I was going through a really difficult time and it was very hard to find a therapist that actually had availability and took my insurance. Not many places here take apple health and I couldn't pay out of pocket, but the therapists here were able to get me an appointment and I got to use my insurance, yay! I love my counselor and have really felt like my life has gotten more manageable. EMDR really helped reprocess some trauma things in my past and I would highly recommend this place.
My wife and I had no idea what we were getting into deciding to do our kitchen remodel. But we are sure glad we decided to work with Kellcraft. We had them design and build our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Now that the project is finally complete, and we can reflect on our experience and decision of working with Kellcraft, I must say we couldn’t be more pleased!

Great communication and easy to schedule! Love that they come right to our house. Mandela and Anna did a wonderful job on our interior detail. We have tan carpet and I tried multiple things to get it clean myself but it was SO BAD. They cleaned it thoroughly and I’m shocked at how great it looks. And they did it in super hot weather too. Having to get my hair trimmed typically brings feelings of dread. There aren’t a lot of people in town who know how to cut thick, curly hair. “Trim” usually ends up being a years worth of growth gone. The person who normally does my hair was booked out, so having to find someone else brought a lot of feelings of anxiety.
Hannah listened, gave me a beautiful cut and managed to preserve the length of my hair.

Darci did an AMAZING job on my 11 y/o daughters hair! My daughter wanted a vivid blue and with her dark hair we have never been able to get it to show up before. Darci listened intently on what my daughter wanted and made recommendations based on what she had said. My daughter is very happy with the result and I love it too (I wasn’t sure I would since it’s blue…but Darci did such a great job even I want to put blue in my hair!)!

All the girls are super nice. They are not pushy when promoting their products, but tell you when stuff is on sale. Love that.
My only gripe is when sprays on beds are low or bulbs are out. Replacements and service probably takes time, but the 100.00 I pay every month are for beds that have these options. Slight inconvenience.

BnB is a great small shop. The staff is amazing and I feel very comfortable using their service. I am very hard on everything regarding my hands jewelry, watches, and now my nails but with BnB the polish has lasted longer then any other time I have had a manicure. Update:I just wanted to post an update on my review since my first was three years ago. Kayla continues to astonish me, both with her wisdom and insight as well as her talent and energy. I've now had a couple of facials and more lash lifts, eyebrow tints, and facial waxing. I want to point out that I've never had a wax like hers. She's so careful and attentive. Instead of one big blob of wax across each side of my stash, she carefully waxes with small pieces to follow the direction of hair growth. The difference is amazing, I never break out from her waxes, and the hair doesn't break. It pulls from the root, so it grows back slower and finer. And it doesn't hurt!I enjoy her services so much. After a facial, my skin glows for days. Thank you, Kayla. Our community is so lucky to have you!Original review:I went to Olivine Spa at the beginning of the year for some much needed pampering. My experience was incredible!I rarely get to treat myself like this and when I do, I'm usually hoping for a quiet experience but here I ended up chatting Kaylaa's ear off the whole time. But honestly she mostly just listened and invited the silence when I finally stopped talking.I got a mani and pedi and a lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint. My initial brow appointment with Danielle was on March 12, 2026. I spent a lovely relaxing spa like afternoon in her beautiful studio while she created my new browse with meticulous measurement design and care. I felt no discomfort during either my initial session or my touchup session. The first evening of both sessions, I had minor discomfort like a sunburn feeling for about three hours, then only tenderness for a couple of days while applying the healing ointment. I am very pleased with my new brows. I love the shape and the shade. They look very natural, only better!

I was having a week's worth of neck and shoulder pain on my right side. Melissa spent time letting me explain what was going on, what kinds of sensations I was having, and where the worst spots were. Then she worked me over with an intense focused massage, including ice and some breath work. She had given me a great all over massage before, but this one was special. Within two days the problem was completely gone and I was back to sleeping comfortably. Thank you!

