highly recommend this company!!! remodeled our master tub and shower. from start to finish nick, the owner, has been easy and amazing to work with. i’m a busy mom with 3 kids and he responds to me even if i text him at 8pm. Enrique went above and beyond and came back one night at 7pm to check on things for me. he did flawless work and truly cares about doing a good job, he’s clean, and he’s respectful of our home. they also work quickly and efficiently. nick worked with me on finances and was understanding of our budget. i have a disabled son and they accommodated the requests i made for his safety. they truly care about their job and clients and aren’t just looking to upcharge or do shotty work. i can’t say enough good things. if you’re looking for a bath remodel, hire them!!

As an Airbnb owner, that matters. Guests pick up on the energy of a space whether they realize it or not. Since the clearing, the house feels more welcoming and balanced. Turnovers feel smoother, and even I feel more relaxed walking in.
The process itself was thoughtful, professional, and respectful of the home. Nothing felt forced or theatrical — just intentional and powerful work.
If you own a short-term rental or have a home with a lot of traffic, I highly recommend doing this at least once. It’s like a deep reset for the foundation of your space.

When I came in for the first time last week just expecting a regular spray tan from a regular salon. I was welcomed with open arms and had the sweetest 2 ladies taking care of me. I love glo for all things red light therapy! I come in and use the red light therapy services 3-4 times a week. Red light is incredible for collagen production, mitochondrial health, inflammation, circulation and muscle recovery. I use three services while I’m there: The Poly (builds collagen and has made my hair grow like crazy!) The Beauty Angel (concentrated red light that has a vibration board for circulation and lymphatic health. And the lay down red light therapy for one more jolt of red light. The cocoon infrared sauna is such a great way to detox and rev your metabolism too! And I appreciate how glo is ran like a day spa with a cozy robe to wear during your services! The gals at the Buchtel location are so fun and friendly too!
Rilie did my hair and make up for my wedding day and did an amazing job. I do not wear every day make up, so it was incredibly important that I still looked and felt myself and she killed it. My only request for my hair was a low bun with curled pieces. I had so many compliments!! She arrived early and we were all ready way ahead of time.

Love love love this salon. Specifically love Yuliana who I followed from another salon to this current one. The care, time, and attention to detail she puts into my nails every time is amazing. My nails look beautiful even when they’re 4-5 weeks grown out (yes you heard that right, 5 weeks!) No chipping, lifting or peeling. Price is a bit high, but with quality in product and care it totally is worth the price. If you want cute/ fun/ funky nails book with her! She is the best ♥️

I have gotten 5 or 6 pedicures here, just the regular pedicure each time, and it is absolutely the best place around! It is quaint and small with such relaxing vibes. The hot stones, massage, and attention to detail give them 5 stars. I do recommend making an appointment since it is a smaller shop. I always just get regular polish and it lasts so long! The prices are great too and the girls are so kind. 10/10 experience every time.
I have read some of the reviews below and I'm not at all surprised that other folks have had similarly excellent experiences. Jessica did a beautiful job with my uneven nails and understood that I work with my hands. Jessica made my hands feel much better and look beautiful. I am very appreciative that she could get me in without an appointment. Also, Jessica is a great ambassador for the city of Denver.
Icon has the best base pedicure that I have found. They do all of the basics pretty much as cheap as you’re going to find. Only taking off one star because the regular polish selection is slim and the shop could use a little bit of updating (not just aesthetically, but it looks a little bit grungy).
The staff at Lily Nails are awesome. Friendly, professional and cater to my needs for my feet and hands. They always do a great job.

I've been coming here for nearly 20 years and thought I was going to have to find a new shop when Tina announced the shop would close in October. Fortunately, Neily came along to save the shop at the midnight hour and they are still open! And the 3 sisters Tina, Ly and Yung are still here. Neily did my CND shellac manicure today. She has a totally different method than the sisters. I'm very happy with the results. And very glad that I didn't have to find a new place!

I had the BEST experience at Bellissima! Lily absolutely nailed my brow wax, lamination, and tint—my brows have never looked this good. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results are so clean, full, and perfectly shaped.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the results are very pretty widely from tech to tech. Peyton has sprayed me the last two times and not only is she an absolute DELIGHT as a human but is also super meticulous, detail oriented, and caring. She even remembered me from our last spray! Hold onto that girl, she is absolutely fantastic.

