Jess was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Let me start by saying that I am NOT a makeup person and was very anxious about this for my wedding day. I wanted to look like myself, so I asked Jess for a natural look. I typically only wear foundation and mascara, so I stepped out of my comfort zone having my makeup professionally done, but Jess made me feel so comfortable. I am a BIG cryer, so she recommended fake eyelashes which I was also hesitant about, but again Jess put me at ease and reassured me that they would hold up much better. I am so so happy I went this route!!! After Jess finished my makeup, I cried because I had never liked the look of makeup on my face and I felt like the most beautiful version of myself. I looked like me and felt confidently beautiful thanks to Jess. Not to mention she did all of the makeup in my entire wedding party (7 bridesmaids, 1 personal attendant, the mother of the bride) in a timely and professional manner. There are few people I would trust with my makeup and Jess is one of them!! I would choose her again in a heartbeat!!

I've been coming to Erika for almost a year now, and I can safely say that she is the only lash tech I will ever make an appointment with for the rest of my life. I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in. I can't speak highly enough of her, not only as my lash technician, but as a fellow professional. Attached some pictures so you can see her incredible work !

Chelsea turned my hair from rusted root to blonded refreshed bombshell. My hair still maintained its length after she removed damage, and my hair still has all its integrity after bleaching. She makes the appointment feel comfortable, and relaxing. She knows her way around curls, keeping my shag fresh and my bangs are the perfect length to shape my face. If you are unsure of how to describe what you are looking for she will ask the right questions with examples to make sure you are in the right direction for your end result.

Please read: After my former barber moved, I started looking for someone new as my regular barber. Life long westsider, hit all the nice new spots on Bridge st. Some ok cuts, not great. Read all the reviews on “Drew” great reviews as a whole for the shop. Booked the appointment, realizing Drew was the newer guy I was concerned, to be honest. I need a good fade. Will travel and pay when it comes to a proper trim. Couldn’t be more happy with the direction I took that day. Drew’s the man??♂️. Takes his time, steady, focused, everything you could ask for. I’d give him 10 stars if possible. Based on merit alone.

Fairly warm day today, rode my bike to the appointment. Sit right down. Drew gets going. Normal friendly conversation. I was a bit sweaty walking in from my ride. Mid cut I started not feeling well. Sweating heavier. A panic attack? Dehydration? Who knows? Felt “off”, asked Drew for some water. Pretty sure he was noticing something may be wrong already. Drops what he’s doing. Grabs me a glass. Started sweating more. Felt a bit panicked, I’m 42 with a kid. Bad things can happen. Blacked out. Woke up in his chair to a paramedic. Long story short, they checked me out. Refused an ambulance to the hospital. Got some food and liquids. Came back to pay, super embarrassed. First thing said was shear concern for how I was feeling. After mentioning I felt much better, Drew immediately started figuring out where he could slip me in to finish my cut. I blacked out mid cut. It’s also the end of the day. He took care of me though. Slotted me in, finished the cut including the alterations to my regular I mentioned at the very beginning pre black out. Just feeling really appreciative of both Drew and the whole team up there.
I rarely write reviews. No affiliations. I started going to this place by chance. Scheduled with Drew because of the other reviews. I’m just really appreciative. I highly doubt I would have dropped dead today with out paramedics. However, you never know. It’s also a weird spot to put someone in. Means a lot more to me than a good fade. Why go elsewhere when you can get both though.

I told her what happened and she was shocked. Connie fixed my hair and did an absolute great job. She takes her time and listens to what you want and concerns you have. I got the spray tan and the very friendly girl at the desk gave me a quick refresher on how to do it since it had been a while. They sell the paper foot covers (totally worth it) so your feet don't turn dark brown. Good price and my tan for vacation turned out great!

The negative reviews of this place are misguided at best, and sadly ignorant or malicious at worst. This place is exactly what it claims to be, a place to get some color. The staff at every location I have been to are all incredible, and friendly. I can be a bit of a talker, but I find the staff enjoys the conversations, does their best to be helpful, and enjoys the banter. This place is gem, where most salons simply lack the overall presence to be useful. (Aka - there just aren't enough of them.) The management of these places have always treated me with respect, kindness, consideration, and sincerity. In summary, if you want a clean, comfortable, friendly environment to get a good tan in, this is your best bet. Well done Midnite Sun.

