I originally started training as a way to work out and blow off steam, but Coach Stefan had a much bigger vision for me than I had for myself. He is incredibly relatable, highly skilled, and truly gifted at teaching proper technique. He doesn’t just run workouts. He teaches you how to fight, how to defend and protect yourself, how to strengthen your core, and how to think and strategize. He is a true fighter in every sense.
What makes this even more special is that my son also trains with Coach Stefan. He started at five and is now seven, and the growth we’ve seen has been amazing. My son really looks up to him. Coach Stefan teaches discipline, confidence, and strength at such a young age, and it shows both on and off the mat.

I had Amy (for makeup) and Brittany (for hair) for my wedding and they were phenomenal!
Makeup: Amy was incredibly sweet, patient, and flexible. I was excited and a bit apprehensive about my makeup because I had never had it done professionally before. I gave Amy lots of inspo pics and we tried a few different options during my trial. She got a better understanding of what I wanted and I felt like the trial is a must! On the wedding day, she did my bridesmaid’s makeup first which I think helped significantly when it came to my makeup. I wanted to make several changes and Amy was so open and flexible! We ultimately were able to achieve the look I wanted and it lasted perfectly all day and night. I am so impressed by her ability to change my look and appreciate her willingness to adjust due to my feedback.
Hair: Brittany was fantastic. She was a last minute switch the day before my wedding but was very efficient, professional, and competent. I was able to tell what went well from my trial and she delivered. My hair was perfect all day and night. I’m not sure how she got my hair to look so smooth, hold its curl, and stay in my half up style.
Both Amy and Brittany were so nice and professional. They knew how to keep the vibe calm despite a high energy environment. They arrived exactly at their scheduled time.
Barbie was very communicative and professional when it came to scheduling and correspondence. I appreciated her transparency when last minute changes came up.

EDIT: Dawn is a wonderful hairstylist, don’t get me wrong. The times she dyed my hair turned out beautiful and I got a handful of compliments when the color faded. The issue is the prices that I have to pay. The first time I went, I paid $357.70 for a light bleach to get a dark red color. She did tell me at the beginning that it would be around $300 but she added $50 for other services I never got. It was supposed to be a deal for a Brazilian blowout. I told her I’ll get it another time but she kept on reassuring me that she never gives these types of deals so she’ll add half to the appointment and I’ll pay the rest when I can. I’m pretty sure she forgot and now I prefer my $50 left.
When I came back around 4 months later for a new color, the price was originally $370 but she brought it down to $350. I wouldn’t have an issue with the amount of bleach but this time she didn’t mention the price till the end. In the beginning, we talked about my color but no price. In the middle, I asked for a price and she only replied with “You have enough” ... I'm a high schooler with a part-time job that barely gives me hours. Near the end, she introduced me to Afterpay, which splits up the bill into payments every 2 weeks. The issue: I’m not old enough. She gave me the false belief that I'd be able to pay her in small payments over 2 weeks. I only have $350 in my account so the original price made me panic. I told her I could pay half today and the other half two weeks from now when I get paid. She made a face and told me she needed the money now. Either call someone or pay $350, so I pay the amount and leave.
It’s hard to enjoy my new hair now, and I feel like box-dying it black to cover up my shame. At least send me back the $50 so I can buy a cheap prom dress. I love you, Dawn, but I’ll find a new place.

I used to go to this place when I was a kid (back in the 90s) and Old man Sal was still running the joint he always had either The Godfather or Bonanza on the TV he gave the best haircuts and was and artist with a close shave. A great man and I'm glad to see the shop is still in business!
This place is great! The interior is very nice and clean. I got a mid taper and i got exactly what i asked for. My barber, joseph, is a real nice guy and makes sure you get cleaned up. the price was very affordable for what you get!!

