Had clog/backup in plumbing line from house to septic. Although it was Saturday May 3 I received a call back from the office who arranged for one of their plumbers, Chris, to call me. Explained the situation and he agreed to respond. Only took 45 mins. due to the distance but he got quick to work. Problem was resolved quickly & for fair price. Very happy with experience & will reach out again for any plumbing needs.
I wanted to try Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing because mainly of the smaller family owned type of business. I was not disappointed from start to end. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. My technician Steve was prompt, thorough and friendly and was able to get everything properly cleaned and maintained the same day. The prices were also very reasonable. We had Quick Home Plumbing & Water Heaters replace our gas water heater at our home in Tucson, and the service was fast and smooth from start to finish. Harrison responded quickly, handled the install professionally, and made sure everything was working right before leaving. More recently, we noticed an outdoor hose bib leaking after seeing unusually high water use, so we called again. Harrison came out promptly, found the problem, and replaced the leaking faucet without any hassle. Since he was already there, we also decided to add another outdoor faucet on the other side of the house for better convenience and yard use. Even with a tight and difficult crawl space, the work was completed the next day and everything turned out great. It is hard to find a plumber who is this responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for water heater service, leak repairs, faucet replacement, and general plumbing work.
After my unfortunate experience with a previous contractor, I was relieved when this plumber arrived on time and carefully installed the sump pump in under two hours, explaining each step along the way. He even took an extra moment to test it multiple times to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving.
Im a plumber and could not find a leak so Robert came out and found the slab leak and marked the manifolds so I had the option of reroute the line or spot repair. He came out with in an hour supper fast and I was able to get the job done that same day. Thanks Robert you are the man!!

This is not the first time I have used Joes Platinum Plumbing. Had an anti-siphon which was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was notified when they were on their way and they arrived at the scheduled time. Great company with excellent service. Alexa was AMAZING. The space was so well kept, very clean and tidy. I find that very important as she was working on my eyes, and they are super sensitive. Her work is incredible. I woke up the next day no irritation, lashes looks great even three weeks later! She was so so kind and talked me through what she was using and all of the steps. The time went by so fast, because she was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. You can tell she has honed in on her craft. I am thrilled, my hair looks amazing, she did these beautiful low lights that I really wanted, and used special products on my sensitive skin that were all organic and work well with color treated hair. I booked here just to try it out. My son is very picky about his hair and after several failed trips to other barbers in town we gave this shop a try and was booked with Pete. My son's barbershop that we like to go to is closed 2 days out of the week?? so we had went to another shop and it wasn't very good? & i honestly didn't want the guy to get embarrassed/or myself, and have him get introuble or whatever. So the next day we found this one last minute, and it was late, told them my problem and Aj said to come in he will fix it and he will wait for us! We've seen Emily this summer for my daughter as we needed tanning for a ballroom competition. I did not know much about tanning nor what to ask for. After a few visits around town I reached out to Lindsay and fell in love with her technique, knowledge and attention to cleanliness & sanitation. That was over 5 years ago! I see her every 4-6 weeks and my skins look better than it did in my last 20s (I'm almost 40). I love the way her lobby area is so clean and smells amazing. She is always ready for me and greets me with the brightest smile that makes me excited that she's excited to see me! You can tell she's paying attention to you and focused on what you are saying as you express your concerns or goals with your skin or wax.
Her comfortable table is something massage therapist should invest in. She really makes you feel comfortable and she is using really great products that show results! She never rushes me out (so she plans her clients accordingly) and her good byes are sad because you don't want to leave and get back to reality.

I went to Waxwerks today, June 12 Friday 245 wax eyebrow wax appointment angel did a marvelous job on my beautiful Eyebrows. I've gone to Tesla who is also amazing at Eyebrows magic. I enjoy the girls it's always a good time at their shop. They even have a candy bowl and they helped me to be even more beautiful than I am on the outside. We always have a good laugh. I highly recommend Waxwerks that is all carry on.