Currently, she is doing builder gel on me which has no tip or extension on my natural nail and I’m obsessed my nails have never been this healthy and long ever! It’s a technique that isn’t really offered in Grand Rapids salons so I love how modern the technique is. I get so many compliments on my nails.

I got a great cut from Lindsey. She specializes in blonde color, but the cut was a "10!" She's friendly and professional and listens carefully to understand your personal style and concerns and makes honest recommendations so that you leave with an elevated look. The Front Desk Staff are very nice and professional as well.
After feeling like my previous stylist at another salon and I didn't mesh well together, I decided to take the plunge and try this place out. Since trying out Lilith a year and a half ago, Ive come to this salon more times than any other salons in the past.
While I may not be queer, the openness of the stylists and owner of Lilith's lair is greatly appreciated. I don't feel outcasted for having hair ideas outside of the norm. The stylists here know exactly what they're doing for any work you want done.
I also feel that I am much more connected and can communicate with everyone at Lilith's lair which is why I keep coming back.

Grace was phenomenal. I have been getting lash lifts for a couple of years and am very impressed with the service. She educated me in such a nice way and didn't belittle me for not knowing what I didn't know. I had originally came in for an appointment and she told me my lashes were over- processed from my last lift and recommended that I try castor oil. This meant a lot to me because she could've easily messed up my lashes and taken my money but she didn't. The castor oil was a game changer and my lashes are healthier than ever. I came back a few weeks later and she did such a good job on the lift. It was quick and easy and came out great. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated her sharing her knowledge and experience with me. I am so grateful I found this place!

I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in. I can't speak highly enough of her, not only as my lash technician, but as a fellow professional. Attached some pictures so you can see her incredible work !

She is a master at the mega volume style but can also do any other style you may want and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make her clients happy! I booked an appointment with Shelby Tipton about a week ago to get one of her flash designs. Everything went better than I could have anticipated. The studio was a calm but lively space upon entry, and to be buzzed/let in when I arrived helped me to feel even more as though every detail mattered.
Shelby was entirely accommodating with a space to set my belongings within my reach during the appointment, and frequently checked in to gage my comfort level throughout. Once the tattoo was done, Shelby walked me through aftercare & suggested specific products, as well as alternatives to them. One thing I'll do next time that I wasn't prepared to do at this appointment, is have my next tattoo in mind to get back in her books ASAP!

I love Green Lion! Brantley has done most of the tattoos on me, he's been incredible to work with over the years. The shop is clean, vibes are immaculate, and the toilet never clogs. Everyone I've spoken to at the shop is super nice and fun to spitball with. Green Lion is easily the most inspired tattoo shop I've been to in town, and it's the only shop i would not hesitate to recommend to anyone interested. There's also a coffee shop and other food options right on the same block. Word of warning though, don't talk to Brantley about comic sans, he'll go off and won't stop.
I saw Lindsey for my appointment and it was THE BEST piercing appointment I'd ever had! She was so patient and kind. She made sure to understand everything I wanted for my appointment and that I was happy with my jewelry selections. I swapped my nostril piercing, got a new double-nostril piercing, and re-opened(?) my lip piercing. I also have a medical phobia involving needles that I told her about and she was so dang supportive and empathetic. She made sure I was feeling good before I left. I'll be back for a future tattoo appointment for sure, but I'll also be seeing Lindsey for my piercing/jewelry needs. <3 <3 <3

Shout out to Jim! I had a really bad clog in my main drain line and I tried everything from chemicals to a powered snake.. then Jim gets here and has it back to normal within the hour and it didn't hurt my pockets nearly as bad as I thought it would. I had a great experience working with Butler Electric to replace my home's electrical service and breaker panel! I was getting my kitchen electrical work inspected by the city, and they let me know that I had to replace my existing service and panel before they would pass my other work. So, I called Bryan with Butler Electric on a Friday night and explained my issue. By Monday morning, he gave me a quote for the work (which was very fair & reasonable) and got everything coordinated with Consumers and the city inspector. The electrician that was sent out (Ed) was super friendly and did a great job installing the new service and panel. Even though some caulking was missed, they came out the very next day and corrected the issue. The whole process was seamless, and I would highly recommend hiring Bryan and his team for any electrical work you need done.

