Dr. Bougrine is knowledgeable and has ethical practice. Saw her for my acne treatment, she listened patiently to all my problems and discussed treatment plans. I did lot of research before deciding to see her, given that so many dermatologists are pushing for cosmetic treatments and are basically money making business. Didn't want to ruin my skin any more and best decision to see her!

So far, so good. I was told that it might take upwards of a week to see that the wasps were gone. The technician, Alexandre Masse, was very knowledgeable and professional, and as he applied the powder, a huge number of wasps exited the nest, wondering what to do now. This morning, 12 hours after the treatment, there were a few wasps buzzing around wondering what to do now that their nest had been covered in powder. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow but to this point, I expect the wasps to have found somewhere else to live very soon. Great job M. Masse and great job Exterminatek!

This has been my go to barber shop for many years. I discovered this shop by chance when my usual shop was closed that day, and ever since, I’ve been coming here regularly even bringing my kids now. The owner is really skilled and always takes the time to give everyone the best haircut possible, even when the shop is busy.
This guy is a genius!! I wish I would have found him earlier! His craft is completely different from rest of the barbers these days and that’s what makes him special! Just a beautiful man and his incredible skills!

I found this salon and spoke to the stylist and she adviced me on what was best for my hair & to be able to still rock some boxed braids. I have very small hands and short nails, and the lady who did my nails took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She gave me honest and helpful advice to make sure my nails would look beautiful while also staying strong and not lifting or breaking because of my nail size. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave me instead of just rushing through the appointment.
I think she may have been the owner, and she did an incredible job. Another lovely lady did my pedicure, and she was amazing too. I received massages on my feet, hands, and even my back while getting my nails done, which made the whole experience so relaxing and luxurious.

And note, in the days after, I packed up a bunch of heavy stuff from my dad’s office, packed my suitcase to return to NYC and struggled with a very hard to close hide-a-bed. Amazing.

I've been coming to Elements since around 2012 when they were at a previous location. I've had two treatments at their current location and they've both been wonderful experiences! Murielle in particular provides exceptional care. She has such thorough knowledge of skincare and dermatology, and is really kind and thoughtful when it comes to suggesting treatments or products. The staff at their front counter are always so pleasant and warm, and the skincare product selection they sell is so good! I can't recommend Elements enough.

This spa was absolutely wonderful. Garth is a real specialist in effective, novel massage techniques. He is a kind, friendly soul, who creates a welcoming atmosphere, and you come away feeling revitalised and refreshed. There is also a steam room and relaxation room to chill in after treatments. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Decent experience overall but I have mixed feelings about the scheduling process. While the service itself was top notch and the massage therapist really focused on the tension in my shoulders, the front desk seemed a bit disorganized when I arrived for my appointment. It took about ten minutes to get checked in which cut into my treatment time slightly. Once I was inside the treatment area everything was perfect so I might give them another shot in a few months to see if the front office flow improves.

The ambiance at Spa Absolu is very warm, cozy and Zen-like. I love the fact that it was so clean. I had Emese as my massage therapist. She was very skilled at releasing all the tension and trigger knots in my neck and trapezius. I feel so much lighter. Will definitely be back!

This is the only shop I’ve gone to for all of my piercings (nose, belly, and nipples), and I’ll continue going back for future piercings. I love how professional, clean, and knowledgeable the staff are. I’ve been pierced by multiple piercers there, and each one has been incredibly skilled, respectful, and professional.
As for the prices, they really depend on the jewelry you choose, but the piercing process itself is always quick, precise, and well done.
I have plan for my first tattoo for almost 3 years but for some reasons, I’ve never done it. So this year, I decided to do it. Lucky, I found Loulou from a friend. I am happy with my first tattoo. He is professional, respect and serious with his job.
The day of my rendezvous, I imagined the worst pain that I’ll get. Fortunately, Loulou explained to me how it works and how to take care of the tattoo after. So I believe him and it is not that bad. He knows how scared people feel for the first tattoo so he makes me feel comfortable by making a small talk with random topic to avoid those pains.

If you have plumbing issue, my advice is to make this the first shop you visit. I brough my faulty kitchen faucet there and he was able to change the defective part which saved me from having to replace the whole faucet.

Very good service. The plumber was a nice guy, found my issue quickly. I only put 4 stars because no matter how close you live, they charge you 30' transport + 1h30min of work (it took 20' to resolve my problem).
I asked them to adjust a bit their price (like charge by default 1h instead of 1h30min). If it changes, I will adjust my review for sure.

