Goldie Maid saved our move in! Huge shoutout to Chris and his team for the amazing work they did. Our new home in Lincoln Park was in rough shape, complete with stains on the walls we couldn't scrub off ourselves and mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling that made me believe i needed to replace drywall.
They came in and cleaned things we honestly didn't think were possible to clean. The walls look brand new, the bathroom is spotless, and the whole place feels totally refreshed. Couldn't be happier with their work, thank you Chris! Highly recommend them if you need a serious deep clean. Definitely gonna use them again.

We are very happy with our new flooring! Brian and Chuck were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had the tile in our kitchen removed and they were able to feather in new wood flooring to flow seamlessly into the rest of our wood floors. The color matches perfectly. They also did some repair work in the hallway. Would highly recommend.
We are very satisfied with the work Thomas and his crew did and was very prompt and very professional. We reached out last Thursday and Thomas immediately contacted me back we set a time to come out Friday to inspect our damaged floors from the flooding he gave us a quote that was reasonable there were no hidden fees. He explained everything in detail and how his crew work and the time frame for the project to be completed 1 to 2 days. They came out Monday and was done Tuesday as promised. We definitely will be working with them in future. Great work. I highly recommend their services.

In the process of having my home painted by family & friends, it was determined they would not be able to scrape and caulk (repair) and paint the home's 4 peaks (front, back and both sides). In need of a professional painting company,, I secured the services of My Colonial Painting, Inc. They promptly answered my call the same Friday. I placed it, came that same day to provide me with a quote and started the work the next day (Saturday). They completed the project the following day(Sunday).
Their customer service was impeccable, and their workmanship is of high quality. Sine this was done at the end of November 2024, time constraints were in place.
I highly recommend this company and, if needed, would use their services in the future.

I originally went in for a consultation and immediately realized I was in the hands of someone highly knowledgeable. She clearly and professionally explained what had happened to my hair and why it had ended up in such a damaged condition.
Not only that, but after performing a restorative and detoxifying treatment, Jamie was even able to improve the tone of my hair, making it look much more natural, healthy, and vibrant.
I was extremely satisfied with both the results and the care and attention she dedicated to my case, which was particularly challenging. I came to her after another hairstylist had made serious mistakes, so this was by no means an easy correction.

Had my first haircut with DeAnne Bittner and let me just tell you, I feel like I got my first REAL haircut in years with her!!!! I’ve been bouncing around to different studios for the past few years and I’ve finally found my spot! It’s wild how good your hair can look after an amazing cut vs a mediocre one. I’m never turning back!!! Scheduling was super easy, Sophie at the front is a gem, and the studio is a really awesome space as well! Look forward to seeing DeAnne again in January!! P.S. Not sure how many times people tell you day(s) after cuts about your work but this last cut could not have been any better! I’ve had some of my best cuts by you but this one tops the charts! With only minimal effort do do my hair (2 mins), very little product, slightly damp hair and air dried…throwing my hair to right side now and utilizing my natural colics like you suggested, creates the perfect beach wavey curls and a lot of volume for slightly thinning hair. Absolutely, a perfect masterpiece of yours. Yes, If you can’t tell, I’m clearly excited how easy and perfect the style works. I wanted a new image and something different. You nailed it!! Thank you Jen for more than half a decade of great cuts. Now if I could just manage my grays more consistently, my wife would be reminded of the time we first met LOL.
Stella was so great with what I was looking for. I came in with a tint of red from a previous toner I did that would refuse to come out. She educated me on the process and what would be the best route for me to get the outcome I was looking for. Can’t wait to return!
First time at Gold Coast salon!! I got a hair cut and full keratin treatment with Ina. (First time getting my a keratin treatment ever) and soooo so happy with the results. Ina did an amazing job providing me with all of the information I needed to learn about keratin as well as after care. My hair looks so much better than it did before. The service from the front desk and all of the stylists was amazing, everyone was so nice. Moving to Chicago from out of state it’s been difficult finding the right salon that styles my hair the way I like it. But I will most definitely be coming back to Gold Coast salon and Ina.

Yesterday was my first cut at Sparrow with Ashley and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ve had trouble finding someone who can cut my hair to where it air dries perfectly and she nailed it. Aside from the amazing cut, she also gives a great scalp massage/shampoo experience. The salon design and aesthetic is stunning and I can’t wait to come back.