When it comes to used appliances, sometimes I'm very apprehensive about it. We needed a new dryer, and I decided to stop here and check it out. Not only did he have the type, size, and style I wanted, it was a very reasonable price... it had the wrong cord type on it, and he offered to change it out so it would fit my needs at home. They even helped me load it into my jeep. (They do have delivery.) If anyone is looking for a used, very clean, and well priced unit, I would check them out!
The tech that came to fix our door problems was quick, efficient and did a great job. We will be calling them again for our door needs.

I called nearly 10 locksmiths after getting locked out of my house. None could help until I called Robbins. They came out immediately and I was in my house within 2 minutes of them being there.
I had misplaced car top carrier keys at the last minute before a trip. Bailey climbed up to view the carrier, got information off the locking mechanism and produced 2 keys for me in a matter of minutes. It would have been easy for him to just say he couldn't help but instead he was friendly and helpful even for such a small sale. I was very grateful to have the problem resolved so easily!
HD towing recommended them to me. Today I called at the last minute for a key for my car. Not even a copy, they had to create the key. They had my key made quickly and even WAITED for me before they had to leave for their own thing so I could have the key in time. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely advising others to come here….

I'm having Blue Lavender Cleaning clean my mothers house once a month. When they are finished, the house is spotless. They spend a lot of time making sure the bathroom and kitchen are spotless. All the surfaces are cleaned and the floors are vacuumed and moped. The house has the look of a good hotel.
I had some difficulty arranging an appointment but the staff were patient and helpful. Lilly was an excellent maid who is hardworking and dedicated to cleaning your place.

Highly recommend! I was so impressed with the service I received, especially considering we never met and did the entire transaction virtually. I felt comfortable leaving a key for him to let himself in and do his thing. He sent pics of the process and final product and left the key locked inside the house as requested. He was also very flexible when he had to reschedule our first scheduled time for 6 months later. The image is when it was still wet and it dried to a nice matte finish.

I needed a small area of traditional 3 1/4" hardwood flooring spot repaired/replaced in front of a previous French Door which was replaced with a better sealing slider door. The rain (or snow melt) leak also affected the subfloor in one area. Dan surgically pulled up the flooring, repaired the subfloor and replaced the floor boards with material on hand. Fantastic job. Doug's Hardwood Flooring is highly recommended for even the small jobs that us homeowners need professional work done. Dan and Lisa, thanks again for paying attention to the details.
We replaced our white carpet in the living room and bedroom with a beautiful vinyl plank. While they are a little more expensive than a box store, the quality of the product and the workmanship of laying the floor speaks for itself. They started when they said they would and met their deadline. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The workers in the warehouse are all pleasant. Backing up to the loading docks should be easy but is not. There is a huge deep hole in front of door 1 and snow piled up in front 4 making access difficult. The two middle docks had their 2 of their trailers in them.

Home improvement projects are not my favorite. Some are better than others, but in our case we needed a new roof. And new electrical. And insulation. And it all needed to be done at the same time. This was not my favorite.
Managing a project like this, as a homeowner, is daunting. Drew came to my rescue in a huge way. Not only was he thorough and helpful and amazing with his insulation part of the project, he co-managed basically the entire project with me. It was so important to him that everything go smoothly for our project. As with all big projects there were unforeseen issues (pretty major in this case) but he and his crew thought of creative solutions that would get us the best possible outcome while keeping the roofing and electrical crews also on schedule.
In the end, the project finished as we expected and we are very happy with the results. Our house has maintained temperature much better and it actually feels more comfortable as a result. I was skeptical neither of these would actually be true given how our roof is constructed so I am pleasantly surprised.
More importantly, Drew and his team truly cared and we felt taken care of. This has not been typical in our construction/contractor experience so they were a wonderful breath of fresh air. While we hope to not need their services again, they would hands down be our first call for any future project we may have. We 100% recommend VerWys for anyone that values trust, honesty, relationship, and value.

