highly recommend this company!!! remodeled our master tub and shower. from start to finish nick, the owner, has been easy and amazing to work with. i’m a busy mom with 3 kids and he responds to me even if i text him at 8pm. Enrique went above and beyond and came back one night at 7pm to check on things for me. he did flawless work and truly cares about doing a good job, he’s clean, and he’s respectful of our home. they also work quickly and efficiently. nick worked with me on finances and was understanding of our budget. i have a disabled son and they accommodated the requests i made for his safety. they truly care about their job and clients and aren’t just looking to upcharge or do shotty work. i can’t say enough good things. if you’re looking for a bath remodel, hire them!!
I went for the first time for a haircut with Meghan. I had some anxiety over my hair going curly and thin with hormonal changes so I was very nervous going in. Meghan did an amazing job bringing the curls out (and calming me down). I was never one to play with my hair, but this cut has me trying different products and accessories. I'm very happy with it. Adriana is simply one on the best hairstylists I have had in denver. I feel as those there are plenty of hairstylists who are capable of doing difficult hair feats and whatnot, but Adriana truly shows the art and many other skills that you rarely see. When I first went in I wasn’t sure if I’d be getting the hair I wanted, but Adriana listened and even brainstormed with me. She went way above and beyond to make sure I’d have the hair I love. I always love lighter hair, but as I have very fine hair, lightening has led to so much damage and breakage, I explained that and she listened and worked through every concern. After the first lightening session I’ve gotten endless compliments and I will be coming to this salon to see Adriana for as long as I can!

The haircut from Dylan was excellent as it is always. Their espresso machine was broken, and I had tried to get an espresso two blocks Down the road at Steam, but the line was too long, so I headed back for my haircut. Their Manager, Jake, saw my disappointment, and during my haircut, went and got me an espresso at steam and brought it to me during my haircut. This is definitely going the extra mile, and I so appreciated it. I wish that all businesses had this kind of hospitality in mind. It was really quite refreshing. Thanks again.

I love how detailed she is with tan she really make sure to get everywhere and make it look as natural and beautiful as possible. The space feels calmer, brighter, and more grounded. It’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it, but there’s a clarity and freshness that goes beyond just cleaning or staging. It feels reset.
As an Airbnb owner, that matters. Guests pick up on the energy of a space whether they realize it or not. Since the clearing, the house feels more welcoming and balanced. Turnovers feel smoother, and even I feel more relaxed walking in.
The process itself was thoughtful, professional, and respectful of the home. Nothing felt forced or theatrical — just intentional and powerful work.
If you own a short-term rental or have a home with a lot of traffic, I highly recommend doing this at least once. It’s like a deep reset for the foundation of your space.

Cassidy did a phenomenal job! I haven’t had a spray tan in years and I have very fair, pink skin. I was nervous about trying it because I didn’t want to look orange. Cassidy made me look completely natural. The color of the tan is perfect, and it looks seamless from head to toe. No streaks or patchiness. She was so nice and made my experience very pleasant. I’m excited to go back!

When I came in for the first time last week just expecting a regular spray tan from a regular salon. I was welcomed with open arms and had the sweetest 2 ladies taking care of me. Ciena and Kaylee they showed me everything I needed to know! I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. I have never been more impressed by the costumer service provided! I love glo for all things red light therapy! I come in and use the red light therapy services 3-4 times a week. Red light is incredible for collagen production, mitochondrial health, inflammation, circulation and muscle recovery. I use three services while I’m there: The Poly (builds collagen and has made my hair grow like crazy!) The Beauty Angel (concentrated red light that has a vibration board for circulation and lymphatic health. And the lay down red light therapy for one more jolt of red light. The cocoon infrared sauna is such a great way to detox and rev your metabolism too! And I appreciate how glo is ran like a day spa with a cozy robe to wear during your services! The gals at the Buchtel location are so fun and friendly too!
Rilie did my hair and make up for my wedding day and did an amazing job. I do not wear every day make up, so it was incredibly important that I still looked and felt myself and she killed it. My only request for my hair was a low bun with curled pieces. I had so many compliments!! She arrived early and we were all ready way ahead of time.