She’ll listen to everything you want with your hair and take the time to make it, even after cutting my hair and styling it, it is exactly what I want and how I described I want it to be, even taking the time to dry cut after styling. I got a sizeable tattoo here from Key. He was great. They communicate really well and brought my vision to life. He's got zero ego and just made the whole experience super smooth. Apparently one can get tattoos from nice people now? This is an excellent development.

I finally took the leap and started laser hair removal at Smoothe, and honestly, I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Ali made me feel completely at ease and I saw a difference almost immediately. I was not expecting that.
I also saw Andee for a face peel and she was just as excellent. Professional, respectful, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process.

I am a 68 year old woman and for me to go in and get a bIkini wax may seem absurd, but I love it. That is mostly due to Jessica and her ability to make me feel comfortable. She is also very gentle and her station is always so clean. Doesn’t matter if I’m the first client of the day or the last, her station is consistently clean. Also try her for a face wax. I first found her while living in Ft Collins, and when she relocated to Denver I just made the commute bc when you find someone you trust with your eyebrows, you stick with them! And now over a decade later, she’s still my go to. I’m very picky with my brows, and it never feels or looks like a rushed job when she’s done. Wax/trim/thread- she does it all. My daughter and I were visiting from Michigan and decided to get facials with Araceli. We felt so cared for and pampered during our visit. Araceli is so knowledgeable about skin and skin care needs. She was able to help both of us with our different skin types and advised us on how to manage continued care moving forward. Araceli has texted me since leaving Denver to check in and to see if I had any questions. She is top notch in her field and I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!
I went to the location in Highland. I was actually visiting boyfriend, and we wanted to do something new and different. Our experience at the Spa was amazing. All of the employees were very sweet, professional and had great energy. As soon as we walked through the front door, it felt like we walked into paradise, and we did.
I want to mention, my boyfriend is 6ft 6inches and I am 5ft 11inches. The jacuzzi is spacious enough for all sizes. We got there best package, and it was worth every cent. The massage after the sauna and spa was out of the world.
I will be going again. I have too.
Writing this early as I was thrilled with yesterday's service and already seeing results. The micro needling session with Ashley was amazing and she is so knowledgable and intentional.. Everything about her space and the experience is next level. I just booked my next needling appointment - and will be doing a lymphatic drainage session after that. I am (now) so excited for my mid-30's skin journey and could't be happier that I found Ashley to guide me.

April is fantastic! I went in for a routine deep-tissue therapeutic massage but the day before had a mild lower back injury. She was extremely attentive to how my body was responding throughout the session and her application of appropriate full-body stretching during the massage was so helpful. April’s style of incorporating almost physical-therapy-like techniques did even more than just addressing tight muscles. It was just what I needed. I’ve had a ton of “deep-tissue massages” over the last few decades and this was the best yet. I was so impressed, I scheduled my next before I left!

I just had an amazing massage by Sarah. Limn is such a cute, clean and relaxing space, and every employee is truly kind and genuine. Sarah paid great attention to detail, was highly communicative and I was able to relax for the first time in awhile. Tipping being included is a nice plus. 60 minutes was not long enough, I will be back!

Melody did an amazing job, she is kind and professional and my nails looked absolutely stunning when I walked out. She even helped me get close to the gel color I wanted because the original color ran out. Most importantly, she had availability today when I called as I'm traveling from out of town. I would highly recommend, the spa is clean and everyone is nice!
We booked a couples massage and were not disappointed with our experience.
To start, we were given great service from the budtender, Teresa, who was knowledgeable, kind, and anticipatory of our needs! We ordered from the cannabis menu (we got a dab flight) and were able take a dab before the massage began.
The massage was perfectly relaxing and very intimate with Cara and Danielle both listening to our direction for how we’d like to be massaged. We are particular about quality massages because of our work and the industry itself- needless to say, they really took their time to ensure we were happy with the pressure/maneuvers along the way.
Afterward, we ordered from the infused menu- Limonata Italian Sodas (one with cream and one without) both delicious and super cute!
We enjoyed the covered outdoor area with our drinks, cozy seating, and a fun board game selection-(really awesome touch)
OMG. They also provide noise cancelling headphones in the outdoor area! (There was a surprisingly frequent train schedule nearby- I assume it’s for this reason- still a great way to anticipate needs or be inclusive- either way they were appreciated.)
Overall, we had an excellent time and were able to make a wonderful memory.