I bring my son here for haircuts. His barber is great it was his first barber and he took the first few sessions to get my son acclimated to the process and warmed up. Now my son whines a little but it’s not the screaming he was doing before. Grateful for this spot and the overall vibe of the shop.

Jr has been cutting my hair for about 3 years. In these three years he’s guaranteed me professionalism, quality, and reliability. He’s always finding ways to improve my cut while executing his best work. He’s got skill unlike any. If you’re not getting cut by him then idk what you’re doing.

I had been a dread head for a little over a decade and I finally decided to cut them. I had been weighing the decision for months, trying to find the right style and the right barber. I found this little gem randomly scrolling and I can't be more pleased with the results!! TY made me feel comfortable immediately and judging from his photo reviews I knew I was in good hands. I have to say this is probably the best haircut I've ever received ( I hope my Dad doesn't read this 😄) I'll definitely be making the trip again for this experience. Thank you guys again!
I have gotten two spray tans here and I came back after the first bc I loved it so much. Gabi was my spray tan artist both times I came in. The tan looks natural, easy to maintain, and I don’t even notice when it fades.

I've always seen this place but never went until today. I went in for a spray tan, but I typically go to Glo Up in Oak Brook but just didnt feel like making the drive. Overall great experience, cute shop and Bridget was the sweetest. Definitely will return!

Shout out to the hard-working staff for finding my wedding rings in the spray tan room! As I was about to cry…Alex, thank you for finding them and securely put them in an envelope for me! I did leave lots of voicemails and Corporate called me at first to tell me that they couldn’t find them. However, they had my name incorrectly, and when I went to leave my phone number for the owner to call me I said who is this named Carolyn? She said isn’t that you and I said no she then turned around and had the envelope with my name on it. The lady from corporate gave her the wrong name. Best no-chip I've ever had! I wish I would have gotten the tech's name. She was meticulous and got every miniscule piece of cuticle and had an interesting technique for applying the polish and drying. They're a bit pricey but 100% absolutely worth it.

Had an incredible experience at NUR, Anisa explained every step of the treatment along the way. Her approach is holistic but she also incorporates some incredible technology to get the desired results which I have started to see after a week of pealing. When people find out I’m almost 50, they’re usually pretty shocked. I owe a lot of that to lifestyle, but I’m also a big believer in taking care of my skin and doing treatments that actually make a difference.

I was referred to the Chicago Doll Experience where I was honest with them and let them know I knew absolutely nothing about my after care. They immediately went to work and got me right together got me fitted into the prefect faja, forms and got my massages set up for me in advance they are very knowledgeable about what they do very caring and compassionate with the work and service they offer. I’m convinced I’m in the best hands and I’ve never had to second guess them and I’m comfortable and confident in the advice they’ve giving me I literally feel better and better after each visit and I’m so glad I found them cause I would be a complete mess and lost without them. I had a wonderful experience with at CBQ Facial Beauty Bar! The space itself is very light, bright and airy, and I was greeted warmly by Laura who swiftly checked me in. Magally provided me with the best facial I've had in years, with the hydrofacial procedure that I tried for the first time (think of it as a cleansing vaccuum for your face). The products which are made in house all feel and are scented beautifully, and after my cleansing, mask, exfoliation and extractions (Magally used wax on my t-zone area which was so refreshing!) my face feels fantastic. The 5 star Google rating tells the story, this place is amazing. Give them a try, your skin will thank you!

Not too long ago I was looking for a place I can get a facial and a relaxing experience. I needed something to keep my skin healthy and looking good. In my search Lisa Simone popped up in my instagram and what I saw looked like everything I was looking for so I scheduled my first appointment with Natalie. I have not looked back since. Natalie is amazing at what she does. Her recommendations for my skin are on point. I go once or twice a month. You have to try everything on their menu of skin care, my favorites are the Hadado and the Glow Method, I also recommend the buccal! The environment is super relaxing, it smells heavenly. Like that step out of the shower and you just used your favorite smelling shampoo smell, that’s the only way I can describe it! It’s a super relaxing environment, they have down to the colors. The team did a great job with makeup for my wedding. I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup normally but I understand the importance of highlighting features that photography can wash out. They were understanding of what I wanted and accommodated the tight timeline. They understood cultural differences of south asian weddings and pointed out logistics I had not even thought of. I would highly recommend them for any event!

