This is an amazing jewel on Cherokee. The cocktails are second to none. They have a unique specialized cocktail menu. The owner and bartender Doug has an amazing talent for mixing obscure one of a kind tastes. I've been to bars, too many to count, in half the states, and Doug, and Zephyr are top 2. Not too mention he is in the top two of bartending mixoligist in the country. All this and he has only bartended for maybe 1 or 2. Highly recommend everyone to visit. First off, i'm moving, otherwise this would've been my forever gym. There is space for any kind of training you're in the mood to do and generally well kept. I have been part of a powerlifting gym, CrossFit gym and conventional gyms. I have a generally athletic background and have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Mojda has been the best fit for me by far! I got to work with her for almost 3 months. It took a few sessions to get used to her style because she does not yell at you like most trainers. This is the first time I've had a healthy relationship with food and working out. I like that nutrition aid can be provided but it isn't shoved down your throat. Real change takes time and my biggest hurdle was first getting back into the gym, communication and compassion was always there. This also has been the easiest process to start and end a membership with and that is always great. (my membership was through personal training)
The staff is so incredibly friendly, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and efficient! I am enjoying my new membership and always look forward to going back! I forgot that they close at 6 on weekends and showed up near closing time and was treated no differently. I never feel rushed or unwelcomed! They also do everything for you! Glo Tanning is a HIT in my book.

Arjana has been our go to since our son's got perms and haircuts from her. She recently cut mine and my husband's hair she also gave him a beard trim and shave. He had been to every barber in town and they always mess up his hair and beard. He came out looking clean and fresh. We had really great experiences with her. We have yet to get our 6 year old a haircut by her but I'm sure she will do great with him as well.

I have gone to Regina for about 6 facials now and every experience has been wonderful! I have had acne since 7th grade and as my wedding is coming up so I wanted to change my skincare from 5+ products to fewer and be relieved of my acne. She helped me do just that. I only use three products now and my skin is back to normal with just occasional spots. She really tailors everything for your skin type. A big plus is that her facials come with a little neck and shoulder massage and it puts me in such a relaxing mood. I gotta tell you, they really go above and beyond. We were looking at installing a whole house water purification system with reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. This required coordination from Aqua Zero Labs in Columbia, MO and the plumbers. Python Plumbing was patient while we got all the details sorted, communicated with the equipment company and got everything installed, even going out and buying a new faucet for our sink and getting salt for the water softener portion of the system. Riley worked in a tight space to get the lines plumbed in and went over the whole set up with us. Its so hard to find companies ypu can trust who do good work and weve used them twice now for Plumbing. Definitely 100% recommend! Our outdoor lights went out just before the beginning of an outdoor party - an emergency. NW did projects for me at my newly purchased home. Upgraded from 100 to 380 AMP service, and added a subpanel for garage. This house was built in 1976. I found NW from NECA (National Electical Contractors Assocation) because I could not find a TRUELY lisenced contractor in my area.

Done on time, passed all STL countty inspections, and I sleep well at night. Could i have done it with bubba for less? Yes. Not with permits, and directional boring. NECA, IBEW means they know the code, and code keeps everyone safe. Not to mention when you sell your property - Explaining to buyer why your upgrade didn't have a permit :)

Champion Floor did a beautiful job of installing vinyl tile in our downstairs area. Everything from sales to installation, and billing has been first-rate. We only wish we had used them the first time around.
Skip Home Depot and Lowe’s and go see Boardwalk. Their sales staff was very helpful and I received a product that is leaps and bounds beyond anything at HD or Lowe’s. I asked the sales rep about getting a bunch of short planks. He assured me that would not happen with this manufacturer (Mason Wood Floors). 1,400 sq. Ft ordered, an excellent mix of long, medium, and smaller planks, every piece straight as arrow, no warped pieces, probably only a handful of planks damaged in shipping. I helped someone else install some Home Depot flooring a few months later and was so glad I made the decision I did. For the species and quality of wood, price was incredibly competitive, too.

We hired Mizzell to do replace some door framing and make deck repairs. After I made a deposit, they crew showed up within days of the promised arrival time. When more damage was discovered, I was informed and the material costs were adjusted. Once on site, the crew worked on consecutive days to complete the repairs. After the foreman called to check on the finished work, I told him about two minor finishing details that were addressed and completed to my satisfaction within days. This crew showed up when they promised, worked in weather that wasn't always ideal and did a great job. I would recommend them for the type of work they performed for me to anyone and would hire them again if needed.