Love love love this salon. Specifically love Yuliana who I followed from another salon to this current one. The care, time, and attention to detail she puts into my nails every time is amazing. My nails look beautiful even when they’re 4-5 weeks grown out (yes you heard that right, 5 weeks!) No chipping, lifting or peeling. Price is a bit high, but with quality in product and care it totally is worth the price. If you want cute/ fun/ funky nails book with her! She is the best ♥️

I have gotten 5 or 6 pedicures here, just the regular pedicure each time, and it is absolutely the best place around! It is quaint and small with such relaxing vibes. The hot stones, massage, and attention to detail give them 5 stars. I do recommend making an appointment since it is a smaller shop. I always just get regular polish and it lasts so long! The prices are great too and the girls are so kind. 10/10 experience every time.
I have read some of the reviews below and I'm not at all surprised that other folks have had similarly excellent experiences. Jessica did a beautiful job with my uneven nails and understood that I work with my hands. Jessica made my hands feel much better and look beautiful. I am very appreciative that she could get me in without an appointment. Also, Jessica is a great ambassador for the city of Denver.
I walked in for a pedicure and gel manicure on a Friday around 5pm without an appointment and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. The pedicure was great. For the manicure I brought a picture of opal nails hoping they could do it. Unfortunately the tech didn't know because the result ended up being something very different than what I wanted and I left a bit disappointed. I did go back a couple weeks later, this time I showed them a video tutorial and the tech (different person) busted out a flawless opal manicure. Was very happy with the second visit and I would go back again.

Etoile is the best salon I've ever been to! Nara and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I've always had consistent and amazing services. One of the things I love most about Etoile is that they never make you feel rushed (which often happens at other salons). They take their time and give their attention to every aspect of the experience.
Cheyenne is the most talented nail tech I’ve been to. She is certified in extensive techniques and nail art. I’m grateful that I have someone with experience in builder gel overlay to create strong structured nails that last! She takes her time and has exceptional customer service.

Fortunately, Neily came along to save the shop at the midnight hour and they are still open! And the 3 sisters Tina, Ly and Yung are still here. Neily did my CND shellac manicure today. She has a totally different method than the sisters. I'm very happy with the results. And very glad that I didn't have to find a new place!

I had the BEST experience at Bellissima! Lily absolutely nailed my brow wax, lamination, and tint—my brows have never looked this good. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results are so clean, full, and perfectly shaped.

Being new to the area, I’ve been looking for someone who does great brow waxing and lash tints. I am SO happy I trusted these incredible reviews and took a chance on Zenobia. She is not only the sweetest human ever but a month later and my brows and lashes are still going strong. I rarely wear makeup so wasn’t sure if I wanted my brows tinted but good lawd it made such a dramatic difference! They look so soft and natural but give my face that extra oomph…oh and my arches are archin’ in the very best way. Lashes are the perfect color too. Today I had a facial with Chantel and loved it! My face is super smooth and hydrated. Chantel gives you tips for your skin and products they carry if any questions. I also had an eyelash extension with Chantel previously and they looked beautiful and held up nicely. So nice to not have to spend so much time with makeup. Great skin and great eyelashes and I'm ready to go! Set an appointment with Chantel, highly recommend her and you won't regret it!
I got a sizeable tattoo here from Key. He was great. They communicate really well and brought my vision to life. He's got zero ego and just made the whole experience super smooth. Apparently one can get tattoos from nice people now? This is an excellent development.

The best experience! I have never had a facial before, but Mimi made me so comfortable from beginning to end. She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as she talked me through my options, discussing all the benefits. I was immediately convinced that microneedling was the way to go when she showed me her own results with it. I even walked out with new skincare products that I’m so excited to use. I can already start to feel the effects of the procedure. 10/10 I will be recommending Mimi to all my family and friends and anyone who will listen to me. I can’t wait to go back!
Great experience with Alex for an Upper Body/Intra-Oral massage! She asked a lot of questions and listened to hone in to what I needed. This type of massage is not a fun, relaxing experience but she communicated and listened to feedback the whole time. She also gave great post-care advice. Highly recommend!

Ahmana did my bridal makeup trial and makeup on my wedding day, and not only did she make me feel so beautiful but she and all the ladies are just incredibly fun and kind. They tackled 7 bridesmaids, mother-in-law, mom, and grandma in a timely and stress free way and everyone looked gorgeous! When I had my pregnancy photo shoot, Mooi was the only place I wanted to go for my makeup! I just had an amazing massage by Sarah. Limn is such a cute, clean and relaxing space, and every employee is truly kind and genuine. Sarah paid great attention to detail, was highly communicative and I was able to relax for the first time in awhile. Tipping being included is a nice plus. 60 minutes was not long enough, I will be back!

