We used Lone Star Home Remodeling Pros for a tub conversion to a walking shower and converted our small shower into a closet! They did amazing quality work and got me a bigger shower! I need my shower to be curbless so it's easier to access and they made it happen! I'm so happy that I can finally take showers without having to worry about slipping! Would recommend this company to anyone in Mansfield and Arlington area! We will be remodeling our kitchen next year and plan to use Lone Star Home Remodeling Pros!

We had Tropic Air and Heat come out to Hudson's Family Barber Shop and repair a burst copper pipe on our AC system. Other companies were just want to replace the unit for $8000+. Bob's team from Tropic came out and said it could be repaired for less than $1000. That helps us keep money in our business and got us up and running in a day. Thank you!
I will say right out the gate, you do not need to look any further, they are the most courteous and professional hvac team I have ever dealt with. I called with major issue from a bad install, other a/c companies came out but made everything worse. I called TBMI they answered on the second ring. I explained what I was needing, he said he would have the office call to get information and set up for service. Two minutes later I heard from the office. They came out the same day and mine was not an emergency. The office text me to let me know tech was running a tad late, that impressed me. They made it out only a few minutes late from appt. They assessed the bad install, they called me that night with A very fair est. I expected to pay a thousand more. There team came out at the appt time, communication from the office the whole time. They completely pulled the central unit and reinstalled, they built frame to protect from further damage. They are so friendly explained everything. the team worked all day so hard over 100 outside no telling what attic was at. When he went to check damper motor function. They were not going to leave until all was perfect. I will never call anyone but TBMI going forward. Anyway best company you will ever do business with, I can’t thank them enough I would give 10 star if I could. My system has never worked better. A new customer for life.

I originally came here for a candle making class with Annie (I’ll keep attending the candle classes as they are super cute for a girls activity) and by the second class the place was too cute to not ask for a consultation. Consultation with the store owner was great and she was very transparent about pricing which I love. Super bonus, the cutest station actually ended up being Haleigh’s, so it was meant to be! I went in on Tuesday and was greeted by the sweetest woman. I told her I had an allergic reaction to eyebrow wax in the past, she educated me about the benefits of getting them threaded. I told her I feel my eyebrows are lighter than my hair color and she recommended we tint them. I have a medical device attached to my back and have to move sitting positions regularly. I informed her of this and between each step she asked if I was comfortable. She explained as she went and checked on me often. I love the way my eyebrows turned out. I will 100% be returning. This is my second time using J Rowe. The last time was a few years ago when I was worried about an issue that turned out to not be an issue at all. I had contacted another company that charged me a lot for the service call and told me it wasn't an issue while treating me like an idiot. I called J Rowe for a second opinion, and their rates were so much better and they explained the situation in a way that put me at ease. They treated me right so I decided they would be my go-to call the next time I needed a plumber.
And that day was today. The water department sent me a message yesterday about continuous water usage at my property. It made me very anxious so I called J Rowe during my lunch break at work and very quickly set up and appointment for this morning, first thing. The guys came on time in the 2-hour window I was given. When they were on the way I got a text message and e-mail with guy's name and picture so I could recognize him when he arrived.
Clannad (Duffy) and Jesse were both very polite and professional. They VERY quickly discovered the issue and very quickly got me an estimate and then very quickly got to work and fixed it up. There was no pressure to upsell or scare me or anything. I asked about another non-urgent issue, too, and was given information on what it would take to repair it when I was ready, again with no high-pressure sales nonsense.
Duffy chatted with me a bit, explaining what they did to repair the problem, why the problem likely happened and how the repairs would be more durable and reliable going forward. I was neither treated like a child in the explanation nor was I overloaded with jargon that would mean nothing to me. I found the explanation of the problem and repairs very understandable.
He also gave me some recommendations for unrelated maintenance around the house that I think will prove very useful. These guys were really knowledgeable.
I have had some irritating interactions with repair guys in the past so I always feel a little stressed when I need to call someone out. But I felt very comfortable and at ease today. I really appreciate the professionalism and politeness and the sense that they were there to help me with my issue, not to pressure me into spending more money than I had to.
Again, the price for the service call is much better than big-name competition and all my interactions with J Rowe workers have been low-stress and super-professional. I appreciate that a lot and after this service call I still feel confident in these guys being my go-to for plumbing issues.

Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.

Our house is 52 years old and we had never had an electric inspection of our circuit box. Mark Darby explained what repairs were needed due to corroded wiring. The day of the work, the electricians arrived and told us that we would be without electricity for several hours and asked it we were ready. We were and they proceeded with their work in a timely fashion. After they left, we noticed that the power to our refrigerator and microwave was not working. I called Mark and he sent an electrician right back out within an hour and they resolved the problem. We appreciated that quick response. I had used several "cheap" companies in the past and got exactly what I paid for - cheap but ineffective "cleaning" of my carpets that marginally removed some of the dirt but didn't come close to the clean, fresh, bright carpets I had after Chem-Dry cleaned them. I'd even forgotten that pre-vacuuming used to be a standard for the industry but the services I had used the last couple of years didn't vacuum before "cleaning" my light-colored carpet. I had vacuumed myself, but was astounded at the amount of dust, lint and dirt that Roger got out with his professional unit before he even started the cleaning process. No odor. Quick drying. Wear trails on my older carpet are almost invisible. You get what you pay for, they say. I'd say that Young's Chem Dry delivers more value for your money than any service I've used. I'm a customer for life! Both Susan and Roger are consummate professionals - friendly, informative, helpful, polite.