All Seasons Lawn Care came to my home and cleaned up all my leaves the same day they did the bid (which was very affordable and less than all the other bids we received). They were very thorough and hard workers. Truly ALL of the leaves are gone, they cleaned out the flower beds, behind the hot tub, down the side of the house that's not landscaped, the driveway, everything. They were hard workers and fast at their job. They piled all the leaves on our front yard down by the road and came and picked them up and took them away the next business day (they had rushed to get in and get my yard done on a Friday afternoon for me). Bottom line, hard workers and they were quick about it! My yard looks fantastic and I will definitely be calling them again!

We recently had our 334-year-old Post Oak tree removed, and this company did an outstanding job from start to finish. Taking down a tree of that size on a busy street is no small task, but their crew made the entire process look seamless.
They were incredibly efficient, professional, and kept the work area clean and well-maintained throughout the project. You could tell they take pride in what they do.

As for my hygienist, Kristina(spelling, sorry if I'm wrong), she is the absolute God send. It's like getting to see a friend twice a year! I always look forward to my visits with Kristina! She has keep me out of Dr. Guilfoy's chair for probably 3 to 4 years. I can honestly say I think of her often, (we laugh alot!).
And to top it off this practice offers a great savings plan, Smile Advantage, I highly recommend it!
But most of all from the time you enter the office, which by the way the front office girls are also awesome, you feel relaxed and cared for.

I attended a seminar given by Dr. Nick last November,2025, about reversing neuropathy without medication. He talked about the importance of the overall nerve health in our bodies and how to actually reverse the negative effects of neuropathy without medication. He made a lot of sense. I signed on and have never been more happy with my decision. I finished the initial sessions and began to see improvements in the tingling and numbness in my feet. I continue to go to Health from Within once a week and my overall health has never been better. I no longer fear getting up from bed and having my back hurt. Or stand up from sitting and feel a pain shooting down my back. I feel that I have more energy in my daily life. Thank you Dr. Nick and Dr. Brian and everyone at Health from Within! The Midtown Back and Neck Center is such a welcoming and warm chiropractor. Dr. Crowley is such a caring and patient chiropractor. I've been seeing Dr. Heisse for about 2 weeks now. He's very thorough and attentive to my body's needs. I experience a lot of back pain from old car accidents and bulging discs, so I've seen a lot of chiropractors. I’ve brought two of my cats here for dental work - one received minor work and the other had a full mouth extraction done. The team here was wonderful throughout the process and kept me in the loop with how the cats were doing when waking up from surgery. You can tell how much Dr. Christensen cares for each animal she interacts with from the moment she steps in the room!
I also appreciate that this office worked with me on a payment plan for the dental bill. While the price was reasonable for the work done, it was more than I could cover at one time so I was able to break it down into more manageable payments.
We had a wonderful reception at this clinic! Everyone from the receptionist (missed her name) to the tech, Chrissa, to the vet, Dr. Dillon, were friendly, welcoming and kind. Both Chrissa and Dr. Dillon got down on the ground to introduce themselves to our dog. The dog is a 3 year old rescue and we had been told by a previous clinic she would need sedation for nail clipping. The staff here were willing to take the time to work through her anxiety and get her nails clipped. They took their time with us and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brooks, Lisa and everyone at Affton Vet are truly amazing. They don’t just care for your pets medically but they truly do care about your pets, as they develop relationships with you and your animals.
Our German Shepherd, Jerry Lee was diagnosed with Lymphoma, when he passed away Dr. Brooks and the Vet team took the time to sign a thoughtful card and provide and beautiful hand painted paw print and memorial fur urn. It didn’t go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything Affton Vet has done to help our pets and will continue to come here for their care.

