I had a good experience with being registered and seen quickly. The hygienist Margarita was amazing! She was gentle, patient and kind. She made me feel safe and explained all steps before doing them. I really recommend her!
Dr. Chehova was very nice, he did his check up and was also gentle. He said I have a cavity and need to return so I might not like him too much soon enough. :)

I recently hired Chris and his crew to regrout the tiles in my shower and reglaze the bathtub, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My bathroom had been looking tired and dated for years, but now it feels like a brand-new space!
The job was no small task—removing old grout, prepping the surfaces, regrouting everything cleanly, and applying a professional reglaze to the tub—but they completed it right on schedule, within the timeframe they originally estimated. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They set up their tools quickly and efficiently, staying organized throughout the process, which showed their years of experience.
One thing that really stood out was their customer service. I was indecisive about the tub color, and Chris brought three different shade samples for me to choose from on the spot. That small gesture made the decision so much easier and showed how much they care about getting it right for the client.

Tri-Star did SUCH a wonderful job on my bathroom re-glazing; really, they went above and beyond. My bathtub and shower were a mess of peeling paint when they came to do an estimate. The scope of work was pretty large — strip the paint from the tiles, remove grout, re-grout, replace uneven tiles, remove some uneven caulking, re-glaze the bathtub, tiles in the shower, and tiles in the bathroom. They were able to get all of this work done over the course of 2 days and at a very reasonable price. I was also told that, when they were removing the paint, they found a ton of ants behind the tiles -- and they treated those too. As I said above: above and beyond. I could not be happier with my fresh, beautiful bathroom.

One million out of 5! 1 million percent exceeded my expectations. Shanna and her mom are SUCH A VIBE!!! They’re professional, and they get through hair SUPER QUICK with it looking amazing lol. I did NOT expect to be in and out in 2 1/2 hours with how long my locs are + color + retwist service… and in that time like 2/3 people got finished as well. Whole time I felt like friends & family were doing my hair and this was my first time meeting them lol. MA Hairstudio salon is definitely a top notch salon and experience. Marjeta made me feel so comfortable and was kind and understanding of how I wanted my haircut. I am very particular about my hair due to unsatisfactory services at other salons. I've actually had a phobia about going to salons due to bad experiences that I have had. Marjeta definitely understands what the customer wants and needs. She really listens and doesn't just treat you like another customer. I've had a pleasant experience at the salon and will definitely continue to get my haircut here. My haircut looks phenomenal and my curls look so beautiful. Definitely a beautiful expert cut. I’ve been going to Eddie maybe 10+ years now and referred over 10+ people to him. He is the best of the best. He doesn’t spend hours per appt because he doesn’t need to. He’s efficient! And he has a great personality. A lot of Barbershops around the neighborhood act like they’re too busy for people but not Eddie. I’ve seen first hand multiple times him staying late to help people out.

I have been going to the wax house for about three years now, and it’s definitely the best decision I’ve made. My main girl is Penelope and she is who made me comfortable with waxing again after a not so good experience elsewhere. On top of that, the music and aesthetic of the place is top notch. They also aren’t stingy and offer seasonal deals! 5/5 every time I’ve gone and have yet to experience anything less than an excellent service from any of the ladies available. I had a piercing which I took out 2 years ago from somewhere in Baltimore NOT here or in any relation to this place . And I wanted it back , so I did research on piercing shops in the area . And out of all of them , this one sparked my interest and seemed a lot more professional . Upon entrance I noticed the beautiful art and cleanliness, I was greeted and told where I’d be waiting to get my piercing. I did not wait long , the young lady who did my piercing (frog eyes) was so knowledgeable and told me what was wrong with my previous piercing that I got done elsewhere , and ensured me that she’ll get it right . It was fast , and painless which i was surprised , she also followed the necessary steps to ensure proper hygiene . Very decent prices . I plan on going here if I ever want to get any other piercing . I’m still not a tattoo person but if/ when the time comes I’d definitely be giving them a visit for that as well. I give this place 5+ stars and I’ll definitely be back .

