I just wanted to post a review to share my amazing experience with Alpaca Roofing, specifically Guillermo. Not only am I impressed with the level of education (PhD), but with how he earned my trust. This is sadly a business where there is not a lot of that. They can easily tell the every day homeowner they need tens of thousands of $ of work and we’re at their mercy. I had concerns about needing a new roof, as well as structural issues in the crawl space. He checked everything out, including go through the entire teeny crawlspace, and let me know everything was fine. There was a small issue with a vent in my roof, which would be like, a $500 fix, but his suggestion was to just leave it, it wasn’t causing any issues, critters couldn’t get in, it was merely cosmetic and unseen unless you’re on the roof or footing a drone over it.
I have repeatedly been screwed over by contractors, landscapers, etc, and it was SO refreshing to find a company with integrity and high standards for honestly, work ethic, and customer satisfaction. Communication was quick, clear, and respectful. Look no further, I definitely won’t!

I started going to Caitlin through a referral and wanted someone who could transition me from blonde to copper red. I’ve NEVER gone red before and this was a big change for me. I felt so comfortable, was able to thoroughly talk through the process and get exactly what I wanted, as well as some recommendations to maintain the red. The salon itself is also very cute with great products and has a “salon dog” that will keep you company even on your lap. Overall really happy with the transition to a new place.

Holly is amazing! I've struggled with acne for years and years. I've been seeing Holly once a month (sometimes twice) for about 6 months and have FINALLY have noticed an improvement in my skin after so long of trying different ways to get rid of my acne. She understands what my skin needs and I always leave with a noticeable improvement in my skin that lasts for days/weeks after. And you can't beat her prices! She has a package deal that makes her facials so affordable. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I will never order windows or doors any other way. Zen has figured out how to make a painful, time consuming and annoying process easy and painless.
I had estimates from five of the most well known window replacement companies in Colorado. All local companies who are running their business like it is still the 1980s.
They claim the estimate will not take two hours, but it is close. They all did the same thing. Set up a time to visit for an estimate. Come and take initial measurements, spend forever filling out their form, discuss the process (which would require another visit for measurements), sell me on the window brand and how good they are, etc.
Each of the visits were nice guys but the prices were all over the place. Thousands of dollars difference for the same job.
I found Zen online, provided my measurements and they had an estimate to me almost the same day, for a much more reasonable price. When I confirmed I wanted to move forward, they scheduled a person to make precise measurements within one or two days and placed my order immediately.
The other main issues was the timing. No one could even come close to getting me my windows and door as fast as Zen. Zen estimated 4-5 weeks. Everyone else was 8-12 weeks!!
Well, sure enough, not only did the windows and door show up in that time frame, they were also installed.
The communication was great. Luke and Misty kept me informed the entire time, from order, to shipment, to installation. The installation team showed up, got to work, showed me how to operate the new windows and door and cleaned up when they were done.
Something else to keep in mind. All the other companies wanted a down payment. Zen took $0 until the job was complete. I felt we had nothing to lose.
Zen also sends a payment link. Everything is done online, safe and secure. Other companies could only do a paper contract and one only accepted a check. If I wanted to pay by credit card, there was a fee and they had to write down my credit card information to take back and run at the office. No thank you.
The quality of my windows and door are amazing.
So glad we chose Zen and I will definitely use them again.

Good place, the managers are very friendly, they take care of you very well, and the haircuts are very good, despite the fact that the place is small, they take care of you very well, the prices are somewhat cheaper than in other places, and not to mention that they do not have to make an appointment, one is perfect for those who are somehow looking for a last-minute haircut

I was booked with Kat and she was fantastic. Really funny, super attentive, and meticulous with her work.
Exactly what I asked for and what I envisioned. And the cost was really reasonable. I'm so over spending $500-$600 on a cut and color.
About 10 minutes into my service I was also offered a hand massage by the esthetician... I was in heaven. I ended up booking a last minute eyebrow and tint with her. Will be booking her for a facial soon!