We booked a couples massage and were not disappointed with our experience.
To start, we were given great service from the budtender, Teresa, who was knowledgeable, kind, and anticipatory of our needs! We ordered from the cannabis menu (we got a dab flight) and were able take a dab before the massage began.
The massage was perfectly relaxing and very intimate with Cara and Danielle both listening to our direction for how we’d like to be massaged. We are particular about quality massages because of our work and the industry itself- needless to say, they really took their time to ensure we were happy with the pressure/maneuvers along the way.
Afterward, we ordered from the infused menu- Limonata Italian Sodas (one with cream and one without) both delicious and super cute!
We enjoyed the covered outdoor area with our drinks, cozy seating, and a fun board game selection-(really awesome touch)
OMG. They also provide noise cancelling headphones in the outdoor area! (There was a surprisingly frequent train schedule nearby- I assume it’s for this reason- still a great way to anticipate needs or be inclusive- either way they were appreciated.)
Overall, we had an excellent time and were able to make a wonderful memory.
The first time my husband and I visited Mint Massage Spa I will admit, we did not have a pleasant experience at all. I spoke to the owners and explained in detail everything that went wrong during our service. Both owners were open to our feedback and deeply apologetic. They asked if we would be willing to give them a second chance and we agreed. Last week my husband and I returned to Mint for a second time and the experience we had was night and day from our first visit. The service didn't feel rushed and orchestrated, it felt intentional and personal. Every single point I addressed with the Mint team was addressed and remedied. My husband and I were extremely happy with our 2nd couple's massage and grateful that they were open to receiving our feedback and making the necessary changes. The way I measure the quality of any service I receive is if I'm willing to send my mom to receive the same service. Now, I can confidently say that I will be gifting my mom a 90-minute massage with Kevin (the massage therapist who massaged me) because he was absolutely fantastic and my mom deserves nothing less than the best. Thank you to the Mint team for being open to our feedback, but most importantly for taking action! We will definitely be returning.

I came in yesterday for a makeup lesson. Michael is so amazing. He really takes the time to understand you and what you're looking for. I have had makeup professionally done for weddings or headshots and I always feel like someone else when I see those pictures. Too done up.
I explained these concerns and Michael helped come up with three subtle, classic makeup looks for myself. After we learned each one he had me look in the mirror and each time I felt and looked like my best version of myself. Absolutely incredible.
I did the custom foundation as well and I can't tell you how nice it is to find a color that actually matches my skin tone. It sits lightly on my skin not cakey at all.
He's also really wants to work within your routine and budget. I brought all my makeup and he was not pushy at all to buy other items. I was the one to ask for each thing I wanted. I ended up buying a lot, because his eye for color is amazing and his makeup doesn't feel heavy or oily on my skin. Everything feels light and looks natural.
I did my new makeup routine this morning and it's such a silly thing but man I felt like a million bucks at the dog park lol. :)

Liz and Cristela did the hair styles for many of my daughter’s bridesmaids, a groom’s woman , and the groom. We all loved their beautiful updo’s and styles which incorporated fresh flowers. I worked with Raquel for my elopement which took place in the outside mountains in January. I had challenging requests as I wanted both natural hair and makeup, however our weather forecast called for wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour and the windchill in the 20s. I have rosacea and get severe windburn on my face and nose when it is cold out, however, Raquel applied my full coverage makeup so well that I didn't even realize I had windburn until the makeup was removed. Despite the full coverage it looked completely natural. Despite the high speed winds not a single hair came out of place. Raquel is extremely patient, and kind. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable with the color palette used on my face and the checked in several times during the makeup process before proceeding to make sure I liked the direction we were going. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Raquel!

