I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years now and always have an amazing experience. Staff is always friendly, prices are super reasonable, and I can often get in same day.Every tech I’ve had has been wonderful, but recently I started seeing Lena and her talent is unreal. She knocks it out of the park every time with the designs I bring her! AND they’re the longest lasting gel manicures I’ve ever had, no chips or peeling at all after 2 weeks. I want to gatekeep so bad, but I’m just so happy with the results I need to share this knowledge with the world.
My daughter loves her first ever set of nails. She found the nail technician to be extremely friendly. So far, they have lasted with no issues, been aout 2 weeks now. She plans to return to Trendy Nails any time she needs additional nail work done.

They said a lot by just doing and talked when they found it necessary, for example when they explained things about my hair texture or the products they used. I actually found out a bit about my hair texture that nobody has every explained to me before, I really appreciated that.I am usually really nervous when I got to a new hair salon and usually even by the end of the haircut, I feel like something is wrong but can never quite tell what it is so I sometimes leave feeling indifferent. This time was different, I actually was smiling throughout the haircut. I am genuinely pleased with Alex’s work. Also, if you’re neurodivergent, Alex made the process easy for me. Zeph helped me out with a tattoo. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am happy with my tattoo. It is practically healed in 2 days! We were going to do a larger piece but I was too sensitive in that area and we ended up doing something smaller. Zeph was kind about the entire situation and explained to me why I might be too sensitive at the time (just off opioids for surgery). I also liked the variety of classy piercing jewelry and may go back for a piercing. The shop is bright, pleasant, and professional. Employees are talented. Highly recommend. Photo is of fresh tattoo.

A friend referred me to Daniel this summer. I've had two one and half hour sessions and I am so grateful. I appreciate people who are intuitive and listen to what I say I need but also address areas that need attention as Daniel does. I'm in my 50s and still consider myself an athlete. I like how Daniel answers questions I have about strength training and gives me stretches to do on my own. It's hard to find someone with his expertise. This teacher will need to continue on a regular basis to make it through the school year.

Don't judge a book by its cover...the outside of this spot needs some love (it's an old house), but the inside is cute. The main part of the house is a hair place, and one of the rooms in the back is where the facials are done. It did have an odd smell to it though, reminded me of a perm smell from when I thought perms were a good idea 15 years ago haha! I received a Groupon as a gift for a 50-minute facial. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. I left a message and quickly received a call back. During the appointment, Cindy explained all the different things she would be doing, and made me feel very comfortable. I've had facials before, but this was the first time the esthetician "massaged" my face, and applied some real pressure, which I enjoyed! She also put a hot towel under my neck and on my arms and hands at the end. All of the products she used smelled nice, and made my skin feel great after! She had some nice relaxing background music and sounds on during the facial. Everything was very clean. There is free parking around back, but I was a little confused because it said it was only for the hair salon, but if you do visit you can park back there.

I've been doing Ashtanga for a long time and I have to admit I was getting kind of tired of it. Kathy and Fran are not only both amazing teachers (and adjusters!) but they also introduced me to other really amazing ashtanga-related sequences like Lion and Moon series and it has really expanded my practice. The space is totally beautiful too, which makes practicing all the more fun.
I moved to the area a year and a half ago for grad school. I used to do hot yoga and pilates back in Boston multiple times a week and LOVED my studio there. Over the first year I was in Durham I tried multiple hot yoga studios and never really felt welcomed. I found Arrichion a few months ago and instantly felt welcomed and uplifted. They focus on what feels good for you and your body instead of doing the "right" pose. They are so welcoming and have such a wide variety of classes. I cannot recommend this studio enough! I found Joie and Hatha House yoga back in 1999. I had become accustomed to chronic sciatica pain from a car accident about a decade prior that nothing seemed to alleviate - I could not sleep or sit for extended periods. After becoming a regular student the pain disappeared. I credit yoga and specifically Joie's thoughtful, holistic approach. She is a gem among the vast field of today's yoga teachers!
For our wedding weekend, we hired Casey to instruct a private yoga class in the Duke Gardens for our friends and family who all traveled in from out of town. We had some who practice yoga daily and others who've only done yoga a handful of times. Casey put together a flow for us that was great for all levels and even adjusted her instruction as the class progressed and she got a feel for everyone's level of comfort. It was such a great experience, in a serene location. Casey did an amazing job and we would certainly be regulars at Blue Point Yoga if we lived closer!