When my wife and I were first exploring a renovation project, what sold us on VADA was their enthusiasm from the moment they stepped into our home. Instead of reiterating the anticipated challenges or expenses, Dominic and his team immediately dreamed with us and proposed creative solutions. It was clear that they wanted to work with us and would collaborate by listening to our ideas and making them a reality.
Our project consisted of a new kitchen addition, rebuilt stairs, and the conversion of our old kitchen into a bedroom. From start to finish, Dominic respected our budget and was transparent about all costs. We felt that he had our best interests in mind and often found ways to save money or responsibly redirect funds. Further, Dominic and our project managers were exceptional communicators by providing daily updates whether or not they were on-site. I can't speak highly enough about Smitter Pest Control! We had a situation where wasps were getting into our home. To my surprise, they were able to schedule our appointment the same day. In fact, a tech came out within hours of my phone call. It was a HUGE relief to me, as I was incredibly stressed out with the wasps getting inside the house. The woman I spoke to on the phone was phenomenal, and just very helpful and kind. The tech that came out was great, and very empathetic to our situation. Our entire experience with this company was wonderful. We had a handful of wasps that came through our basement after treatment, but they were lethargic and not a threat, and we were given a heads up in advance to potentially expect that. I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.
I had a very great experience today. Josh E. Came and did an excellent job. He sprayed the outside and inside as he was supposed and moved furniture as needed. I really appreciate him taking the time and correct steps during the treatment.
I had four trees removed from my backyard this winter. They did a great job. Reasonable price... It was freezing that day and they did a compete job including clean up. VERY satisfied.

Doug and his team at Fresh Cuts were amazing! We had an end of season/whole yard cleanup request and he came out to the house right away to quote us. They came out a week later and had the whole job done in 2 hours. We live on a wooded lot and they made everything look new and fresh again. I’ll be using them for any needs going forward

Egypt Creek delivers top service in everything they do. I have used them for many years from snow plowing, to lawn maintenance and leaf cleanup. I highly recommend them! Craig provides proactive communication about the services and schedules. They are very easy to get ahold of and truly know their stuff! I am always amazed by the leaf cleanup work they do. I have many trees and lots of leaves. When they show up to take care of the leaves I am always thrilled by the fantastic work they do! I know my yard is well taken care of with Egypt Creek!
Right from the start Ryan was extremely responsive and Nikki was great to work with as well. After being turned away by several other landscape companies for a retaining wall project, Ryan took it on and even made some suggestions as to what could improve the overall aesthetic. Eli was responsive to our inquiry and was able to get us a plan to care for our white pine that had suffered insect damage after losing a chunk of its canopy in a storm in 2023. While we had plans to treat this fall when the timing was right for insect treatment, the tree took a turn for the worse despite extra watering. Eli was honest with us about the tree and that our intial treatment plan wouldn’t save it.
Writing this review for honesty on the company’s part and not giving us false hope and treating our once gorgeous white pine anyway. Will definitely call them in the future when needed as we have lots of trees.

A large limb broke off and fell into our yard. I called Bartlett, Scott came out the same day, and wrote an estimate. The next afternoon, a crew came in and removed the limb and cleaned up. All professional and efficient. I'd recommend Bartlett!
They are clearing property lines in Mattawan and did a great job. Have 1000 ft of power lines that run down property line. They cleared the trees on other side. They left it very nice for what they're doing and all the gound the have to cover. I brought them water and they were extremely polite and explaining everything they were doing. Would recommend if needed work done.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and despite the office being quite a ways from where I live now, I still make the trek to get there. The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Dan is clearly invested in helping his patients. I lost the dental genetics lottery, and after one particularly unlucky string of issues, I joked that I was at the office so much that I should offer to pay rent.However, no matter how many appointments I schedule, I’m not treated like an inconvenience and my needs are always taken seriously. The prices are on-par, or even cheaper, than what I’ve been quoted at different offices. They’ve also been highly respectful of my budget, especially when I was a young adult with terrible insurance. Dr. Dan went above and beyond to ensure he worked within my outlined budget, and even some of the “temporary” fixes have lasted years and years.Between having been in the Army and lived in multiple different states, I’ve been exposed to my fair share of dentists, and none of them have held a candle to the quality care I receive at this dentist office. Though I take pride in practicing excellent dental hygiene, there’s only so much you can do to fight nature; I'm just glad to have this dental practice in my life.
I have been going to their office for about three years now and my whole family goes to them. Our experiences have been pretty positive and they have worked with us on taking care of all our kids dental needs. The office staff have been friendly and upfront with costs. I do think when I read other posts that you do need to understand what they tell you are estimated costs but the insurance companies might push back on what's covered and that's out of their hands. Some research like making sure they are in network or out should be done by the customer and it's freely available on most insurance company websites.

