I have been to Suzelie a few times with getting my hair done and I love how she does it. I leave out of her chair happy. She talked to you. Her shop is just very nice and quiet. Sometimes we watch a few episodes of a few different things. Other times we just chit chat just very professional. Definitely will keep referring people to you. Always gets a lot of compliments after my hair is done by her.
Eric Leuck and his therapy team are wonderful. I had been having some serious mobility issues and was worried about permanent loss of use. Eric got me on track and I am now experiencing restored use of my legs when standing and getting out of my car. Eric and his team really came through for me.

WOW! I am debating on the 2.5 hour drive to make this my go-to place. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did I not have an appointment and called just to see if they had time for me, but I also couldn't make it there on time with the road closure. Even so, Victoria displayed immense kindness, patience, and professionalism and assisted me with directions around the road block. The place is nothing short of enchanting and is well maintained. She knew exactly what would flatter my hair type and face and gave me a beautiful and high end haircut. This hair style requires a lot of skill, and many hair stylist could not make it look this amazing. I have a lot of trouble with hair salons because my hair is baby-fine and requires lots of texturing and layering, and Victoria did exactly that... and for an amazing

Just had our first visit and saw Kai when we needed last minute haircuts for myself and my kid.
It’s hard to find a skilled barber on short notice that has availability, I was thankful to find Kai and book the same day! He did an amazing job on both our hair, no small feat as they are very different styles. My kid’s hair has especially never looked better.

If I could give Erick 10 stars, I would! I had the most fun and thorough makeup lesson in his gorgeous Victorian salon. I had a very dated look and had really never learned the proper way to apply makeup. I learned so much about how light and dark shades either attract the eye or create shadow. He also helped me understand more about which products are better for older skin. He helped me work with the products that I already owned but had plenty of other recommendations for other options. I felt so beautiful when I left and will start practicing so I can perfect the skills he taught me. ?

Got my haircut today and now I’m so sad that Jenelle is leaving in July because they’re fantastic! Honestly I haven’t gotten my hair professionally cut in over a year because of my social anxiety and can never find the right salon. Well they were relatable, down to earth, and really puts their clients first. Even “put up with” my overthinking and honesty at the end to make sure I loved the haircut (I do!) Definitely would go back for other services too. The salon is so pretty and diverse.

I am a new customer of Skin Envy. I have been taking Tirzepatide for two months and have lost 20 pounds so far. So I haven't been to the spa, but I wanted to praise them for my recent experience. I had booked an appointment. Due to a vet emergency with my car i had to cancel. I had reached out the mariott after the spa had closed leaving me with a dismal encounter with a man at the front desk who gave me all the wrong ways to contact them and fet things through to cancel, leaving my appointment no canceled. The manager at the spa and wonderful women at the front desk werw able to help me get my refund after providing proof of my attempts to cancel. This recharged my faith in humanity in what has been a very rough week. I will be returning and with an update here once I rebook my appointment. But based off what I experienced today I believe anyone is in good hands here

I've been coming to Erika for almost a year now, and I can safely say that she is the only lash tech I will ever make an appointment with for the rest of my life. I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in. I can't speak highly enough of her, not only as my lash technician, but as a fellow professional. Attached some pictures so you can see her incredible work !

My whole experience with Plowshare Studios was excellent. Even though it is a smaller operation, it is very professional and my queries were answered promptly and kindly. The space is immaculate, but it's the people that make it special. Matt is an experienced artist, but also an incredible human. The hours went by quickly due to his wealth of knowledge, witty remarks and good humor. This was only my second tattoo ever, and first one with color, and he set me very much at ease, letting me know I had full agency in the process, which I appreciated. Matt listens to you as a client, but also values your life experience. I love the finished product and I'm honored to have a beautiful piece of original art from Matt. Highly recommend!

