Only issue is getting scheduling to call back after a missed call. They called me left message I called 3 minutes later and person that answered told me they were unable to make the appointment the told me to call them to make?
So 5 days later I still await call to make an appointment. Also this makes me wait another 3 weeks due to transportation costs.

Not only did I not have an appointment and called just to see if they had time for me, but I also couldn't make it there on time with the road closure. Even so, Victoria displayed immense kindness, patience, and professionalism and assisted me with directions around the road block. The place is nothing short of enchanting and is well maintained. She knew exactly what would flatter my hair type and face and gave me a beautiful and high end haircut. This hair style requires a lot of skill, and many hair stylist could not make it look this amazing. I had recently gotten my hair cut and colored at another local salon I had trusted for years, and when I got home, washed, and dried it… I was honestly shocked. My roots were a reddish-plum tone that was uneven all the way around (my natural color is dark blonde), and my curtain bangs were blunt, choppy, and completely uneven. One side of my hair was noticeably off, and I felt panicked knowing I didn’t have much length left to fix it without going much shorter. On top of that, I knew how difficult red tones can be to correct.
I was able to get in with Amber quickly, which already felt like a lifesaver—but what she did next was nothing short of incredible.

Ashley was terrific. She was auch a perfectionist, which I like, and so personable without being chatty. She did a brow and lip wax too which was excellent. The price with tip I found to be quite reasonable.

Wanted to treat my Son to his 1st shave and make it a Father Son moment. My 15 year old HATES hair cuts as most do. But he LOVED Daniel's work. He now wants to ONLY let Daniel cut his hair now. (Happy Mom here!) The hot towel and straight razor shaves both my Husband got from Steve and my Son from Daniel was such a treat for them. My Husband is VERY picky about his beard and Steve did such a wonderful job! Now I got 2 happy boys and they only want Steve and Daniel for life. Jamie spent more than twice as long on my haircut compared to what I'm used to at other places, demonstrating a real commitment to quality. The girls are always super helpful and will point you in the right direction based on what you’re going for. Solanas beds are always well maintained and clean and it’s overall a great atmosphere. I always enjoy getting help from Anna S and Lauren M, they have really helped me build my tan and showed me products to keep my tan longer.
Service was really good, the workers are super nice! The beds are well kept and clean. I went for prom and it worked very very well on the faster level. My stomach had a condition called Tinea Versicolor that worsens in the sun, so I expected it to get worse in the beds. Turns out going to the beds cured my condition and my stomach looks all the same color now!

If I could give Erick 10 stars, I would! I had the most fun and thorough makeup lesson in his gorgeous Victorian salon. I had a very dated look and had really never learned the proper way to apply makeup. I learned so much about how light and dark shades either attract the eye or create shadow. He also helped me understand more about which products are better for older skin. He helped me work with the products that I already owned but had plenty of other recommendations for other options. I felt so beautiful when I left and will start practicing so I can perfect the skills he taught me. ?

Got my haircut today and now I’m so sad that Jenelle is leaving in July because they’re fantastic! Honestly I haven’t gotten my hair professionally cut in over a year because of my social anxiety and can never find the right salon. Well they were relatable, down to earth, and really puts their clients first. Even “put up with” my overthinking and honesty at the end to make sure I loved the haircut (I do!) Definitely would go back for other services too. The salon is so pretty and diverse.

I've been coming to Erika for almost a year now, and I can safely say that she is the only lash tech I will ever make an appointment with for the rest of my life. I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in. I can't speak highly enough of her, not only as my lash technician, but as a fellow professional. Attached some pictures so you can see her incredible work !