This was by far one of the best massages I’ve had. The atmosphere is very calming from the reception area to the rooms. Annie’s technique was unique. She was both strong enough to get plenty of pops in my misaligned joints and to get the knots out of my shoulders and back but then she’d switch it up and make it relaxing for a bit before getting back to work. Highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

In June 2024, she performed her magic by making my asymmetrical eyebrows actually resemble each other. Yes, I trusted this woman wholeheartedly while tattooing my face. I attended a second appointment so this perfectionist could add any touch-ups that were needed. I continued to watch Lindsey online build her clientele and be voted Tucson’s best Esthetician for 2 consecutive years.

I’m using my husband’s account to leave this review - I’ve had lash extensions for over 15 years here in Tucson and have tried just about every lash place around and Victoria Sayles is hands down the best. I am over 50 and have hooded eyes so getting the full, open eye look is difficult but Victoria does what no one else can. I drive about an hour one way to see her every two weeks but I could go 3-4 weeks if absolutely necessary and my lashes would still look great. She is the most advanced lash stylist and extremely professional, there is no one better !!!!
I have been going to Ellie for about 2 years and thanks to her facials, my skin looks and feels amazing. I work outside a lot and do not have time to care for my skin properly and it is very oily. I see ellie on a monthly basis and every time I leave after her treatment, I feel like I have a new face. My family and friends are always commenting on how much my skin has improved. I had an amazing experience at the parlor today. One of the best I've had in a long time. My Artist today was Eddy Perice, and he was phenomenal. Dude has real talent and cares about his work. I requested a custom peice and he delivered.
Absolutely recommend him and his work. Eddy wasn't quite sure how to do what I was asking for but what he came up with was great he free handed some stuff and you could tell it came from the heart.
And that's what this experience was, for me art is a form of artistic expression, the shop is clean, the folks there do grest work. I absolutely recommend the shop. And can't wait to do some more work with Eddy in the future.

I called about a possible irrigation leak, and Anthony came out quickly and thoughtfully analyzed the problem. It turned out to be a faulty timer/clock and valve issue instead of a leak. He was amazing about carefully explaining the issues and discussing options. He did excellent work and left us puddle-free! I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail, and would recommend his service to anyone. As a quick note, he did mention he focuses more on installing new systems than repair, but his repair work was exemplary.

We needed several plumbing issues fixed, including having a shower, torn out and replaced. After being disappointed by another plumber who couldn’t do the work, I was referred to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing by a friend who worked with them last year & was VERY HAPPY with their work.
I called Jake on a Friday. He there within hours, went directly to the hardware store afterwards and found us a new shower. We signed the contract on a Saturday and his crew began working The following Monday. After four days, we had a new shower at all our plumbing problems fixed! They even fixed a couple plumbing issues that we’ve dealt with for, years that were due to faulty work that was done when our house was built.
Everyone we worked with was courteous, prompt & professional. The communication was great, including a rundown of what they expected to accomplish that day, a summary of what had been done at the end of the day & what to expect for the next day & a “heads up” when they were on the way. Every other contractor out there should follow their business model!
The guys were careful to work neatly and not damage anything, putting Paper on the floor to prevent dirt from getting all over the house (the demolition part of this type of job is going to be messy).
I will use them again if I ever need any plumbing work & recommend them to ALL my family & friends. I wish I could give them more stars, as they EXCEEDED my expectations & we feel so fortunate to find them. THANK YOU to Jake, Martin & Chris!!!

The tech guys who installed my air conditioning units were great--respectful and did a great job. Because I was so happy with them, I decided to bundle some services and added a hydrojetting of my pipes and replaced my water heater. There was an issue with my invoice, but Mike Patterson chased down the issue and cleared it all up. Really great customer service!
I was very happy with Abel's competent service. A septic company recommended this company to deal with a possible clog as my septic tank was cleaned a few months ago and draining it again was not indicated. He was able to clear things without using and charging me for snake service. If it backs up again will definitely have this person come back and do the snake service to my pipes. I was only charged a $50 trip charge though its been many many years since a company charged me a trip charge for coming out to the picture rocks area!
Chris did a fantastic job on my old toilet. Original install with liquid nails. He worked really hard to remove toilet and replace the seals. It is now working great. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put in. And the pricing was reasonable. They are the only plumbing company I will use in the future.

