We took my little brother in law to Ivan’s today because he hasn’t let anyone touch his hair or even tried to get a haircut for about 5 months now and it was getting really bad his hair was all in his face all because he said he was never going to get a haircut again because the last barbershop we went to they messed up his hair and took off a little bit to much and completely disregarded him and the haircut he specifically asked for because he’s a kid so they just rushed us out the door and so today we requested Liz because she cuts both his older brothers hair and he specifically said that if it wasn’t Liz he didn’t want it because he had already seen some of the cuts she did for his older brothers and said he liked how they came out now mind you he’s only 12 and ofc he’s at that age where he cars about his looks right now so he sat down and gave her a chance and she did a really good job in talking to him and making sure he felt comfortable and well taken care he said he felt very heard she also made it her priority to give him exactly what he asked for which was a low drop fade that came out really good and we appreciate that she took her time to perfect it and not just rush us out the doors she made us feel very welcomed and she did an amazing job with staying with the length he wanted and also getting rid of enough for his mom to be happy that it was out of his face and appropriate for him he left Ivan’s smiling saying that Liz is now his barber and he will now only go to her for his haircuts :)

My stylist was Chrissy. She was excellent. She is very friendly and knows how to treat a customer. I explained what I wanted and her years of experience began to show with her first movements. I have had difficulty trying to find someone who can consistently cut my hair the way I want and I believe I have found the person I will be going to for a long time. The family atmosphere was very inviting and I loved seeing all ages of customers in this great shop.

I didn’t schedule an appointment. I was a walk in. They were able to fit me in immediately. The cut was beyond my expectations. Best cut I have ever received. They saved the day. I was on my way to a wedding. My regular barber had canceled on me at the last minute. The locker rooms, where it’s at. Best barbers in town by far. I highly recommend their services. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.

I wanted to write a "Glo-ing" review! I flew to Dallas with my husband. He sent me here to treat me. I had a package of 3 things I could choose. The Halotherapy absoLUTELY works!! It saved me from a nagging cough from allergies. Then got two spray tans that blew my mind how even and perfect they were. But I HAVE to say the STAFF there is so amazing! I'm a deaf lip reader and they treated me so well. I had so much fun talking with those sweet girls. I loved every single one of them!! All of them were such little DOLLS I would fly to Dallas just to see them again and get my tan on
This used to be the best place to tan and always had value pricing . This year, if you get the advertised special rate , you will wait a long time to tan. The reason is they only have two beds for that level. It seems discriminating to me. They don't seem to mind making the people spending the least amount of money to wait .

I went to Sanford House for a more urgent gel manicure appointment; I had 5 broken nails, some of which were very painful. Serena took the time to glue my broken nails and was extremely gentle. She was knowledgable and nonjudgmental, and I was very happy with my manicure. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience here! Katie is skilled and also such a beautiful and kind person who really cares about her clients and wants to do what is good for them. The atmosphere in the building and Katie's engaging conversation made for a very relaxing vibe as well. For backstory, I called to ask if anyone had time for a lash extension fill and was told I could come in. Turns out my mom needed more than just a fill, a lot of her extension lashes just fell right off with brushing so there wasn't as much left as it appeared. Katie was super nice even though she only expected to do a fill. She was super informative and helpful and let us know how my mom's old heavy extensions were bad for her lashes and making them fall out. She gave her instructions and advice to keep her eyes from getting irritated again and to help her lashes recover. After removal and cleaning, Katie skillfully gave my mom a beautiful set of lashes that look glamorous and dramatic the way she likes, but without being excessive and hurting her like the old ones. These new lashes are light and practical while being super pretty. She made time to help my mom and did a wonderful job both with the extensions and with explaining everything nicely and in a way that's easy to understand. Will definitely be coming back, thank you so much Katie! :)

Even better, my natural lashes are long and healthy again because Ruby takes the time to carefully remove the old and apply new, without ripping out my natural lashes. Love her so much, I won't trust anyone else again!!

Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.
Dave diagnosed our foundation leak and had a crew tunnel under the edge of our home and facilitate him being able to run new lines and restore our hot water. He did excellent work at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him for any plumbing repairs.