Pixie did my corpse bride tattoo and she is AMAZING!!! First time getting a big leg tattoo and she coached me through the whole thing. 6 1/2 hours! I highly recommend her for anyone that struggles with mental health issues such as anxiety or ADHD cause she is so patient and so kind and understanding, she makes you feel safe and supported. I have the worst trouble sitting still for long periods of time and she never once made me feel poorly for it. Shame free zone. The whole shop is beautiful and has a wonderful vibe. He is incredibly professional and his expertise is immediately obvious, but what stood out just as much was his kindness. The shop is spotless, stylish, and in a great urban location in Grand Rapids — definitely a welcoming and trendy place to be. Frankie is incredible. So much fun to talk to. I want to get another tattoo just so I can hang out with them. And the tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted. It was my first one, and Frankie was so patient with me. I got my tattoo back in August (when they were an apprentice at a different studio), I’ve attached a picture of when it was fresh. Frankie’s character is stellar, so are their tattoos.
My whole experience with Plowshare Studios was excellent. Even though it is a smaller operation, it is very professional and my queries were answered promptly and kindly. The space is immaculate, but it's the people that make it special. Matt is an experienced artist, but also an incredible human. The hours went by quickly due to his wealth of knowledge, witty remarks and good humor. This was only my second tattoo ever, and first one with color, and he set me very much at ease, letting me know I had full agency in the process, which I appreciated. Matt listens to you as a client, but also values your life experience. I love the finished product and I'm honored to have a beautiful piece of original art from Matt. Highly recommend!

Waited 15 minutes for David, who after apologizing for the wait (way shorter than I expected for walk-in) took my concept and ran with it. He listened, was so open to suggestions but also had a great eye for interpreting what I was after. So thrilled. Great experience.

Highly recommend! I was so impressed with the service I received, especially considering we never met and did the entire transaction virtually. I felt comfortable leaving a key for him to let himself in and do his thing. He sent pics of the process and final product and left the key locked inside the house as requested. He was also very flexible when he had to reschedule our first scheduled time for 6 months later. The image is when it was still wet and it dried to a nice matte finish.

What more could we say about VADA that has not already been said in so many reviews? Dominic and everyone on his team was great to work with from start to finish.
We hired VADA to finish the “third floor” attic of our 100+ year old Eastown home. Every other contractor we had brought up there seemed overwhelmed by the project. They would talk about how challenging it would be, how much that would add to the cost and time, how limited our options for the space would be. For a couple years, we tried to act like our own GC, and hire different trades ourselves, but we had no idea what we were doing.
Then we found VADA. We read the website, and combed through the reviews. A home remodeling company in Grand Rapids that talked about finishing attics in old homes. It seemed too good to be true. But we knew that what we had been trying was not working, so we asked them to come out.
Dominic was completely different from every other contractor we had up there. He was excited about our project from the moment he saw the space. You could feel it. He started asking questions and offering ideas we had never considered. Did we want to raise the front window to better fit a couch under it? Raise the door to our awkward attic stairs so that we did not keep hitting our heads? Make the built-in shelves moveable so that we could access the space behind them for additional storage?
Dominic did not seem phased by any of the challenges that the other contractors had raised. Whenever we would ask about one, he seemed to have already considered it, had a plan for addressing it, and maybe even a back-up if that did not work. From that first consult, we knew that we wanted to hire him.
We were not disappointed. Throughout the project, Dominic remained just as excited and engaged about our project as when we first met him. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and you could tell he cared about limiting the impacts to our family and the rest of our home. We have a lot of respect for him and trust in his work.
The finished attic also exceeded our expectations, and everyone we have shown it to has been blown away. We could not be happier with it.