I was in a total bind to find someone who could do my hair and my bridesmaids for my Wedding day. I met Aubrey and instantly I knew she was the one for the job. She jumped right in and started taking care of all the things I was totally clueless about when it comes to my hair. I am not a girly girl so I was lost when it came to what to do with my long, thick, natural curls. She fixed me up so well. We met before the wedding for a health trim and she went above and beyond with a hair mask and a bit of color to make me really shine on the big day. Then for the big day she styled an incredible cascading braid. I felt like a queen. My bridesmaids looked amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail Aubrey took. She saved our day. Would recommend for cuts, coloring and styling. She’s very knowledgeable and was also able to help me come up with a new look for my day-to-day and a new hair care routine that really took my hair type into consideration.
My husband and I have been coming to see Bernie & Lombardi's for over 20 years now and we cannot speak highly enough of this group of Ladies! I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Hair People for over a decade, which lets you know how much I think of the stylists and the management. Cynthia is my usual (very talented) stylist, but her colleagues have filled in for her when circumstances required, and I've never been disappointed. I am frequently complimented on my hair color and cut by total strangers, no small feat when you're at the age where women are routinely ignored. Cynthia listened to me from the beginning, and didn't try to fit me in the box for "women my age." Maree, the owner, is always eager to meet client needs, from providing Covid precautions to juggling schedules for emergencies. The stylists routinely engage in classes to update their techniques. It's a very professional and modern shop with a family feel, and I can't praise it highly enough.
So happy I found Vibe Salon Denver! The staff is amazing and the salon is super cute and clean. Sladjana is a very talented stylist who listens to her clients and provides excellent results. I can't recommend this salon enough!

I love Olivet. Everyone is always so kind and the studio is super cute. I had not had my hair cut for a year bc I had so many bad experiences at different salons until I finally found Taylor at Olivet! She is absolutely amazing my hair is naturally curly and thick, but she cut it perfectly it began to grow back. She does the best job at styling my hair too after the cut! She does great with just telling her what you want, or showing pictures. I am so appreciative to have found Taylor and Olivet!

This is probably one of the most magical and amazing barber shops and I'm not just saying that cause they got me in with a last minute appointment. I was getting my haircut at several different barbers in Denver for the first year and a half of living here. Pretty much all of them would finish in >20 minutes and I would always walk away just waiting for the “awkward phase” of my hair to go away after a couple weeks. Not to mention all of these subpar haircuts were around $30-$40 BEFORE tip.
I’ve been coming to Rosemont for about 6 months now with Shelby as my barber and I could not recommend her enough as she is one of the coolest barbers I’ve ever had and truly treats her profession as a craft. Every time I leave her chair, I absolutely love my haircut. I believe this barbershop is the epitome of “you get what you pay for,” which is excellence. I was a big fan of the old location but an ever bigger fan of the new one. Looking forward to getting my hair cut regularly here.
Dre is a Master barber, and I capitalize that M because ihe genuinely just is a Master of his craft and on another level.
Obviously I love every single cut I've gotten from him, but I've seen him cutting other people and you can tell not just by the deft hands or the terrific results. What I find so impressive is how every person that sits in his chair has the same relaxed anticipation, because like me they all have 100% confidence they're gonna look great every time.
The only analogy I can think of is the old guy with the record for consecutive free throws. Like yeah, plenty of people can shoot 85, 90% and that's darn good. Dre is the guy who hasn't missed one since 1998 and that's because an earthquake hit during his release, and it still bounced 4 times on the back of the rim before rolling out and falling 600 ft into an enormous volcanic rupture.
Overall, 4 stars. HaHA no just kidding. But google reviews do be like that lmao

I joined glo tan yesterday. I went in today and when I was leaving the tanning booth area the door on bay 4 fell off the tracks and on me! It cut and bruised my thumb I'm assuming from the hardware. The 2 girls who came to help me as I yelled for them said this has happened before. Please fix this issue ASAP.! Someone is going to get seriously hurt! I'm paying $70 !a month for this....I'm not sure I'm I'm going to continue going to your establishment if these things go unchecked.
EDIT - received a call from a manager within 6 hrs. Issue was taken care of. I appreciate their prompt response. Changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars.

I was in Denver for a short stay and decided I needed to get a pedicure! I was happy to be able to make a same day appointment at Etoile on a Sunday. Walking in the salon has a great aesthetic. It was busy but still relaxing. All the seats including the waiting area were comfortable. I happened to be booked with Jamie who did a wonderful job. She is a great communicator and checked in throughout the entire process. I super appreciated that she asked if I liked the shape and polish application. I have some rings of fire on my toenails from other nail techs always using the drill and she didn't use one without me even asking! They care about the health of your nails here. One of the best pedicures I've had and still good weeks later!
I waited to write this review until I was moving away because I didn’t want everyone to find out how amazing Michaela is and take all her availability! I was never a regular manicure person until I came to her. My nails actually feel stronger and have good shape even after the manicure is removed and she doesn’t use any harsh practices that will damage your nails. She does such great work and is a true artist. Keep in mind she’s a one woman shop so appointments are required, and don’t run late or talk with your hands during the manicure process because she doesn’t deserve that nonsense. I’ll be coming back to see her every time I’m in town!