I was going to wait until my dermals healed, but I just couldn't. I went in on 6/20 to get two dermals by my eyes done by Jimmy. I was certainly nervous about everything and Jimmy took care of me beyond belief. He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail (which I needed to calm down), he told me the game plan, and executed it quickly and painlessly. His whole vibe and demeanor was calming, yet intelligent. I was worried about how it was gonna hurt, and I'm going to admit, I hardly felt a thing. He took his time sterilizing and marking out the locations, and triple checked I thought it was good before we commited to the piercings. When it was time to get to the brass tax, he executed everything so flawlessly and painlessly that I don't even know what I was scared about. I will gladly come back to him with future piercing needs, and I highly recommend that you use him for yours. I walked out of there knowing I received the highest form of care and expertise. I have been going to Johnny since he was at the tattoo shop in Mission Trace shopping center in Thornton. He the only one I trust.
Jose did a wonderful job replacing my cast iron main stack after it developed a crack. He was very honest and offered only to replace the section that was cracked.
Another company wanted to put me in financial ruin to do this job, and upsold me on other stuff. Jose quoted a fair price and got it done in an hour.
When you have any plumbing issue, I highly recommend calling Jose before anyone else. I certainly will be.
Calling into their dispatch they were extremely empathetic to me and when Michael showed up, he walked me through how to reset my water heater and was beyond friendly. From the moment he walked in he was professional and kind, it honestly felt like having a friend visit. I've had work from these guys years ago and I'm happy to see their quality has only increased.
Gordon and Gael and Coty and Chauncey were all wonderful. They were considerate and empathic and explained everything thoroughly and did everything they could to make our huge repair affordable. They also worked all day Friday and Gordon and Gael worked all Saturday, finishing at my house at almost 7 pm. I have a huge, and formerly well earned phobia of being insanely overcharged and generally ripped off by plumbers but this crew was everything I could hope for and the exact opposite of what I’ve come to expect from plumbers. I can’t say enough nice things about this crew that had to tear up all of our basement concrete to redo the ancient, rotted plumbing, and worked hard and long to finish it and get us back to a functioning house so quickly. The positive reviews that prompted me to call them were spot on Thank you so much, Gordon and crew.

Michael was polite, professional, & resolved the issue with my water heater. He was able to get the pilot light ignited (after several failed attempts on my behalf). He allowed 30 minutes to assure the hot water returned. A+ to Michael & ty! My only rant is having to wait 4 days for service.

We had some lock issues that needed to be addressed. One was an older lock in a 1950's home and the other was a security door that became hard to operate in cold weather. Ryan addressed both issues in a prompt and friendly manner. He is a true lock professional who can actually repair locks instead of just replacing them. If you have older locks in your home you will definitely want to use Denver Key and Lock.

I got a few quotes to clean an 8 ft diameter round rug and Oriental Rug was the more reasonable quote. I am happy to say they delivered (the rug looks practically new and considering I got it in fairly beaten condition, that is saying something) and the gentle man who helped me was very nice and took some extra time out of his day to educate me. James was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and thorough in running down everything that the job would entail. We needed to get some pet stains out of carpet that wouldn't come out with the over the counter rug doctor solution that we used. James and his team were able to get us on their schedule quickly. I’ve used cottage care twice now and am very pleased with the service for a few reasons:
1. They have incredible follow up. If something gets missed they fix it and make sure to be diligent about it the next time.
2. The team is staffed by really lovely people. Sage and Alyssa are so sweet and really great at working around you when necessary (I work from home) and checking in when it’ll be convenient (eg not vacuuming during a meeting).
3. As a company they’re very pet friendly. My dog is a bit reactive in a very barky but not aggressive way. Sage and Alyssa just rolled with it. I crate her when they come, but I’m the in between part they are very understanding and sweet to her.
We’ve been using Alpine Maids for three months now and they’ve truly been a game changer. Everyone who has come to clean our house has been incredibly professional, friendly, good with our pets, and leaves our house looking spotless. The pre-visit communication and their website are great and very easy to use. We called SURFS Flooring and Cliff came out, gave us a fair quote, and did an excellent job. They sanded the floors perfectly flat and were able to get a beautiful, consistent color throughout. The floors now look brand new and really tie the whole house together.

We had an excellent experience with Dukes Landscape- we did an extensive amount of rock mitigation around our home and beautiful stone work in the back of our home. Dukes uses individual specialists for each phase of work and their quality is outstanding. We have a beautiful flagstone patio with a wonderful fire pit, a sunken spa, boulders and stone steps and a large patio under the deck. It has created beautiful spaces that enhance our home.

Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.

I hired the firm to trim some trees in my yard that had become overgrown. Dan and Pedro came to my house today and did a fantastic job trimming my trees, cleaning up the branches from their work plus branches that were in a pile from a previous storm that I couldn't deal with. They were professional and I'm very happy with their work.
I just got a beautiful landscaping job done in one day! A crew of 4 guys, Sebastian, Jesus, Alex (the foreman), and Aidan worked as a team and got a beautiful job done beautifying my home. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! I had one spruce tree, and 23 plants added, a lot of cedar mulch around each plant, and a river rock bed as well as some contrast stone. The guys showed extreme care and attention to every detail. I also have to highly recommend the landscape designer, Angie who has an artistic, open mindset when putting together a plan. She was extremely easy to work with and most of all, listened to everything I asked about and gave me the utmost professionalism. The whole team is 5 stars!