One thing that’s helpful to know as a future bride is that their model is a little different—you book through the company and are paired with hair and makeup artists rather than selecting them directly. Because of that, I highly recommend sending photo inspiration in advance, as I suspect that helps guide artist pairing and expectations.
My first hair and makeup trial unfortunately wasn’t a fit for me, but I really appreciated that Windy City Glam covered the cost of retrials and worked with me to get me paired with a different team. My second trial still wasn’t 100% there, but I made a few adjustments at home afterward and sent detailed feedback through their coordinator (communication goes through the company rather than directly with the artists, which felt a little unusual at first but ultimately worked).
By the wedding day, they came fully prepared with all of my notes and feedback. Hung (hair) and Nicole (makeup) absolutely delivered. They were both so pleasant to work with, incredibly receptive to feedback in real time, and continued making small tweaks until I felt completely happy with the final look.
I truly couldn’t have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out, and they also did a beautiful job with my bridesmaids. Another huge plus was how well everything held up—I danced all night, and both my hair and makeup stayed looking great through the end of the reception.
While the process took a little trust and communication, I really appreciated the team’s willingness to make things right and ensure I felt my best on such an important day.

I had a great experience with Louis at Barak Studios! I emailed him about some Hebrew lettering and he was able to do everything that I wanted to do in one session. He did both print and cursive and helped find the perfect placements for all 3 tattoos. One was a bit more challenging to figure out how it would move with my body and not be upside down and he gave me his honest and professional opinion and I love it! He was great to talk to and made me very comfortable even adjusting the AC in the studio so I didn’t freeze

Y’know - you hear a lot about “tattoo artists” but I just have to say when it comes to AJ Pehowski here at Mayday Tattoo Co he is 100% a genuine ARTIST. No oversold titles here! His work is incredible. I wanted to wait to write this review until after my new ink healed and could confidently say how I’m the envy of all my friends but I’m just so stoked I can’t wait.
I got a black and grey portrait of my favorite character, Linka, from Captain Planet and the Planeteers - not necessarily a super well known IP - and wanted her done RIGHT. When I showed up (early) to my appointment, AJ showed me the sketch and I was instantly in love. It was perfect. He even incorporated her love interest Wheeler into the design. It almost made me feel bad not getting it in full color because it would have looked that much better (alas, I am not bold enough to get color on my skin).
But man - the results are fantastic and the photo I’m going to upload does not do it justice. I shared the pic with Will Meugniot (Wiki him - he’s probably worked on your favorite childhood cartoons from Batman to X-Men!) who said it was more on model than even some of the cartoon’s actual animation. AJ is just that good!
Not to mention the shop was huge and clean, everyone was nice, and AJ was great to talk to throughout. Everyone’s portfolio on their site is so impressive so there will be a style for you even if AJ is not your style vibe (you’d be missing out!).

It's simple. Jan is the greatest plumber on the planet. He is not only the consummate professional but explains everything that he sees and proposes before the work is done. And the work will get done - Jan will execute and take care of your issues, almost over the top. Our home is over 100 years old and had massive root issues in the sewer line. After wasting money on a number of incompetent companies I finally found someone who cared.
Vanguard is not cheap, but this is the best value in Chicago. Please pay a real professional to do the job right rather than serially wasting money on people who never solve the problem. Jan is transparent and will insist you see what is going on. Sorry to ramble, just call Vanguard.
As luck would have it, we got hit with heavy rain and my basement flooded… not once, but twice. After dealing with the frustration, I started calling different companies on Monday morning looking for answers.
The first company that came out immediately started talking about $15,000 to $20,000 solutions. Maybe those have their place, but what I needed was someone willing to take the time to explain what was actually happening and give me a straightforward assessment.

Madden Sewer installed french drains and a sump pump in my home in July 2023. This is our first house and water problems were the biggest concern we had when buying. There was mold, bugs, signs of water damage, and constant humidity in the basement.
We got a few quotes for waterproofing but Madden was the most professional and I'm so glad to have gone with them. It was a huge, loud, messy job but the crew was thorough! They also damaged as little drywall as possible and cleaned everything up very well once they were finished, even repairing a stair theyd had to take off during installation.
We've since finished the basement and it never gets a hint of water, humidity is way down even in the summer, and even the silverfish have moved out.
I'm writing this review while listening to the comforting sounds of the sump pump going off. A few weeks ago, I heard the next door neighbor pouring literal buckets of water out of his basement. Went down stairs in my socks to check my own basement and it was cozy and dry.

