My main drain line was clogged with tree roots, so I needed fast plumbing help to get the blockage cleared. I called for service, and Tracy came out to my place in Tampa. Tracy arrived on time, explained the drain problem clearly, and worked hard to find the best way to fix it. While using the drain snake in the sewer line, the cable became stuck in the pipe. Brayden and the excavation tech also came out to check everything and look at the situation from every angle. After a careful inspection, they decided to manually pull the snake back out, and it worked. That saved me from having to dig up the line, which was a huge relief. It is rare to find a plumbing team that is this responsive, skilled, and willing to do whatever it takes on the job. I really appreciated their help and would gladly recommend them to anyone in Tampa who needs drain cleaning, sewer line service, or general plumbing work.

I’ve been going to Thee Tan Haus and honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is so professional, makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and the space is always extremely clean and welcoming. My tan always turns out amazing and natural-looking. She’s also very thorough with instructions before and after, and takes the time to answer any questions you have. You can really tell she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. Definitely my go to spray tan place!

My blowout comes out perfect every single time, and I have long, thick, curly hair — which not every salon knows how to handle. This is one of the only places that can get my hair exactly how I want it without any struggle. The atmosphere is super comfortable and relaxing, and they always have drinks stocked for clients which is such a nice touch. My go-to stylist is Gaby — she’s the best and always does an amazing job!

Then I found Nina. She did such an amazing job with my highlights! Was all close to the root, well toned and she fixed the mess someone else left in my hair. I'm really embarassed I forgot to leave a review way back when I first got my cut, but it almost works out better this way cus I can talk about how nicely the hair grew out up to 8 months later. Tish gave me the best haircut of my life. I have loose curly hair, and I've been used to just asking for a layered haircut to keep it simple if I'm with a new stylist, but Tish was on another level. I've never had someone pay attention to each curl individually before. I was really nervous at first, but she was incredibly understanding and kind. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow when I come in for my trim/shape up. If you're like me and you're really nervous about ending up with a haircut you're not happy with, you can absolutely trust Tish with your hair. She's extremely thorough and detail oriented. I got a Brazilian for the first time and also my face and neck waxed by Alicia. She warmly greeted me and then her purple room smelled amazing and was so clean. It’s been 5 days since my Reiki healing session. I cannot explain how much better I’ve felt. I am not experiencing triggering anger or anxiety as I was before. I’m sleeping deeper and waking up early (I’m not an early riser AT ALL typically). I’m also going deeper in my meditations and seeing visuals. That one session has improved my life in so many ways. I’m telling you, a weight has been lifted from me - one that I’ve been carrying for a very long time. I already scheduled another session. Trying to get my non-spiritual fiancé

I love this place I came here to help with my Fibrosis of the skin on my stomach due to a botched surgery. Maria did miracles and I decided also to get a cellulite treatment. Cannot speak highly enough of KDLR! I called on whim after my makeup person canceled for my engagement pics. Katie responded quickly and was able to get someone scheduled for me within 20 mins. Casey came to the rescue! For a minimal travel fee, she came to my place to do my makeup. Casey was personable, knew what she was doing, and was on point for what I was looking for. Didn't take incredibly long either. Makeup was perfect, and stayed put for the entire 2.5 hours shoot. If you need someone, Casey was wonderful. I'll certainly keep KDLR on my list!! Drew was very accommodating, the tattoo on my ribs hurt very bad. But he was patient and was accommodating. Gave me numbing cream and also gum to help distract me from pain. Overall he did a great job and I’m very pleased with the tatoo.