From the initial call all the way up until today (2 months post job completion) he has been very responsive when I have contacted him. Dane showed up exactly when he said he would, and I was suprised at how quicky the work progressed.
The tree was in a reasonably precarious position relative to the house, but Dane was skilled and nothing but leaves and sawdust made conact to the roof & house. He also didn't mind me sitting there with a cuppa watching with facination as he did his thing.
My neighbor used them to remove a tree downed by the wind in April 2024. I was impressed with what I observed and contacted them regarding damage done during last week's storm. The estimate was done quickly and for a price much less than the storm chasers who were circling the neighborhood and doing unsolicited calls/estimates. Scheduling was easy. A three member crew arrived as scheduled and did the necessary cutting/trimming quickly and professionally with no damage to surrounding property. The cleanup was similarly quick and thorough. I'm very pleased with the result and recommend them highly.

Ross Tree saved our tree! After having moved into our house 8 years ago, we have Ross Tree come out to handle a beetle issue. The infestation was bad, so it took a few visits. During this time, when asked if the tree was worth saving, Ross Tree said definitively yes. However, they added that the tree had not been properly cared for a few years, so it needed some help. Our initial thought was this was a sales tactic. After the beetle issue was handled, and we saw how professional they were about that, we decided to follow the maintenance plan to care for the tree. Boy are we glad we have. The tree is thriving, and providing lots of shade in the summer. I think the birds are happy we kept it alive, too.

My entire family goes to Dr Lowery’s office and it’s the same every time. Cleaning is efficient, professional, and thorough with no drama. Speciality X-rays with Jeremy are easy-peasy as usual. I’ve had a lot of specialty work (crowns, mouth guards, etc) to correct all the crappy dentistry I’ve had in the past. For a while I had to go to a Medicare dentist when my husband lost his job. It was affiliated with a dental school in town. I went to get a 6 month check. He took one look in my mouth, convened all the students from other rooms, and told everyone to come to my chair and observe. “This is what a crown should look like. This is what a filling should look like.” On and on down the line. He told them “this is what superior dentistry work should look like!”
Dr Lowery and Amy from Ireland, her dental assistant, are like an old married couple when they work together. I’m pretty sure they can read each others minds. Again no drama. All my procedures have gone very well…efficiently with as much comfort as possible. If you have more extensive dental work and want someone who knows what they are doing, I highly, highly recommend Dr Lowery.

Our go to place for all the aches & pains. I was referred by a friend. Now my hisband and daughter are clients. Dr. A & Dr. Baldwin are so knowledgable, caring, and resolve the issue. They take the time to explain whats happening on what the plan for recovery is. The cost is also affordble even without insurance coverage, although some insurance plans are accepted so always worth checking!
I experienced amazing and immediate results. I had lower back pain that would come on and off ever since my 1st pregnancy. I'd seen multiple chiropractors and done yoga and stretching. Those seemed to keep it at bay but never made it go 100% away. I saw Dr. John when I was at my wits end and other things weren't putting a dent in it. I kid you not: when I stood up after his treatment, the pain was gone. He's treated me again for other injuries and/or maintenance and it's been similar.
I'll never go anywhere else.

While all of their staff is extremely talented, we have especially appreciated working with Dr. Llewy over the years. Her love for animals, genuine concern for their wellbeing, attention to detail, and informed, thoughtful approach have meant the world to us.
Two of our dogs have had complex medical needs. We lost our 15.5 year old dog last year, who lived 3.5 years longer than expected, and our 15 year old dog’s conditions continue to be well managed under her care.
I give full credit to Dr. Llewy for extending their lives, and I will never be able to thank her enough for giving us more time with our precious girls.

I took my older dog here for a check up and blood work. I was concerned because she was really slowing down. Dr. Cooper did a great job with the physical exam, explaining the blood work and explaining the solutions. My dog responded very positively to Dr. Cooper's friendly physical approach. Tia was calmer with Dr. Cooper than any other Vets. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly.
Updating after taking in my anxious dog for his shots - this is a special vet! As my dog has gotten older he’s gotten more nervous for the vet, but we had a great visit where he was able to be examined and have his shots updated with no problems at all! It’s obvious that this practice truly loves animals, and I’m so pleased to know my anxious pup has a place to go where is comfortable!