Fantastic experience. We recently had a small flood in our appartment due to the storm and found this company just around the corner from us. I called at 9am, Khaled was over before 12pm, back within 30mins with a big fan, texted the next day to check in and came back this morning to replace it with a dehumidifier as the carpet was dry. He's been perfectly on time each visit, very, very polite, super professional and respectful. We've already organised for him to come and clean our terrace next week. We specified that we didn't want him to use any chemicals and he immediately suggested a natural, organic solution. So far, so good. I was told that it might take upwards of a week to see that the wasps were gone. The technician, Alexandre Masse, was very knowledgeable and professional, and as he applied the powder, a huge number of wasps exited the nest, wondering what to do now. This morning, 12 hours after the treatment, there were a few wasps buzzing around wondering what to do now that their nest had been covered in powder. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow but to this point, I expect the wasps to have found somewhere else to live very soon. Great job M. Masse and great job Exterminatek!

I called on Monsieur Sylvain (the Nordic landscaper) at the beginning of the summer and it was the best decision I have made since I bought my house. I was at a loss when I thought about my yard and was in a hurry to clean it up before the good weather made the weeds grow. In short, Mr. Sylvain came quickly, he listened to what we wanted and was very diligent. He weeded the ENTIRE yard and side of the parking lot plus removed 4 large (dead) shrubs in 2 days! After looking at many other options we decided to try dr. Freud’s approach. Slowly my son started articulating words better. We actually started to understand him. Now my son is 6, he is in a regular 1st grade class, he reads, writes, speaks, has amazing grades (90’s) and does not need speech therapy anymore. Going to dr. It was my first appointment with a chiropractor (I had apprehensions like everyone else that it would hurt etc.) NOP not with him in any case, because he replaced I don't know how many vertebrae, given the sound it feels hihi, but no pain, not even a little discomfort. I was surprised and what a relief ohhh and I can't wait for the next follow-up appointment. I had to wait a little during my lunch break and mentioned I was hungry, and the receptionist offered me a granola bar and a bubbly water. Such a thoughtful gesture. They truly care about their patients and their humans too ❤️ We would never change vets for our 3 cats that we love so much.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Chats Montreal including Dr. Nadine Desautels, Mara and Janet. It shows that they truly care about animals; when our cat was sick recently, they checked in by phone many times to ensure the treatment was working well. They also correctly identified the gender of our cat which had been sterilized and misgendered for the first 10 years of its life. Vet services are in general pricey, that’s the sad reality of having a pet but I find their services top notch quality and extremely empathetic and caring. Would recommend to anyone with a cat on the island of Montreal.

My massage at Centre Taiyo was excellent. Lisa did a great job a 90 min deep tissue massage. Very professional and I felt very relaxed during and after. The place was very comfortable and she understood my pain points.
I had an appointment for the very first time with Anabelle, which was for a therapeutic massage, due to 3 painful spots on my shoulder blade, shoulder & neck. It all connected and was intolerable. And was progressively getting worse. She worked it for 60min. I was surprised to find relief within 3 days following my appointment. She even gave me some exercises to do, to help. I look forward to my 2nd appointment coming up, to work the front part of my shoulder. I couldn't be happier with her service. I'd like to add, I was really stressed that day for a variety of reasons, and she saw this the moment I walked in. Moreover, after some time the pain was gone, no pills, just slow right movements. Highly recommend in preventing/helping with migranes.

I had a bad a very painful shoulder and lost about 50% mobility due to over tensed muscles. Had few sessions with Yanik a masotheraist and I have regained the monitor I had lost and the pain is gone. The establishment is clean, peaceful, the plants are well taken care of and a joy to see. Yanik is very professional, explains what muscles he will work on and how he will proceed. His very knowledgeable of his trade. His treatment approach was very effective on me. Will return If I get other issues.

I had Bell's Palsy - a temporary condition that causes hemifacial paralysis, most likely due to nerve inflammation and swelling. I was worried that I might not fully recover and stay paralyzed. I came to see Tina without much expectation I must admit - this was my first time trying acupuncture, I did not knew much about it, only that it may help with my condition. After a single acupuncture treatment with Tina, I had a 50% recovery after 24 hours. It reached over 90% after the 2nd. One may argue that it may be the normal recovery rate - however, my neurologist admitted that she had very rarely seen someone recovering as fast as me. I believe that Tina's experience and caring played a crucial role in speeding up the heeling process. One sure thing, I found a gem!

I am very grateful to M.Nguyen for her help. It was an emergency appointment as I had a severe migraine. She was very attentive, gentle and helpful. After a thorough examination, she placed the needles to help to release the pressure. It decreased within a couple of hours after the treatment. I slept well and recovered fully the next day.

A mom&pop’s driving school their som Gowtham was my teacher who was such a wonderful instructor and a person. They adjusted the sessions based on my work schedule and was super accommodating and taught me everything for the exam even sccompanying me for it.