I saw Lindsey for my appointment and it was THE BEST piercing appointment I'd ever had! She was so patient and kind. She made sure to understand everything I wanted for my appointment and that I was happy with my jewelry selections. I swapped my nostril piercing, got a new double-nostril piercing, and re-opened(?) my lip piercing. I also have a medical phobia involving needles that I told her about and she was so dang supportive and empathetic. She made sure I was feeling good before I left. I'll be back for a future tattoo appointment for sure, but I'll also be seeing Lindsey for my piercing/jewelry needs. <3 <3 <3

Kentwood heating and plumbing are a fantastic company! We have been using them for our heating and plumbing needs for over 30 years now and they have consistently done a wonderful job. They always are able to get to us quickly, they are professional, well priced, they don't sell you things you don't need, they are honest, and they don't leave your house in a mess when they leave. Today I was having a problem with my air conditioning and I have a health problem that I can't tolerate heat. They came out in under an hour and fixed our air conditioning in less than an hour. Cannot recommend Webb Electric enough. Ray was at my house within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone and got to work right away diagnosing the power issue to my garage. Took several tries but he never gave up and eventually found the issue. He was able to fix that and also pointed out some other issues that needed attention. I was suddenly without power, and Consumers told me I was getting power from them to my house and to call an electrician. Luckily a friend had recommended Keith at Wireworks. Within 15 minutes of my phone call, Keith was at my house and was able to determine I was only getting half the power. Keith calmly reassured me everything would be okay. He called Consumers for me. He switched out some of my breakers and double checked all the wiring. After Consumers corrected the problem with the outside connectors, Keith called me to make sure the power was corrected. I will definitely call Wireworks for any electrical issues and recommend them to my friends. Thank you for being a professional electrician with kindness.

Highly recommend! I was so impressed with the service I received, especially considering we never met and did the entire transaction virtually. I felt comfortable leaving a key for him to let himself in and do his thing. He sent pics of the process and final product and left the key locked inside the house as requested. He was also very flexible when he had to reschedule our first scheduled time for 6 months later. The image is when it was still wet and it dried to a nice matte finish.
I would highly recommend Doug’s Hardwood flooring. I had a 15 year old solid birch floor that had a hand scraped finished that took a lot of sanding to flatten it and refinish. They did an excellent job and were very meticulous.

What more could we say about VADA that has not already been said in so many reviews? Dominic and everyone on his team was great to work with from start to finish.
We hired VADA to finish the “third floor” attic of our 100+ year old Eastown home. Every other contractor we had brought up there seemed overwhelmed by the project. They would talk about how challenging it would be, how much that would add to the cost and time, how limited our options for the space would be. For a couple years, we tried to act like our own GC, and hire different trades ourselves, but we had no idea what we were doing.
Then we found VADA. We read the website, and combed through the reviews. A home remodeling company in Grand Rapids that talked about finishing attics in old homes. It seemed too good to be true. But we knew that what we had been trying was not working, so we asked them to come out.
Dominic was completely different from every other contractor we had up there. He was excited about our project from the moment he saw the space. You could feel it. He started asking questions and offering ideas we had never considered. Did we want to raise the front window to better fit a couch under it? Raise the door to our awkward attic stairs so that we did not keep hitting our heads? Make the built-in shelves moveable so that we could access the space behind them for additional storage?
Dominic did not seem phased by any of the challenges that the other contractors had raised. Whenever we would ask about one, he seemed to have already considered it, had a plan for addressing it, and maybe even a back-up if that did not work. From that first consult, we knew that we wanted to hire him.
We were not disappointed. Throughout the project, Dominic remained just as excited and engaged about our project as when we first met him. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and you could tell he cared about limiting the impacts to our family and the rest of our home. We have a lot of respect for him and trust in his work.
The finished attic also exceeded our expectations, and everyone we have shown it to has been blown away. We could not be happier with it.
We highly recommend VADA, and hope to use Dominic and his team again for our next project!

We have Grand Rapids Generator Services service our backup generator at least yearly. We want to make sure that it will work when we need it the most. We made the mistake of not servicing the generator we had at our old hour for years, and it didn't kick on after a bad storm. Never again. Their services are affordable and all the techs are so nice.