The first time my husband and I visited Mint Massage Spa I will admit, we did not have a pleasant experience at all. I spoke to the owners and explained in detail everything that went wrong during our service. Both owners were open to our feedback and deeply apologetic. They asked if we would be willing to give them a second chance and we agreed. Last week my husband and I returned to Mint for a second time and the experience we had was night and day from our first visit. The service didn't feel rushed and orchestrated, it felt intentional and personal. Every single point I addressed with the Mint team was addressed and remedied. My husband and I were extremely happy with our 2nd couple's massage and grateful that they were open to receiving our feedback and making the necessary changes. The way I measure the quality of any service I receive is if I'm willing to send my mom to receive the same service. Now, I can confidently say that I will be gifting my mom a 90-minute massage with Kevin (the massage therapist who massaged me) because he was absolutely fantastic and my mom deserves nothing less than the best. I came in yesterday for a makeup lesson. Michael is so amazing. He really takes the time to understand you and what you're looking for. I have had makeup professionally done for weddings or headshots and I always feel like someone else when I see those pictures. Too done up.
I explained these concerns and Michael helped come up with three subtle, classic makeup looks for myself. After we learned each one he had me look in the mirror and each time I felt and looked like my best version of myself. Absolutely incredible.
I did the custom foundation as well and I can't tell you how nice it is to find a color that actually matches my skin tone. It sits lightly on my skin not cakey at all.
He's also really wants to work within your routine and budget. I brought all my makeup and he was not pushy at all to buy other items. I was the one to ask for each thing I wanted. I ended up buying a lot, because his eye for color is amazing and his makeup doesn't feel heavy or oily on my skin. Everything feels light and looks natural.
I did my new makeup routine this morning and it's such a silly thing but man I felt like a million bucks at the dog park lol. :)

A hair dream come to life!!! I hired Raquel Chacon to do my updo for a wedding photoshoot my husband and I did in Colorado and I could not of been happier with the outcome! I reside in Ohio so there was no trial which can sometimes be a risk. However, upon review of Raquel's work on her website, I knew she was the right choice. I sent Raquel inspiration pictures and she understood my vision immediately. Great communication leading up to the photoshoot. I appreciated that she told me how to best prepare my hair for styling way in advance and the estimated time that the style would take.

Gordon and Gael and Coty and Chauncey were all wonderful. They were considerate and empathic and explained everything thoroughly and did everything they could to make our huge repair affordable. They also worked all day Friday and Gordon and Gael worked all Saturday, finishing at my house at almost 7 pm. I have a huge, and formerly well earned phobia of being insanely overcharged and generally ripped off by plumbers but this crew was everything I could hope for and the exact opposite of what I’ve come to expect from plumbers. I can’t say enough nice things about this crew that had to tear up all of our basement concrete to redo the ancient, rotted plumbing, and worked hard and long to finish it and get us back to a functioning house so quickly. The positive reviews that prompted me to call them were spot on Thank you so much, Gordon and crew.

Huge shoutout to Alex at Apex Lock and Key. I had an issue with my 2015 Honda Accord where the key wouldn’t turn at all, and he diagnosed it immediately as an ignition cylinder problem.
He showed up on time, was professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Walked me through the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. No upsell, no BS, just solid work.

This is a family business and Khosrow Noury has been working there most of his life. A very interesting story. In addition, they took such great care with the 2 rugs I had cleaned and treated. I had wool eating moths really damage one of the two rugs and they made a really nice patch for it that is amazing. The other run was also cleaned and treated and it came back so beautiful it made me realize how dirty it had been. They are a wonderful group of people from Raoul who picked up and then delivered the rugs to Khosrow. They put their heart into everything they do - it’s very clear. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! I feel so fortunate to have found them years ago. Getting them today has made my day!