I just wanted to edit this review as we have just had to say goodbye to our Mocha. The care and attention we received from everyone, including Andrea the Practice Manager, who helped explain what was happening as well as Doctor T, who reviewed Mocha’s X-rays and confirmed that we were making the right choice in saying goodbye now, was so appreciated. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you most. We were able to bring our baby home and have a veterinarian hospice put Mocha down in the comfort of her own home thanks to the guidance and care we received at Denver Animal Hospital.

Dr. Schroeder takes exceptional care of my geriatric dogs and she provides such knowledgeable, quality care. I’ll never go anywhere else for my furry family members because the staff treats them just like their very own and I trust them implicitly. Just picked up our puppy, Beau, today and need to give Sheree accolades. She is absolutely wonderful! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! We've been using her services for MANY years and are now taking our third pup to her salon. Each of our dogs eagerly visit (this was not our experience with other grooming facilities.) My King Charles Cavaliers all BEG to go inside. And they are well taken care of--fur, nail trims, glands, etc.! Their haircuts are always breed appropriate as Sheree has a background working in the veterinary field and is extremely knowledgeable about canine/feline presentation/care. She is a true animal lover who is gentle and caring, not only with her fur clients, but humans as well! And I've never met a more patient person!! I often run late and she happily accommodates, sending photos of my pups. I noticed some people complaining here about her not answering her phone. That is aggravating for me, as a client, to read. Anyone who knows Sheree, knows that she runs a professional, and very busy business...personally spending ample/quality time on each pet. Again, she's PERSONALLY handling, bathing, drying, trimming, etc. animals all day long and, I imagine, that makes it difficult for her to answer calls. Simply text her and, if for an appointment, she will usually respond anywhere from a couple hours to 24 hours later. Again, that's because she's providing one on one services and doesn't run her business with a PetSmart/factory like grooming mentality. I certainly appreciate her individualized attention to my pups. If it's the day of service, my texts are always responded to immediately. If you are looking for a groomer you can truly trust with your family pets, I highly recommend Sheree. She's lovely! And Beau thinks so too!

We absolutely love Woofhaus! The owner and staff have been wonderful to us and, most importantly, to our dog Huck. From the moment we walk in, the team is welcoming, kind and clearly very talented at what they do.
We’ve tried several services over the years, including weekly daycare and enrichment, and we truly appreciate the level of care and attention Huck receives. He’s always excited to go, and he comes home happily worn out( which is every dog parent’s dream.

The groomers here are some of the best (we have tried a lot of different places around Denver). They give my goldendoodle the cutest hair cuts. They also have a convient texting options for making appointments.

Ashley has been threading/waxing/plucking my brows for a few years now, and I really like coming to see her. She's very kind and personable, and her shop is very cosy and comforting. I really appreciate her attention to detail and that she's very careful with my sensitive skin. I also love that she's so knowledgeable about brow color–she's the reason I stopped using the wrong color brow pencil lol.

Wow. What a peaceful space. I did the 7pm restorative yoga class with Gene and he was an excellent teacher. He had the most peaceful and soothing voice throughout the practice. This Restorative yoga class was very meditation like. I haven’t felt that relaxed in weeks. Thanks Gene. I’ll be back.
I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios over the years, and this one honestly stands out. The atmosphere is welcoming without feeling intimidating, the space is clean and calming, and the instructors do a great job balancing professionalism with warmth.
What I appreciated most was that the classes felt accessible whether you’re experienced or completely new to yoga. The instructors explain things clearly, offer modifications when needed, and create an environment where you actually feel comfortable learning.
You can tell there’s a real sense of community here, which is rare. People are friendly, the energy is positive, and you leave class feeling both relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a studio that feels genuine and not overly commercial.
I love going to YogaBox RiNo! The instructors are always so welcoming, encouraging, and kind. As someone who started coming here relatively new to yoga, I found this studio to be the most accepting and supportive in my journey compared to many other Denver studios. The workouts are great, but the vibes are even better. <3
I was attending classes at a couple of Rec Centers (parking was difficult and the class size was undesirable). Fortunately, I discovered Refresh Studios. I have been taking classes in this neighborhood gem for over 4 years. Not only is the studio beautiful, there is a variety of classes taught by amazing instructors and the individuals who attend are so very warm and welcoming. The first class is free….if you live in the neighborhood, I encourage you to explore the Studio’s offerings and experience the lovely environment.
The yoga teacher training you get with DYU is unmatched, all encompassing and a truly enjoyable experience! As a graduate I feel fully prepared and confident to teach, and I've found a wonderful, supportive family along the way! Derik and the team are so accommodating and kind, going out of their way to make sure every student is comfortable and ready to continue their yoga journey. Cannot recommend enough!