You can tell he truly cares about the quality of every piece he creates. What impressed me most was how carefully he handled my psoriasis. If you’re reading this, you’re probably stressed about a plumbing problem like a water heater issue. I highly recommend this plumber. I have nothing against bigger plumbing companies, but with large franchises you do not always know who will show up, and sometimes the service is less personal. miguel was absolutely amazing! There was a mix-up with my phone number when i scheduled the plumbing service call, but miguel went above and beyond to make sure i was reached and still got excellent service. He had already arrived at my home in Tampa, yet he was patient and flexible enough to wait for me because the contact error was not my fault. miguel was honest, professional, and very thorough while working in my home. He carefully inspected the pipes, drains, and connections, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure i understood what was going on with my plumbing system. He also took the time to check that nothing else was being overlooked, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. Even though the main issue turned out to be related to the septic system rather than the household plumbing itself, he stayed and helped me get in touch with the right septic service so the problem could be handled quickly. He also augered the pipes to help prepare the line for smooth flow after the septic tank was pumped, which really helped set things up for success. If i have any plumbing, drain, or sewer line issues again, i would gladly call this company and ask for miguel. He is professional, personable, patient, understanding, and kind, and he truly cares about doing the job right.
3 Commodes gurgling showers backing up. Feces coming up through one shower. We couldn’t find a clean out buried 3 feet below ground until his camera found it. There were several heavy clogs and calcium build ups. He was half the price of the other quote and knew his business. He went above and beyond for us. Very impressed. Clean polite and knowledgeable. I managed to lose my key at Busch gardens. From the time I called to the time I was driving away was maybe 90 minutes max. On a Sunday evening no less.
It was pricey and I didn't get an OEM key for my 2016 Honda Odyssey with push button start, but I'm sure it was much cheaper than it would have been if I had to get it towed to a dealership and then wait a day or two for them to get to it.

We have two Persian rugs that we’ve had for 25+ years. They have been walked on. We’ve had dogs and cats pee on them! So in a 10 year refresh of our house one of the things we wanted to do is get the Persian rugs cleaned professionally. In 2006 I built a patio with Central Florida Landscaping (CFL), and in 2010 I added on a pool and a patio extension using another company. Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock—no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver.I’m using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I’ve seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.

This is the second time Independent Tree has helped us out by taking down a very large oak tree that was a hazard after the recent storm. Marti came out for the estimate and Nathan and his gang were very respectful and careful in taking down our old tree that was partially over the roof of our house. My name is Debbie and I hate going to the dentist. I am in Tampa with my husband who’s at Moffitt Cancer center. I live in The Villages. I had a crown fall off and I needed to find a dentist. The first dentist I went to was ridiculous and so I left. And then I found Dr. George’s. He said there’s nothing wrong with your tooth. I can put your crown back on. He did it with ease. It was a no-brainer. Then he said I’m concerned about that tooth that’s cracked. I said oh yeah that was supposed to be pulled a year ago.. He said well it’s starting an abscess and I don’t want it to go into your sinuses. He said we can do it right here if you feel comfortable and of course I said yes let’s do it. I was skeptical, but I did it anyway.. He made me feel so comfortable like I was his mom and he was taking care of me. Novacaine didn’t hurt pulling the tooth didn’t hurt afterwards going home. It was fine. I think I took two Advil that was it and I haven’t taken any pain pills at all and it’s healing great. So he will be my dentist going forward even though I have to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get here it’s totally worth it. Thank you, Dr. George’s

Dr. Michal Waldman is absolutely one of a kind. From the moment you enter her practice you are treated with kindness. The entire team is organized and extremely efficient. I have been dealing with life altering pain for 5 years. I have been misdiagnosed and often felt invisible. I am a nurse of 38 years and have felt pretty let down by the profession that I deeply love. Dr. Waldman has restored my faith in physicians. She performed punch biopsies, that i had previously been on a one year waiting list for. Orthotics were ordered and recieved and I am currently receiving a series of injections. I am already seeing the improvement in my pain level. I have full confidence in her and am extremely appreciative of the kindness and professionalism shown by her team.

If you’re looking for a chiropractor in South Tampa who thinks outside the box and truly wants to help you heal, I can’t recommend Dynamic Wellness & Chiropractic enough.
After 20+ years of seeing different chiropractors, this has been my best experience. I came in with pain after a car accident, feeling stuck after several “normal” treatment options that treated the symptoms but not the injury.
Dr. Larry Wilson takes the time to listen and doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. My treatment has included adjustments, dry needling, spinal decompression table, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, active release technique, and red light therapy for my injured hand. He also uses a flexion-distraction table to work on my lower spine. Their massage therapist, Sal, was outstanding — his contract-and-relax stretching helped with mobility.
I also need to mention that they work with auto accident injuries and accept PIP insurance, which made everything easier in a stress filled situation.
If you’re in South Tampa or downtown Tampa and dealing with back pain, neck pain, or an accident injury, I highly recommend this team. I’m grateful I found them. I’m still healing but well cared for and managing better. 🙏🏼

Dr Doug is a miracle worker! I herniated a disc along with 3 bulging discs and could barely walk. With in a week of seeing Dr Doug, it was night and day difference and I was back in the gym. Still work to do but everything is manageable and improving dramatically.