The parts gentleman is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. I operate a 7,000 sq ft Historic Building downtown. When I moved in last year we had signs of mice everywhere. I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately. And when I say immediately, I mean I never saw another mouse or dropping again. There was activity in a back area, which they noticed, treated, and now that's fixed too. On top of all of that, our technician, Chad, is amazing. Just the nicest guy ever and is always smiling and really seems to enjoy his job.. and he's good at it! I reached out on social media last evening about what I thought was a swarm of wasps, and the owner responded first thing this morning offering to stop by and help identify them. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and kind throughout the entire interaction.
He later identified them as bumblebees and not only explained extermination options, but also shared information about local beekeepers who offer free removal services when possible. At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into a service. What started as help identifying the insects turned into a free consultation, honest guidance on how to handle the situation, and a very fairly priced service option if needed.
When he arrived, he noticed the swarm had mostly moved on and only a few stragglers remained. Instead of charging me, he simply offered reassuring advice, a smile, and left me feeling completely taken care of. I’m so grateful for his integrity and willingness to help. Truly exceptional customer service!
Elijah came in and took care of a giant headache of different kinds of bees at our house. He was very thorough, double checking areas of concern even if at first glance there was no activity. Not only that, but he was also super knowledgeable and answered a myriad of questions and concerns I had. I needed an iron nutrient for my pin oak chlorosis. The manufacturer of the Verdur (Fe) product no longer had a retail platform for public purchase. They suggested I try GAS for possible purchase. Went to their website and easily navigated to this product and bought it online. The efficiency of the turnaround would’ve made Jeff Bezos blush. I had a tracking receipt inside of a hour and delivery in less than 24 hours. One of the best online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Product was exactly as presented. I will certainly use again.
Bartlett did an excellent job and taking down seven trees in my front yard. The workers did an amazing job, they were professional, friendly and did a great cleanup job after the trees were taken down. Would recommend, five stars!

Breton Gardens staff members are Awesome and their also great at communicating with our insurance provider and they work diligently to accommodate our schedule. The dentist are top notch! Knowledgeable on new and upcoming dental technology. And injections have been the least painful ever!!!

This place is hands-down the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Dr. Dustin is amazing. My wife and I have been going to other chiropractors for years, and I’ve never had an adjustment that good in my life. Dr. Dustin actually listens to you, and actually cares enough to adjust you the right way. He takes his time, is super thorough, and goes insanely deep to get everything moving. I'm not sure why it took me so long to set up an appointment. But I felt right at ease and safe upon entering. I felt heard and seen both physically and emotionally in my appointment. I love this place, I've gone here for years! All the staff has been super kind and my cats have always had high anxiety so the staff is always extra gentle and make sure they are both well taken care of. The prices are always very reasonable and even medicine is far cheaper usually than I expect I will be coming here with my pets for years to come, definitely!
We love GRVC! We have been with GRVC for about 12yrs now as they have been caring for our two cats. They have always been compassionate and supportive, especially when we have had serious issues happening. At my last visit we weren’t sure what was going on, they answered all of my questions, listened patiently and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.
We appreciate that they don’t try to sell us on meds/services our pets don’t need. It helps to hear them give advice on what they would do if the pet was their own. We also love the app that is available to communicate with the office. It makes getting questions answered quick and easy.
The docs & staff at GRVC have been absolutely amazing and we are so thankful we have them to help care for our pets.

They haven't been taken over by big corporations that milk you for every cent that you're able (or in most cases) not able to pay. They prey on people's love of their pets. 🤬
Fur Wellness is the best kept secret in town. I compared prices (down to each individual shot)that my new puppy needed, as well as his spay. I think I looked at my usual Vets office, Lovett, Furr Wellness, and C-snip. Fur Wellness came out on top by a landslide. If I remember right C-snip did discount teeth and Fur Wellness no longer does teeth. So that's where I'll be taking my older dog (when I can afford it....😄)
Sadly, my regular vets office was incredibly overpriced. (Wake up call there).
In conclusion, Fur Wellness was clean, the staff were very nice and professional. My dog survived his ordeal with minor trauma. The only side effect I noticed is that he chased his tail constantly for about a week. I think he was looking for something that's not there anymore. ;)
I've been taking my pets here for years, and they are absolutely great. We just had to let one of our cats pass on, and they were excellent with this as well. I can't recommend them enough. They are kind, they care, and they do a great job. Truly compassionate humans.