I had a super relaxing mani/pedi! I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of “extras” you get (my pedicure included a longer massage, peppermint lotions, a keratin foot soak, and callous removal). I also love that they do your manicure in a super comfy recliner chair! It did take about 2 hours, but I wasn’t in a rush. At 37 weeks pregnant I was much more comfortable here during my service than I am at other salons with the tables for manicures. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who is pregnant! I’ll be back.

This is a professional Aveda salon with qualified stylists that know current trends. I met Sarah today, stylist, who gave me a fresh cut to fix my botched cut that I had a year ago at another salon. I haven’t had a good hair day in a year but today I left uplifted and very happy. Sarah listened to my hair drama stories, what I love and hate about my hair, and what my ideal hair cut and style would be and look like. In addition, she gave me a scalp massage with essentials oils as well as a hand and arm massage. This is truly a step above most salons!

She is delightfully bubbly, talented and conversation never stops. She gave me the best haircut and highlight that I have had in YEARS. The price is reasonable for getting your hair done in Denver. The location is easy to get to, super clean and cute. I chatted with Javon a little; she has great style and made me feel super welcome. Genuinely liked the aesthetic and they just expanded with a spa that I want to check out. But go to Sierra. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

Just had the best facial I've ever had! Sameera made the entire experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I received a 60 min facial with a buccal massage and dermaplane add on. Highly recommend that combination. My skin feels and looks incredible. I will be back!

I've been going to Abbey to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted for over 1.5yrs, and intermittent facials. I'm moving, and having to say goodbye to Abbey and this business is one of the things I'm saddest about! Abbey does such a fantastic job, and it is a really pleasant space to be in. Lots of brow compliments ensue, too :). Highly recommend. And then pop into PPB for a beer and a snack. Easy peasy.

Ellen is a gem! Keeps the conversation light and entertaining during services! She has incredible precision with eyebrow threading and tinting and took my eyebrows from a 3 to a 10! I receive many compliments from people I don’t know about my brow shape which was over plucked and uneven before I went to her. The staff here are very friendly, the rooms are clean and they provide a great service with fantastic timing! The wait room is very comfortable and aesthetically calming.

Where do I start, well I've been to different spas all over the world, so I'm not easily impressed, but this one took me by surprise, with the professionalism, ambience and just one of the best experiences I've had, I got a massage by Rod, then a magnesium foot detox, followed by a facial. They also sell their own products. Definitely A must go to.
Holly is amazing! I've struggled with acne for years and years. I've been seeing Holly once a month (sometimes twice) for about 6 months and have FINALLY have noticed an improvement in my skin after so long of trying different ways to get rid of my acne. She understands what my skin needs and I always leave with a noticeable improvement in my skin that lasts for days/weeks after. And you can't beat her prices! She has a package deal that makes her facials so affordable. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I have had lash lifts in the past and decided to get another one for my sister's wedding. This was my first time going to this studio. I had a great experience! The aesthetician who did my lashes was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even as a new client. I'm used to having a fair amount of a burning sensation during the process, but I didn't have any of that this time. Over the next couple days, I determined that this was the best lash lift I have ever gotten, plus it was less expensive than the same service at the place I used to go to. Win-win!! I will definitely be back for another lash lift!

I was referred to Mile High Modern Beauty by my waxing aesthetician before moving to Florida. My eyebrows are very sparse & drawing them in all the time wasn’t cutting it anymore specially because I play a water sport and love being in water so drawing them in wouldn’t last. I went for an eyebrow consultation and met Oxana. At the consultation, Oxana was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had, the studio was very clean, and she drew what my eyebrows would look like if I proceed with the permanent eyebrow procedure. During my appointment for the eyebrow procedure, I was even more impressed with Oxana. Oxana was very detailed in doing my eyebrows, making sure the measurements were perfect, and cared for my skin well while doing the procedure. I am so happy with my permanent eyebrows! They look beautifully natural and Oxana is so informative on the post care. I can’t wait to show my family and friends the before and after and I can’t stop looking at my eyebrows.