I've been to many yoga studios, but none like Living Yoga. Kelly is an excellent teacher - in the same class she can meet me with advanced asanas while simultaneously meeting my stiff, novice father with simplified and supported poses.
oh - not only is the teaching top notch, the classes are also the most affordable I find in Denver. Looking forward to continuing my practice with Kelly and the Living Yoga team. 10/10.

This is my location of choice for a great massage. I have been once for a couples massage and once for a solo 2 hour massage. They were with different massage therapists and both were amongst the best I've ever had. This isn't a spa with a bunch of bells and whistles but I love the focus on a therapeutic treatment where you feel better walking out than you did walking in. The online appointment system is easy to use and the business hours make it easy to find something that works for those that work a 9-to-5. You also get a discount if you pre-book your next appointment on site. Can't wait to come back.
I’ve personally worked with both Jenna and Molly and I can say all the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve worked through multiple injuries with their support and they always get my body back to comfortable movement after just a few sessions.
Visiting from Louisiana and I wanted to get at least 1 class in between my hikes and runs. Lela was fantastic and upbeat. She mentioned ways to modify the moves in case you were interested and kept encouraging the class to push through. She explained the machine before class since it was a little different than the machines I normally use. Perfect way to spend my Sunday morning on vacation.
I love the atmosphere of this studio. Unlike other larger, more commercial-feeling places, Denver Pilates Movement has smaller group classes with experienced instructors who really focus on helping your form as well as your progress. I've taken classes with Jane, Ben and Athena and every class has been both fun and challenging. It's been a great way to stay in shape. Highly recommend.
I love Boost! Classes are always fun but challenging. The instructors are great, I haven’t been to one that I didn’t enjoy compared to other studios where some are obviously much better than others. The studios themselves are also beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!
Boost Pilates in LoHi has become one of my consistent go-to studios, even though it wasn’t the first place I tried for reformer Pilates.
I usually go to early morning classes before work, and it’s become such a great way to start the day. The classes are a challenging, energizing workout that feel fun, uplifting, and positive, even when you’re showing up half asleep.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it as a very first intro class to reformer Pilates if you’ve never done it before, since the workouts tend to be on the more rigorous side. Once you have a bit of familiarity, it’s an excellent studio to build strength and push yourself.
The instructors are extremely approachable, accommodating, and really listen to your needs. I’ve had wonderful experiences with every instructor I’ve taken class with. The studio itself is also beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.
This isn't a regular pilates studio..it's a community. The focus is on building strength, balance, and rehabilitation. The instructors genuinely care about us. It's especially good for anyone new to pilates. They are great with beginners.

Just back from another fabulous retreat in Costa Rica with Jill and feeling like a new person! Jill’s understanding of the human body and what we all need to feel our best in it is unmatched. She is not only an expert in Pilates, but also in fascia release, breath work and other related disciplines in addition to being an amazing, kind, sassy and all-around beautiful person.
The best way to do Pilates!!!! With a knowledgeable (and hilarious) instructor who so obviously loves what she does. In a beautiful and well-equipped private space. Jaclyn knows how to deal with all my body’s quirks but yet she does not let me off the hook. I’m a client for life. 10 stars out of 5.
This was the best Pilates class I’ve ever taken. Kristin was a great instructor who made sure to challenge me while making sure I was within my comfort zone. I feel like a noodle after today’s class which means it did exactly what I wanted. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

The studio in West Wash Park is new and all equipment is clean (and wiped down after every class). The studio has small cubbies to put your personal items in at arrival. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. Being new to Pilates, I am glad they took a few minutes to provide an overview of the equipment and also appreciate when instructors correct my form during class.
I have tried different instructors for every class (The Classic) and have felt challenged in each one. The instructors all have different styles, music, exercises, etc. making it easy to stay engaged and coming back for more.
The classes and membership fees are quite pricey, but if you're considering Pilates, I highly recommend Fierce45! They also offer sales throughout the year.
Max is a great listener and I always feel much better after working with him. I trust him to support my health.