We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily.
They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any.
I would happily board them there again!
We love Northbark grooming. After our adopted Brussels Griffin was injured at our previous groomer, we tried out Northbark. They provide a loving and consistently excellent service. 10 out of 10 every visit. We found our forever groomer.
Got my pomeranian Foo his summer haircut today and as usual he came out looking very cute, smelling good and fully refreshed. He got the whole works done: bath, nails, ears, and haircut and he is a happy boy ready to take on the summer activities. Thank you again 🙂. I would reccomend Stinky Pete's to anyone looking for nice, simple, and affordable place to get their dog a haircut.
Our dog Maya has worked with Leah since she was a puppy and loves going to her “hair appointments” every 8 weeks! She always comes out looking fresh and fluffy! Before & after dog tax below!
I love coming here to get my dog's nails trimmed and grinded. They are very quick and it's only 20 bucks. Everyone is so nice and they take walk in nail trims ☺
We took our dog Coco for grooming on 5/9/26. We’ve been to 5 other groomers in 3 years. Our dog has extreme anxiety and aggression issues so grooming visits have always been very stressful for Coco as well as my husband and me….until now!
Maggie, along with Josh and Jackie, provided a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for us and reassured us that Coco was going to be just fine.
Maggie was great at handling him and his cut was one of the best he’s ever had!
He’s normally very stressed after grooming appointments, but he was calm, happy and easy going after his visit!
We will definitely be going to VIP from now on!!

I have a mini golden doodle that had a bad experience at a previous groomer. I got her medication prescribed to prep for the next groom due to what the previous groomer recommended. I reached out to Kim and she got us in within a week. Kim wanted to try without meds and she was able to form a quick bond and get the groom complete with my dog. She looks absolutely perfect. In addition to amazing grooming services, Kim took about 45 min to help me with strategies for grooming at home. She also offered another FREE grooming lesson for me a week later. My dog obeys Kim like I’ve never seen before and I am in awe of her work with my dog. Thank you Kim!!!
We always leave our pup, Dutchess, with Broonelle when travelling and they're truly fantastic. The staff is so friendly and we're confident Dutchy gets tons of love while we're gone! The prices are affordable and they're very flexible to work with.

I have been going consistently for a couple years now and I'm so glad I finally found a form of movement that I enjoy. One of the things that keeps me coming back is how good the instructors are. They offer modifications or new things to add onto movements for more support or more of a challenge, or they'll include tips to help with posture and I'll notice things I didn't even think about and get to fix them to improve my form. For me, it is well worth the cost. I will gladly pay the membership fee for better health as I grow older.
Funky Buddha is excellent. I love their teachers and their classes. I always leave feeling much better than I did when I arrived.
Have been coming to the Eastown location on and off for years and would be a member if it weren’t for the long commute. Truly the best yoga studio in the GR area. All the teachers are fantastic, love that they take time to help and adjust if needed, and you leave feeling so great. PLEASE, PLEASE open a location in the Byron Center/Grandville area! The other studios in this area just don’t compare to Funky Buddha.

I have studied many different styles of movement & fitness for decades. I have never had an instructor who taught me how to notice & connect my movements to habitual, neurological patterns AND how to change those patterns. I have found my classes with Carolina more beneficial than any I remember- including PT!
I cannot recommend Be Balanced Bodywork highly enough, especially Johaun. I’ve been receiving massages for over 20 years to help manage the muscle strain that comes with the physical demands of being a performer, and this was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had.
Johaun created a completely customized 90-minute session that combined deep, targeted bodywork with stretching, and it made such a difference in how my body felt afterward. He clearly knows how to listen to what your body needs and tailor his work accordingly.
He was also incredibly friendly and personable, while still knowing when to step back and allow for a quiet, peaceful, restorative environment. That balance made the entire experience even better.