Our rescue kitty is very afraid of the vet. The staff at Kingsbury Animal Hospital from the reception desk, to the vet techs, to Dr. Shaw are all amazing with our terrified little guy. We always know he's going to get great, compassionate care whenever we have to take him in.
I really don't remember how lone I have been going to Concord, but I know at least over 8 yrs. Early Aug. this year my 7 yr. old Scottie Mile stopped eating. I had the fortune to be seen by Dr. Malady and with his help and my great sadness I had to let Miles go to sleep on 8/27/24. Through out it all Dr . Malady was kind and thoughtful in his dealings with a fur mom that had a strong idea as to where and how this was going to end. What really surprised me was just this past Fri (9/27) got a letter from the UMo College of Veterinary Medicine notifying me that a donation had been made from Concord in honor of Miles in his passing. To say I was very surprised and impressed in and by this is almost an understatement. To me this is just another example of this practice's thought and caring in dealing with all who come through their doors no matter the number of legs they walk on. Should this have not sold you on trying this place by now for your fur or scale kids I am not sure what more I can do.
Got right in on our appointment time and informed us of worse case scenario pricing and that was nice to kind of know. Luckily the Doc was not concerned and didn’t try and upsell any of the tests the proposed. My pets eyes were back to normal with in a day of seeing them I think it was something in his eye and it came out on its own. They were great!! We love this place!!

My mom and I have been using little house of dogs for years. They do a great job grooming and caring for the dogs! I have a spicy miniature schnauzer and they are great with him. They also do a great job with my standard poodle! My dogs always come home looking gorgeous!

Nicole did an AMAZING job grooming both my Siberian Husky and my Lab mix! She was so patient and thorough, and both dogs came back looking and smelling fantastic. Later in the evening, there wasn’t much traffic aside from the restaurant next door, so I decided to stop in for a quick session. Miyagi greeted me and escorted me to the massage room. After getting undressed, I lay on the table while she began working on my back, legs, and other areas with firm pressure. She has a very physical massage style, which worked well for me.
The session continued with focused work on my lower body, and her approach was confident and energetic. She maintained a relaxed, professional attitude throughout, and I found the experience enjoyable overall. Her personality is unique, and she has a deep voice that definitely caught me by surprise. She also has a more assertive style than many therapists, so it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a gentler approach.
Overall, the service was good, though her massage technique is on the more aggressive side, which may not be for everyone.

I absolutely adore this studio. It is such a beautiful space with wonderful yoga instructors. I like yin classes and they have lots of options. My favorite classes are Mad Vin Yin and Ritual Flow classes and Emily's Yin class. I love the restorative classes as well. The community that this studio brings is caring, friendly, and compassionate. I can't recommend it enough.
Great yoga studio on so many fronts! Clean, organized and has what you need in terms of supplies and props. A wide variety of wonderful instructors with a schedule that meets the needs of many. Last but not least, Cathy the owner, is very involved in the smooth running of the studio and works with clients to meet their individual needs.
I love this studio, everyone is so kind and welcoming. The classes accommodate different experience levels and I learn something new every class. My favorite are the gentle restorative sessions to help me relax and breathe but the yoga wall and barre classes are also super fun!

I met the owner, Ellen, who happened to be teaching my first class, and she was incredibly clear and encouraging with her instruction. The environment felt so kind and welcoming, and any corrections were given with so much care. I can’t wait to keep coming back!
I have been practicing at Yoga St. Louis for 12 years. Bruce was recommended to me by a friend because I had severe back pain that had left me virtually unable to function. Frankly I was doubtful I’d ever function again but Bruce thought he could help me and convinced me to give it a shot. Bruce is an expert in physiology and can make even the most challenging actions attainable for most people. He understands the body’s compensation mechanisms and how to address issues in a safe way. This was not a miracle cure and took time, and work on my part, but Bruce’s guidance and careful explanations were key to my recovery and to helping me learn to move in safer and more effective ways for my long term health. He is the only person I will let correct/manipulate me when I am having pain. As an added bonus I have learned much about yoga and the importance of the interaction between mind and body to a person’s health and wellness and another way to approach pain and healing. As long as Bruce runs a yoga studio, I will be taking his classes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!
I like the workouts a lot, and I love the instructors! I’ve gone for a little over a year now and overall very happy. Some of the corporate policies kind of put a damper on the experience… if you put your membership on hold, you cannot cancel it while it’s on hold… Etc.

Andrew Langhorst was highly recommended to me as a massage therapist by my excellent acupuncturist. I felt Andrew knew precisely where to concentrate on the correct areas of my painful lower back, neck, and feet. I booked ninety-minute appointments with him every two weeks. I have neuropathy in my feet, and each time Andrew massaged them, I felt 100% better. I had to move to Colorado four months ago, and I am sorry I can’t return to St. Louis every two weeks for Andrew’s relaxing and healing massages. He is one of the best!