A1 Locksmith responded quickly to my call and handled the repair of our lock professionally. Tim was polite and thorough in not only repairing the lock - saving us the cost of replacement - but also by replacing the lock plate with one that was a better fit for the lock we have. I have used A1 in the past and will call them any time I need a locksmith in future. Nice to deal with a locally owned family business.
Pretty extreme with the right wing stickers on the walls, but I'll admit that some made me laugh. What matters more is that they made me a key that works for my car after another place couldn't. I paid a little more but the staff was friendly and fast.
I am very pleased with the professionalism and technical qualifications of the entire staff. I value the relationship as I know that they will arrive on time and complete the job quickly and efficiently. We are required to have a yearly Back Flow Valve test for our commercial properties. Brown Brothers staff schedule and complete the tests, and file the results with the City on the same day! They are a great business partner. 5 star rating for sure.
On time, diagnosed problem quickly, repaired quickly, had all necessary supplies on hand. This particular repair involved finding the leak which was inside a wall. The technicians found the leak quickly and addressed the issue. They both worked tirelessly to find, diagnose and fix the problem. My call came in at the end of their workday, when I know that they must have been fatigued from a day's work. But these gentlemen forged ahead and got the repairs done.
We had a late Saturday night main line blockage and called Tony to ask for help. He was willing to come out close to midnight and spend a couple of hours solving our plumbing issue. He also noted a couple of other issues with our plumbing (backflow valve and pressure reducer) that he fixed for us, accomodating our schedule to come out on another Saturday. Over all this he was very professional and efficient. I have no hesitation recommending Tony.Services: Drain cleaning

We reached out to Bull City plumbing in need of a backflow preventer repair and testing. I discussed the fix needed and he quoted me a reasonable price. He was upfront about a possible need for full replacement and pricing for that as well. He was VERY quick in the process due to our deadline coming up quickly. (we had lots of trouble with a couple other companies prior). He was able to get the permit pulled to repair and test our system the same day! Would definitely recommend them again. Tray even took the time to teach me how to disassemble and winterize the system to avoid this problem in the future!
I called Whaley Plumbing about a problem I was having with my drainage system. After asking a couple of questions, John gave me a diagnosis over the phone along with instructions on how to determine if the issue was my responsibility or the city's responsibility. With his help, I was quickly able to isolate the problem. Rather than paying for a visit, I was able to get the issue resolved by the city at no cost. I will certainly be using Whaley Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. I called a few plumbers and Jordan Plumbing answered right away and sent a plumber the same day. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I got a conformation call from the plumber Jeffrey and he was very prompt. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He quoted a very reasonable price and I had him fix the problem. While he was here he fixed my shower faucet as well. I had been searching for a company to run a gas line to my fireplace. Many appointments were months out or no call back at all. I called JD service and they had me scheduled for an estimate the following day. I got two update calls to let me know I was on the schedule and another to let me know they’d arrive in 30 minutes. They were on time, Josh and Sheriff were polite, professional respectful of my home. They gave me an estimate and I told them to schedule me. They were able to do the work same day. I cannot say enough about how good they were I would recommend them to anyone. Top rate service. They even have a service plan that is affordable with lots of great perks.

Our house was built in 1986 and as a result, the circuit for the bathrooms was overloaded causing problems. Green Volt came to the house , checked the circuits and connections, and clearly explained what need to be done to correct the problem. They separated the bathroom outlets and put them on a separate circuit as well as making adjustments to other circuits in the house. Problems solved! They installed a new circuit panel replacing the original and added a 50 amp receptacle for a portable generator. Jafar and his staff provided a quality service. Wow! We feel fortunate that our builder suggested Alpine Roofing to replace our roof after it was damaged in a hailstorm. They could do the asphalt shingles, the copper sections, and replace the gutters and gutter guards. Accu-Air was recommended to me by a friend. After a little confusion it became evident of a merging of Accu-Air and Maynor with the dropping of the Accu-Air name. After a positive conversation by phone with Jessica G, I met with JJ Brigman to address my AC needs. Their price was competitive, but the reason I chose them was, even though they are now a larger company, they apparently haven't lost that " small town " personal service. From start to finish, I've had a great experience during both times (window installation and gutter installation) that I worked with this company. When I got new windows, the salesman, Patrick, worked to meet the estimate of another company that I had talked with. When getting a gutter installation estimate, Patrick did not try to oversell. I asked about getting gutter helmets and new downspouts and Patrick said that I really only needed gutter helmets on one section and that my downspouts were fine. During the installation process of both the windows and gutters, the crews were courteous and both efficient and proficient. Mo helped with Luxury Vinyl Plank for a kitchen and two baths. It was a great job. They had to transition up to a hardwood surface that was a bit higher, and you can barely tell it. Don't let the people giving one star for things that can be corrected (they stand behind their work) and showing up late keep you from hiring these guys. I've been seeing Tara almost monthly for a couple years now. She's knowledgeable about a vast array of health concerns. But she'll tell you if she doesn't have expertise in a particular area, and then provide alternative guidance or referral. Her rates are very fair and reasonable, which an initial intake rate and a reduced rate for return sessions. She's warm, patient and compassionate, but also light hearted and joyful. I've especially found great success coming to her with knee and shoulder pain. Sometimes I just pop in for some general renewal and leave feeling gloriously refreshed. I imagine I'll be seeing her for a long, long time.
The combination of acupuncture and cranio sacral work is extremely powerful. Barbara has an amazing gift for being able to feel and release restrictions in the body to provide permanent relief. Barbara and John are highly skilled and very invested in the health and well being of their patients. I absolutely recommend their services and greatly appreciate their care!