Sam did such an amazing job with my microblading. I keep going to her for any touch ups when I need them years later. I’m not very girly, but after seeing the different types of lashes she does, I now get them done with her. They look very natural, and easy to keep up with the maintenance. So worth it, and seriously can’t beat the price for the time it saves me doing my makeup.
Kasey is amazing! The whole experience was so incredible. She started with a rinse on my eyes that felt so good. I told her how full I wanted my lashes (we went with hybrid) and told her to do something fun and give me a pop of color. Her choice. I would have fallen asleep for sure, but we have known each other basically my entire life and hadn’t seen each other in a very long time and chatted it up. She’s so fun to talk to and did such an amazing job! I absolutely loved how they turned out and I had them for about six weeks without ever once thinking about needing mascara. I ended up having to take them off to no fault of the lashes or Kasey’s work, but at a time when the were starting to thin anyway. They were so fun to have!
I have a very sensitive head and my hair tangles very easily, so it’s important to me that whoever is doing my hair is very gentle. Kourtney was amazing, 10/10 u would highly recommend her. Easy to be around too, honest and kind
I got my second ever Brazilian wax with Debbie after a bad first waxing experience with a different esthetician. Debbie got me in and out in under 30 minutes pain free! She chatted with me the whole time and was very friendly. I was sure that with such a bad first waxing experience that the second waxing would be just as bad but it was a total breeze. The piercing room was clean and Randy, he does the piercings, showed me that everything from the clamp, to the needle, to the ring was sterilized, opened, and used just for me. He talked me through the piercing, the aftercare, and the healing process. It is clear he knows his stuff and you’re in good hands. On top of all of this, they provide water, candy for you and/or your littles if they are there with you, and even snacks! This woman and sister owned/family owned business is truly amazing. Honest, excellent plumbers! Piper did the original plumbing when my home was built 3 years ago. This past summer we decided to swap out the tub in our master bath. We replaced a freestanding tub with a drop in tub. I built the frame for the tub. I supplied the new tub. I had three plumbers give bids. One bid was $3400. One was $3000. Perry and Trent from Piper did the job for $800. They were here when they said. The spent the exact time that they said they would. There were no "surprise" charges. I am always looking for honest, competent contractors. Piper will be at the top of my list.

I've had Northwest Renewables install a rooftop solar and battery system and they did a great job!
They were cheaper than the door to door guys, I expect it is because NWR quotes you what it actually costs while the door to door guys are trying to find the maximum you will pay. NWR is honest and kept their end of our bargain. I'm really pleased with my system and would definitely work with them again (which I did when I had my batteries added).
Just had a new addition on our home wired by Adam and crew at Rainbow Electric. They have done other projects for us and are always very professional and do an excellent job. Well worth the money. They treated my handmade Turkish wool rug with care, going over every inch, cleaning and mending it all by hand. Watch the video showing how they clean rugs if you have any doubts. I highly recommend them. It seems pricey at first until you consider that most of these type of rugs are an investment.
Joe was an amazing air duct cleaning technician. He went above and beyond for customer service. He explained the process patiently to someone who knew nothing! The before and after pictures were incredible. Who knew what gunk lurks in the ducts! He installed a new filter as well. Very professional with the booties on his feet to protect the flooring. We have had the BEST experience with Maid Naturally! We are coming up on about a year now that they have come to clean our house bi-weekly and they do an amazing job. The staff is always friendly, professional, quiet, efficient, and kind. I work from home so I am home when they are here and I never feel uncomfortable or in the way - they just do their thing and go with the flow. The smell of their products are amazing (shout out to Cyprus!) and the smell even lingers for a few days after. I love that I have the option to change or add anything that needs to be done that week if needed. Also during Christmas they wrapped my toilet paper like a bow - I wish I took a picture it was the cutest thing!