I could not be happier with the service Edwin and team provided. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. Edwin was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions and was very patient with us in making sure all the issues were addressed. I'm so happy to have found Edwin and he will be my go to guy in the future!

I was blown away by their service. After a horrible experience with another "service" company, LG made an appointment for me with M&M for Thursday. The refrigerator door would not seal properly and cold air kept escaping. Food spoiled faster than usual and the motor ran nonstop. Appliance repair replaced the worn seal and adjusted the door alignment. The fridge now stays cold and runs quietly again.

Our high rise building downtown had a few frozen sprinkler heads, several units obtained water damage. Our property management company acted quickly and got several trades in the building, servicemaster being one of the companies called in. Within the hour they had 3 managers and several crews. Some units had more water damage than others. This was a very complex situation, many different owners to deal with and questions to answer. Servicemaster handled each one with great care and empathy. I have been through water damage before in my unit so I knew what to expect but it is still an inconvenience. Rather than upselling, he recommended a spot repair in the kitchen instead of sanding the entire floor, which saved me a significant amount of money. We have a small older condo, originally with a claustrophobic and inefficient kitchen. We were planning on a whole-house remodel including the kitchen and two bathrooms and had been looking at several cabinet companies. At the Planet Cabinets showroom we talked with Ofer and chose the semi-custom Wynnbrooke line.
We had five areas of the house we were designing for: the kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, and a storage nook. We were able to find a wood, finish color, and door style we liked that was consistent across the entire house. They were also able to get the countertop material we wanted. Ofer provided measurement drawings and 3D renderings of each area that greatly helped us understand the options available and finalize decisions.
Some things had to be decided after demo when we could see what was really possible in the space. Ofer met with us and provided options and expert guidance. Our final layouts are far better than the original building design! The kitchen and island are now spacious, beautiful, and with more storage than we ever thought possible.
We are absolutely delighted with the final results. Every day in the kitchen and bathrooms feels like a dream, thanks to Planet Cabinets!

our gutters were a disaster. like actual disaster. one corner had pulled away from the house and was just hanging there after a wind storm and the other side leaked so bad we had a permanent puddle along the driveway. got three quotes from copper gutter places in Chicago and Optimal came in middle of the pack on price but the rep who came out actually knew what he was talking about and didnt try to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. they came out about a week later, took down the old stuff, found some water damage on the fascia which they fixed before putting the new copper up. install looked clean. soldered joints, proper pitch, downspouts going where they should. been through two big rain storms since and not a drop where it shouldnt be. the copper looks amazng too, gonna patina nicely over time.

What can we say, our experience from Eric of Eco Pest Solutions has been Awesome!!!! We received several quotes from larger, pest control companies, non of which took the time and care that Eric did. Everything was explained in details, he walked us through every process. Happily, 3 weeks later, there have been No reoccurring pest, the troubled areas are still clean & sanitized from Eric’s initial treatment.

Sewer rats got into my basement which was very traumatic for me. I called R.B. solutions after getting the run around from Orkin for almost a week.
The initial technician came the very next day. He spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the problem. Not fully satisfied with what he suspected he called a more experienced tech who came right over to inspect. They used a multi-step process that took about a week and for a fraction of the amount Orkin wanted to charge.
I can't say enough about the kindness, professionalism, knowledge of this company. I will continue to use R.B. Pest Solutions for quarterly inspections and I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Jason and team really put in a brilliant backyard landscape all the way around our backyard. Davey has done a great job keeping my ash tree healthy despite the threat from the emerald ash borer. My one complaint is that their service renewal seems to have slipped in recent years. I have to remind them to send me a renewal and then make sure to follow up with them to make sure they actually schedule service (insecticide or fertilizer).
I had a great experience with La Brothers Tree Service, communicating with Humberto, and would highly recommend them.
We needed a large, mature maple tree removed that was about 25% dead and only four feet from our house. It also had an extensive root system, so it was starting to cause problems. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the crew worked efficiently throughout the day.
The tree was also enclosed by our nice fence, making the removal even more challenging. I was impressed with how carefully they cut down each branch and section of the trunk in a controlled manner. They also took the extra step of removing my garage light fixtures before starting so the glass wouldn't get damaged—a small detail that showed they were thinking ahead.
I had recently repainted my fence, so I put down my own moving blankets and protective covers to help prevent scratches. They didn't provide protective coverings themselves, which would have been a nice addition. My only constructive feedback is that I wish they had cut some of the larger branches into smaller pieces before carrying them out through my driveway. A few branches scratched my gate driveway gate. The scratches were cosmetic and not deep, but they likely could have been avoided with cutting branches in half instead of lugging huge branches out. I did stay outside to monitor the work around the driveway fence, and once I was there, the crew was more cautious. They also attempted to grind the stump, but unfortunately their stump grinder couldn't fit through my narrow gate. They were very careful maneuvering the equipment without causing damage, which I appreciated. They took out everything and chipped it all.
They were roughly half the cost of the other estimates I received, yet they still did an amazing job. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to use La Brothers Tree Service again.