Steamy did a professional job in mitigating our water damage issues. Always courteous, communicative and reliable. In our case, discussions and agreements with the insurance carrier was challenging and problematic and created a bit of friction. However, Steamy displayed courtesy and diplomacy at all times and were very responsive to homeowner concerns and issues that lead to successful resolution of all billing issues. Billing manager Seth Powell led that effort and successfully resolved all issues. Hopefully we will never have another water leak requiring mitigation. But, if we do Steamy will be called!

Burnett Exterminating is THE BEST exterminating company ever! We used two other companies and we came across an issue with pack rats who had caused a lot of damage to our water pipes! They came out to our house in short notice and inspected our home and placed traps and removed the culprit as well as finding snake skin and advised us on what to do to deter any further activity. We have been working with them since 2021 I believe and we are very happy with them. Professional service and they have immense integrity.

Recently Pest Friends merged with another Tucson pest company called Responsible Pest Control. There are a few minor changes, and the AI phone system can sometimes be a little off-putting, but the service is still top-notch! I had a great service from a very friendly tech who explained everything very clearly to me, took pictures, and went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection. I would definitely choose them again!

Very helpful getting all the termite inspections organized when we bought the house. I know there are a lot of pest companies in Tucson, but I would highly recommend DSR. Excellent service. Two visits. First to apply pre and post emergent. Yard is weed free. Had them come a second time for overall yard clean up. They did extensive trimming of the mesquite in the back which really needed it. Trimmed other trees and bushes. Very thorough clean up. In my opinion they charged a good price for the 4.5 hours of work they put in. Would highly recommend.
Excellent job by Cole and his crew. Chris came out and discussed the trees to be trimmed, and the crew arrived on time and did a great job pruning the massive mesquite and pepper tree, as well as a palo verde and another tree. They look perfect and the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up after.
Great service at a great price!! Micah and his nephew came and took care of my front yard back yard and alley way. Micah and his crew are very prompt and professional. They removed and sprayed all of the problem areas and took care of a nasty overgrown cactus. Micah was aware that I work overnights and was so respectful of the noise level that I didn't even know they were here working! Castle's landscaping is already on the books for our next appointment and will be the only landscaping company that we will be using!! Absolutely recommend Castle's Landscape Services.

I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. We would highly recommend America's Best Roofing over any other contractor in town.?
Exxcell did such an amazing job for us! We found them through Home Advisor (sidenote - I do not recommend doing business through Home Advisor as they over-charge their venders) and Exxcell responded with an extremely reasonable price for a big job that was only a day after we talked. There were two guys doing the work and they were fast, flexible, communicative, considerate and went above and beyond. They helped us pass our move-out inspection. I definitely recommend them!
Very pleased with the work, materials, I was hoping to give a 5 star review. Only thing is, after the work was done the workers left without letting me know and after looking over the work I found areas that were not properly filled in and levelled off and some areas that were soft when I stepped on them. Would I reccommed them to other people? Absolutely!

I worked with Southwest Landscapes of Tucson, LLC to finish up a backyard project and touch up the front yard with some new plants. Nick and his team did an excellent job! On top of the landscaping, communication was great throughout, and they were even patient as I had an additional request added to the project after the initial quote regarding front yard plants. Their digital quote and invoice system was simple to use, allowing us to negotiate an additional request and apply it easily (I had to use physical checks for my last landscaper). The turnaround time between initial quote and project completion was quicker than I expected, and there was professionalism in the way they kept me in the loop with any updates. Dr. Echols is very quick and effective with his procedures, very thorough as well. I mentioned sensitivity in one of my teeth, and after an x-ray and exam, recommended a quick procedure to remedy thst issue that very same day. A quick walk to another chair and 5 minutes later, and the sensitivity was fixed! The dentist clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge with what he does.
The dental hygienists, as well, are absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly, gentle, and very good at communicating what they're doing, the status of your teeth, where improvement can be made, and how to improve your dental health.

