Red Salon is truly the best hair salon in Miami! Michel and his team are not only incredibly talented but also warm and welcoming. They offer unique services you rarely find in Miami., such as hair cryotherapy and energetic haircuts, just like in France. Since I started going there, the quality of my hair has improved so much. They give me valuable advice on specific products/treatments I should use on my very thin hair. Every visit is such a pleasure thanks to their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I went for my first time around Christmas for a cut & style, service was so good I went back today for a blowout and curl set (Both w Smaily). My layers are fantastic and have boosted my confidence. I have a lot of hair and am always nervous going to the salon due to it being so time consuming and sometimes staff isn’t so nice, but Smaily does a great job and takes the time to actually blow out my hair whereas in my other experiences they just sit me under the hooded dryer w rollers for HOURS and eventually get to blowing it out (while complaining). Customer service & professionalism 10/10. Also shout out to the sweet lady who washed my hair I believe her name was Kira, she was so nice and accommodating :)
Luke gave me an amazing haircut that was just what I was looking for! He has experience with Asian hair, which is a plus. He is extremely knowledgable about styling hair, especially straight, fine hair types. Also, he quickly knew what I meant when describing my desired hairstyle, and he gives great advice on caring for and maintaining your hair!

Alex is the BEST colorist I know. I was apprehensive about trying someone new when I moved to Miami 2 years ago (having lived in DC for 10 years and being dedicated to my colorist there), but I took a risk and tried Alex. It’s the best color I’ve ever had! He is truly talented and far succeeded my prior hair colorist. I also love how he incorporates wellness into your experience- he is very client oriented and it shows. Services received: partial coloring/balayage + hair cut. Products are clean too and I swear by the glossy nectar hair oil by O Way. I went to Alex for a flat iron and trim. He was absolutely amazing! Attention to detail was insane. My hair had never been so slick and straight before. His products are fantastic and smell incredible. The salon is absolutely gorgeous in a great location in Little River. Parking is free and the lot is connect to the salon. He books up very quickly so make sure you stay proactive with booking your appointments ahead of time!

Kevin absolutely nailed the lower fade. Super precise work all around — especially the beard blending, which was clean, sharp, and natural without looking overdone. He took the time to shape everything properly instead of rushing through it, and the fade transitions were smooth from every angle. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while.

I got an organic spray tan in Miami from Katie and I was so happy with the results. The color looked incredibly natural, just a beautiful sun-kissed glow with no orange tones. My skin looked even and healthy. Katie was very professional and made the whole experience comfortable. She customized the shade perfectly for my skin tone and explained how to take care of the tan after the session. The tan developed beautifully and lasted over a week while fading evenly. I love coming here; however, as a member I expect the girls to multitask and check us in on the second computer while they take their time explaining the process and membership to the new/first time guest. I recently went and Nancy had me waiting for over 7 minutes. I could have easily been half way through my tan before I interrupted and asked if she could quickly check me in. Nancy asked the first time guest if she was okay with it (which she wasn’t) before she told me I had to wait. If this wasn’t the first and only time I had dealt with Nancy, I would have canceled due to the way she poorly managed the situation.
Update: Nancy has been great the additional times I have seen her. I am grateful for the attentiveness.
I found Chazzy online after searching for quality nail techs in my area. I was having an emergency with a couple of my nails in danger of breaking badly and needed to see someone ASAP. When I saw that Chazzy had a 5-star rating and over 100 reviews, I was intrigued. I called her and she was very sweet on the phone. Though she was booked that day, she fit me in the next day and when someone cancelled l, she reached out and asked if I wanted to come earlier than my scheduled time. So far, her customer service had been top tier! When I got to her suite, it was so cute and she was so warm and welcoming. Not only did she take her time and do an excellent job removing my prior job, she did so in a way that saved me from having to deal with deep breaks that would have caused me pain. She was meticulous while doing my manicure and even removed the gel from my toenails, despite not offering pedicures as a service. I got several compliments on my nails, despite them being cut down short and having a natural polish on them. I am so grateful I found Chazzy when I did and she definitely lived up to her 5-star rating. We had the best conversation and I recommend her highly!

The Lash Scouts studio is private, clean and extremely relaxing. The bed is comfy with blankets and heats up so that you are very comfortable during the session. I always ending drifting off into a delicious nap while Jacquie works her magic on my lashes. I leave looking like a princess! She is detailed, so you always get many lashes filled and they last longer between refills.

I met Sophia in Brickell and began speaking to her about her skin. Her skin was looking flawless, so I asked her what does she do. Well she was very knowledgeable and invited me in to Lux Medspa. When I arrived I spoke to Hali, she was very helpful and inviting! I told her I met Sophia and she suggested Microneedling with EMS & Red light therapy. Hali gave more information about other services such as massages and amenities available at the spa. I have to say I had a great experience with my service with Sophia!
My experience with laser hair removal was so much better than I expected. I arrived quite nervous because I didn't know if it would hurt or if it would actually work, but from the very first moment they put me at ease. The team was incredibly patient and professional, explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable. I had the treatment on my upper lip and chin, and the results have been amazing. Stephanny! Absolutely amazing. Stephanny has provided hair and makeup services for me and my family on three separate occasions. The first, my cousin’s wedding, the second, my daughter’s prom, and now the third, my wedding! For this reason, I did not opt for a pre session to test out hair and make up. The make-up was absolutely beautiful. We communicated mostly via text messages and she was always prompt to respond. The make up for me and my bridal party was stunning!!! We got so many compliments. I had two bridesmaids and two junior bridesmaids. She made sure to make the junior bridesmaids have light make up, so they look their age and they did! My mother’s make up – FIRE!
Hair by Mercy – gorgeous. There was a slight miscommunication. We knew we needed extensions for the hair style I had chosen but I wasn’t informed that they should have been washed. Mercy made this work anyways and the final style came out lovely. I also took time to get my extensions cut so they look the length of my hair but in some picture you randomly see a super long string of hair that is obviously my extension placed in the wrong place. Regardless, it was beautiful. Mercy was also nice enough to squeeze my aunt who would not take “no” for an answer into out already tight schedule. This is was landed us in the “delayed” bucket. If it wasn’t for my aunt, we would have run on absolutely perfect timing that was coordinated by Stephanny to a TEE!