Of all the carpet cleaning companies we received follow-up from on our outreach, A1 Red Carpet was the ONLY company who was willing to come out and take a look at the job and provide us with an estimate without having to commit to the work. James was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and thorough in running down everything that the job would entail. We needed to get some pet stains out of carpet that wouldn't come out with the over the counter rug doctor solution that we used. James and his team were able to get us on their schedule quickly. He was very communicative via text messaging to answer any questions as well. The job took around 1.5 hours for two rooms with the pet cleaning solution included. They were also one of the most affordable options. I would absolutely recommend James and his team to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. We recently bought a house in the Foothills and the existing hardwood floors were a mess — the stain was very uneven and blotchy. It looked bad and made the whole house feel off.
We called SURFS Flooring and Cliff came out, gave us a fair quote, and did an excellent job. They sanded the floors perfectly flat and were able to get a beautiful, consistent color throughout. The floors now look brand new and really tie the whole house together.

Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.

Crew came with a bunch of climbers and ropes and really cleaned up the trees, not just the outside shape but all the overgrowth inside. Have large honey locusts. I had hired a company a couple of years ago for similar price and all they did was shape the outside/left dead and spindly branches. Fir Sure did a much better job, will hire them again this fall for the fruit trees!

Dane showed up exactly when he said he would, and I was suprised at how quicky the work progressed.
The tree was in a reasonably precarious position relative to the house, but Dane was skilled and nothing but leaves and sawdust made conact to the roof & house. He also didn't mind me sitting there with a cuppa watching with facination as he did his thing.
DLC was great to work with. They were the most affordable option of the three quotes that we got to prune branches on 4 different trees, including one that was awkward to access and extending over an array of solar panels. They did a very professional job and left things spotless when they finished.

I have been using Davey Tree for 2 years for my personal home and my rental property. The arborists and crew have always been professional, knowledgeable and timely and the cost is reasonable. I had an issue with a difficult neighbor who would not give me access to my property on one side of my house so I could trim the trees that were touching my brand new roof and the crew gained access to my roof from my driveway and took verbal abuse from my neighbor while trimming. The crew remained professional, did not respond to the abusive neighbor and got the job done. Highly recommend!

I had to have a crown redone, and Dr. Makowski and his assistant Kathy made the experience surprisingly pleasant for a 1.5-hour dental appointment. They were efficient, gentle, communicative, and wonderfully patient. At one point, they learned that I measure dental time not in minutes, but in Hail Marys — and I managed to pray 150 of them during the procedure!
Despite spending that long with various tools in my mouth, I’ve had no actual pain afterward, just the expected mild discomfort. Dr. Makowski and Kathy were professional, kind, and had a great sense of humor, which made all the difference.

I’ve been suffering from neck and left shoulder pain for 5 years and it became unbearable. Despite seeing other chiropractors and many massage therapists I had not found relief or any providers who did more than the bare minimum until I began treatment under this office. He did a very thorough evaluation , listened and asked many detailed questions to really pin point the cause of my discomfort not just the resulting symptoms. He offered a variety of solutions and said we will try everyone to comprehensively address my issues.
My insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic and even when paying out of pocket it is worth every cent.
I experienced amazing and immediate results. I had lower back pain that would come on and off ever since my 1st pregnancy. I'd seen multiple chiropractors and done yoga and stretching. Those seemed to keep it at bay but never made it go 100% away. I saw Dr. John when I was at my wits end and other things weren't putting a dent in it. I kid you not: when I stood up after his treatment, the pain was gone. He's treated me again for other injuries and/or maintenance and it's been similar.
I'll never go anywhere else.

She did an awesome job with my melanoma removal and actually “ stitched” up my arm , matching up my tattoo lines to where you can barely tell I have an incision. All the office staff and nurses are wonderful and kind . If I have any further dermatology needs I will see Dr Tello
I was able to get in very quickly and the staff was amazing..I was over 15 minutes late for a follow up because I mixed up the address and instead of just turning me away Gwen looked at the schedule and was able to fit me in to a time where someone else cancelled that was close to the time I checked in. Whitney was amazing as well. She was very gentle since I was in a lot of pain and answered all of my questions and even told me what I needed to do if my husband had the same thing. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

Two of our dogs have had complex medical needs. We lost our 15.5 year old dog last year, who lived 3.5 years longer than expected, and our 15 year old dog’s conditions continue to be well managed under her care.