Veronica, my RDH, was beyond exceptional. she was incredibly empathetic, educational, and present with me. she was teaching me about the process and going into detail about what each thing meant and how to improve them. she is the absolute gold standard for healthcare as a whole. whatever she is getting paid, it is not enough. (joking but serious, she’s that great at her career).
Dr. Christian was also so educational and kind. very concise, he uses amazing precision, and is once again, so empathetic.

From cleaning , to fillings to implants I have never had a negative experience, and to be honest I can’t remember a visit where I haven’t literally LOL. Never a wait when in office and they (Ashley) has always gotten me in for emergent visits. Very upfront regarding out of pocket costs and insurance coverage. I’m informed every step of the way. Love Dr tanner and all the staff. There have been times I’ve needed referrals to other offices ( orthodontics, TMJ specialists, oral surgery) and those offices have been top notch as well. Also, I feel the technology available in clinic is state of the art - from a probe that models my teeth on the screen in minutes to the 3D printer that prints a tooth! They take extra time to make sure the outcome is correct and work with me as needed on billing!!

He is very personable as he even called me to initiate my visit before they were opened as i did a online appointment that they offer on there website, He got me in the same day virtually first as he understood my pain and what I needed him for.
He will be my dentist of choice going fwd.. All his staff were so nice and professional. My brother recommended him to me as they had a very memorable visit in the past and in talking even knew his name as i did not mention it. He asked me about my mother as she went to see him two weeks prior.. he even asked how she was doing and told me he needed to call her and see how she was doing.. What other dentist does this..
He is my choice for a dentist and all my needs in the future.. and I've already told my wife and her family of the great experiences I've witness from this dentist. You will also like this place.. give them a try, I can almost guarantee as everyones needs are different that you'll be satisfied. The whole place is clean and state of the art. I took my 6 month old baby here about 3 months ago to get adjusted with Dr. Flores. His reflux had gotten worse since starting solids. This was mine and my husbands last resort before starting him on medication which we prayed the adjustment worked. Once my baby was adjusted, we immediately noticed a change. He was much more comfortable and would do better laying on his back. After 3 sessions, my baby’s reflux was 95% gone. I mean 95% because he spit up once every so often. At baby’s 3rd appt, Dr. Flores expressed a concern about my babies lower back and did not continue the adjustment. We have not been back since but about a week ago we received a letter from Dr. Flores in our mail wishing us and our baby the best. Thank you Dr. Flores! As a first time parent, he sure lifted a huge weight off our shoulders once we saw our baby’s improvement. Also. the staff here is great, very nice and friendly!

Dr. Cook used the Graston technique on my leg and changed my life. I’m 2009 I broke my ankle badly falling from a tree and in 2023 I finally found a treatment that significantly reduces the pain in my ankle that typically occurs after strenuous activity. Somehow, the Graston method of gently scraping at the soft tissue was the key to feeling better- and I could barely believe the improvement after only 3 treatments. Dr. Cook is also very pleasant to chat with during our short sessions and made me feel very comfortable in her office. Thank you!

Very polite staff and prompt service, the frustration of trying to find your office with no signage to guide the customer has cost you business. You need to press your landlord to install office numbers on the building.

The front desk went out of their way to accommodate a medical issue and turned a negative fear into positive hope. Healthy Skin Vail is our go to for skin health. Peace of mind is a blessing. Cannot say enough about how we appreciate Dr Cox and his professional and caring team.