I was connected with United Floor Coverings through Costco. I first had my carpets done and was very happy with the results so I hired them again when I needed the floors in a small spare bathroom replaced. Theresa and Brad came out first and helped me pick flooring and gave an estimate. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. Theresa is very responsive and always takes the time to answer questions and alleviate any concerns. Jaime and Rafael did the installation. It should have been a quick straightforward job, but unfortunately unbeknownst to us the homeowners that had remodeled the bathroom previously drove a nail through the pipe that leads to our toilet. Upon Jaime removing the baseboard that had the nail in it, a leak started. It felt catastrophic as I had water running down to my basement, and I was panicking trying to find a plumber that could come out right away. Jaime went above and beyond. He contacted the owner of United Floor Covering, John, who then immediately reached out to a plumber he knows. Within one hour, I had a plumber at my house, he fixed the pipe, then Jaime and Rafael got back to work and finished the floors that day. John even stopped by to check on everything. I did not think that kind of customer service existed anymore. I am beyond grateful to John for being so responsive and going above and beyond for me. This was a small job, and he still went out of his way to help me. Jaime and Rafael do exceptional work, and they even helped me find the humor in the house of horrors situation I found myself in. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We hired Double Black Diamond Tree Service to cut down an approximately 80-90 ft. high pine tree which was showing definite signs of very old age in our backyard. Our purpose here is to compliment the Double Black Diamond Team led by Vincent Frey. They arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately began work. They were very well organized and moved quickly, sawing off limbs as they worked their way up the tree. They were polite, courteous, and responsive to any questions we had. Tree limbs were well guided on the way to the ground. All of these limbs were quickly pulverized and loaded on their specialized trailer. As for the tree trunk, it was cut into a large number of sections as the tree climber worked his way down the tree. Cleanup was excellent as it was conducted throughout the process and completed at the very end.We highly recommend Double Black Diamond Tree Service and Vincent Frey to anyone desiring to remove a large tree.
This is going to be long winded so please bear with me..I want to thank Northview Family Dental for always going above and beyond in their care for me.and.my teeth.i grew up not having regular dental care so as an adult.i was not always proactive in taking care of my.teeth.I am 52 years old.and.had never had a cleaning. Which lead to periodontal disease and a plethora of.health issues that I did not.know were hurting me.I always had headaches, sore and bleeding gums teeth becoming loose etc..Northview was the first office that cared enough to explain in great detail the paramount importance of taking care of your teeth and most importantly your gums. For the first time ever I have been able to complete a plan to address my oral care, have had 3 cleanings and at my last appointment and cleaning excellent.results!!!!!!! Kim's the best! I had a break between patients and Kim took that opportunity to strap on her coal miners helmet, quadruple glove, triple mask and extra thick shrapnel protectors and cleaned my teeth. Although a daily flosser and prepared for the worst, at no time did Megan need to apply a tourniquet around my neck to stem the bleeding as she is very gentle and professional. Our conversation was on the light side as she had many fingers and instruments in my mouth, but she did manage to convey to me that I was the best boss she has ever had (at this office)! I have long and varying hours for work. Having a walk in chiropractic clinic that knows their stuff, are kind, helpful and listens is invaluable to my healing process. I had a knee replacement surgery and am waiting for the surgery on my other knee. In the meantime my legs are not the same size. Walking /hobbling puts my entire body off kilter. Your body is all connected and I’m out all over. They adjust whatever is needed at every visit. I’m so grateful!!

There is no one else quite like Dr. Pittman. His experience is truly unmatched. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain and when I have a flare up he always provides relief (both pain and comedic). I’m pregnant and have a difficult time finding any providers willing to treat my pain, SO thankful for Dr. Pittman. Every time I see him he helps me manage my degenerative disc disease and scoliosis a little better. I have been a patient for 10+ years (and my parents for 20+) we will be patients for life.