My building hired Perfect Flow to fix my clogged bathroom sink. It worked, but would fill up and take a while to go down. It took a bit of effort over two visits with two different plumbers but in the end all was good, the plumber who ended up doing the repair did a terrific job, and I would recommend them again. From the moment they arrived, they handled the situation with complete professionalism and confidence. They quickly located the break, explained the cause of the problem, and walked me through the exact steps they would take to repair it.
The job was not simple, but they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They removed the damaged section, installed new piping, secured all the connections properly, and made sure the entire line was flowing and draining the way it should. Dr. A is the greatest physician I know, if you were ever able to get a Pediatrician to visit your baby while still in the hospital, then you know exactly what I am talking about. I’ve never met a doctor that would text you back after going through a life changing experience. All hours of the early morning and late nights knowing he has a 100 other children to care for. When I say he is like a Grandfather to my kids I mean that from the depth of my soul. He is an outstanding individual in our community as a Pediatric Doctor, as well as an individual outside of his white coat. My kids always feel at home when visiting Community Pediatrics. Nurse Milly, Nurse Ashley, they all have help me tremendously and I will never forget the support they have given me when they could surely see I was not myself.

This review is long over due. I had bunion surgery on both feet a few years ago. I found this place by chance and I’m so happy I did. The owner is an absolute gem! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. I was having trouble with toe mobility. The therapist recommended an exercise I could do at home with marbles (they didn’t have any in house). The owner overheard, stepped out, and a few minutes later came back in with marbles in hand. Her Administrators also helped me get a few extra sessions covered by my insurance. The healing process was arduous, but her and her team literally helped to get me back on my feet. I’m forever grateful.

Dr. Jacobs is professional, personable and understanding. I came to her office with extreme back and neck pains, I walked out in a lot less pain and feeling optimistic about my pains issues. Long story short I am now able to walk on the treadmill for over 30 minutes without pain, I am able to bend down to tie my shoes. I am able to perform basic household chores without stopping and taking pills that will make you sleepy or unmotivated. I have stop popping painkillers, she has changed my life. Her staff is friendly, attentive and kind. I have been to chiropractors before, however Dr. Jacobs listens to her patients in order to make a difference in their physical health. Great job, in creating an atmosphere where you patients feel comfortable and confident in the care that they are receiving!
Today, December 6, 2025, was my first time at this office. The staff was very attentive, and the receptionist was very kind and professional. Dr. Evan Pasqua explained in detail everything I could have with my sciatic nerve. He was very professional and I highly recommend this office. Been an employee for over 7 yrs and can I say I LOVE MY JOB... As a therapist you only get paid when u physical work on a patient... Sylvia I commend you, when patients are a no show and don't keep their scheduled appt, you work hard to fill my empty appt slots to assure I get paid and my time is not wasted sitting around doing nothin... The office is clean, organized and my coworkers are like my family... Dr Eisen works hard with each patient and tries his best to help get each case approved and works with you even tho its not....

We found Dr. Solomon last summer. Our first visit was for our cat, Loki, to be neutered. I was impressed with how much time Doctor Solomon took with us to explain everything during the consultation. Much different atmosphere than my previous vet. Everything also went great with the neutering and the cost was very affordable. Our second visit was with my senior dog, who after having a couple bad experiences at the previous vet was a little skittish of the vet and they were no longer even able to get blood work from her without her whining and crying. This is a dog that doesn’t typically cry over anything. Dr. Solomon took this into consideration, shaved the area, used calming petting and other techniques to keep her calm and was able to get blood. All the vet techs at the office genuinely love animals and you can tell they love their job. We have recently had some health scares with Loki and Dr. Solomon has been so good at explaining everything and giving us options. He’s always also given multiple options for a treatment when possible in case cost is a factor. His front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I am so glad that we found Bronx County animal Hospital. We plan on continuing bringing our present and future furry children to him!
I found a kitten in Matthews Muliner Playground and it looks really bad I took it home now I try to feed it but it refuses to eat and it looks like it's dying if someone close to me can take it and treat it before it dies ??

- Their “Fear Free” handling can really make a difference, especially for older or vulnerable cats that can actually get sicker from stress.
- Management and staff have always been responsive to even minor feedback.
- Handling of insurance is seamless. Never have to even think about it.
After 5+ years of having 3 cats at Heart of Chelsea (2 routine/healthy cats, one who went through an uncommon illness) we couldn’t be happier and have never been disappointed.
It’s a 25 minute trip for us, but easily worth it.
If you want to keep a healthy pet healthy, or have excellent, expert care for an aging or ill pet, I highly recommend Heart of Chelsea.

we have been taking our little yorkie Brooklyn to these 2 lady’s for about 5 years they are the best our dog always come out of their shop looking beautiful.