The Doctors and Staff at Sunrise Pet Clinic care more about their Pet patients than Physicians with human patients. They have a tremendous wealth of knowledge that they share in ensuring our pet family has the absolute best care and quality of life. We trusted our dwarf rabbit, 2 large dogs, a cat, and now the 2 newest members of our family, chihuahuas Roo and Tigger, with care at Sunrise Pet Clinic. They care for each Pet patient with love as if they are their own.
Shout out to Jessica, who on my very first phone call to the clinic spent 38 minutes with me on the phone discussing every single concern I have about my cat. She is even knowledgeable in blood chemistry which is not common usually to have someone who answers the phone in reception to have this background. She also has knowledge in different sedatives that would be helpful to calm my cat who becomes a demon at a veterinary clinic. Lastly, she gave me concrete price estimates right over the phone, which I appreciated. I'm very impressed with her knowledge, caring disposition and patience and that is why I made an appointment. If my visit turns out anything close to the treatment I received from Jessica over the phone then I will be ecstatic.
Edit: I have been going to this clinic ever since. Dr. Upchurch is experienced and even more so for the sheer fact that she sees only cats so she has that much more exposure to feline ailments. She has diagnosed my cat with pemphigus foliaceus, which is extremely rare but she had a hunch right away what it was and knew what tests to order to get a confirmation. Ive seen people online go on for months with undiagnosed pemphigus on their cats because the vets don't know what they are looking at. Thanks to Dr. Upchurch, I was not one of those unfortunate people and my cat got relief very quickly.
She also just diagnosed my other cat with feline resorptive lesions. I am so lucky have Dr. Upchurch as my vet.
One of my cats is a screamer and turns into the hulk at the vet. Dr. Upchurch is the only one that knows how to handle him properly. Every other vet that I have seen struggles handling my difficult cat but Dr. Upchurch has a special touch and she just knows how to handle them.
In addition, her prices are reasonable and cheaper than other vets.
I still strongly recommend this clinic.
Dr Barrett and his team are phenomenal. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and logically realistic and ready to take action for the correct care plan. My dog Zeus had genetic cataracts and we found out after his blue eye unfortunately developed glaucoma. Glaucoma is such a nasty, relentless problem but Dr Barrett took such amazing care of Zeus and I was able to ensure my dog is no longer living in pain. I can’t thank you guys enough!!! You turned a terrible tragic experience into a positive experience and that means the world to us!
I had Dr. Heller come to my house several years ago when I suspected my senior cat had something serious going on. We found out he was hypothyroid and had kidney disease. Dr. Heller was so wonderful in handling my baby especially when he had to get a pretty good blood sample from him. Very convenient to have a mobile vet when you need one.
My dog LOVES coming here for check-ups and everything else! Dr. Behrens, Alex, and Romina are always very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. I really appreciate how our pup is taken care of everytime.

Had to make the awful decision to put our little dog Kazi to rest a few days ago. He had been a patient of theirs for 2 years prior. The day came, and the vet and tech were wonderful. He passed so peacefully, and I received flowers on my doorstep a few days later. I can't recommend their office enough. All the staff is so caring and loving
Dr Connely is incredible. Her exam was so complete she felt a metal piece that had broken off along the incision that had been used when my baby girl had been neutered years before by the adoption agency . She was able to keep it from migrating in to her abdominal cavity. I can't thank her enough for protecting Daisy with her thorough exam. I know my dogs are in great hands.
Had to have our dog put down, Dr, and staff are very compassionate and friendly but Professional and direct, which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them for all our animals going forward
We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Nunn and the Suffolk Hills Pet Clinic staff for many years. It is always a pleasure and yesterday was wonderful. Our dog Benny had been very ill since the first of the month. Within a few minutes of talking with Dr. Nunn the illness was diagnosed and a injection was given. By the time we got home Benny was feeling great. Problem solved. Dog healed.

We’ve been bringing our two goldendoodles here for grooming over the past few years, and it’s always been a great experience. Jenna does an amazing job and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into her work. One of the biggest things for us is that our dogs are actually excited when we arrive, which says a lot. Pricing is also very reasonable compared to what we’ve paid in the past. Highly recommend.
First time bringing my cat to Irma! She did a wonderful job. I just keep telling my cat how handsome he is. It has been over a week now and Billy is still so soft and smells like shampoo. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Our Alastair is a rescue with dark nails, and I'm sure he's been hurt in nail trims. He is a sweetheart for most things, but he is FREAKED OUT if anyone tries to touch his feet. Even us, holding beef jerky. I was so worried I forgot to confirm the name of the person who came out to meet us, but I think it was Christina. She straight snuck up on him with the most incredible energy. He didn't even notice the back feet. She is a magical human and I cannot say enough good things. I'm so impressed and grateful. I got home and texted people the recommendation.