I was looking forward to trying our new image because of the overall review of this place. I have had pretty bad experiences with getting my haircut in the past and was definitely nervous about asking for a wolf cut. She assured me that we could do it but left the choice up to me. I went full send with the edgy style and couldn't be more happy. I am shared with her that I'm going to get pictures done later that night and she offered to style my hair and would've done so however I wanted. She was very kind. I will be back, my pictures came out great! I would recommend this place to anyone, they know what they're doing! ?
I have been coming to this barbershop for over 3 years now since Lenny used to own the barbershop now James is my current Barber James is great he has been cutting my hair for the last year now he's always helpful always listens to my request and my haircuts always look great I make my appointments with him every 3 weeks regularly, if he wasn't at this barber shop I guess I would have to look for a new barber shop.
I would become a regular if I lived closer. I was in the area and chose the shop because of time and convenience but I had a great experience. Especially with the price and quality of the haircut. Very satisfied.

Can’t say enough about this spa. Relaxing atmosphere, kind front staff, and the owner, Nycoal, is so knowledgeable. You won’t regret the microneedling treatment. I have noticed such a difference in my appearance! Also, sent my teen son to the cryotherapy and red light therapy. It significantly reduced the swelling in just 2 sessions! The best part was the relaxing massage chair after my treatments. My son loved the water massage bed as well. Highly recommend!

Before starting my haircut, she took the time to do a consultation and really listened to what I wanted. She explained what my hair needed, how much should be taken off, and made everything easy to understand. Afterward, she blow-dried and styled my hair, and it looked so healthy and beautiful!
My bridal hair trial was incredible too. I have a lot of hair, but she curled and styled it so quickly, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Julia is incredibly detailed, talented, and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend her!

After 10 years with the same brow specialist, we moved out of the area. I had three appointments at two different studios and the results ranged from not good to awful. Elayna has completely saved my brows, but even the first appointment gave me a much improved result. Also, she's a wonderful person.

My sugaring specialist was incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciated how she walked me through each step of the process. Since this was my very first Brazilian sugaring experience, her kindness and willingness to explain what she was doing helped ease my nerves and made me feel much more comfortable.
The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is with aftercare education. I had mentioned that I had never had a Brazilian before, and while I was advised to wait 24–48 hours before intimacy and to use lotion, I would have appreciated more detailed aftercare instructions and recommendations for products that could help prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. I think providing first-time clients with more comprehensive aftercare guidance would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the convenience, professionalism, and the warmth and friendliness of my specialist.
All I can say is WOW! I was treated to the most amazing facial ever on 1/15/22. Michelle is so creative with her treatments. So many different options too. I received the Cherry Chocolate facial. It felt so cool, smelled delicious, and was fun with Valentine's Day coming up soon.I'd say the best part about visiting Skin Haus is how special you are made to feel. Michelle makes sure you feel like an absolute queen when you are in her care. Two days later and my skin feels like a million bucks. It is still so soft and smooth. Alex is incredible. Really! We were super frustrated to have a leak in our pool and watched our water usage skyrocket. I hate wasting water, especially here in Arizona!
He answers immediately or calls back right away and he was able to talk me through exactly what the issue was and found it almost immediately when he came out. He had even more recommendations on how to ensure our pool was running at optimal levels, as we had some bubbles in our return line. He talked through how to adjust that as well.
He quotes lower than the other companies and does what is necessary to get it done.
I would use Alex again in a heartbeat. In fact, I added his number to my phone and if (let’s be honest, when) we have another leak (pool ownership, right?) he will be the first person I call. Can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to know we have an expert locally who can detect and solve these problems. It can feel really scary when water is draining many gallons per hour and you are powerless to stop it.

Al came out and saved my life when the cold water valve broke to my washer! Came out within an hour (faster than anybody else I called) and at got everything settled for the night, then came back first thing today and got us back operational. Will be using these fine folks again in the future.
Wayne came out today for a home warranty service call. Very cordial and made sure we knew when he was arriving. Handled the warranty service call and was able to fit in a main water service valve replacement with new water pressure regulator and spigot. We had an “urgency” when we discovered our washer/dryer shut off valves needed replaced before we could have our new washer and dryer installed the following day.