I have received excellent chiropractic care from both Dr. Brian and Dr. Kevin over the years, most recently from Dr. Kevin. I suffered an injury to my lower back, which left me bedridden for five days until I could hobble into his office. I was impressed with his confidence and gentleness as well as his skill and care. He gave me just the adjustments I needed, and I was able to walk upright and freely again after just one visit. Chiropractic care amazes me over and over. I highly recommend this practice.

Since beginning treatment with Dr. Martin five months ago, I can now perform routine daily tasks that prior were cause for great pain. Just to name a couple improvements from so many, I can now sleep through the night as well as take a drive in a car--both pain free. Due to my condition, I will never be 100%, however, Dr. Martin has made it possible to experience life with much fewer limitations. I highly recommend Dr. Martin--his passion to make his patients better is a gift.

**update: I complained on Belle Vitas website about my experience, and was given 1 free visit. Dr. Valentina was great with the adjustment and I wasn’t charged. As I was leaving she asked me to take down the review.**Just left Bella Vita very frustrated. I've been before and Dr. Valentina is a great chiropractor. I asked how much it was because I haven't been in a while. The front desk said $26 with my insurance. I said ok then she sent me back to see the chiropractor. When I finished and went to pay the front desk said it's $61.50. I said Im a little frustrated because you told me it was $26 before I went in. She said there was a evaluation fee as well. I asked when do you charge an revaluation fee said we charge that if it's been longer than 3 months. She said would you like to speak to the Dr. and I said yes. I explained to the doctor how I felt manipulated being told one price then a higher amount after the appointment. I asked when do you charge a revaluation fee? Dr. Valentina said insurance makes us charge one every 6-12 weeks. A timeline that's not fixed doesn't make sense. Dr. Valentina blamed the mistake on the front desk and said she will train them better. The only thing she could do is charge a evaluation fee on one visit for $26 and the next visit charge $26 for the adjustment.I have no problem with being charged an revaluation fee, but please tell me that before the appointment. Not having a definitive timeline for revaluation fees and blaming it on insurance makes what happened seem manipulative, and not just a mistake.
Dr. Thacker is great! I started seeing him because of hip pain due to pregnancy and he has made a huge difference. I was in so much pain and having difficulty sleeping, but after my first week of getting adjusted I started seeing a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend seeing him for anyone looking for a great chiropractor!
Dr. Paul Polumbo is really good. he takes time with the patient and is very knowledgeable. i have been to his practice several times over the years and he has always helped. Many Chiroprators rush you through and seem to just want their fee, but he takes time, listens and is very helpful.
I feel welcomed and cared for at every visit. Drs. Presas and Grant (and staff) provide holistic care which is good for my body, mind and spirit!
Dr. Danielle is fantastic! Everyone in her practice is friendly and welcoming. Since I started visiting her, I feel better and have vastly improved range of motion. I always look forward to my visits!
James and Courtney are both delights to know. After a bit of hiking in and plane rides to/fro Hawaii, I ended up with sciatic pain and stiffness that was limiting my mobility. James worked the causes of those issues, and I was back to normal way quicker than I thought I'd be...think hours, not days. I saw him again that same week for follow up and fine tuning, and I've been good since (that was 1.5 weeks ago). Thanks, James! I'll be back :)