They make the strongest plows in Michigan. I've ran Eblings and the competition, nothing compares to the durability of an Ebling. The parts gentleman is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. I operate a 7,000 sq ft Historic Building downtown. When I moved in last year we had signs of mice everywhere. I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately. And when I say immediately, I mean I never saw another mouse or dropping again. There was activity in a back area, which they noticed, treated, and now that's fixed too. On top of all of that, our technician, Chad, is amazing. Just the nicest guy ever and is always smiling and really seems to enjoy his job.. and he's good at it! I highly recommend them if you have any pest issues... well, except maybe your spouse.
I have used John a few times. The first time it was to treat carpenter ants in my garage. He responded quickly and he was there the next day! Carpenter ants were gone! He most recently came to my house and sprayed the whole yard for ants and mosquitoes and that was successful as well, no surprise though. Last night I had ants entering my house and I completely freaked out and John talked to me after hours and explained what needed ti be done. He was to my house by 7:30am and sprayed inside. John is a very nice person who not only loves his job but his customers. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

This company did a great job for me. I had springtails on my kitchen counter. Another exterminating company told me there was nothing that would get rid of them. Randy from Grand Rapids Pest Control was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem was from mulch too close to the house. He sprayed once and the springtails were much reduced in number, then he came out and sprayed again. For over a month now, I have not had any of these annoying little insects in my kitchen. I am very happy. I will ask for Randy again for any other exterminating problems. Thank you!
Elijah came in and took care of a giant headache of different kinds of bees at our house. He was very thorough, double checking areas of concern even if at first glance there was no activity. Not only that, but he was also super knowledgeable and answered a myriad of questions and concerns I had. We were happy he could come back and see the impact he made on his first pass - it made a world of a difference. I finally got to remove my warning sign for our mail carriers about the bees! The cost was affordable as well. I would definitely call them again for any pest control we might need.

I initially reached out via text to inquire about lawn overseeding, and they responded almost immediately - something none of the other 11 local companies I contacted managed to do. Most took days to reply, and some never responded at all. Fresh Cuts stood out with prompt communication from the start.
Scheduling was quick and effortless, with everything handled smoothly via text and email - no phone calls or in-person meetings required (this was so helpful as we are a busy family). I especially appreciated how professional and responsive they were throughout the process. Even when I had multiple questions, they answered every one thoroughly. I needed an iron nutrient for my pin oak chlorosis. The manufacturer of the Verdur (Fe) product no longer had a retail platform for public purchase. They suggested I try GAS for possible purchase. I'm currently about a month into my care plan working on a neck injury from quite a few years back and stuff hips and back pain from sleeping. In that month alone my hip pain has been non-existent, my neck has much more mobility than it's had in a long while, and I find myself actually feeling tired at night. There's still more work to be done, but I feel comfortable in their ability to safely keep me progressing and I always look forward to coming in for my adjustments and seeing the people who work there.

Dr Farage treats all his patients with great care and understanding. It’s very apparent that he has a huge heart for people and genuinely wants to help them. Without his excellent treatment, I would not have recovered from the carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger thumb issues that I came to him with originally over a year ago to the extent that I have. I also deal with a lot of lower back and hip pain caused by my gait since my left knee joint needs to be replaced, and he is able to significantly reduce my pain! I often jokingly say that he and my massage therapist keep me going, but it’s completely true!

All the staff has been super kind and my cats have always had high anxiety so the staff is always extra gentle and make sure they are both well taken care of. We love GRVC! We have been with GRVC for about 12yrs now as they have been caring for our two cats. They have always been compassionate and supportive, especially when we have had serious issues happening. At my last visit we weren’t sure what was going on, they answered all of my questions, listened patiently and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.
We appreciate that they don’t try to sell us on meds/services our pets don’t need. It helps to hear them give advice on what they would do if the pet was their own. We also love the app that is available to communicate with the office. It makes getting questions answered quick and easy.

We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily.
They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any.
I would happily board them there again!

Peewee usually takes about 3.5-4 hours to get a full grooming sesh in— but Cats vs. Dogs got him in-and-out in less than 2 hours and he was not only clean from top to bottom— but he left happy, calm, and at ease; as did I. Thank you for such an amazing job! ??