Cory at Old Glory Locksmith contacted me after I had inquired about his services. I told him that I had an antique safe from 1900 to 1910 time period. The safe was from Alpine Safe and Lock Co. and was currently locked shut and he arrived on time and manipulated the combination and had my Safe open, keep in mind that this was Memorial Day weekend. He removed the lock and wheels, cleaned those and the dial, greased the mechanism and had it reassembled in a few hours. No drilling needed on this safe.
Thank you so much! I almost got swindled by a locksmith dispatch place that quoted me $875 for 11 replacement doorknobs. Bell Lock and Safe's much more reasonably re-keyed the locks, which was less than half as much even with the fee for the site visit. Plus it's such a pleasure to do business with a longstanding local business run by kind, competent people doing good business with their neighbors. It felt a little old fashioned really and was a much better way to end a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. (Yes, same day service. I called at 2:30 and the locksmith was there within an hour)

The condition of the furnace in the basement had gotten pretty bad over the years. Theodor came over for the furnace cleaning job and was extremely meticulous with the task. He took the burners apart and cleaned out all the soot that had built up over the years. He also recommended cleaning the air ducts because they had gotten pretty clogged. I can tell that the house is warming up much faster and the heat is more consistent. He was very polite and made sure the work site was cleaned up before he left for the day.

Jay, Adrian, Julio, and Luis were amazing. I have a house with popcorn ceilings and they removed my living room last year and I hired them to do my master bedroom this last two weeks. They safely removed my popcorn ceilings and did a great job on both. They are the most affordable in AZ, I priced some others, some at least $1000 higher in price!

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. My first time patient visit was great! They have a nice facility, modern equipment, and are very friendly. My hygienist was super patient with me and let me know what she was doing throughout the whole process of x-rays, evaluation, and cleaning. The doctor made me aware of issues I might have in the future, without recommending any unnecessary action now, and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. They both provided at home steps I could take to improve my overall oral health.
We had our first appointment and everyone was super friendly! The doctor who checked out my baby boys teeth was super nice and gentle! Definitely happy we made the decision to go with shine for our dentist!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gentile. She actually used to work with my dad (who is a retired dentist ) so I knew I’d be in good hands.
I ended up getting my fillings done at my last visit and she was amazing. She took her time, was super detail-oriented, and you could tell she really cared about doing everything perfectly. I felt comfortable the entire time. Her Hygentist Carly was also amazing!!
The thing that stood out the most was that she personally called me about an hour later just to check on how I was feeling and answer any questions about my dental health. That kind of care is so rare these days. I seriously can’t recommend her enough!
The front desk associates were also very friendly and accommodating from the second I arrived to the second I left. I can’t recommend fhjs office enough.
Dr Ceyhan is the dentists’ dentist- I am one and I choose to go to him. He is an excellent clinician who is well regarded and respected for his honesty, clinical skills and knowledge.
I am a competitive lifter with multiple back surgeries. He is the only chiropractor I’ve been able to find that understands the rigors of the sport and appropriate treatment to keep me upright. He is a no BS doctor that simply takes care of you without the need for endless follow ups.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Initially going to this appointment I was super nervous; it was for my 6week old son. He had severe torticolis and has been screaming since day one.
While waiting for the assessment I was breast feeding him and the Dr came in and just talked to me about what had been going on, letting me feed him without feeling embarrassed or feeling like I need to hide. Then she walked around with him for a bit so he could get acclimated to her before beginning to assess him. She tried multiple different approaches and techniques to provide relief for his neck and body. Some worked, some didn’t; and the second my son showed any sign of discomfort or distress she stopped and handed him back to me.
He got some mild relief and finally fell asleep on me. She then let me sit in the office in the dark for as long as I wanted since he was sleeping peacefully (has hasn’t been sleeping during the day). She even said I could stay until they closed at 5pm!
She came in and gave her honest recommendation to a chiropractor who specializes in kids and babies since she didnt have too much experience with torticolis and was not positive she was the right dr for him. It’s very rare to find people who are honest and genuinely want what’s best for your kid. They even called the other office for me and scheduled an appointment.
The staff here were all so kind and positive. The atmosphere is calm and spiritual. I was not even aware they were Christian based until I walked in and there was faint worship music playing. It immediately eased my nerves. The place is super clean and comforting. They really treat you like family
Even through they couldn’t help my son, I will be going there for my own adjustments soon!