I love this studio. Relaxed and not ridiculously strict like other studios with number of students. Reasonably priced . I love the Yoga, Pilates and HIIT. I'm 63 and in better shape then when I was 18 thanks to these classes.

I’m love this place and it’s affordable. They offer a variety of yoga classes, and the instructors are friendly and welcoming. They also provide yoga mats if you forgot yours. I will admit that the studio can get quite crowded at times

My physical fitness and mobility have improved incredibly with consistent practice, but above all, this is a space where calm can be found. There is community without pressure - the vibes are good. I was in 3 of Bonnie's 4-week prenatal yoga group classes before the birth of my daughter and I can 100% say that working with her prepared me for having a phenomenal birth experience. The first part of each class (~10-15 mins) is a group check in where each mama-to-be shares a bit of their experience. Having that time to realize that I was not alone in the feelings, doubts, aches, and questions that often arise in pregnancy was so helpful to my mental health. During the yoga sessions, Bonnie provides many types of poses to meet each participant's needs. Her focus on 360 breathing, and breathing in our sides, helped me to move through contractions at home when labor did begin, and ultimately guided me to, as my midwife said, "breathe down my baby" so that when we arrived at the birth center, I was already ready to push and deliver our little one 45 minutes later. I trust Bonnie with the important caretaking that is necessary in the prenatal months, as well as the support following birth, and I'm so grateful she is doing this work.
So far, my experiences with this center have been great. I appreciate the center’s location as well as their friendly staff. The instructors are passionate about what they do and are informative as well!
I had persistent lower back and shoulder pain and regular physical therapy actually made it worse. I did about 7 sessions with Sunanda and have kept doing her exercises everyday since. I have almost total mobility in me shoulder and can now to strenuous yoga classes again without lower back pain. She is a gem.

The instructor is absolutely wonderful. I had been taking a few beginner classes in the city I live (just visiting Tucson), but Emily gave me so many amazing pointers I had never heard before. Great beginner class, solid foundation work. Highly recommend. The class is actually in a crossfit gym warehouse thing so make sure your dress appropriately for whatever the weather is doing.
Alongside stands out to me because of the expert instructors and relaxing atmosphere. The reformer classes leave me feeling strong and aligned.
I am hypermobile with EDS. I have found that pilates and movement are essential for my overall health and care. However with EDS, it is difficult to find someone who is knowledgable and experienced in working with hypermobility. It takes a capacity to deeply understand how fascia truly works, how the body moves through space with ease for that particular body (not just based on an external understanding of balanced alignment), and openness on how to properly stabilize and support a body while in dynamic movement. Arlene can do all these things and more! Her capacity to truly comprehend what is happening in the body, offer the right structural support in the right ways in order to stabilize and strengthen the parts that are underused, and her hands-on deep tissue work is a gift and a blessing. Working with Arlene is like working with an artist deep in her creative process. I highly recommend her.
The studio has a warm and friendly vibe. As a snowbird I was welcomed into this community for as long as I would stay. The instructors are all highly experienced and trained by the best. I especially admire my Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainer, Teri, for her patience and affirming style as she insists on proper form and movement. The owner of the studio, Mirela, is fun loving and flexible! She continues to upgrade the already great space to accommodate her clients.
I’m a 67‑year‑old woman who used to hike 4–5 times a week, including multiple rim‑to‑rim hikes in the Grand Canyon and several backpacking trips. Two years ago, I developed low back pain with numbness down my right leg. I was eventually diagnosed with lumbar spine issues and spinal stenosis. I tried physical therapy, fascia therapy, and injections, but nothing helped.
A minimally invasive spine surgeon in Phoenix recommended that I strengthen my core with Pilates before considering surgery. After a few discouraging experiences with other instructors, I was close to giving up—until I found Lorraine.
After just five sessions with her, I can now walk a mile around our block twice a day with far less pain than before. Lorraine is organized, efficient, and incredibly attentive. She notices every detail of my movement and gently corrects improper patterns—something I never experienced with other instructors. She even taught me how to walk with proper alignment, which has made a huge difference.
For the first time in years, I’m confident that I’ll be able to return to the long hikes I love. I feel excited about life again. Without Lorraine, I’m certain I’d still be stuck on the couch instead of reclaiming my strength and independence.
I’ve been taking classes here for about two years and have had a great experience. The instructors are professional, well trained, and the Fletcher Pilates style is exactly what works for my body—I always feel safe while still getting a really effective workout.
As a working professional with a full daytime schedule, I’d love to see a few more higher-level class options outside of daytime hours, as I’d definitely come more often. Overall, I’m very happy with this studio and the quality of instruction, and I look forward to continuing my practice here for a long time to come.