I just started P.T.so am a new patient, Brooke&Anais have been extremely accommodating as well as patient with me while learning the rhythms of motherhood w/a newborn who had 2 major cranial surgeries Dec.23rd & Jan.22nd along w/my own personal health issues. Truly appreciate being treated with respect&understanding during whats been a hard time while helping me navigate getting my body back in a healthy sustainable working order. Really look forward to what the future looks like! Being able to hike, run, dance, literally just being able to MOVE again, won't be taking even the smallest movement for granted, each one is a blessing!
Everyone at Atlas is great! I came here first for some ankle issues and they really helped me get back to my normal hiking and climbing activities. I returned after I tore my ACL and they have been fantastic! They answered all my questions, helped me understand where I should be in my progress, pushed me to reach those goals and celebrated with me. 1 month and few days after surgery and I am hitting 120 flexion, walking up stairs and feeling closer to normal. Thank you everyone at Atlas! I would continue with them if I wasn't moving.
I have been working with Rhonda for a just a few months and our sessions have become an important part of my fitness and overall health program. Each session begins with a focused, skillful discussion about what is going on and ends with me understanding what I specifically need to do to progress. Our initial work was an effort to resolve some sciatic nerve issues (success!) and now have grown into a series of sessions to improve my mobility/flexibility/strength on and off the golf course. In today’s session, I told Rhonda that just last week, I had played 18 holes, 5 days consecutive days…walking 4 of the 5 rounds and carrying a bag for two of those days. Through her work, I feel like I can play the game at a high level for many more years. I am grateful to be in her care.
I had been suffering for several years with occasional dizziness and thought that was just part of aging. But then I had a very scary episode while driving on an interstate highway. Fortunately, I was able to safely pull to the side of the road even though I was so dizzy that I could barely see. Fortunately, my physician referred me to a number of clinicians to determine what was the cause. I ultimately was referred to South Valley Physical Therapy in Denver and assigned to work with Physical Therapist, Lindsey Attebery, PT, DPT. Lindsey diagnosed the problem as ear crystals that had gotten out of place. She worked with me to fix the problem using a number of exercises. When the dizziness was fixed, she also identified that I had poor balance, even though, fortunately, my poor balance had never hurt me. So, she worked with me, assigning more rigorous exercise therapy at each visit until my balance had become normal as well. Lindsey was always on-time, professional, knowledgable and helpful. And that was true of Deborah at the front desk as well. I, obviously, think very highly of South Valley Physical Therapy and Lindsey.
I began working with Dr. Valenta to treat an intermittent shoulder issue that other PTs and trainers had been unable to fully resolve. Her plan of care addressed both the discomfort and the underlying causes so that I could get back to rugby and rock climbing without pain. I have since referred multiple friends and family members to her and we’ve all been thrilled with her attention to detail, knowledge and comprehensive treatments. I cannot recommend Dr. Valenta highly enough if you are searching for a knowledgeable PT, especially one who understands sport-specific demands.

Best physical therapy in Colorado. I have recovered from multiple sports-related surgeries with Phil Koffler and I can not speak highly enough of him. Top to bottom LoDo PT is the best.
I started seeing Katie after the hardest year of my life led to some autoimmune problems. She has since consistently supported me in my journey back to feeling better. Her space is a little warm sanctuary that makes me feel comforted and at ease. I am so appreciative of her support and guidance over the last 15 months!

When I came to Dr. Mike’s office about three weeks ago, I was in so much pain. My arms were numb & chiropractors didn’t want to handle me. He has gotten me 90% back to my normal self. Michael was incredibly helpful in treating my tension headaches. From the very beginning, his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. My headaches had become increasingly severe, and after trying countless remedies with little to no success, acupuncture with Michael made all the difference. Thanks to his treatment, my headaches completely went away. I can't recommend him enough to anyone dealing with headaches or looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate acupuncturist.

Dr. Wei has a life saver for my wife. For more than 10 years she was dragging sciatic combined with knee pain. She has done numbers of chiropractic visits in vain. Lindsay was such an integral part of my fertility journey and I’m so thankful for her. I started working with her shortly after my egg retrieval and continued until I delivered my baby in January. I was experiencing 100+ hot flashes a day, and in one visit, Mally brought them down to zero! The combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs has basically cured me. Mally is an excellent listener - she looks as me as a complete system, not just a group of symptoms. The facility is calming and clean (and to be honest, I usually fall asleep sitting my treatment). I highly recommend.