They both run a great practice!

I have been a patient with Dr. Paul Kaminski for the last six years and have always been treated well by Dr. Paul Kaminski. I experience back and neck pain related to my work and hip pain related to an old injury but with Dr. Kaminski’s care I am able to be relatively pain free and do all the activities and work I need to! Dr. Kaminski is also very knowledgable and has made several suggestions to improve my health and well being.

No words can explain our experience at Limitless Chiropractic besides life changing. My daughter just turned 4 when we started treatment. She has multiple minor medical conditions but mainly looked into chiropractic care to help relieve severe constipation, since birth. We’d seen multiple specialists and everything was short term fixes. She also has asthma and was constantly sick and seeing her pediatrician for a new antibiotic (monthly). Long story short she is a year into treatment and she is so much better! We are almost 6 months illness free and counting!!! We are only using Miralax on an occasional basis, not an everyday routine. She isn’t crying her belly hurts constantly and sleeping through the night, which she hadn’t done since a baby. Thank you Dr Justin for letting our little girl enjoy life pain free and the whole office for being so welcoming and supportive ❤️

After years of suffering from many symptoms, I was diagnosed with Meniere’s. I was frustrated that I was mostly told that taking meds and trying to find and cut out triggers was my only option, but that the disease would still progress and I would still have attacks with inevitable hearing loss. I researched other options and found Dr Burcon. I have been through 8 appointments so far and I feel amazing. Not only have I not had any bad attacks since, I feel like I am getting myself back. I am happy again, I have energy and feel so much lighter. Like a heavy weight has been lifted. I can only imagine how I will feel in the future.I come to Grand Rapids from the Detroit area and it is worth every mile and every hotel stay. Dr. Burcon changed my life. I will always be grateful and would tell anyone suffering with Meniere’s to give them a call.
I haven't lived in Michigan for 30+ years but was having issues with my feet and knees. While I didn't know I was out of adjustment, I suspected as much and contacted RHC because they're in the ChiroHealth network. Dr. Eric did a comprehensive pre adjustment assessment of mobility and pain centers before putting me on the adjustment table and stretching me out and having a final look at me. It turned out that I was so far out of sorts that my right leg was about an inch longer than the left.
After the adjustments, my knees were essentially pain free. There is a bit of residual discomfort but I think it's due to having spent a ridiculous amount of time on my feet (several weeks) without any sort of adjustment.
I highly recommend RHC and will be visiting them again when I'm in Michigan for more than a couple of weeks.
Dr. Aaron Zimmerman is an amazing doctor helped me with my scoliosis and I still go for treatments absolutely love his work and he’s just an all out friendly guy. I have gone to a few doctors for this now and he has done the best job.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When we realized the challenge we were going to have of saying goodbye to our poor old friend on Christmas eve we were not only fearful of having to take him in the car to a cold, sterile vet's office where his last moments would be filled with pain and fear we were also afraid of being price gouged for needing this service on a holiday. Many offices I contacted were closed or didn't do house visits (a house visit was what we really hoped to get but weren't sure we would due to it being Christmas eve), and a lot of the companies i visited had very high prices! Nobody wants to worry about money in this situation, especially dead in the middle of a very expensive holiday. Heaven at Home came to our rescue like a super hero flying in to save the day! They made sure that we got an open time slot the same day, where they showed up and very gently and humanely helped us say goodbye to our good boy. As far as the price goes, there is a cost involved, probably more than if you took your pet someplace else, but it is a fair cost, and they did not charge us some crazy added charge for coming on a holiday. They answered all of our questions i timely manner, put us at ease, and made an extremely difficult day as good as it coukd possibly be. I was having doubts about if I was making the right decision, wondering if maybe he would get better. The vet showed up early and gave our boy an exam and put my mind and heart at ease the this decision I would have to live with was the right one! I hope we won't need Heaven at Home's services for many more years, but when we do, there will be no doubt about who I contact. When you have to make that hard decision, and want saying goodbye to be as personal, gentle, and easy as possible, do yourself a favor and call these guys.