I have been going to ATM for several years. I appreciate having been treated by Laura Kits for the entire time I have been a patient. That means that I get a consistent massage, which focuses on my particular body needs, done in a clean, safe environment. Laura always asks if there are any ongoing problems, and not only addresses those areas during the massage, but makes suggestions on things I can do for the problems myself, like stretches, avoiding certain activities, and more. I have had massages many places over the years, but feel the most comfortable and confident of the services at ATM.
There are three constants in life: death, taxes, and men in their 30s/40s getting back pain. I haven’t figured out what to do with the first two yet, but luckily there’s Eric at Fuel for the back pain. I went from “oh man it hurts to walk, I don’t think I want to risk it with going for a run or bike ride today” to “Yes! Bring it on! I have a plan!” after some quick conversations with Eric. I ride my bicycle more often than would probably be considered healthy, and when my back pain took that away from me I was stuck doing household chores instead. Now that Eric has be doing a quick set of exercises a couple times a day, the floors are back to being as dirty as my mountain bike after a rip in the trails, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I only wish I lived closer and that I’d asked him for help sooner!
Don’t wait on your back pain to get better, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Go see my guy Eric so he can get you out there cutting grass and takin names like you’re meant to do.
I am pleased with the results of my care from all the staff at Health Motion. I have a torn rotator cuff in my L shoulder. After doing PT with them, I have increased ROM, strength, and less discomfort with movement. The therapy combined with the exercises I was given to do at home are what made the difference. The staff was kind, listened well to how I was doing, and adjusted the plan to make it the best according to my symptoms to reach maximum recovery. They had another Physical Therapist, who also was part of the team, evaluate my ROM and symptoms in the shoulder and make recommendations. I have complete confidence in this team and will be returning to them after I have surgery to repair the cuff.
Jenisom office: The culture of this staff—their communication, compassion, support, and education—somehow turns a 10/5 experience into a real thing (yes, math was defeated here). I actually look forward to coming in, which feels suspicious for something involving pain. I leave knowing how to manage my pain better at home without meds, move more like a functional human again, and feel genuine hope for recovery. Huge shout-out to Grant, Lindsey, Ellie, Alyssa, and D (Danielle), who took what could have been a painful, tear-filled experience and transformed it into one full of laughter, encouragement, and straight-up celebration. If healing had a fan club, this team would be it. ?
Melissa H helped me out today. She greets me and every patient with a smiling face and bright attitude. She took the time to hear my concerns, and validated them. We worked to find a plan that worked for me and what I was able to do. She is compassionate, and really cares (and knows) about the work she does. She is patient first in everything she does.
Had knee replacement surgery and everything went really well. From the Blodgett Hospital experience (they are super in every way), to Dr Malvitz at OAM (a great surgeon), Their office staff Jesse and Robin, and especially Marissa, the PT that came into the house for the first 2 weeks after surgery. She was influential in my recovery. Now doing PT at the OAM PT facility on Burton by Breton. This OAM office and staff really are organized and have their program together! Thank you Mari, Kelly, and Collin at this PT Facility, I’d definitely go back here.

I went in after I dislocated my patella at cheer practice and I’m working with mainly McKenzie but also Joey. they’ve been the best at building up my strength back instead of telling me to stop (which just made my case worse both morally and physically!) . Most importantly they’ve helped me morally understand what was going on and that changed everything! I’m still recovering but I’m getting closer and closer to my goal of being back and all thanks to their fantastic help !!! Forever grateful to have such people on my side and that just want me succeed and achieve my goals and overall wellbeing!

Dr. Theut has surgically repaired one knee, and both my shoulders. As a Contractor and one of the Co-Founders here down time really isn’t allowed. From everything I’ve read online I expected some limitations to my range of motion, I had full range of motion by the time I finished PT. I followed his directions to the T, I did my PT and did the home exercises more than required. Couldn’t be happier, except I tore something in the other knee last weekend. I’m hoping I can get a consult on the 31St with him while he’s tending to an alternate injury. Hands down one of the very best when it really really counts, we have 75+ animals here that call NSLB home, this can’t be done without me long term so I know who to count on. -Bobby Wilmoth

We opted for Main Street Driving because of their three day a week for four weeks approach to classes. It allowed our teen to participate in other regularly scheduled activities alongside school work and driving. Our experience was top-notch and scheduling the drive times was easy. Our other teens will attend here when they reach driving age as the location is convenient and the instructors are thorough. They only employ former school teachers as they have years of experience relating to teens and delivering instruction in a clear and calm manner.
David H. was a wonderful driving instructor! He was kind, patient, and calming, which really helped my daughter feel less nervous before her driving test. We really appreciated his support and would highly recommend him!