Athletico is a very nice place to do physical therapy. The staff are very friendly and professional. They pay attention to what your needs are to help you get better. Had an evaluation session with Ethan last week for therapy after my right hip replacement. He is outstanding. Knowledgeable, articulate, careful with movement and pressure on joints, I can't say enough positive about him. Unfortunately, I live near downtown and the drive is long, too long given Tucson's current road construction nightmare. I mostly live alone, just wouldn't be able to secure rides easily, save through the commercial rideshare services. But Banner PT Grant seems great. I highly recommend it.
The office is clean and professional. I visited 4 or 5 times and on each visit I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff and PT professionals are courteous and helpful. My therapy with Yeri Kil, PT, DPT, was educational and very helpful. Her explanations regarding anatomy and the implications of stress along with proper and improper physical manipulation were very interesting and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this office and care team.

I recently had issues with another massage place I was going for regular sports massages and needed a new spot. I tried this place and saw Tatyana for a 90 minute and she was great. The owner and other staff are also very friendly. I loved my experience there and will be going back monthly.
Sayo is an amazing acupuncturist. She is very attentive, kind, and experienced. Acupuncture really is as good as the practitioner and Sayo is exceptional. I have had amazing results with her and I highly recommend her.
I have suffered from chronic pain and headaches/migraines for my whole life. My massage therapist recommended I should try dry needling to try and break up some of my stubborn knots. I am so glad I found Josh. I didn't know what to expect but definitely didn't expect to feel relief quickly. I have only had two treatments and I am already feeling better. Candace is very intuitive and seems to know what you need in that moment. She truly cares about your outcome and is very attentive. When I came in with pneumonia, I received cupping and accupuncture , I felt heat in my lungs and suddenly could breathe more clearly. My migraines are greatly improved as well. I also did the healing hypnosis and it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend Lightworks for Accupuncture and Quantum Healing Hypnosis.