My eldest babies are 12yrs old, and grown up with a home full of pets befor these wild turkeys? and I know my fur babies have had their lived prolonged due to their their teams honesty and understanding! they of course want the very best for ours pets but also more then understand that the cost can be a bit hard ,especially when you have a very large pet family? they have always been down to earth about the options/choices and realities, give the lowest to highest price options/make it clear what the choices involve and more then open to sharing even their own personal exsperinces from those other choices/options(example farmers dog-where I get my dogs fresh food, vs honest kitchen-their recommended fresh food company(which may be a little cheaper but equal quality))

Fantastic experience @ Hunter Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, Wa. Today 7/30/24 Dr Mark made room in his schedule to see my son's ferret within an hour of our phone call requesting if it was possible to get an appointment. ? All staff were friendly as was Dr Mark, and he is just so informative, relaxed, friendly and not pushy towards expensive tests right at the get go. We both immediately felt comfortable w Dr Mark's approach in treating our ferret. My son has a disability so he easily gets upset and has limited financial resources as well. But he really likes Dr Mark and has trust w the "doc". I'm a retired Veterinarian assistant so I understand more about these medical issues than my son, and I was very impressed w Dr Mark! My cat was very sick, and not eating for days. After a visit and some meds, she still didn't get better. Euthenasia was my choice, and it's always a difficult one. From the start, the staff was amazing and they made this process as painless as possible.
Penny died peacefully, in the best possible way. Dr. John Kuhn is an incredible vet. He was very compassionate, and told us we were making the right choice. It's hard to explain, because it's such a terrible thing to have to do, but I appreciate them more than they could ever imagine.
Afterwards, they gave us her paw prints in a beautiful case, then sent a card signed by the entire staff with a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Kuhn. It was way above and beyond and meant so much to us.
Losing any pet is difficult, but their kindness and compassion will always mean a lot to us. They have my business as long as I'm here, and I'd recommend anyone else to go to them.
If you see this, Dr. Kuhn, just know that I appreciate you so much, and your staff is amazing. It doesn't take away from the sadness, but you couldn't have made this difficult choice any easier. Thank you so much! I'm sure it's a hard thing to do for you guys, as well, and the level of professionalism and compassion was absolutely top-notch!

I love Dr Carrie, she has been the best vet i have ever had. She is extremely thorough and provides excellent, compassionate care every visit, and I have an elderly 18 yr old cat that challenges her most every visit! But she- and staff, are always extremely kind and caring. Dr. Carrie always goes above and beyond to care for my pets. And she has literally saved both of their lives at one time or another. I cant imagine trusting my girls to anyone else. I have never seen her without a kind caring smile, I always feel welcome and like she is happy to be caring for them. Dr. Scott Habegger, Inland Equine Veterinary Service, came to our home to check on our Tennessee Walker within a day of our calling him with concerns about her coughing. We knew she was not in a critical state or he would have made the time to come by sooner. We like the fact that he was willing to work with us based on our factual assessment of our horses needs. Very kind, very thorough, patient and reasonable rates. We plan that he will be our vet until our horses are gone. They’re in their mid 20s now.
Amazing experience! I came here after my vet recommended them for a fractured tooth for my pup. They were so kind and explained all my options and all possible pricing. I got to stay with my boy during the pre-med process and after the procedure while he was waking up, which was so so nice! 110% recommend going here for any pet dental stuff!! I’m really terrible with remembering names but the gals that were helping us were so sweet and patient, and were giving my pup loves the entire time. Thank you guys so much!!
Very impressed with the staff and the vet. Brought my son's dog in to get some tumors removed. They gave me a quote between $750-$1250. That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.
My rescue English Bulldog had many issues with his eye when adopted. We knew going into it that he would require one or more surgeries to reduce/correct the genetic abnormalities. Multiple procedures were performed during this first surgery thus maximizing his time under an anesthesia. He just had his post-op suture removal and all went as expected. All staff tending to our pup were outstanding. There were multiple phone calls from both support staff and surgeon post surgery. While any specialty medical services are generally expensive, we feel the cost was commensurate with the excellent services received. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kaiser!