I’ve used Flat Rate plumbing several times in Arlington. A complete water heater replacement with some drilling through the brick wall for emergency water escape. It was a big job, done for a fair price, and 5 years later……still have a hot shower! He has repaired a broken outside faucet in which I had to shut the water off in a timely fashion. Diagnosed a major under the slab leak, which was not something he does, but recommended a company who recommended the company we went with. Also has snaked out our clogged kitchen sink line about 50’ down pipe. I will use him again if needed and vouch for his speed and competitive pricing.

My carpets are beautiful again! I had used several "cheap" companies in the past and got exactly what I paid for - cheap but ineffective "cleaning" of my carpets that marginally removed some of the dirt but didn't come close to the clean, fresh, bright carpets I had after Chem-Dry cleaned them. I'd even forgotten that pre-vacuuming used to be a standard for the industry but the services I had used the last couple of years didn't vacuum before "cleaning" my light-colored carpet. I had vacuumed myself, but was astounded at the amount of dust, lint and dirt that Roger got out with his professional unit before he even started the cleaning process. No odor. Quick drying. Wear trails on my older carpet are almost invisible. You get what you pay for, they say. I'd say that Young's Chem Dry delivers more value for your money than any service I've used. I'm a customer for life! Both Susan and Roger are consummate professionals - friendly, informative, helpful, polite.

The owner has a multi step process that is an old school very professional way to give an industrial style cleaning to residential carpets bringing them back to life. We have several hundred plus year-old oaks on our property and I would trust no other company to taking care of them except for Treehuggers. They also take care of the other multiple trees on our property with pruning and keeping them healthy. Incredibly friendly crew and owners. Very knowledgeable and never want to do extra pruning or cutting when it is not necessary.

I had reservations with coming to a Chiropractor, but after getting to know Dr. Joseph DuChene and the rest of staff I'm beyond glad to have them in my corner while healing. I injured my shoulder pretty badly in my sleep in early February of this year and after 4 months of taking muscle relaxers and pain relievers with little hope of recovery I'm almost completely pain free in less than a month of working with Dr. Jo. I've been able to heal and increase my range of motion in my arms further than I could even prior to working with them. Being able to completely get off of muscle relaxers that made me endlessly tired and over the counter pain medications that aren't that great for you has been such a gift. Between being able to sleep better at night, getting off of medications that made me feel bad, and working on my overall health it's had a very positive impact on my mental health as well. I'm so grateful to everyone at Curis, especially Dr. Jo, for getting me to a point that I feel like I can heal properly and get better for the first time in months. They've given me hope that things can and will get better, and I'm endlessly appreciative for that. You'd be hard pressed to find a team more competent, or kind, than those here.
I came to Dr Moss to help me when my back was out and in pain. He took x-rays to see what was causing my problem. Then he told me his plan of care and gave me my first adjustment. Even that first adjustment helped me move better with less pain. His care quickly helped my back to be in line and my body to heal. Now more than my back is better from having his adjustments, because my digestion is better, my sleep is better, my motion is better. The best thing is I am now pain-free. Recently his adjustment even made a mild vertigo problem go away. He really does care about his patients and now he is more than my chiropractor for life, he is my friend too. I definitely recommend Dr Michael Moss to anyone that has a back or spine issue. You will find out that other health issues will improve as your back does.
Dr. Brown and staff are hands down simply the best. Not only do you feel heard and validated, but Dr. Brown talks you through everything. I felt instant relief in my back.

Was recommended to check this out after I injured my back. Didn’t know what to expect but discovered the cause was my hip flexor muscles. The specialists here treated the cause of my symptoms and gave me a straightforward stretching plan. Immediately after the first appt, I started feeling better. After a couple of days, I had already recovered 90%. After they saw me the second time, they decided I didn’t need to come back. I love that they didn’t have me coming back indefinitely. I highly recommend them if you’ve recently been injured.

