which splits up the bill into payments every 2 weeks. The issue: I’m not old enough. She gave me the false belief that I'd be able to pay her in small payments over 2 weeks. I only have $350 in my account so the original price made me panic. I told her I could pay half today and the other half two weeks from now when I get paid. She made a face and told me she needed the money now. Either call someone or pay $350, so I pay the amount and leave.
It’s hard to enjoy my new hair now, and I feel like box-dying it black to cover up my shame. At least send me back the $50 so I can buy a cheap prom dress. I love you, Dawn, but I’ll find a new place.

JoJo is absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in until the I left it was truly an incredible experience. JoJo has great energy! She took great care of me and I absolutely love my silk press, she is the bomb at feathering as well. JoJo even educated me on ways to preserve my hair while working out. She is the best hands down! Najib has been our barber for nearly 20 years. Always great service and a great atmosphere. Real people, real barbers, great cuts and fair prices. These guys care about their people. Visit after visit I see faces in there that I saw when I first came in there years ago. These guys are blue collar family men….not some hip overpriced appointment only barber. No nonsense, no bull shit. They treat people right, but remember respect goes both ways. I wouldn’t step out of line there an act a fool, I have seen Najib check people that act like spoiled children at his shop. And good on him for doing so….we need more of that these days. My son and my wife always feel welcomed when they visit for his haircuts as well. I don’t just choose NYCE Cuts, my family does too.

I was looking forward to trying our new image because of the overall review of this place. I have had pretty bad experiences with getting my haircut in the past and was definitely nervous about asking for a wolf cut. She assured me that we could do it but left the choice up to me. I went full send with the edgy style and couldn't be more happy. I am shared with her that I'm going to get pictures done later that night and she offered to style my hair and would've done so however I wanted. She was very kind. I will be back, my pictures came out great! I would recommend this place to anyone, they know what they're doing! ?

We came in from out of town for my graduation and getting my hair and makeup done was my treat to myself. I'm SO glad I booked with Adela. She did everything I wanted and more. I felt beautiful the entire day and it was effortless. The makeup was so beautiful I waited until the last possible minute to take it off. She came at 5 AM and I didn't take my makeup off until 1 AM (including taking a nap in it) and it still looked PERFECT! I wish I had her locally. Love the horror themed decor! Place was clean and the piercer was professional and did an amazing job! Costs were great. Eyebrow piercing was $30 including jewelry, and we opted for both eyebrows to be done so $60 plus tip. We got there right when they opened at 4 pm and were the first customers. I requested ambigram style tattoo that says "Serenety". Marcos made me feel very comfortable during the process. He verfied the tatoo size and placement, checking in with me during the session, snd even making me laugh a little, while he was doing the tattoo!
I'm visiting from SoCal, and Marco was also from around the same area. He moved to Glendale about 4 years ago, and opened up Avenue 58 Ink.
This is one of the very few tattoo shops in the Valley that has five stars, and this shop deserves every one!

Jerry was great, came out for same day service. Had a hose bib/ spigot replaced, which he completed extremely timely and for a very reasonable price. To top it all off, Jerry noticed and mentioned a termite trail on our house that we hadn’t noticed yet. We were able to make contact with our exterminator and get the issues resolved quickly before it turned into a more costly expense! A+ all around. Will definitely be using and referring Jerry and POP Plumbing to anyone asking for a great plumber.
I called Bumblebee when the water from our indoor faucets slowed to a trickle. This was midafternoon, but a plumber (Jose
Gomez) was dispatched immediately and arrived at our house in half an hour. I will mention that we are long-standing customers and pay a modest monthly fee to be a Bumblebee “member”, which includes priority scheduling.
Jose told us what he was going to do to diagnose the problem, which he did almost immediately. He gave us options, and we chose to install a new one the next day, which he did. Jose worked cleanly and efficiently, and obviously knew a lot about the plumbing world.
We’ve had continued excellent service from Bumblebee (one was when a pipe burst in our ceiling) . I highly recommend Bumblebee.

These guys are the best. Ran into a plumbing issue overnight and initially called Robins Plumbing, just to have them come out and tell me they couldn't help. Our ordeal began when a Cox installer accidentally flooded our house. During the assessment, we discovered that our entire home needed to be repiped due to aging CPVC piping that was 29 years old. Talk about turning a bad situation into a necessary but overwhelming project!

The condition of the furnace in the basement had gotten pretty bad over the years. Theodor came over for the furnace cleaning job and was extremely meticulous with the task. He took the burners apart and cleaned out all the soot that had built up over the years. He also recommended cleaning the air ducts because they had gotten pretty clogged. I can tell that the house is warming up much faster and the heat is more consistent. He was very polite and made sure the work site was cleaned up before he left for the day.
Julie has been our regular house cleaner for 2 years now and my wife and I are absolutely delighted with her cleaning standards and attention to detail. Always prompt on arrival and a truly hard worker.

I am quite cautious as anyone else when selecting someone to come into my home to clean while I’m at work. I couldn’t have made a better choice. We were able to take samples home to view them next to our cabinets and furniture, another helpful step.
Our Installer, Richard, is a Master Artisan at Flooring and Design. He was friendly, professional and trustworthy throughout the whole process. He was methodical and meticulous on his installation with an eye for detail, so the whole job was completed to our total satisfaction!

They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection.
And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right.
And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate.
They accepted my credit card payment over the phone.
Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large.

When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

I cannot tell you how much I recommend benchmark design and Dave. I am a first time home buyer and was stuck with a yard that was very difficult to landscape correctly. He gave me a SURPRISINGLY reasonable quote for quality work. I went looking at the stone colors and found one I liked, I told him and he went to get it but they didn't have any and wouldn't for months. He really went above and beyond spending extra time going to other places and contacting other people to get the exact color I wanted and I appreciated the effort he spent. I've been going here for many years. The office staff is proffesional, friendly and inviting. There have been quite a few changes since Dr. Woods retired but the office still offers great care with Dr. Crane who did see me for the last few years while Dr. Woods prepared to retire. The dental hygienists are very good and thorough. Great place to go for quality care.

I've been going to Dr. Schmidt for over 25yrs using the Activator Method. It's truly a blessing and I always feel so much better after an adjustment. I can't put into words of how much my quality of life has been with using this form of treatment. This is the only treatment that works for my sciatica. We were referred to CARE by our primary vet, as our 10 month old puppy required a surgery that otherwise would be very invasive if not done laparoscopically. Dr. Bleakly was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and we trusted that our fur baby was in great hands. The surgery went great and our pup is now one week out and has recovered very well. I am so glad that we found CARE - highly recommend!
The vet. and staff very knowledgeable. Kind and understanding and checks on your animal the next day and a week later. They are always there to help you and gives you an appointment right away in emergency situations. Very pleased and refer everyone to do service there.

Took my shih tzu in after missing two grooming sessions and honestly expected a disaster. The groomer handled the tangled fur patiently instead of shaving everything off immediately. She came back looking neat and fluffy, and they even trimmed around the eyes carefully so she could see properly again.