Dr. Arthur was my doctor for 20 years. He was a compassionate, empathetic, smart, funny, savvy psychiatrist who told it like it was and never treated his patients as less than human, which is rare. It's inevitable that he would retire someday, and he did retire last year. I keep checking the website just in case he might have gotten bored and come back, but the Florida Department of health's website where physicians licensure is monitored has confirmed that he is not practicing and has retired. Google needs to update the website, and the phone number still rings but then hangs up, which is kind of sad. Dr Arthur raised the bar for psychiatrists in Tampa. They don't make them like him anymore. I hope he is enjoying his retirement and catching a lot of fish. I miss the smell of his pipe tobacco. Thanks for everything, Dr A. He also had two of the best receptionist/office managers ever, and that means a lot.
I was a patient of Dr Sanz for 10 years (14-24) and she is AMAZING. If I could give her 12 stars I would. She was very patient, kind, caring, and understanding and LISTENED. She was like a miracle to my mom and I in SO many ways probably more so to my mom at times. She was always available to us no matter what the situation was. She always made me feel comfortable when I would talk to her, and always always always had a smile on her face. She tried a lot of different medications to see what was actually for me and she is a very thorough doctor.I highly recommend her for your child and/or adolescent psychiatrist. ??

Really surprised to see bad reviews on here. We have had nothing but great experiences here. Of course it is pricey, that's healthcare. Not even close to as expensive as our previous vet in South Tampa. I've recommended Plantation to others and will continue to do so.
Cheyenne and Dr Stallman were excellent. We were seen at our appointment time, and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, and compassionate in dealing with our pet. For being an after hours vet, I expected to pay a premium however , I’m positive I paid less than I would have at my regular vet office. I will not hesitate to recommend this vet to anyone.

The staff here is truly outstanding and Dr Jose and her tech were especially caring and thorough. Despite being fully booked, my wait was very reasonable. I first went to STVC about two years ago with my sister’s dog when things were not looking good. Dr. G was thorough, attentive, understanding, realistic, and incredibly patient with all of our questions and concerns. She took exceptional care of him and allowed us to do everything we possibly could. Although he did not make it, we were grateful for the compassion and dignity she showed every step of the way.
After that experience, I began bringing my own dog to Dr. G. Recently, my sweet girl’s kidney levels were dangerously elevated, and again, it wasn’t looking promising. Dr. G walked me through every concern, set realistic expectations, and still gave me hope that we could try every appropriate course of action. She answered all of my calls and emails, went above and beyond, and made sure my girl and I had everything we needed to give her a fighting chance.
The front office staff and technicians are equally wonderful. They always made my little princess feel safe and comfortable and even let her stay in her stroller during hospital days to reduce her stress. That level of kindness matters more than words can express.
Today, Coco’s kidney levels have dropped dramatically, and she is slowly but steadily returning to her usual self at a “young” almost 14-year-old Yorkie.
I also want to thank Dr. Coons for thoughtfully writing a food prescription for my girl without me even asking after overhearing my conversation about how difficult it was to find something she would eat. That kind of attentiveness and care is rare.
Both doctors are dedicated and love what they do and that is incredibly apparent by their work ethic. They genuinely care not only about their patients but about the fur parents, too. You will not find a better veterinary team in Tampa.

Dr. Danielson took care of our two guinea pigs, Trudy and Presley. I don’t think many people know he treats exotic small pets.
He is compassionate and is able to see the big picture and set up a treat plan for both the girls.

For years we had a hard time getting our Old English Bulldog nails trimmed. He hates his paws touched. 3 different vet offices were unable to trim his nails without sedating him. I saw an ad on Fb for this company that specializes in difficult trims. I cannot be happier or recommend them enough! They are so good to my pup and do such a great job. We've been using them for a couple years now and have had a great experience every single time with every tech. Absolutely recommend!
The best grooming experience I've had. I recommended them to my friend who is also now a fan. My dog, does not like baths or grooming, but likes going to BarkSuds. They care about the dogs. Living in Tampa, routine grooming is a must. BarkSuds is the best option!