I’m so glad she recommended them to me, as I had a great experience there! Cassie was wonderful, did a fantastic job, and left me feeling beautiful and confident for my photos. I appreciated that she gave me a run through of her plan on colors/finish/my preferences at the beginning, and also confirmed things with me throughout such as brow fill, lip color, etc. to ensure I was happy with the progress or suggestions. I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout my hair/makeup time as well, she’s a lovely person. I will definitely return to Candelaria and will recommend them to friends/family in the future.

Lyndie has completely transformed my skin! She is SO knowledgeable and has taught me SO much about properly caring for my skin in all aspects. Good quality work done at the Lucky Rose. Even though my tattoo was small I can see the difference in the quality between this small piece and the half sleeve I got 15 years ago by a different artist at another shop. The atmosphere in the shop is chill the staff is professional and very informative
Skyler was fantastic. I provided him with the theme and a few ideas for what I was looking for and he spent time designing and refining it with me. It ended up being a better design than I could have ever imagined. The shop environment is super clean with great relaxing music so that as I sat there over the course of 5+ hours, the time went by quickly. Skyler explained where he was in the process throughout as I wasn't always sure given the complexity of the piece. Skyler is an amazing artist and I am so pleased with how it came out and would so recommend skyline tattoo to anyone looking for a meaningful and quality experience. Jeremiah is an absolute wizard with the tattoo gun. It took me decades to figure out what I wanted for my 2nd tattoo. I finally found something that struck me and who I am (I am sometimes called the bald santa by my friends and family). Once I got this figured out, I reached out to my good buddy who has numerous tattoos all over his body to get his recommendations. He suggested I check out "Til Death" as "you can't really go wrong there because all of the artists there are top notch". He was spot on. I reached out to Jeremiah because I loved his work and his use of colors just shined. Santa tattoos are not his typical style but he absolutely nailed the design and the tattoo. His attention to detail was superb, his use of colors are amazing (everything just pops), and his shading really show how much of a wizard he is. On top of it all, he is just a very cool guy to talk with and get worked on. I couldn't be happier with my tattoo and am already looking for my next one (I don't want to wait as long for the next one). Jeremiah, you are the best!!

I got a custom piece from Moeh and would recommend him to anyone looking for incredible work! It was my largest piece and first color piece but Moeh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable each step of the way. He was hugely helpful in designing the piece and took comments very well to help create something I am beyond happy with! He was able to take an embroidered design and translate it beautifully to skin! The entire shop is welcoming, friendly, clean, and professional. Will be returning here with all future tattoos!

Shout out to Gordon and Josiah - my laundry room sink clogged and caused a bit of a mess in my basement. I was getting ready to leave on vacation and found Rooter Guy. They came out within a couple hours of my call. Gordan and Josiah were super friendly and helpful. They cleared up the clog in no time and the price was reasonable. Most importantly they did not ask me to make my 13 year old dog go outside which was a huge plus since my guy can barely make it up and down stairs. Thank you - you truly saved me! I called Spartan in a panic after my only toilet malfunctioned, and they were able to come and assess and FIX the issue all in the same day! I cannot recommend this family company enough, service was excellent, timely, and inexpensive. I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. Definitely using them again, especially if I want work done correctly the first time instead of what this home owner did which was literally just the bare minimum causing bigger issues later on :(
My family has worked with Jerry for years with consistently great results. He helped me with a remodel, there was another plumber with a large company that wanted me to make some significant holes in a concrete floor slab that would have costed thousands of dollars, Jerry found a much better solution and he was able to do it in a few hours. If you're reading this, then you *know* how difficult it can be to find people with real skills who understand what's needed, and who do what they promise. Matt was super easy to communicate with - he responded quickly, came over for an assessment, and devised a simple solution to my electrical problem, which he was able to complete in less than a week. Todd and Roy were on the job early, as promised, and worked hard until the job was complete. Their work installing a new sub-panel and a few 220V circuits was super tidy and done with some planned future renovations in mind. They even chatted with me about some tips for future wiring projects. All in all, this is a top-notch crew. Lucked out just choosing them off the googles, but I will absolutely be contacting them in the future for additional work. I highly advise you do the same.