I've been seeing Dr. Dave for two months for treatment to my back and foot. Between his adjustments and decompression therapy, I'm feeling significantly better. My pain level is much lower and my range of motion has had meaningful improvement. His staff is great too! Sharee is welcoming at the front desk, and Latoya and Kayla are fun and make decompression treatment pleasant. Highly recommend!

Have been seeing Dr Logan for a couple years. He's always been great, but this past week and a half was the best experience to date. I came in last Monday after having my neck and shoulder jammed up from helping a friend move and had massive pain. I had basically no neck movement to the left. He opened me up to about 30% that day. After ice, heat and stretching for the last week I still only had about 50% mobility this morning with a continued lingering pain. After going back to see Dr Logan again today, I walked out feeling so much better. And a few hours later, no pain, and full mobility restored. He's the best!
I've been going to Dr. Schmidt for over 25yrs using the Activator Method. It's truly a blessing and I always feel so much better after an adjustment. I can't put into words of how much my quality of life has been with using this form of treatment. This is the only treatment that works for my sciatica. I can't tolerate pressure on my back as it only makes it worse. I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt and his staff for best practice and treatment. ??

Dr Park was excellent I am very happy I found his clinic - I’ve been having some major lower back problems and after leaving his office I felt totally relaxed and refreshed. The vet. and staff very knowledgeable. Kind and understanding and checks on your animal the next day and a week later. They are always there to help you and gives you an appointment right away in emergency situations. Very pleased and refer everyone to do service there.

From the moment you walk into desert sky animal hospital, you feel at home. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and the techs and doctors are amazing. Everyone is great with the people and fantastic with the animals, they always want your pets to leave with a positive experience. The online pharmacy is so convenient too. My son always enjoys tagging along and was given stickers and a little toy last time for being a good helper. We’re so happy to have our two bulldogs see Dr. Chowdhry!

Beth at Smoochy Pooches has always been a life saver for us! When we had a golden retriever who was my pride and joy, I was always nervous about where I was leaving him cause he was very attached to me, but I always felt super comfortable leaving him with Beth. She also gave him THE BEST haircuts. Never too short or too long and always came back gorgeous. Now our golden is no longer with us but we adopted a 2 year old lab in March. The first thing he needed was a bath but he was very scared to be bathed, and Beth got him in the next day and was super patient with our new dog (that we also only knew for one day!) and again she came to my rescue when my allergies were insane from all the dust in his fur, and got him in with her new groomer Sierra same day. Sierra is so sweet and did a great job with our boy! He came home fresh as a daisy! As a working mom of a toddler.. they say it takes a village, and Smoochy Pooches is part of mine. I am so lucky to have my favorite groomer just right across the street. Even if I moved I’d make the trip to Smoochy Pooches. Cannot say enough great things about this place and Beth (and now Sierra too!).

Took my shih tzu in after missing two grooming sessions and honestly expected a disaster. The groomer handled the tangled fur patiently instead of shaving everything off immediately. She came back looking neat and fluffy, and they even trimmed around the eyes carefully so she could see properly again.
I have gotten to take my dogs there whenever they need to. They are so friendly and nice with the dogs...much appreciated

I was in need of some relief and I came to Flamingo Spa to see Emily. Her massage was spectacular and she was very attentive. She does a scratch technique in addition to a great full body massage. The scratching is an almost other worldly experience that is very hard to describe, but extremely enjoyable to receive. I recommend her highly.

I have multiple health challenges, and she always gets me to feeling my very best possible! Her techniques are powerful enough to have me feeling relief from years of severe arthritis! The staff here are truly amazing when it comes to to patient care and working with each individual as they are their working alongside with us as we work thru our slow healing progress (depending on your injury).