I asked them to repaint my dining area where the old color had faded unevenly over time. They started with careful prep, and I noticed they took extra time around the chair rail, which usually gets messy. During the first coat, one section near the window looked slightly dull, and I pointed it out. They said they’d revisit it after drying, and they actually did. The second pass fixed it completely. They also moved furniture back exactly where it was, which saved me time. The space now feels brighter in the evenings, which is when we use it most.

A large branch broke off a very old oak tree. Miguel Hernandez found the center of the branch had rot, and he suspected the tree trunk had a rot as well. He suggested the tree should come down because it was so close to the house, and sure enough, there was a hole in the middle of the trunk all the way into the root. The crew did an excellent job of cutting down the tree without letting any big pieces hit the house. They also trimmed 2 other oak trees, a cedar elm, and 2 Bradford pears. Other than the missing branches, you can’t tell they were here. All was cleaned up.

It was pretty unconventional for a customer to ask if he could find a way to get it to me either sent to my local site one or my home. We were going into a holiday weekend when I called and he stayed on top of my request, following up with me first thing the next business day morning. We had some issues getting the invoice link to work due to my location/my account being out of the area. Yet he still found a workaround. He definitely had to jump through some hoops to accomplish this for me, and the product was delivered literally the next day. We had Baldi Gardens redo our landscaping in the front and back yards, remove a dead tree, and build a new retaining wall. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Even the check-in and paperwork process is simple and streamlined. I'm glad to have found MD Kids, and we look forward to future visits.

Went due to severe back pain. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed in a doctor’s office. They were so kind and listened to me. And of course did wonders for the back pain I’m experiencing.
I just started with Vitality and I am thoroughly impressed. My neck and spine are in rough shape - but I have the utmost confidence in this team to improve my overall health and the function of my body. I didn’t realize how critical the connection is between the spine and the nervous system and their impact on every organ in my body. Vitality does a fabulous job explaining the what, how and why of everything they do. It’s been an eye-opening experience. I look forward to each and every visit.
Restoring Life Chiropractic has done just that for me and two members of my family, they have helped restore life. I’m almost halfway through my treatment and my mobility has improved tremendously. I had a fall from an attic access to the garage floor in the late 90’s, which was traumatic for a few days but I thought that I had “got over it,” until sometime later I began to experience debilitating vertigo, which I eventually was able to manage to stop it by changing my head position at the onset which prevented it from being severe episodes, but I would still be dizzy and nauseous for hours and sometimes days after… this has increased and decreased in severity over the years, but after a recent severe episode, my friend recommended Dr Moss at Thrive, and I was not disappointed!
Dr Moss took X-rays on the first appointment, and found issues with my neck, and began treatment that day.
The first two or three appointments, the change in position from the table to sit-up would ALMOST set off the vertigo, but it subsided and now, at about 12 sessions into a 32 session treatment plan, I have much less stiffness in the neck… and I haven’t had any vertigo, severe or mild, in weeks! I’m also sleeping better, and not having as many trips to the bathroom at night, which is a big plus!
I would recommend anyone to Dr Moss, even if just for an “alignment,” it make life better!

Our little Yorkie, Sophie, a 4 lb, 16 year old bundle of love was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease near the end of December 2025 and for the next two months spent three days a week getting fluids at Creekside Animal Hospital in Arlington. We would prepare the fluids at home and then take Sophie to Creekside and they would administer the injection. However, it was just a matter of time before our little Sophie Girl would cross that rainbow bridge and she did so on February 16, 2026. Her getting sick was more difficult for my wife and I than it seemed to be for our precious one and for two months the doctors and staff at Creekside were very understanding and caring and gave Sophie the best care possible under her circumstances. My wife and I wish to sincerely thank Creekside for the love they extended Sophie in her final days. For us, we are still coping with our loss, Sophie was our favorite hello and our hardest goodbye. Our Australian Shepherd is diabetic which led to blindness. The Drs. at Animal Eye Clinic removed the Cataracts that had burst and replaced her lenses. She now has her vision totally restored. Quite amazing!! I highly recommend them!!

Max gets his grooming every 6 weeks. He looks great and they treat him like the special guy he is.
We started with one dog and we now have 5! Long story.. but we have been coming here since 2020. Petra has consistently done a fantastic job with all of our dogs. I like to switch up their look periodically and she is always able to give me the look I ask for. She will even let you know if the dogs seem to need something medically. We appreciate how well they care for our dogs !

My dog Kylo is a many year customer. He always looks great after his bi-monthly clip and wash. Terri loves the dogs and it shows.

Dr. Chun absolutely changed my life and my healing process, I have nothing but immense gratitude and appreciation for what he did for me.
Back in July 2024, I had gotten really bad left arm pain that I couldn’t lift my arm at all, it was very sudden and very unexpected. I went to the ER and they couldn’t tell me what it was, so they sent me over to my PCP and my PCP referred me to his office to get me the right type of help. After a year of not getting any better and the pain getting worse despite doing PT and getting steroid shots, I decided to get surgery on my left shoulder as it got to the point where I couldn’t sleep through the night and I couldn’t even hug my family members without it hurting.
Come to find out my left shoulder was in really bad shape that surgery was absolutely needed. It’s a miracle my shoulder didn’t needed get replaced entirely as my shoulder was in a much worse state than I originally thought. Dr. Chun was able to fix me up and his treatment of what I needed to do to get my shoulder back into a much better position than how it was for a year and a few months, truly helped me. Granted, a lot of the activities I used to do I can’t do, but that’s okay as I never want to go through another shoulder injury ever again as I was limited in a lot of things I could do. I’ve been able to come back and do regular things again, which I’m very grateful for.
I have nothing but immense gratitude, appreciation, and respect that I have for him as he truly changed my life. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone that has some type of shoulder pain to consider being treated by him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very experienced in what he does.