I absolutely LOVE this veterinarian’s office!!!!!! My vet retired and I came here on a referral from a dear friend. I have a 4 year old frenchie with skin allergies and he has had some issues with pulling a muscle in his neck. Always terrified it could be IVDD , vets were thorough in their exam and confirmed it was just a pulled muscle to which they quickly addressed and my guy was back to his spunky fun self within less than 24 hours! They are very friendly, they do not over analyze and try to persuade you to spend unnecessary monies, their office is immaculately clean and inviting. I’m so happy to have found them!!!
Over a holiday weekend my cat became incredibly sick and in visible pain. I took her to an Emergency Pet Hospital instead of Family Friends urgent care, I wish I had taken her to Family Friends in the first place!! The hospital misdiagnosed her with pancreatitis and sent me home with a large bill and a dying cat.
As she was obviously still in pain and vomiting the next night I began searching for another vet who could see her as soon as possible. At 3am I was able to use Family Friends online booking service to get her an appointment for 8am. They were incredibly kind and understanding and were able to quickly find out that it was an item in her intestine and not pancreatitis. They performed surgery the same day and I was even able to bring her home that night!
I am forever grateful to them for their transparency, empathy, and efficiency. Everyone that I interreacted with was great, their pricing was reasonable. 20/10 stars.
We have always had an outstanding experience at the hound dog! Our girl is not easy. She is an 80 something pound, mouthy, German shepherd and she always is so happy after being groomed with Leah. We have been coming here for years and highly recommend to anyone in the GR area.
I took my boy Jaxon here to get groomed due to him having the most ticklish of paws, he refused to let me cut his nails anymore! When we arrived Charmaine was so quick to answer the door and very friendly, her shop is cute and quiet! Jax felt immediately calm and took a wander around while we chatted for a minute. Charmaine said to leave our number and she would text us when he was ready and it would only take a few hours (wash, cut, nail trim), it maybe took an hour and a half from start to finish! He looks so cute and was so happy when he came home, you’d never know he’ll be 10 years old next year! We will definitely be bringing our sweet boy back for more groomings!

Peewee usually takes about 3.5-4 hours to get a full grooming sesh in— but Cats vs. Dogs got him in-and-out in less than 2 hours and he was not only clean from top to bottom— but he left happy, calm, and at ease; as did I. Thank you for such an amazing job! ??
My dog got sprayed by a skunk late at night. They were able to fit him in pretty immediately the next day for an urgent case to have him groomed with a special skunk protocol that helped him immensely! The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, and they treated my poor, skunky dog very kindly.

I love coming to Twisted Hot Yoga. They have some great instructors and the option to go to any of the three studios is awesome. The cool lavender towel is amazing, and I love the sweet heat classes on the days I want something a little less strenuous. My one gripe would be the last two years there seem to be many closures in the winter months before even a snow flake has hit the ground. I understand keeping people safe, but classes seem to be canceled out of an abundance of caution and there ends up not being any snow / ice. It would be nice if closures needed to happen, they could hold off until the storm actually hits as we know that weather is fickle and something we can't always predict accurately!
From the first class I took, I knew I found my yoga home. Extremely talented teachers and such a peaceful ambiance. Lots of wonderful events and workshops! There’s something here for everyone. Kula made me fall even more deeply in love with yoga. If you are yoga studio shopping, look no further. This is the place.
Went with a friend to check out Bovee Pilates in Gaslight Village, they offer a free first time class. What a great experience! The main reformer studio is set up more intimately than other Pilates studios I'd tried, offering smaller class sizes. They gave is a taste of all the different workouts we'd get, muscles we'd work, at a nice intro pace. Staff was very friendly. Clean waiting areas and cubbies with locks. They now will be offering medical massage as well! Definitely signing up to add this into my workout routine.