I’d never had a massage before, so I was a bit nervous at first. But from the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The place was really clean and relaxing. The massage itself was amazing — it wasn’t too rough or too soft, just perfect. I left feeling way more relaxed than I expected. Definitely want to come back and try it again!
I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review of this clinic. All I can say is that from the minute I called for an appointment, the entire staff has been so warm and friendly that I hope to never use another PT/OT clinic in my life!....I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and ruptured my quad tendon from my patella two months ago and I did quite a lot of research to find a qualified clinic to help me recover from such a devastating injury. My experience has been more than I had hoped for......My initial evaluation took place in a private room where I met Jeremy (Physical Therapist) who did everything correctly from his introduction to taking proper measurements. Jeremy has followed the surgeon's rehab protocol to the letter and is moving me through the process slowly and methodically. The rehab aides are always nice and friendly as they set you up for the next exercise or activity....This is a wonderful clinic in a nice part of town with friendly patients who are quick with a joke or supporting words. I'm really happy to have found this clinic. The whole experience has been wonderful and it all starts with the front desk.....Trust me when I say this, you will never find a kinder front desk staff in any office and that vibe just carries through the entire clinic. If you're considering this clinic, you can't go wrong if you decide on getting treated there and this is coming from a certified and licensed medical professional.
This is an idea place to come for physical therapy. From intake with the wonderful therapist Luis, to the care I received from their great team of therapists, I left feeling so much better than when I came in. I’m looking forward to continuing my healing process with NYC Physical Therapy!
I started here in February 2025, after Hip surgery. Every visit was very pleasant and the therapist (mine was mainly Manny and Glen) were all very friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience with any of them. Angeline always tried to give me the dates and times I needed. If I need therapy again I’ll definitely be back.

I've been going to Olga for acupuncture for many years now, and so has my elderly mother. Olga has treated me for many conditions and has had success where doctors have failed. She herself is an MD --a former neurologist who became an acupuncturist--so draws on her formidable medical knowledge in addition to her expertise as an acupuncturist; that's a rare combination. Olga is an ace diagnostician --she once correctly diagnosed a rare malady that my physician had misdiagnosed and was giving me the wrong medication for. Aside from her excellence as an acupuncturist Olga cares so much for her patients. She goes above and beyond, even offering support around personal issues, as she is a holistic practitioner and deeply understands the mind-body connection. She is also an herbalist who was able to wean me off dangerous medications and substitute supplements that have proven to be superior in treating my conditions. I have a complicated medical profile and Olga has been on top of it all, always giving me the best advice. I can't say enough good things about this practitioner--there's a reason it can be hard to get an appointment, she's in demand. And very worth the wait.

I had my first therapeutic massage at Bronx Wellness and Acupuncture Center, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. As someone new to massage therapy, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed right away.
The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better both physically and mentally. You can tell they truly care about their clients’ well-being.
I’m so glad I gave it a try—I’m already looking forward to my next visit and making this part of my regular routine. Highly recommended

I was moving from NYC to a state that would require me to drive a lot, and I needed lessons. Asian Driving School made the entire process easy. I got a good instructor, and I passed my driving test on my first attempt. Great value and worth every penny.
After having a bad experience with another instructor at a different driving school, I was very discouraged and worried that I’d never get my license. However, after finding Middletown Road Driving School, all of my worries were put to rest. The second I stepped through the door, I was met with Alexandra’s warm and welcoming personality. She was always kind, attentive, and informative every time I went in, which really helped make this process so much smoother. My driving instructor, William, only made the experience even better. He was calm, personable, and fun to drive with. Even when I made mistakes, he reassured me that it was okay and showed me how to correct them. After only 8 lessons with William, I was equipped with all the tools necessary to not only drive confidently and safely, but also to pass my driving test on the first try!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about this driving school, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone in need of driving lessons, especially if you are anxious behind the wheel. Thank you so much to Alexandra and William for turning my initial negative driving experience into one I’ll never forget, and for transforming me from an anxious driver into a confident one. Telemundo is a great place with great instructors. If you are a person who never touch a car before, instructors such as “Leo” would make you feel like you know what you doing. 5/5 place i really recommended.
The instructors are patient and they make sure you're completely capable of driving safely by the end of all of your classes
I cannot recommend this driving school enough. They were very accommodating, for example I wanted my license in a month and they helped me jam pack my lessons so I could take the road test on time. Joey, my driving instructor, was especially kind and patient, and I enjoyed my lessons very much. Passed my road test the first time!
They really should reconsider their weather contingency. The rain made it hard to learn but the teachers tried their best. Overall a great class. Worth the money and time.

Mr. Advani is such a great teacher. I’ve learned so much from him over the last few months in drivers Ed at St Catherine. He always showed us exactly how to fix our mistakes. Which helped me a lot. I really liked that we practiced parking and 3 point a good amount of times and drove all over the Bronx so I could get used to different areas. If you’re looking for a driving school, I definitely recommend Seagull driving school