Dr Sarah Ghorbanian is easily the most helpful doctor I’ve seen in years. After months of visits to different orthopedic doctors within the Northwestern group of doctors ranging from orthopedic surgeons to “specialists in their field” in Streeterville to Glenbrook, a friend suggested I see a chiropractor for the constant problems I was having with my hip. Although I was hesitant to see a chiropractor after seeing so many different Northwestern doctors that did nothing to help me, Dr Sarah found my problem after 2 sessions and some x-rays. She promptly referred me to an orthopedic surgeon at Rush Hospital who could better assist me with the problem I was having since she believed I wouldn’t be able to fix it with further adjustments. After a consultation and some x-rays with her referral, I was recommended to see a physical therapist for a few months to work on my condition and I’m finally cured. Without the aid of Dr Sarah, I don’t know that I would have ever found the right path to recovery. I couldn’t recommend her more. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants to find the problem and fix it. She’s not interested in just selling the patient a surgery, putting them on meds, or sessions that never seem to end. A rarely found quality in any doctor in today’s medical industry.

I originally had a consult for hormonal cystic acne & post acne scarring, and the treatments worked so well. Once that was cleared, I had a consult for under eye filler. The difference is incredible, but looks so natural. I also had an old scar that didn't respond to initial treatments as we hoped; they then referred me to a plastic surgeon. That experience went smooth as well. So glad I found this place and was able to gain my confidence back!

Dr. Haley Thornton is so great. After having 3 different dermatologists not listen and misdiagnose me in the course of a month, I came to her, and she listened to my whole complicated journey, I felt totally understood, and she set me on the right path, finally giving me the care I needed.
If it was not for Miss Smith, I think sometime I would shake myself silly, but she talks to me. She make me understand what she’s saying, and she listens very well of things. I didn’t think she would pick up on, but she do I wouldn’t trade her for nothing in the world

The vet was more patient and informative than most I’ve ever experienced, giving actionable advice, reviewing medical history with me (after it finally loaded) and setting Wally up with reasonable, thoughtful next steps and treatments. A relative gave me a dog that they could no longer care for, and I wanted to give her a fresh start in my home, including some grooming care. I let the groomers know about a small rash she had and some matting, and they asked me to bring her in so they could assess her. They took care of everything, and she came back happy, smelling great, and with soft fur. I love the personal attention here and will definitely be back instead of going to a big box store.
Can’t say enough good things about Pupstars! We’ve been taking our dog here for daycare and boarding since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it here. The staff are all incredible and know every dog by name, they’re reasonably priced for the area, and there’s ample street parking in front of their location so drop offs are easy.
Always have a great experience here! My golden retriever comes out looking like a show dog. I think it's totally worth it! Plus they brought her out to my car when they saw I was going to unload my infant, which I thought was very kind of them. Definitely recommend!
I have a small, very shy dog with some anxiety. She is suspicious of most people (she only tolerates my husband but loves the company of dogs). She adores the staff at Earth Pups and even wags her tail when she’s there for just a grooming.
After having a very negative experience with another pet groomer near Lawrence and Paulina, we found this place and are so very happy with the result! We brought our baby boy there and he came back looking perfect! No stories, no excuses, just a perfect haircut. We will return again for future appointments.