I took my older dog here for a check up and blood work. I was concerned because she was really slowing down. Dr. Cooper did a great job with the physical exam, explaining the blood work and explaining the solutions. My dog responded very positively to Dr. Cooper's friendly physical approach. Tia was calmer with Dr. Cooper than any other Vets. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly.
Updating after taking in my anxious dog for his shots - this is a special vet! As my dog has gotten older he’s gotten more nervous for the vet, but we had a great visit where he was able to be examined and have his shots updated with no problems at all! It’s obvious that this practice truly loves animals, and I’m so pleased to know my anxious pup has a place to go where is comfortable!

I just wanted to edit this review as we have just had to say goodbye to our Mocha. The care and attention we received from everyone, including Andrea the Practice Manager, who helped explain what was happening as well as Doctor T, who reviewed Mocha’s X-rays and confirmed that we were making the right choice in saying goodbye now, was so appreciated. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you most. We were able to bring our baby home and have a veterinarian hospice put Mocha down in the comfort of her own home thanks to the guidance and care we received at Denver Animal Hospital.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 25 years now, and for darn good reason. From the Vets to the office manager to the techs and the front desk staff - each and every one is truly exceptional. Their all female staff aligns with more core values and they are really making a difference in our community. Dr. Schroeder takes exceptional care of my geriatric dogs and she provides such knowledgeable, quality care. I’ll never go anywhere else for my furry family members because the staff treats them just like their very own and I trust them implicitly. I even love the recent renovation they did on the clinic, it’s such a vibe. ;) Go and check them out. They are the very best of the best!

Just picked up our puppy, Beau, today and need to give Sheree accolades. She is absolutely wonderful! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! We've been using her services for MANY years and are now taking our third pup to her salon. Each of our dogs eagerly visit (this was not our experience with other grooming facilities.) My King Charles Cavaliers all BEG to go inside. And they are well taken care of--fur, nail trims, glands, etc.! Their haircuts are always breed appropriate as Sheree has a background working in the veterinary field and is extremely knowledgeable about canine/feline presentation/care. She is a true animal lover who is gentle and caring, not only with her fur clients, but humans as well! And I've never met a more patient person!! I often run late and she happily accommodates, sending photos of my pups. I noticed some people complaining here about her not answering her phone. That is aggravating for me, as a client, to read. Anyone who knows Sheree, knows that she runs a professional, and very busy business...personally spending ample/quality time on each pet. Again, she's PERSONALLY handling, bathing, drying, trimming, etc. animals all day long and, I imagine, that makes it difficult for her to answer calls. Simply text her and, if for an appointment, she will usually respond anywhere from a couple hours to 24 hours later. Again, that's because she's providing one on one services and doesn't run her business with a PetSmart/factory like grooming mentality. I certainly appreciate her individualized attention to my pups. If it's the day of service, my texts are always responded to immediately. If you are looking for a groomer you can truly trust with your family pets, I highly recommend Sheree. She's lovely! And Beau thinks so too!

My dog had a WONDERFUL experience here. He is super timid, and doesn’t usually take to strangers but he loved this place and the people who work there. For the life of me I can’t remember the groomers name but she is Hispanic and she wears glasses. She deserves so much credit for how much she cares about what she does. She came out to meet our dog and got down to his level to give him love. He was so happy coming out from the back and he has picked his new grooming spot. He just needed a nail trim and teeth cleaning, both of which were done quickly and perfect. No one is ever able to get his nails short enough because he has black nails but she was able to get them back enough and he is happy so I am too! Here is a snap of the invoice, please let her know she is awesome!
We absolutely love Woofhaus! The owner and staff have been wonderful to us and, most importantly, to our dog Huck. From the moment we walk in, the team is welcoming, kind and clearly very talented at what they do.
We’ve tried several services over the years, including weekly daycare and enrichment, and we truly appreciate the level of care and attention Huck receives. He’s always excited to go, and he comes home happily worn out( which is every dog parent’s dream.