Gosh, just too many great things to say about RLC. The doctors' abilities are second to none, but that's not what keeps us coming back. It's the personalized care you get! They see hundreds of patients each week, but they remember YOU and YOUR FAMILY. I've experienced it myself and overhearing conversations waiting for my adjustment. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. Thought and care is evident in everything from the toys, the rugs, the furniture, and of course, the staff. Now, the nitty gritty. I threw out my back picking up my toddler, and after a few adjustments and Stemwave treatments, my pain was almost gone. This isn't just a "crack your back" chiro. They look at the whole body and nervous system and how it all works together. They are my first stop when someone in my home is sick and it almost always is the only dr visit needed. I've sent a few friends here and will recommend them to any and everyone who ails. You NEED them!
This team rocks! Today was my 2nd visit here and Dr. Mary and Katy took excellent care of me once again. The wait time is extremely short, as they are very timely for their scheduled appointments and I feel very well informed of everything that took place this visit and what to expect for the next one. Before coming to Dr. Trinh I was having a lot of lower and upper back problems due to an accident, and I can definitely say after receiving the first treatment there was a big difference. I really recommend tricare because they really take you in ,and make sure you get the help you need!

We highly recommend Animal Health Care Center! I used them many years ago for 2 of my dogs that needed surgery and they were wonderful… fast forward to now and my current dog and they have been the best match for us! After over $1,000 elsewhere with no answers we came in to see Dr Brown and not only have they finally diagnosed him correctly and got my guy to feeling more like himself they are so wonderful with him that he didn’t even get upset during his nail trim that he’s usually terrified about. Dr Brown and Lauren are amazing and we look forward to having them be our go to for all his care from now on!

We have been coming to Pet Hospital at South Collins for a year and a half. Everyone has always been wonderful, friendly, and helpful.
I had two elderly pets that were treated by Dr. Seitz and Dr. Hubbard through the end of their lives within the last month. All staff, including the doctors, are very responsive and eager to make my pets lives the best possible.
The Thrive Plus plan really gave me peace of mind with my dogs. Having the exam fee waived while under the program meant I didn’t have to hesitate to take my dogs when I felt they needed to be checked. The discount on other services is very helpful as well.
Without fail, if there was an issue they were not 100% confident on, they researched and always gave me plenty of information and treatment options.
Scheduling was always easy as well. 99% of the time, we were able to be seen the same day.
Their compassion and love while helping my elderly dogs pass (and towards me afterwards) are exactly the type of care we all look for when looking for a veterinarian.
Veterinarian costs are expensive. There’s no getting around that. But there are underlying costs and benefits based on what clinic/hospital you choose. I am very satisfied with Pet Hospital at South Collins and the benefits my dogs and I have received from the people there. I’m glad to partner with younger doctors who are eager to learn, grow, and love and help animals. It’s also refreshing to have vets who are open minded and not stuck in old-school ways, and are obviously always striving to know more about the veterinarian field.
I always feel everything I bring to the doctors is heard. They listen to me and acknowledge that I know my dogs more than anyone else, and as I’ve said before, they work with me and always give options.
Communicate is excellent. I am able to call, email, and even text (when appropriate), and have always heard back within 24 hours, usually by the end of the day (many times, I’ve received calls back after closing time). You can even schedule appointments online through their app. The app also give you access to some of your pets medical records, like vaccines.
As an additional note, I always advise people to take negative reviews (especially on a company or business with many positive reviews) with a grain of salt.
As a dog mom (who also works in the dog care industry ) i’ve had two elderly dogs (and now one younger dog) cared for by Pet Hospital at South Collins, and I fully recommend them with my whole heart. I am forever grateful for the care my dogs have (and continue) to receive.
I highly recommend this place of business for your pets. I woke up to my puppy very very sick and was terrified that she wasn’t gonna make it. I’m 8hours from home and was very iffy on using a different vet. From the moment I walked in it was a relief. It was clean. You would never think it was a vets office from how nice it was. The lady at the front desk was so kind, patient, and went out of her way to help us. The vet and his assistant were also very kind. They came out told me what test they were gonna run where it would range from and that they would call us to confirm before treating. The setting was all together professional, clean, and welcoming. Truly the best vet visit we’ve experienced and the next day (today) my baby girl woke up dang near her usual self. She’s eating, Up walking around, etc. thank you guys so much for helping us!