I have a mini golden doodle that had a bad experience at a previous groomer. I got her medication prescribed to prep for the next groom due to what the previous groomer recommended. I reached out to Kim and she got us in within a week. Kim wanted to try without meds and she was able to form a quick bond and get the groom complete with my dog. She looks absolutely perfect. In addition to amazing grooming services, Kim took about 45 min to help me with strategies for grooming at home. She also offered another FREE grooming lesson for me a week later. My dog obeys Kim like I’ve never seen before and I am in awe of her work with my dog. Thank you Kim!!!
We have been taking our dog to Brooknelle for over three years now. A while back the management changed and Brian and Brittany have made a huge difference. They have cleaned the place up, renovated the buildings, added to outdoor areas and modernized the whole operation. However, the familiarity with the pets and their owners have not changed at all. All the employees are great with the animals and my dog is always excited when we get there.
One big thing worth mentioning is the onsite training. They offered a class there where my dog and I worked on basic obedience. The bigger opportunity was Brian taking on the task of training my dog on the Halo collar. After months of me failing to make the training stick, Brian had my dog working with the Halo collar in a few weeks.
I can't say enough about all the people there. I don't have any reservations about dropping my dog off at Brooknelle. They take care of him, trim his nails and bathe him when needed. It's just great to have that area of life completely settled.

I've been going to Jewly for years to get best, by far, therapeutic massages I've ever had. There is a reason she receives so many referrals from medical doctors and chiropractors: she knows exactly what to do to improve one's state of health based on their professional needs assessments. I'm 80 years old now, and I'm reluctant to think what my state of overall health would be without Jewly's excellent bodywork. Jewly is an outstanding professional in her field of expertise.
I had my first visit to GR Massage Life today, for the 85min deep tissue massage with Sara, and it was AMAZING! I had a lot of shoulder pain and tension and Sara really worked some magic on it. I have felt great ever since and will definitely be going back. The room was super relaxing and I loved chatting with Sara. I can't wait to return and will be recommending it to friends as much as possible.
I treated myself to a 60 min massage for the first time in years and had an absolute lovely experience with Chelle on my birthday!! Chelle is very warm and kind and had me feeling at ease from the moment we met. Chelle took the time to ask more about any areas to focus on, and generally made a point to connect with me to make sure I got what I wanted out of the massage experience. I loved that Chelle presented different options for undressing based on your comfort level, and I also really loved the heated table. Chelle's technique made me feel safe and I could just feel the stress and tension leaving my body. I would absolutely recommend them to others and look forward to returning. I saw Eric at Fuel Health and Wellness in Grand Rapids for tennis elbow, and I’m amazed at how quickly I felt relief. He did dry needling and red light therapy, and after just one treatment, the pain was almost completely gone. As someone who stays active, this made a huge difference for me. Eric really understands sports injuries and muscle recovery, and his approach was professional, effective, and easy to trust. If you’re looking for athletic recovery, dry needling, or pain management in Grand Rapids, I can’t recommend Fuel Health and Wellness enough.
I am pleased with the results of my care from all the staff at Health Motion. I have a torn rotator cuff in my L shoulder. After doing PT with them, I have increased ROM, strength, and less discomfort with movement. The therapy combined with the exercises I was given to do at home are what made the difference. The staff was kind, listened well to how I was doing, and adjusted the plan to make it the best according to my symptoms to reach maximum recovery. They had another Physical Therapist, who also was part of the team, evaluate my ROM and symptoms in the shoulder and make recommendations. I have complete confidence in this team and will be returning to them after I have surgery to repair the cuff.
Jenisom office: The culture of this staff—their communication, compassion, support, and education—somehow turns a 10/5 experience into a real thing (yes, math was defeated here). I actually look forward to coming in, which feels suspicious for something involving pain. I leave knowing how to manage my pain better at home without meds, move more like a functional human again, and feel genuine hope for recovery. Had knee replacement surgery and everything went really well. From the Blodgett Hospital experience (they are super in every way), to Dr Malvitz at OAM (a great surgeon), Their office staff Jesse and Robin, and especially Marissa, the PT that came into the house for the first 2 weeks after surgery. She was influential in my recovery. Now doing PT at the OAM PT facility on Burton by Breton. This OAM office and staff really are organized and have their program together! Thank you Mari, Kelly, and Collin at this PT Facility, I’d definitely go back here.
Athletico was full of professional, kind, considerate and personable people. After being injured at work I was referred by my case manager. Best recommendation ever. Day one i walked in and met the team. They were kind and understanding of my situation. I felt silly to go the physical therapy for a concussion but they acted like it was just another day. They were patient with my limitations and helped me get back up and going. It was not my favorite thing the first couple of visits, but it started to become the highlight of my week. Calvin really made the experience what it was. He was very up front, relatable, and made things interesting. He listened to what exercises I liked and which ones I was less fond of, and made routines that incorporated both, but leaned more into the direction of enjoyment. When we first started, I was fairly self conscious of exercising in public but Calvin was side by side doing them with me, he may not have realized how much that helped, but it meant a ton. But the most comforting part was doing an exercise, I was making progress toward our goal and he said that he was doing them too and that he had a better understanding of how it was affecting my brain. Knowing that he not only helped me while I was there, but also took his personal time to make sure he could understand me better really set this place apart from others to me. It showed how much they actually care for their patients. If I ever get injured again at work, im going back here. And I would encourage anyone else to do the same