Dr. Krasnov helped me with a rotator cuff injury. After only a month and a half of appointments, I experienced vast improvement, enough to be back on the volleyball court. His staff is also very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend his practice.
I highly recommend Carolina Pain and Performance! Dr. Pyrigyi and Dr. Buck are excellent at what they do. I have a shoulder impingement in both shoulders and have been dealing with a knee pain for a few years now. Within just the first couple sessions, I have already had a huge decrease in my pain. Using therapies such as Needling, ART and DNS (Active Release Theray and Dynamic Nueromuscular Stabilization) have been very beneficial to my path to be pain free. Not only will you experience better movement and less pain, you'll also learn at lot. They both have been great at explaining what the problem is and the plan to improve. You will not regret the services you receive here. Nothing less than 5 Stars!!
I feel bad for not leaving a review much sooner. Drs. Jean and John gently helped my body perform miracles and release middle imbalance and spine torsions after I was rear ended. Their modality does NOT use the traditional forced twists of chiropractic but instead allows the body to correct itself. Their location is very quiet and restful and you don't feel hurried. I could go on but I give them my highest recommendation.
I am so impressed with this dental office. Even though I could not get my teeth extracted by the dentist I saw (Dr. Cole) I was given honest and helpful advice. I was referred to an oral specialist due to special circumstances with nerves and roots that I have. I highly recommend Croasdaile Dental if you want sincere and true dental advice. Dr. Avest is an awesome dentist! I've been coming here for over 10 years now and love the relaxed atmosphere so much that I'm going to start brining my daughter here too. Recently, I somehow got some beef jerky stuck under one of my teeth on a Friday when the office is usually closed. I was in so much discomfort that I contacted Dr. Avest on his cell phone and offered to pay him double to see me on his day off. He took the time to see me immediately and didn't even charge me. He just wanted to make sure I was taken good care of. Simply amazing!

We’ve been taking our kids to Southpoint Animal Hospital since the day it opened in 2010. Back then, Dr. Farling took the kindest care of our senior dogs Bear and Puck, and helped ease them painlessly and compassionately on when it was time. Since then, she and the SPAH team have taken care of our kids through both the good and the bad, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.And, they have Billy. Billy is a rock star with our girl Sierra, who can be a handful. We ask for him by name whenever we bring Sierra in- his kindness and gentle manner with her help ease her anxiety and make the whole experience less stressful. We are profoundly grateful for Billy and the entire SPAH team.
Really wanted to give a shout out to the team at Carver street. My poor cat was peeing blood and I was able to get a same day appointment to get him treated and now he’s feeling great! The staff is incredibly professional and kind, people often go to the vet in a panic (me haha) and they know just how to handle the situation. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful vet for chickens. We had a little hen who was injured and needed care and they saw us immediately. When it was time for her to go, they were so gentle and humane with her euthanasia. Absolutely would recommend for those of us with chickens.
Seen very soon. The staff was professional and friendly, I saw Dr Grossi. He was kind and took enough time to explain and answer questions. I completely trust my dogs care to them. Veterinary care is not cheap but Westside is reasonably priced. Also very clean!
My cats are very fearful about carriers and vet visits so I decided to try a home visit. LMVS were patient and understanding about the whole thing and it was a relief for me that we could do their exams and boosters at home. I don’t know why I worried. They know all about herding cats and have seen these situations before. I highly recommend them .
I can't say enough good things about the Dr and staff of this facility. My cat was having breathing issues. I took to my regular vet, Sebastián was so stressed, they couldn't test his blood, so I took him home, they were supposed to schedule a home visit which didn't happen. As Friday approached he was getting worse. I called several vets and a home visit places, no openings, No new patients!!! I was so worried!I came across St. Francis, and called, they took us in, ran tests, Dr. Banes was at hospital but she went out of her way to come look at Sebastián's x-rays. He had fluid on his heart and has congestive heart failure. He's being treated with meds and it's been almost 2 months. They are helpful when I call, they put the animals first. And are very knowledgeable.

Our guy is gorgeous and so much more comfortable with his summer look! And the price was less than we’ve been paying at another pet salon!
I was very satisfied with their service. They did such a good job with my pet. Haley was so sweet, kind and humble with my pet. It is so hard to find a good grooming place where you can trust your pet with someone but when haley came to pick my pet up to take her for grooming she had already made that trust that she will take care of my pet like it’s is her baby. I would recommend to go to only this place than any other grooming place. They are very booked and busy but it is worth it to wait.
This was my first time going to a self wash place, it was a good experience also Dana did a great with my German shepherd nails also it was very easy to wash my German shepherd he is a big boy, they supply me with everything I needed.