I had an amazing experience at Brett Kane Bodyworks! Brett is a real artist when it comes to massage and releasing tension in your fascia. Brett’s space is beautiful and clean. He makes you feel totally comfortable and holds space so you can have a relaxing and healing experience. I’ve been seeing her for years and it is the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve gone to several massage therapists. She is friendly and extremely professional as well. The Remedy House has a wide variety of essential oils for purchase, as well as a unique variety of jewelry. If you go in, make sure you have time to look at everything they have to offer, and the informational classes they hold on a variety of subjects pertaining to health. I absolutely love this place!
My wife and I got a couples massage from Johaun and Dailey. They were fantastic. They made sure we were comfortable and attended to our problem areas. The facility is very clean and relaxing. We added aroma therapy and hot towels as well and I highly recommend it. Will definitely be back!

I’m from east side of Michigan, been coming to Grand Rapids a ton and needed a massage today. Was able to schedule instantly over the phone for 30 minutes ahead and went with the 90 minute massage. I had Jenny. With my experience with massages throughout my life, I can confidently say this was the best massage of my life. Lisa has been helping me with my shoulder muscles post cervical spinal surgery. With her help, I am seeing the first progress I've seen in months. I treated myself to a 60 min massage for the first time in years and had an absolute lovely experience with Chelle on my birthday!! Chelle is very warm and kind and had me feeling at ease from the moment we met. Chelle took the time to ask more about any areas to focus on, and generally made a point to connect with me to make sure I got what I wanted out of the massage experience. I loved that Chelle presented different options for undressing based on your comfort level, and I also really loved the heated table. Chelle's technique made me feel safe and I could just feel the stress and tension leaving my body. I would absolutely recommend them to others and look forward to returning. Airline pilot with a bad back and leg pain. Happened to be overnighting here and needed a good massage. I chose a sports massage which involved a lot of stretching, etc. She was excellent in explaining things to me and did and incredible job of loosening up my tight, twisted muscles. I would definitely recommend this place!
Edit: sadly, this wonderful man & talented massage therapist passed away last December. He is missed. It’s challenging finding a medical massage therapist, much less an experienced and exceptional one. Ray Lamse is an absolute gem and his ever expanding knowledge and expertise in massage therapy & holistic health offers an optimal platform to your body’s needs to its greatest potential. He offers a wealth of information and explains human anatomy and physiology to help clients help themselves. I suffer from Chronic pain related to a MVA inc a fractured spine, nerve damage , sciatica, CNS stress, spasticity, etc. every session is thoughtful, respectful, and offers me pain relief I seek to live my best life. I would highly recommend Ray, for any type of massage.

Dr. Eric has been just what I needed to help me in my post-op challenges. The laser treatments, the dry needling, and the restrictive blood flow cuff treatments have done wonders.. I cannot reccomend Fuel too highly.

The people at Health Motion are competent, caring and friendly. TJ did a great job of assessing my issues and treating them successfully very quickly. The team working with me on exercises was also excellent. I mostly worked with Alex but the others also were very good. I can now enjoy my athletic activities again as well as being pain free in daily activities.
I am an active senior tennis player and former runner. I had a hip injury that became so painful it was hard to sleep. I had been dealing with it for about 9 months. I was referred to Wyoming/Grandville Hulst Jepsen on Wilson for physical therapy by my orthopedic surgeon. Victoria Bower put together a strengthening program for my hip and in about 8 weeks the hip was 100% pain free. I’m back to playing tennis 2-3 times a week, pain free, for the first time in almost a year! I was able to avoid potential surgery and canceled an MRI. Not only was Victoria great to work with, but the whole staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fostered a friendly and fun environment. I would give Hulst Jepsen my highest recommendation and if you are an athlete or very active, Victoria is your person!

I have been seeking treatment on my knee and avoiding surgery has been my number one priority. Since visiting Mackenzie, I have made tremendous progress towards a full recovery and am now looking at a path that does not involve any surgical procedures. The attention and dedication Mackenzie displays is unmatched and I couldn’t imagine what my recovery might look like without her expertise. First appointment was timely, comfortable, well-managed, good conversation with provider followed by fine needle-work. This is not my first time with acupuncture so I didn't need my hand held but I sensed Steven would have done that for me if required, to calm nerves on a first time experience. I am happy to have found this provider for treatment of my inflamed knee, coupled with some herbal supplements. I am looking forward to the weeks and months ahead of continued treatments and progress in my efforts to avoid surgery! Yea alternative healing! Highly recommend.