I went in after I dislocated my patella at cheer practice and I’m working with mainly McKenzie but also Joey. they’ve been the best at building up my strength back instead of telling me to stop (which just made my case worse both morally and physically!) . Most importantly they’ve helped me morally understand what was going on and that changed everything! I’m still recovering but I’m getting closer and closer to my goal of being back and all thanks to their fantastic help !!! Forever grateful to have such people on my side and that just want me succeed and achieve my goals and overall wellbeing!

Dr. Theut has surgically repaired one knee, and both my shoulders. As a Contractor and one of the Co-Founders here down time really isn’t allowed. From everything I’ve read online I expected some limitations to my range of motion, I had full range of motion by the time I finished PT. I followed his directions to the T, I did my PT and did the home exercises more than required. Couldn’t be happier, except I tore something in the other knee last weekend. I’m hoping I can get a consult on the 31St with him while he’s tending to an alternate injury. Hands down one of the very best when it really really counts, we have 75+ animals here that call NSLB home, this can’t be done without me long term so I know who to count on. -Bobby Wilmoth

I was post recovery From a tri maleolar fracture.
I returned to the physical therapist following a visit with my surgeon who suggested we start with physical therapy rather than to remove the two steel plates and 13 pins that were surgically placed in my ankle after I broke it.
Nearly 2 years had passed at this point and I continued to have numbness in two of my toes, and stiffness in my foot making me clumsy in my gate and feeling like I would never return to normal. Before this, I was a yoga teacher.
A friend suggested Acupuncture.
Her husband was being treated by Catherine Vantil For a shoulder condition that prevented him from playing his violin for many years. He found relief and is able to play again so I took my friend’s suggestion and sought treatment from Catherine.
It has been a life changing shift in the quality of my life. My ankle and foot feel so much better that I don’t think about it on a daily basis and I’m able to take long walks and do yoga and all of the things that I used to do without difficulty.
Catherine also helped me to find relief from the vertigo that I’ve had for months.
Catherine is professional, on time and priced right. She is also graciously flexible when I have had to reschedule with her a couple of different times on the day of. There is a penalty if cancellation is within 48 hours, but that’s reasonable in my opinion.
I have never had a bad experience. My needs are always addressed and every provider I have had has always been present, listened to my concerns, and taken great care of me.
First appointment was timely, comfortable, well-managed, good conversation with provider followed by fine needle-work. This is not my first time with acupuncture so I didn't need my hand held but I sensed Steven would have done that for me if required, to calm nerves on a first time experience. I am happy to have found this provider for treatment of my inflamed knee, coupled with some herbal supplements. I am looking forward to the weeks and months ahead of continued treatments and progress in my efforts to avoid surgery! Yea alternative healing! Highly recommend.

We opted for Main Street Driving because of their three day a week for four weeks approach to classes. It allowed our teen to participate in other regularly scheduled activities alongside school work and driving. Our experience was top-notch and scheduling the drive times was easy. Our other teens will attend here when they reach driving age as the location is convenient and the instructors are thorough. They only employ former school teachers as they have years of experience relating to teens and delivering instruction in a clear and calm manner.