Outstanding! We got locked out of my friend Johnnie's house, so we gave Denver Key and Lock a call. We were told someone would be there in a half hour, and the tech Seth was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was honest about the cost of a new door knob handle and he explained the problem and unlocked the door and oiled the existing door knob handle and put it back together and we were back in business. We purchased carpet and install from Veterans Carpet One after about a year of searching for the right carpet. We were very frustrated with the lack of accountability and follow through of other carpet shops. We found the perfect carpet at Veterans Carpet One. Walt was great to work with; getting us measured, taking time to talk through the seams with me, and bringing samples to our house. The install went very smoothly: Juan was wonderful and accommodated our request for scheduling, showing up on time. He also answered any of my questions during install and he installed very quickly and did a great job.Unfortunately, after a few months, our specific carpet started to have wear issues that were beyond 'normal'.We contacted Veterans Carpet One and were underway with a claim to the carpet manufacturer within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the manufacturer wouldn't step up and do what was right, but Veterans Carpet One did.Both managers, Adam (general) and Andrew (install) went above and beyond answering my concerns and talking through the process with me. They were kind and supportive and in the end we came to a great solution to fix the problem. I absolutely recommend Veterans Carpet One for flooring needs. They were outstanding from a knowledge base, customer service and integrity.OH! And one more important note! In addition to the carpet on the website, they have sections of in-stock carpet in the showroom that are discounted. If you're not extremely specific about what you're looking for, this is a great section to get high quality carpet at a lower price. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of In-Home Flooring from my stair runner install. They look fantastic, and our hardwood stairs are now much safer to navigate for small children and pets! The whole process of consult, measure, and install only took a few weeks, and my sales rep Jillian was very communicative throughout it all.
Having hardwood floors is wonderful except when they have to be refinished. We put it off as long as we could and then began our search. We vetted several companies and decided to go with ASA Flooring for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness. Bryan was quick to get back to my inquiry and was at the house to assess the project within a day. 2) Knowledgeable. Our refrigerator had leaked and warped several boards. Bryan explained the pros and cons of board replacement vs letting the boards dry out. We went with the latter and saved money. We had another challenge in the fact that we did not have two rooms refinished which meant seamless color matching. Alfredo was an artist and had an eye for selecting the perfect match. Although the final decision was ours, his experience was a definite help. 3) Efficient. The whole process from start to finish only took three days. We used the opportunity for a little vacation in the mountains and came home to beautiful floors! 4) Professional. Kevin, the project manager, came the weekend before to assess the job site and answer any questions. Alberto hung plastic and taped off the areas to reduce dust and vacuumed any remaining dust before the final coat. It was nearly dust free! 5) Follow up: Kevin did the final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied. I'd highly recommend ASA Flooring for your next hardwood floor project!

I've used Hyperflow twice now for one serious and one not so serious plumbing issue in my home. The first was a replacement of our sewer lateral to the street. A big job. Hyperflow quoted $3k less than other bids, completed the job well and were timely and professional. The second job was an easy snake of our kitchen line to the main. Hyperflow sent a tech over promptly. Diagnosed the issue, gave us a brake down of the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Hard to beat the service and the professionalism.

My wife, my daughter and I hired Empirical Construction after interviewing several contractors in the Denver area. I am a stickler for reading each and every review I can find. From the moment we met Josh we were impressed with the way he “got” what we were trying to accomplish with the project. He came up with creative solutions to the problems we presented to him.One challenge was that we would be out of town for the bulk of the renovations and we needed someone who could do the work and not need too much hand holding from us.We also wanted to work with a designer to help with the overall look of the project and needed a contractor who could work with our designer.We awarded the contract to Empirical and we were thrilled with the results. Our project entailed a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel, hardwood flooring installation and refinishing. Because the house was built in the 1950’s the plumbing and electrical also required extensive upgrades. Empirical did everything by the book and pulled permits and helped us contract for testing for lead. By the book often means more money and time but it also means having a job done right. Empirical did our job right.Chuck was our project manager and he did an outstanding job working with us. He checked in with us weekly to do a video call to update us.Chuck is a problem solver and he was very easy to work with. He is first rate and I think Empirical is lucky to have him working for them.We would not hesitate to use Empirical again if the need arises.

Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.

They were quick to give me a quote, and came 2 days later to repair my patio that was partially tore up from a sewer leak. They worked fast and efficiently. Ended up having to redo the entire patio as it was sloping into my house. Patio looks great now. I will definitely use them again.