Arlington Veterinary Center is my go to vet even when I live closer to Euless. They usually have availability for my dogs and compared to other vets, they are reasonably priced and do not treat you like you are at the mechanics.
I have taken my Westie pups, Finnegan and Fiona, here for 2+ years now. I love the prople who work here. They listen to what you want or need with your puppers and do a fabulous job! I have recommended this place to so many people and will continue to do so!
Yes I left my 2 Yorkies with Brian he took very good care of my pups. Because most times I go to pet resorts my dogs will act a certain way & I can tell they didn't have a great time there so kudos to Brian will be back

I move around 30 miles and weight training 4 times per weeks, so my body handle so much stress and soreness. Sue can locate all the stiffness, soreness and knots to relax them. I have been to many therapists, but Sue is absolutely the best ever.

I had the Dermaplane Bonus Facial done by Cortni and it was incredible. She creates a comfortable atmosphere to relax. I visited Ms. Kim who is the owner of True Balance is simply amazing! I enjoyed a full body massage a couple of days ago and it was well needed.
I had no idea how much stress and tension my body was carrying. The next day after my massage I truly began to feel so much more mobility and less back pain than before my visit.
I will be visiting True Balance again very soon!

Aileen is in the front she is always the sweetest on the phone and in person. She works around you with your concerns and goes above and beyond to help you have the best experience. Seriously Aileen is amazing. And the service is the best. Whatever it is that is bothering you, you can be specific and the therapists will get to it. When I started I didn't have a specific therapist but they were all great and unique in their way of massaging. I have been going this whole year now. But now I enjoy my appointments with Wendy. She's strong and firm for my kind of session. But again they are all amazing. This location also has memberships and also a punch card system. Every visit you receive a stamp. You can get add ons or discounts with this card. This is a very professional massage office. The greatest in DFW in my opinion.
Jenny was great! Come on in! I was having debilitating neck and shoulder pain! It hurt to turn my head left and right. Jenny helped significantly lessen the pain. Again, come here! You won't be disappointed.
I've had many massages over the years and this is the best. I like the added touch of the hot towel on my feet at the end. She is great about relieving muscle tension. I always leave relaxed.

Dropped In on a whim after some Holiday shopping and was pleased to see they offer backwalking, which was just what I needed. Even the staff was nice and friendly the session was only 30 mins and left me wishing I had opted for a longer session. will definitely be back again.

I appreciate so much that she listens to my needs, and draws from her deep knowledge to help mefeel better. She cares so much that she often teaches me stretches and other things I can do to help myself in between sessions. I recommend her highly to everyone, especially people who have chronic pain.
Highly recommend! This was my first experience doing PT, and it was very positive. Appointments ran on-time, no waiting around. The office staff is super friendly and nice. Dr. LeBlanc and the therapists I worked with are all nice, professional, knowledgable. I never felt rushed out of there, received one-on-one sessions with plenty of time for questions. A personalized plan was designed specifically for me and I achieved a huge improvement! Was hard to say goodbye after weekly visits for so long... would definitely go back if needed in the future.

i had an ongoing on pain on my left leg from waist down for many many years. the pain bothered me so much, impacting my walking, standing and sleeping. i had physical therapy treatments, it relieved some , however the pain never quite stopped. until i was treated by dr. chen. in august. the pain gradually calm down, i can walk better, standing for longer time and best of all i can sleep better (soundly) at night. this is no miracle, through acupuncture dr. chen applies her knowledge and technique took care of my leg pain, hip pain, knee pain , etc, my endurance and energy are remarkable, i haven't had such relief for a very long time. i still go visit dr chen once a week as follow up maintenance. my confidence and appreciation for dr. chen can't be described. her office is friendly, warm, wholesome and punctual. two thumbs up for dr.chen. tn

I had sciatica and I could not get away from the debilitating pain. If I stood up or sat down, either of those actions caused me tears. Once in the position, I was fine. But the pain for was too bad to when you look at how many times a day you do those 2 moves. I went to this office and in TWO sessions, my pain was completely gone. TWO! I had never done acupuncture previously, but I find myself offering it as an option to folks who have tried everything else (like I had done). This worked for me...I was/am amazed. Wishing you the best on finding your pain free world!!