Took my dog here for the first time today, and they were so great with her! She’s a little nervous at the groomer but she was so happy with her haircut, as am I! Franco did an amazing job with her! Prices are a little on the expensive side, but you get a little goody bag after your service so it was worth it for me. Can’t wait to bring her back!

I not only take my dog here for daycare, but I also groom and board her here. The team is trustworthy and one of the only places in the city that has staff on site overnight. I learned many places have no one present for several hours at night! At Dog Hotel there is someone present 24/7.
The daycare hours at Dog are the best, and I won’t be taking my pup anywhere else!
One of the best groomers in the area, but because she is so good she is busy and it's hard to get an appointment lol, so i just took my little dog somewhere else and they were insanely expensive, butchered my dog and made 4 nails bleed/crack. I regret going to another groomer. Def recommend Village Paws if you can get an appointment!
This is a belated review, but these guys were wonderful with my dear sweet Pomeranian. I came after a tragic grooming experience in which my Pom was shaved, and Julio got her fur looking amazing again. She always looked so beautiful. And they were so sweet with her! When she passed, they sent the kindest message. I highly recommend them!

Yoga Box is incredible. The workouts are tough but rewarding, and the studio environment is perfect for locking in and getting a great session. The instructors (Maya, Giles, and Kate) are knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming from the second you walk in. Highly recommend. Live DJ power flow and recovery restorative w/ sound healing were fantastic experiences.
Wonderful studio with great teachers, class varieties and a calming atmosphere. best part of class has to be the lavender towel at the end!!! the mild classes have harder peak poses than I would expect, but there is no judgement if you are unable to get into the pose
I used to go to the Tuesday and Thursday yoga sessions at Wrigley in 2023 and I have not found a class that compares since I moved. The classes were very relaxing and the instructors voice was very calming. This class was very focused on stretching and easing into your day and I was able to touch my toes for the first time after a few weeks of attending. I miss it so much! I always recommend this yoga studio to people moving to people moving to the area.

Gentle and thoughtful instruction held in a calming space. Triyoga is very focused on making sure that the techniques are correct in order to avoid and in fact help address injuries. It builds strength and flexibility in a way that meets you where you are at in a fun & caring way.

Chris runs the studio and teaches in a way that is real, direct, deeply human, and laced with a sharp sense of humor—he’s like the older brother you didn’t know you were missing.
This review is a long time coming. There are so many reasons this is by far the best Pilates studio in Chicago. And in no particular order here they are:
1. The Reformers/equipment. Beautiful Merrithew equipment that is always in excellent working condition clean and routinely serviced.
2. The space. Clean, well lit, inviting, aesthetically pleasing with just the right amount of decor and reading materials for guests to peruse. Bathroom is pristine and there is always fresh water available to clients/guests.
3. The sense of community. All are welcome and encouraged to be a part of the Restore community. Staff always knows you by name and ensure introductions are made to other clients taking class together or just making introductions that might suit each other (family/community/job opportunity connections).
4. The mission and core values of Restore are understood immediately upon entrance. There are signs about decorum that all members respectfully abide by.
5. The Staff. Wow. I’ve worked with most of the Instructors and they are INCREDIBLE. Their skill sets and intuition are impeccable. They have deep knowledge of the true tenets of Pilates; and as an instructor myself and a regular student I’m astounded out their abilities. No repeats and always customized classes and sessions that suit the needs of each client. This includes modifications that often arise in the moment - there is no mistaking their level of expertise. All of the instructors are my personal favorites however it is clear that the leadership and value driven work ethic comes the the top, the owner Jeanne. Thank you for sharing all of your gifts with the rest of us. I am a better student and instructor because of the Restore community.
If you’re not going here to practice Pilates in Chicago, what are you even doing? The best of the best. Today I took a group class from Lizzie. Beautiful cuing, seamless transitions, modifications for each exercise, and well thought-out, buildable sequences - an overall amazing experience. Did I mention the studio is stunning?
Leah is great! It is a workout while making sure any possible pain is alleviated. If you have any pain, injuries, post surgery, etc. I would strongly recommend Leah.