**UPDATE****************** I'd like to add that just after 3 treatments, I now have regular menstrual cycles! This may be TMI but it is literally the first time in 15 years that I have had 2 consecutive natural "normal" periods (I have had to take progesterone in the past to induce it). I hope this continues and I will have another one next month. I also have not had any migranes since seeing her. ************************ I've been searching for the right acupuncturist for me for several months. I went to multiple well-advertised places in the Tucson area and was never fully satisfied... However after going to Nobi one time, I decided that I will only go see her from now on. She is the one for me! What I've found with the other acupuncturists in Tucson is that their treatments are really westernized, simplified and super mild. They generally only use a 3-5 needles per session and only work on one side of the body. You basically just lay there for 40 minutes and then you go home. Growing up in Japan and living in Hawaii for most of my adult life, this was not what I was used to, and always left dissatisfied. However, not sure if it's because she is Japanese, but Nobi works on both the back and front of the body with A LOT of needles and finishes each side with a light shiatsu massage after removal of the needles. She inserts the needles to a point where you feel the "electric shock" as I like to call it, where it is slightly uncomfortable but then transitions you into a deep relaxing state once your body starts reacting to the needles. Here is basically why I like her best: - No weak sauce acupuncture. You feel it going in, and then you enter a deep relaxation state. - No beads! I was so shocked when I got beads instead of needles at another acupuncturist. You can buy beads online without a license. Again, many places around town are too westernized. Not Nobi! - like I said, she works on both the back and front. 20 minutes on the back, 20 minutes on the front. I love the short but good massage. - relaxed and improved pulse. I noticed an improvement in my pulse right after the treatment. I also caught myself snoring during both front and back sessions. I haven't achieved this level of relaxation anywhere else. - I grew up in Japan and her style was similar to what I am used to. She also has a huge collection of Chinese herbs. Don't have experience with that yet but its pretty hard core. She doesn't have all the herbal teas and friendly receptionists that other places have, but if you're looking for a more authentic acupuncture treatment I highly recommend coming here. If you're into the more westernized milder treatments then check out the other places.
It’s a great pleasure in life to encounter someone who loves what they do for a living, shares that love with others, and also happens to be damn good at it. Jamie’s work is an asset to the community. I brought her a pile of half-thought thoughts on what might be causing me pain. She did what many medical professionals didn’t do; she listened carefully, advised thoughtfully, found the root cause of the pain, and made it go away naturally. I highly recommend Jamie’s ability to help with whatever needs healing.
At the end of July, I had a serious fall, and no matter what I tried, my back just wouldn’t heal. I was discouraged and in pain when I came to see Juan. From the very first treatment, I knew I was in the right hands. After only three sessions, not only is my back finally improving, but my whole perspective on acupuncture has changed.
I also suffer from peripheral neuropathy, and after just two treatments, I began to feel sensation in my feet again—something I honestly didn’t think was possible. To me, that feels like a true miracle. On top of that, Juan is now helping me manage my RA, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my health.
And it’s not just the treatments. Sherry brings such warmth and light to the space—she’s a beautiful soul who makes you feel genuinely cared for the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calm, comforting, and healing in itself.

This review is for my 11 year old son Ryan. We came to see Dr Flagler about a year ago for my son’s behavioral issues. He would get violent, throw fits and would drive us and his teachers crazy. His school wanted him out or on ADHD medication. I chose Homeopathy instead and I’m so glad I did. In a little under a year we saw Ryan transform into a smart, caring and well behaved child. I saw Don for acupuncture and a custom Chinese herb prescription, as someone entirely new to both, having done no research prior. I’m glad I went in blind, knowing nothing about acupuncture, because my experience wasn’t tainted by any kind of expectation. I merely expected to come away relaxed, similar to my experience with massage. This, however, turned out to be something more profound. The needles themselves were not painful, surprisingly, though I did get quite a jolt/release along the kidney meridian (of which I knew nothing and Don kindly explained to me in simple terms), as well as a very pleasant fluttering/movement in my upper right abdomen toward the end of the session (which I believe was a positive effect of the acupuncture on my liver). I walked away feeling renewed, got AMAZING sleep, and woke up feeling a definite shift—not only in my body but also in my emotions. I would recommend Don to any and everyone. Even if, like me, your target symptoms are mostly “mental-health” related, like stress/anxiety/depression/fatigue, my experience was, for me, a perfect example of how the body/emotions/spirit are interconnected. Take my newbie insights with a grain of salt, but if you’re on the fence, 10/10 try it for yourself. You’ll be in the best of hands with Don.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Every time I visit, I leave feeling great!! I feel so relaxed, my family and friends can hear it in my voice and see the difference in my life. I suffer from TMJ in my jaws caused by stress/anxiety and depression and I feel just so amazing after and so much time after. Leslie’s technique is perfect to the touch and listens to where and how she can help my body. Excellent, excellent!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Shehnaaz is the most incredible driving instructor I have ever met. I was very nervous to drive and now, after completing the 10-hour package with her, I am excited to get on the road. I looked forward to every single lesson with Shehnaaz, and I was able to receive my license 5 weeks after my first lesson. Shehnaaz is a reliable and fun instructor and great to talk to.