New to the area (moved from ATL) and within days my baby Sherlock encountered the foxtail. 2 vet visits and 2 foxtail removals later, I knew I needed professional help when grooming my schnauzer. Lauren and Alisa were amazing. Really every staff member we encountered was great. I told them what happened and they were able to help come up with a cozy haircut for my little adventurer. They also gave us some pointers for walking him around the area. All this to say we have found our groomers! And the price isn’t bad either!!

I love this daycare, my dog loves this daycare, 10/10. The owner and staff genuinely care about your fur-baby. We've tried a lot of doggie daycares in the Denver area and this one is by far our favorite.
The groomers here are some of the best (we have tried a lot of different places around Denver). They give my goldendoodle the cutest hair cuts. They also have a convient texting options for making appointments.

I was attending classes at a couple of Rec Centers (parking was difficult and the class size was undesirable). Fortunately, I discovered Refresh Studios. I have been taking classes in this neighborhood gem for over 4 years. Not only is the studio beautiful, there is a variety of classes taught by amazing instructors and the individuals who attend are so very warm and welcoming. The first class is free….if you live in the neighborhood, I encourage you to explore the Studio’s offerings and experience the lovely environment.
DYU is a deep look into everything Yoga is and is not. This program will change the way you look at things in life for the better. I originally came to the YTT because I wanted to teach yoga, but then I learned that teaching is one very small part of yoga. Either way, I feel equipped to be a competitive teacher on the job market because of this program. I was pushed to look at the importance of being intentional when representing yoga. I am very grateful for Derik and Beth who lead this transformation.

This is my location of choice for a great massage. I have been once for a couples massage and once for a solo 2 hour massage. They were with different massage therapists and both were amongst the best I've ever had. This isn't a spa with a bunch of bells and whistles but I love the focus on a therapeutic treatment where you feel better walking out than you did walking in. The online appointment system is easy to use and the business hours make it easy to find something that works for those that work a 9-to-5. You also get a discount if you pre-book your next appointment on site. Can't wait to come back.
Very welcoming staff and students. I was brand new to yoga when I attended my first class. The other participants in the class all seemed to know each other but were incredibly helpful at getting me set up. The teacher, Nancy (who was filling in for the day) was excellent at explaining how to transition and set up for each pose. She provided hands on corrections (which I desperately needed) and encouragement. The class (yoga level 1) was manageable and definitely gave me a good stretch. Many props were provided to help achieve different poses. The studio itself is in a bright and airy classroom. There are options to join the class online live which I think is an excellent option. The instructor made sure to engage the online participants and help modify poses based on the equipment they had at their home. Will definitely return
Jenna is a shining star among Pilates instructors. She has more knowledge of anatomy and physiology than any instructor I have worked with in the past. As a person with preexisting injuries, I feel safe knowing she uses evidence-based techniques in her studio. Her space is so inviting with great attention to detail that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. If you have been avoiding your pain, this is the place to heal.

I initially approached DPM with some hesitation, but after just one session with Dana, I was completely won over. The instructors at DPM are clearly exceptional, and I've been truly impressed by the strong community they've built over the years. Dana's long-term client relationships, some spanning from when their kiddos were in preschool to college, are a testament to their dedication to achieving healthy results for their clients.
For example, I came in thinking my body, aged by skateboarding, wouldn't recover its former strength. While it may not be exactly as it was, it has undeniably grown stronger. I've learned so much about movement and discovered new ways to stand, walk, and gain strength without incurring new injuries. I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of the DPM community!

Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to how my body has changed from nearly six months of exhaustion and chemotherapy during my battle with lymphoma earlier this year. I’ve been doing Pilates off and on for over 20 years, and Jacqui is helping me get my strength back. She’s also a lot of fun!

The best Thai massage ever. I am on my feet all day and got a reflexology and Thai massage and felt brand new after. Mai is amazing, sweet and so strong! The spa is also so clean and zen energy. I can’t wait to go back, need this regularly.

I had gone to Ryan a couple years ago for lower back pain which greatly subsided with his treatment. I had been playing tennis for about a year and developed tennis elbow. After a few months, nothing was helping. After about six PT treatments with him, my tennis elbow is nearly gone now! He does great work and his prices are more than fair. Highly recommend!