Elena is an incredible instructor. She’s so knowledgeable about the human body and always offers the perfect modifications or challenges for every level.
I’ve taken classes here throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum, and they’ve helped me stay strong, feel like myself, and eased the aches and pains that come with pregnancy and recovery. Elena always makes sure to provide me with targeted modifications based on how my body is feeling that day but still makes sure I get a good workout in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone in this phase of life!
Beyond the workouts, Elena has built such an amazing community around the studio. I love seeing friendly faces, catching up with everyone, and laughing together through the really hard moves. I couldn’t recommend Elena and her studio more!
Now this is REAL Pilates!! Everything about this studio is the best. You will feel muscles working you never knew you had! You will come out and feel amazing, stronger taller and more flexible and balanced in the body. Kym is beyond incredible, she is so knowledgeable, supportive and helps you deepen your Pilates practice with adjustments. She pays close attention to each student and helps you articulate, her body cues are clear and concise and you know exactly what she means. This is the ultimate best Pilates expierence!! Highly recommend to anyone!

I started Pilates here a little over a year ago after a recommendation from a friend. I've taken group reformer and chair classes, and every instructor I've worked with has been so knowledgeable and patient with me. I had never really worked out my core before, and now my core feels incredibly strong and it's noticeably improved my back and hip pain.
The studio itself is in a great location and I love the vibes. Every time I walk in I feel uplifted and motivated to become stronger. I highly recommend taking some classes here whether you're a beginner or an expert!
I am thoroughly enjoying the classes and instructors at ab&flow at Eton Collection! As a 71 year old new to Reformer Pilates, I truly appreciate the individual attention that is the result of your small classes and your instructors’ concern for my safety!!! Most importantly, I am confident the workouts are increasing my flexibility and core strength!

Really impeccable service as far as the massage went. I feel amazing and like I was very thoroughly helped with all my sore spots. Only reason I docked a star is because the room was difficult to locate and I ended up lost. Maybe they could have some signage or arrows but really this should not be a deal breaker for anyone. I received an advance postpartum massage by Meredith and wow what a great experience. This massage had so many healing elements to it that were much needed after delivery, I loved it. You can tell Meredith is very skilled at what she does and truly is a healer. I will be recommending this place to all my expecting and friends trying. Also the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Already scheduled my next appointment.
My experience with Sunae was fabulous! This was the first cupping treatment I’ve done and I felt very calm and supported during the full treatment. Sunae is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process as well as the benefits. I really enjoyed the experience & would highly recommend this treatment to anyone.
I'd like to thank Dr. Vel for the remarkable results I experienced in just 6 weeks of treatment. Due to long hours on the computer and regular weight training, I struggled with severe hand pain and carpel tunnel syndromes. Since beginning treatment, the pain has disappeared, and my symptoms have significantly improved. Several other issues have also greatly diminished or resolved. If you're considering acupuncture, I highly recommend Dr. Vel. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the results.

Hands down this was the best experience I’ve had finding relief from my back injury. As a first responder we put a lot of wear and tear on our bodies. So looking for a more holistic approach that I can implement into my regiment is imperative. My first appointment started with a consultation and was very informative. I was asked all the right questions, with insightful feedback! Once I started my sessions everything was seamless. Very relaxed atmosphere, clean, and highly recommend. For those who have never done acupuncture, this was my firs time ever . I can honestly say I rarely felt any needles. In addition after 6 sessions and being back at work my range of motion with my back a been the best it has been in a years! Highly recommended!

After I was sick for a month and a half with chest congestion, earache & sore throat (no fever) I decided to try acupuncture and I found Dr. Lee. After 1wk with 2 sessions I eliminated a bad mucus out of my sinuses & I finally experienced clear breathing. I continued the treatment with Dr Lee twice a wk for 2 months. During this time I had consistent changes: better digestion, better sleep, less inflamation and no more back and joints pain (I have a severe scoliosis from 7 yrs old). It ia undeniably clear that I have higher energy levels. Dr. Lee is a very experienced professional who knows exactly what is the patient’s health problem and how to solve it with his advanced knowledges and techniques. His office is quiet, friendly and clean and Dr. Lee is very kind, patient and always very helpful with all our needs.

I was referred to Dr. Robert by a neighbor who has been seeing him for over 15 years with amazing success for all ailments. So immediately I felt comfortable with him and then he over delivered! He truly is an authentic healer. You can feel the peacefulness and centeredness in his office and in his professionalism. Excellent driving school! Eddy was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, and took the time to help me improve in the areas where I needed the most practice.