It's just a no brainer.

Fresh Steam Corp. is officially my go-to company for carpet and blind cleaning. Nelson was an absolute gem from the very beginning. He was professional, punctual, (a rare find in Miami), and incredibly diligent. He went above and beyond what was expected in every way. My zebra blinds, which no one else wanted to clean and instead insisted needed replacing, are now spotless and look brand new. Apparently, no one cleans blinds in Miami except Fresh Steam Corp.. My two chenille chairs have been refreshed beautifully, with all the pet dander completely gone and the same goes for my small sofa bed, and pet cushions. I wholeheartedly give Fresh Clean Corp. five stars and highly recommend them.
Although the team arrived later than promised, I must say that Miguel did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. Thanks to his work, my sofa now looks almost brand new. Despite the delay and lack of communication beforehand, the quality of the service itself was impressive. I called several companies for a new impact door and Strange came in with the best prices on a permitted proposal. Unlike other contractors, he doesn't try to circumvent the system by offering a no-permit option with reduced pricing, nor have any requirements on the number of openings for him to do the project.
The project went smoothly. Permit was pulled immediately after deposit and I was able to see it on the city's website. After the promised fabrication period, contractors showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Afterwards, he promptly scheduled and was present for the final inspection with the city inspector.

Dr. Llompart was very amicable and open during our first appointment together. Not only did she make me feel comfortable and respected my preferred name and pronouns, but she also gave me much room to open up about my current mental health and past experiences. She gave me many options in what path I could take to improve my mental health and begin healing, and she was very transparent about her thoughts with zero judgement and 100% respect of me and my boundaries. As someone who was very worried about meeting my first psychiatrist, Dr. Llompart eased many of my worries within minutes. I 100% recommend her, especially to anyone who wants a queer-friendly space.

Wonderful experience overall. They were running a special promotion, so our cats’ dental cleanings were free, and we only paid for extractions, anesthesia, and bloodwork. This made care for our two senior fur babies very reasonable—each dental (including anesthesia and pre-anesthesia bloodwork) came out to around $500 per pet. Becky at the front desk was incredibly kind and even gave us a few cans of wet food for our cat who had a tooth extracted. She also waived the credit card fee for us!
We also appreciated that Miami Animal Clinic has an in-house lab. Our cats needed blood work before anesthesia, and unlike other clinics that require a separate visit, everything was handled in a single appointment. The staff was patient, professional, and easy to work with.
I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I would have liked a bit more explanation around the dental findings and recommended extractions. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for convenient, kind and reasonably priced care.

Can I say something? I love it here. Dr. G and his team are amazing. They listen attentively and consider every possible option. Rest assured, we've tried many veterinary clinics for Mila and worked tirelessly to diagnose her. But no one has examined her as meticulously as Dr. G. This, in my opinion, is what real medicine is. Other clinics constantly ask for more tests, ultrasounds, and other things that cost you money, but Dr. G focuses directly on the problem and does whatever he can to resolve it quickly. If your pet means everything to you, come here

The owner is truly amazing. We have a rescued dog who is very protective and selective with people, and many groomers refused to help us trim her nails. He was the only one who said yes. He took his time, treated her with patience and care, and did an incredible job. You can tell he’s a genuinely good person! our dog, who rarely warms up to anyone, absolutely loved him.
Because of that, we are loyal customers for life. We bring both our Pomeranian and our pitbull here, and he’s always there when we need him. I sincerely hope his business continues to grow and prosper for many years to come.

Libre therapy is the most amazing PT place we have ever been. My daughter needed some PT sessions due to a knee injury and every session was incredibly well planned. The team (Lili, Paola and Lisa) are extremely nice and very professional. My daughter was really sad when we finished treatment…..that speaks volumes about the group and the environment there.

I also really liked the herbal supplements they recommended, and I’ll definitely continue the treatment plan they created for me.

I found Dr. Chasens on the internet and after reading the reviews I was intrigued, intrigued enough to make an appointment. I was suffering from tension headaches and needed help to relieve the pain. After trying other methods that really didn't work for me, that's when I decided to try Acupuncture. After 5 treatments the pain from my headaches subsided considerably and I'm feeling so much better. I'm confident that continuing the treatments recommended by Dr. Chasens will help me become pain free without having to use strong medication, which in actuality didn't work for me anyway. And I can't forget to mention the staff... friendly, courteous and very helpful. Dr. Chasens is professional in every way and very knowledgeable, but more importantly he wants to know what his patients are really feeling.