After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.
I just started P.T.so am a new patient, Brooke&Anais have been extremely accommodating as well as patient with me while learning the rhythms of motherhood w/a newborn who had 2 major cranial surgeries Dec.23rd & Jan.22nd along w/my own personal health issues. Truly appreciate being treated with respect&understanding during whats been a hard time while helping me navigate getting my body back in a healthy sustainable working order. Really look forward to what the future looks like! Being able to hike, run, dance, literally just being able to MOVE again, won't be taking even the smallest movement for granted, each one is a blessing!
Everyone at Atlas is great! I came here first for some ankle issues and they really helped me get back to my normal hiking and climbing activities. I returned after I tore my ACL and they have been fantastic! They answered all my questions, helped me understand where I should be in my progress, pushed me to reach those goals and celebrated with me. 1 month and few days after surgery and I am hitting 120 flexion, walking up stairs and feeling closer to normal. Thank you everyone at Atlas! I would continue with them if I wasn't moving.
I trust SVPT implicitly. The providers are thorough, effective and compassionate. I've been a patient there myself for dizziness, and I refer my own patients and clients there *VERY* frequently for anything dizziness, imbalance or nervous system dysregulation. You will be so glad you chose them!!
Rhonda is a superb Physical Therapist. She is expert in a range of modalities. What is most impressive and valuable to me, however, is her commitment to heal the whole client. For me she adeptly resolved the knee problem that brought me in - and gave invaluable help in several others. She listens with great care, using both intelligence and intuition to spot even subtle issues to address. She encourages without ever pushing, as other PTs do, and suggests realistic avenues for self-improvements . In my first visit, simply observing my sitting position, she perceived a lower-back issue and suggested a realistic change for me that has transformed that lifelong issue. Plus, Rhonda is a thoroughly engaging and delightful person - it is a privilege to know her.
I began working with Dr. Valenta to treat an intermittent shoulder issue that other PTs and trainers had been unable to fully resolve. Her plan of care addressed both the discomfort and the underlying causes so that I could get back to rugby and rock climbing without pain. I have since referred multiple friends and family members to her and we’ve all been thrilled with her attention to detail, knowledge and comprehensive treatments. I cannot recommend Dr. Valenta highly enough if you are searching for a knowledgeable PT, especially one who understands sport-specific demands.

Michael Lay is incredible, and I would highly recommend his acupuncture services! My back pain has decreased significantly after not seeing results with other treatment types (PT, massage, etc). The sessions are relaxing, and I’ve seen a lot of progress in a short time!

Dr. Wei has a life saver for my wife. For more than 10 years she was dragging sciatic combined with knee pain. She has done numbers of chiropractic visits in vain. I came in to see Kathleen for period cramps and lower back pain, and my experience was wonderful. I’ve always wanted to try acupuncture, and she made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Kathleen is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. My back pain relief was almost immediate, and my cramping eased shortly after. I couldn’t recommend her more - I’ll definitely be back to continue working on balancing my hormones and gut health.
Charlotte is moving back east and will no longer be available in the Denver area. I had to add another review to first, wish her all the best and second, let her know how much she will be missed in the mountain west. Her treatment has been fantastic. Macy’s how is an absolute G-d sent!!! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things pelvic floor, nervous system regulation, prenatal/ postpartum and just health in general. As a pelvic floor therapist myself, I know great providers when I see them. Not only is Macushla incredible as an acupuncture specialist, but she is an amazing human being! I am not someone who has loved getting acupuncture in the past, and yet weekly I come back feeling more and more comfortable. It is easy to feel calm under her care, and plus…. It just works! I come in with new areas to address each week during this time in my third trimester and each session I leave with relief in the next 24 hours and noticeable changes. I have already recommended her to my clients, and just feel blessed to get to have her support during this season in my life!

The experience was great there front desk lady was very respectful and professional and Doreen was great during the actual driving test and made it very clear on what I had to do 100% would recommend this place.!
Jerilyn has been a fantastic student driver. She is very thorough and relaxed. My daughter drove with her for four lessons and she really got her comfortable behind the wheel.

Mile High has been so great to work with! My teen daughter was able to get her instructor drive time quickly and her instructor was so great. Informative and kind, she felt very comfortable with him. There was a mixup of offices on her testing day and the other office we went to were wonderful with accommodating us. We were so pleased with the overall experience with Mike High!