I have been bringing my dog chili to this location for over a year and could not imagine taking him anywhere else. For context, he was an abused rescue dog, fearful of humans with attachment issues, and he actually enjoys seeing the staff at this location. I have never had an incident or disagreement with staff. An out-of-town drop-in that gave me one of the warmer welcomes I can remember, from a front desk that greeted me on arrival and thanked me on the way out. Loaner mats are free, the heat comes off infrared panels rather than a furnace, and a heated flow ran me five ClassPass credits. It was a quiet morning, twelve of us in the Mend Room and only two men, and I never once felt like the visitor who had just wandered in.
They introduced me to the teacher beforehand, a young instructor named Lizzy who reads a room like a veteran. She cues entirely through voice and demonstration with no physical adjustments, which is my preference, and her sequencing balanced flow with longer holds and never felt like filler. The infrared warmth soaks in rather than smothering, and the space itself carries a quiet New York Times travel-section polish, the kind of muted boutique where the crystals, the reeded wood, and the gold script on the wall somehow all work. Pro-tip for first-timers: the Mend Room is windowless, which is lovely for turning inward, but if you want natural daylight by savasana, book the Move Room next time. I will gladly be back for that one.
Teachers need their practice too so I took Your Yoga 45 with Luis today. He guided us through a wonderful flow with precise cues, encouragement, and a calming voice. He was welcoming and engaging before and after class as well. It was just what I needed!

I was struggling to find a good yoga instructor for a long time. Since I’m not originally from the US, I knew the style of yoga practice would be a little different anyway. But even though Lotus Pond is a bit far from where I live, it’s the most enjoyable place I’ve found.
Carla’s classes are the reason I drive there every weekend. That one hour helps me recharge, feel the amazing energy, and let go of everything after a long, hard week.
Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, including the staff. There’s one lady whose name I wish I could remember. Whenever she can, she sets aside the yoga blocks I like before class, which is such a thoughtful gesture.

After participating in the USF yoga study for veterans at Palm Yoga in Tampa, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I went in hoping to regain some flexibility and was amazed at how much I achieved and so much more. Since starting, I've gotten so much of my flexibility back and the chronic pain I was experiencing is gone.
The benefits of yoga are incredible and have been a huge part of my recovery. Beyond the physical improvements, it's helped with my mental clarity, sleep, and overall sense of well-being. The positive atmosphere at Palm Yoga is a big part of that.

The trainers, owner, and staff are all amazing. I was a complete newbie when I started and they clearly explained the moves, offered easy modifications, and took time throughout class to check form and offer gentle corrections. I have repeatedly seen the trainer for the class pull in another trainer if one is available to workout alongside someone new to class or have an experienced student serve as a model. They are encouraging and supportive while pushing you to do more than what you may feel capable of in the moment.

Erika is my favorite instructor, she is so thorough with safety and form and adding modifications. My only complaint is I wish she taught more classes! Sonee did my intro class and I’ve done a few with her since, all incredible. This is great for anyone from beginner level to looking to add some flair to your usual gym routine. My 3 months results speak volumes too.

I had a 30 min foot massage and scrub. The service was just what I needed to focus on my achy feet. Lauren applied just enough pressure and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She gave options on what scent and ambience I wanted for an aromatherapy experience as well. I was able to doze off and relax some. The scrub at the end of the massage left my feet very soft. I will definitely be back for more body work services! The location is very accessible to Seminole Heights/ 275 area with easy parking. Highly recommend.
I stumbled across this hidden gem after discovering the massage place I had been going to had closed down. Walking in, the place was very clean and had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The owner was sitting at the front desk, and when I asked if they had any appointments available, she was able to take me right away, which was awesome.
I booked a 90-minute massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. She checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good and asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on. Outstanding experience with Back To Work in South Tampa! I mostly worked with JP, but got to work with Fabio as well. Both of them are excellent. I was recovering from a lower back surgery, and was worried about getting back into working out without reinjuring myself. JP is extremely knowledgeable about such situations and knew exactly what exercises to do to build back my back and leg strength safely. Over the course of two months, he got me back safely exercising my back and legs and feeling confident moving forward. Friendly customer service too--these guys care about their patients. I definitely recommend AJ Therapy for treatment. They have the absolute best staff, flexible hours, they are open late and on Saturdays. They also help and guide through the process of auto accident as it can be very difficult to get the right help. They help every step of the way and will go above and beyond for their patients. I myself treated with them and was very pleased. I definitely recommend them if you were involved in an accident.