I currently see them for the he Softwave therapy and my first visit I basically crawled into the office and now I am thriving. Treatments are great and quick. it’s nice to have a place providing next generation physical therapies .

I had a great experience here. "Dr. Gerry" knew just what I needed to get the function back in my knee. Everyone is caring and upbeat. It's a small, personable place, easy to get in to and out of, with plenty of parking.

I cannot say enough good things about HouseFit. I attend exercise classes to build my strength and reverse some bone loss due to osteopenia. All the trainers are physical therapists. They make sure I’m doing my exercises correctly and I get the intended benefit of doing the work.
RPI is a Physical Therapy service unlike any other I've ever experienced. They meticulously interview and evaluate the patient to ascertain where the patient is, what her goals are, and how to achieve those goals. They are hands on, and do far more than hand the patient a list of exercises to do at home. There is massage, heat, exercise evaluation and recommendations, doing the exercises with the patient. With each step, the outcome is evaluated. It is a privately owned organization that I will return to with any PT needs I ever need. I had no idea there were PT organizations that went to these lengths. I have no connection with the company. I'm just a very satisfied patient.
My father was a patient of Karen Brown’s almost continuously for four years. He benefitted greatly from her efforts to improve his balance and strength. She also helped him recover from a broken ankle along the way. She guided us in the use of equipment as it became necessary (walker and eventually a wheel chair). Most of all, it was Karen’s outstanding care and compassion. She sounded the alarm when there was an abrupt medical crisis that allowed us to intervene in a timely manner. She adjusted her expectations as needed and altered her interventions according to his functioning level. As the caregiver daughter, I could rely upon Karen as a core member of the medical team. Karen enriched my dad’s life through relationship, through the consistently excellent therapy that she provided, and through her knowledge of medicine. There is no doubt that she improved the quality of his life and even contributed to extending his lifetime. Karen will remain special for me even though my dad’s life has now ended. I would not hesitate to call on her should another loved one or I need PT! Thank you, Karen! This is clearly not just a job for you. I remain grateful for your care.
Tom has helped me a few times over the years. His expertise is unmatched. He helped me get through an injury in preparation for an elite military program and helped me fix my back years later after I hurt it lifting my kids around.
Great facility. I have experienced some wonderfully professional and helpful physical therapists and pt assistants. The office staff if very nice also. Only issue is parking, which there usually is adequate, but since snow is piled on a number of spots, it’s more challenging.
I recently passed my Missouri driving test, and I want to sincerely thank my instructor, Illingo, for all the support and guidance throughout the learning process. Before taking lessons with him, I had never ever driven a car before, but he was extremely patient, professional, and encouraging from day one. He explained everything clearly, helped me build confidence behind the wheel, and made learning feel comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to his teaching, I was able to pass my driving test successfully. I highly recommend Illingo to anyone looking for an excellent driving instructor. Shoutout to lead Dewayne and instructor Anesha they help me pass my cdl test on the first time testing . Dewayne was very helpful with skills . Anesha also was helpful with my pre-trip. The lady at the testing site told us me and another person had the highest scores on pre-trip . Both help with driving and was very professional and patient. Wonderful experience with the office (Megan) and instructor Bob for my teenager. Bob was wonderful with my teenager and treated her like his own. She had little driving experience and he knew how to teach, motivate and build her confidence up. As a parent, I could trust Bob and knew she was safe. Highly recommend and worth the expense. Thank you Bob for everything and thrilled she passed her test and got her license.
Passed my driving test on my first attempt! I’m incredibly grateful to all the instructors, especially Coach Ken and Gary. They answered every question patiently and made sure I felt confident and fully prepared for the actual test.

I HIGHLY recommend Missouri Driving School to anyone who is needing to learn the road. I have past driving experience, and I needed to get my license and learn how to drive safely. Ms. Donna, from the School was my instructor. She is beyond kind, patient, informative, and easy to work with. Anytime a correction was made, it was done so with care. I was told why, what and how that correction needed to be made. In my 4 lessons, I gained lots of knowledge on the road. I was reminded on basic road rules, parking maneuvers, turning, signaling, all of the above. Their prices are fair, and they will work to YOUR schedule. I found this super helpful as my job scheduling is very chaotic. They always worked with me on that. This school is perfect for new drivers, experienced drivers and everything in-between. I have passed my license today and will practice safe driving because of everything I learned. Thanks Donna and thanks Missouri Driving School!
