I contacted Coleman’s since I’m having issues with a recently installed, brand new water heater purchased from and installed by another company.Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit.The issues I was having previously have returned.I’m very frustrated and don’t want to deal with them again. I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, “This heater is bad. This is not a good brand,” despite my previous heater being only 4 years old.I contacted Coleman’s A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I’m describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed.I expected to hear back from Coleman’s within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly.The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again.It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I’m still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I’d rather cut my losses and allow Coleman’s to care for my unit.But I appreciate Coleman’s not taking advantage of my situation by suggesting I allow the initial company to make things right.I will follow Coleman’s advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I’ll call Coleman’s out to fix my heater.

Between their gentleness, kindness & the new technologies they use at this office, we had a wonderful visit that I couldn't be more grateful for. She had had some tough visits before we started seeing Dr. Neely but they really created an entirely different perspective for her & anyone that has a fear of dentists knows what a huge thing that is. Dr Newman is awesome, he has fixed teeth for me that other dentists couldn't. He also does extractions, partials ect all out of 1 office. I normally have problems with novicaine not working right or wearing off too fast, but Dr Newman knows just how to do it and I don't feel a thing, & he also checks on me while he's working. His staff is also very nice & have slid me in during a couple of urgent situations. Their prices are also very afforable. I highly recommend Dr Newman & his team.

What Dr. Kennedy and Robin began in 1977 is moving forward to care for new generations of fur babies in the Jackson area.

It was my dog first time being boarded, but they made me feel confident about it. My stuff dog seemed happy and adjusted okay when I picked her up. I'll need them again in a few months and plan on going to buy dog food from there soon.
I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is at Monroe!! Unfortunately, I had to surrender 3 beloved cats to be placed for adoption after my dad died. They were so caring and did an excellent job with them. All 3 received updated shots and 1 was spayed there as well. I have much respect for Stephanie that works there because 1 of the cats gave her a tough time and Stephanie handled it like a PRO!!!! Great overall experience and I highly recommend them for any and all pets!!
The head veterinarian that see’s our fur baby is the absolute best but her assistant who’s in the room with her is rude & screamed at our barking dog who was afraid & new to the process.. she also tried to force us to get our fur baby who’s never had pups to be neutered! I kindly told her after her first set then maybe she was very upset when I said that…This is not the right job for her she’s very nasty & cold & I don’t recommend her, whatsoever!

I am so grateful for this hospital!! I took my miniature schnauzer to a different clinic and almost lost my dog! We currently live in Texas but are in the process of moving to Jackson. We decided to take Ziggy, my schnauzer, to Briarwood and it was the best thing we could have done! Ziggy needed to be neutered and needed several teeth removed. I spoke with Dr. Jones and explained to her all of my concerns from past experiences, she advised that she believed she could take care of Ziggy but there was a chance we could lose him due to him being an older dog (10 yrs old) but we had to take that chance because he was in pain and his testicle had become swollen. Dr. Jones was able to get Ziggy squared away and he is now the happy loving dog that we have always known. We have to go back to get some more teeth removed but we will wait until he is healed in a few more months. The staff have been so great, helpful and accommodating, with us in the process of transitioning. I have absolutely no complaints because she gave us our loved one back and for that we are forever grateful!!!

Quality Appliance Repair in Jackson was the best home repair experience I have ever been a part of. I called on a Friday morning and needed service that day. I left a message and was contacted back within an hour. The contractor that called, Kevin, asked me the appropriate questions to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and said he be there within an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes. He was professional, an expert, and personable. He had our refrigerator back up and running within an hour. He was honest and efficient. My experience was a 10 out of 10.