During a very scary time, Audubon helped my sweet Murphy boy. His neck had swelled, and he had smelly discharge coming from around the area. The whole time they treated Murphy, they kept me informed, gave me all my options, and took amazing care of Murphy. We were referred here by our vets in Kennewick for a discoloration of our cat's iris and general malaise. Diagnosis was a very painful dislocation of lens. We were very happy with the care he received, although it did require removal of the eye. Testing and surgery was expense but not out of line with other vets. They described all options and costs at 1st visit. 2nd visit he was there for entire day. Our daughter's cat had similar diagnosis and they were also pleased with care, lthough she died within a few months of feline HIV.

I arrived a couple of weeks ago from California. Keeping busy trying to move my sister in law back to California. Play N Stay has been an awesome experience for my 2 yr old dog Hazel. A bonus was being able to drop her off when we needed space to move stuff in and out of the yard without having to worry about my fur baby getting out. She has poor recall and that was becoming a pain trying to track her down while we were moving. The staff members are great and are very cautious with new dogs arriving at their facility. They took their time observing my dog and seeing how she handled other dogs. Plan on returning to visit my in laws and Play N Stay will be a destination for my dog to socialize and play with other dogs in a safe environment.
I have an English Springer Spaniel that I needed groomed for a dog show, but she's extremely nervous when being handled by people she doesn't know. I honestly thought getting her professionally groomed would be nearly impossible. When I called to schedule the appointment, I explained how nervous she is and even offered to give her trazodone beforehand. They suggested trying without it first to see how she does. Honestly, I fully expected to get a call 20 minutes after dropping her off asking me to come pick her up because she is difficult to handle. Instead, they took on the challenge with patience and they exceeded every expectation I had.
To give an idea of how anxious she is, at one of her vet appointments she was so scared that she peed on the technician before they had even brought out the vaccines. Because of experiences like that, I never imagined she'd be able to make it through a full grooming appointment.
I chose this groomer because they seemed to have experience working with nervous dogs, and I'm so glad I did. They were able to bathe, clip, and groom her beautifully, and she came home looking fantastic. Best of all, she didn't leave traumatized.
The groomer even sent me a photo during the appointment to ask a question. My girl looked a little worried, but nowhere near as terrified as I expected she would be, which was incredibly reassuring.
They took the time to listen to what I wanted for her groom and carefully considered all the grooming and behavioral notes I provided. I was so impressed by their patience, kindness, and ability to work with such a nervous dog. I would absolutely bring my dog back (they probably don’t want me to though haha) and highly recommend them.

Core Pilates with Dana was exactly what I needed to get moving again after being stagnant for too long. I had been dealing with pretty bad sciatic pain, and focusing on proper movement and alignment helped almost immediately. Dana is incredibly knowledgeable, and Pilates really strengthens your body in a way that supports long-term health. The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere — the instructors and clients are all so friendly. Highly recommend!
Could not recommend Precision Pilates more. I have been doing pilates for 5+ years and this is the only studio I would recommend to anyone with or without pilates experience! Very welcoming with incredibly knowledgeable instructors who know how to work with all body types.

I’ve been going to Blake Greensword for over three years, even before he went independent, and I can honestly say he’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Most of my visits started as treatment after car accidents, and his focus on neuromuscular release made a huge difference in my recovery. After getting back to normal, I kept going for regular monthly sessions as part of my self care routine because his work makes that much of a difference.
Blake is always learning new techniques, always professional, and keeps a clean and relaxing space. He really takes the time to listen and tailor each session to what’s needed that day. I’m happy to be adding massage to the physical therapy I've been doing. Dealing with stenosis in my lower back, sciatica pain, very tight in the hamstrings, limited neck movement. Instructor Jake and Doug Turner were amazing. I wasn't confident of driving. But after I took three lessons, I can drive without fear. They taught me the rules, parallel parking, back up parking, curb parking, and so on. They both are very kind. Even when I passed my driver's license skills test, I still wanted to learn more from them because I want to be a better driver. Thank you Jake and Doug Turner!