I cannot recommend Carolyn enough. After seeing several fertility acupuncturists in Tampa over the years, the difference with Carolyn was honestly night and day. So many places felt rushed and transactional. You get a quick session, rest for 20 minutes, and leave feeling like nobody really took the time to understand what you are actually dealing with.
Carolyn was completely different. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to understand your medical history, fertility journey, stress, symptoms, and everything in between so treatments are actually personalized to you. Her sessions never felt rushed. I would often be there for 1.5 hours or more, and she always made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.
She pays attention to detail, focuses on all the right acupuncture points, incorporates things like red light therapy, and genuinely wants to help your body heal instead of just going through the motions. Over time, she really builds a rapport with you, which matters so much during a fertility journey that can feel emotionally exhausting.
One thing I especially appreciated was that she also gave practical support outside of treatments, including weekly meal ideas, supplement recommendations, nutrition tips, and advice that honestly helped so much with the stress, burnout, and meal fatigue that can come with fertility treatments.
I was a very severe case, and I truly believe Carolyn played a huge role in my pregnancy success. She continued encouraging me even during the hardest moments when it felt impossible to stay hopeful. As Journey said in their most famous song, “Don’t stop believin’.” That message carried me through a lot of very difficult days during this process.

I met Doctor Gueorguiev at Memorial Hospital of Tampa because of gastro issues. My gallbladder had a lot of stones, and without Doctor Gueorguiev, my gallbladder would have been removed. Now, several years later, I still have my gallbladder and have no problems. Now I am being treated for neck pain with Acupuncture, which is going great. He also prescribes herbal medicines that help with other issues.
Dr. Shao is truly the one and only doctor in the Tampa Bay area to go to for acupuncture and cupping. After trying two other doctors, I finally found real, lasting relief with her. I had a great experience with these private driving lessons. I took 6 classes over the course of 3 days, and I honestly learned so much in such a short amount of time. Before starting, I had little to no experience driving on the road, but they taught me everything very well and made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel.
They really prepare you for the driving test by practicing everything that will be on it and making sure you understand each part. For my final test, I had a different instructor from the one I practiced with, but he was very kind, funny, and welcoming. He made me feel relaxed, like I wasn’t even being tested, which helped calm my nerves and made the experience much easier. Overall, everyone was very nice, patient, helpful, and professional. Everything turned out great, and I’m very thankful for all the help and support they gave me. I definitely recommend them to anyone learning how to drive!

George is so good with kids. He's amazing. Day 2 we were out on the interstate. I never would have done that with my daughter, but he did and she was so comfortable with him. We parents have been driving for a long time and we know what we're doing. But that doesn't translate into teaching a teenager how to drive. Sitting in the back seat while George taught her up front showed me things I never would have taught her. THANK YOU, GEORGE!
I had a great experience at Tampa Truck Driving School all of the instructors were awesome Josh, Nick, Erik, Will, Daniel, Bradley, Clyde, Rick, Melo, Miss Erika, and last but not least, Angelo they are some great people who help you get your CDL they teach you everything you need but it’s up to you to follow the instructions I recommend them to anyone who wants to get their CDL license to go to Tampa Truck Driving School all of the instructors are cool helpful and want to see you succeed I graduated on July 3 I spent my last 3 weeks there and I’m not gonna lie I’m gonna miss everybody over there I couldn’t ask for a better set of instructors Thank you everyone so much all of you are very much appreciated keep doing exactly what y’all are doing y’all are great God Bless All of You Much Respect, Tristan Anders
To anyone and everyone who wants to save 10% on your auto insurance premiums I highly recommend this accredited State of Florida safety course. Rick the owner and main instructor is truly awesome! He is a Veteran who served ?? proudly. He is so knowledgeable by making this 4-hour 55+ safety driver’s course simple and intriguing by taking you back in time of the many changes in cars as well as the laws affecting us all. Once I got my certificate I called my auto insurance company and they lowered my monthly premiums within a couple of minutes. Don’t spend your money on an online safety driving course go to Rick and you’ll have a lot more appreciation of the privilege of being a driver.
