Kelley has absolutely changed my life. It’s a bit dramatic, but I have super curly hair. I have gone all 30 years of my life not knowing I could look this good until I met this other lady with curly hair at my restaurant job. I asked her where she cut her hair, and she told me she did it herself and gave me her card. I’ve gone to so many people and taken so many chances and just thought, “it’s time for a cut. What’s another chance?” I explained to her what I wanted and she delivered flawlessly. I will never ever ever go anywhere for a haircut EVER again. (And it was affordable, which is amazing bc curly specialists charge up to $200) for reference, I range from 3a to 3b curl pattern. So good. Forever grateful for you kelley!
UPDATE!!! On 5/17 I drove the 3.5hrs to see Kuan again for my first touch up on my roots, and I will never not have this treatment done by her. It has made my life so much easier and my hair so manageable. I went to my local hairdresser that has been cutting my hair for the past 6yrs and she was so shocked at how long and healthy my hair is now. I need Kuan to live forever at this point ???
Kuan did amazing work and is very knowledgeable! I have curly hair and have been straightening it for the past 20yrs, so my hair was not the best plus I have hard water now in my home (not the best combination). She did a hard water treatment along with the thermal straightening treatment and my hair now is amazing! It's been 2 weeks I'm so glad I went to her. I definitely recommend seeing Kuan for your Japanese Straightening treatment.

They fixed my husbands hair and beard!! My husband had initially gone to another location and the "barber" messed up his hair he had been growing out since 2019. They did not do anything he had requested and came back home looking a mess. I called Precision to see if they could take him the same day and the owner said to send him on over. The barbers there were professional and empathetic to his dilemma. They were very kind and his barber in particular was able to fix his hair and beard. The place is very nice and clean and will definitely be back.

Parents! Listen up. I have been living in Jacksonville for 15 years. I go to my barber to get my hair done. B-U-T, now that I am having to take my nephew (9 years old) to get his hair cut, I am attentive to the type of environment we go to. I don't need to take him, or any young impressionable mind, to a place where the barbers are cursing, the music or conversations or even the tv are cursing as well. I didn't feel the clientele was crazy either. I appreciate this more than they know. I didn't ask if they have kids friendly hours or what. But to parents who care about the environment they take their kids in, check this place out.

I just want to share my experiences at Sundays Sun Spa. It's very good. The red light therapy is helping my skin improve in appearance and I even feel better generally. I have come to know the staff, Kaya, Jordan, Danielle, Zoe and Kali, and they are very helpful and kind and extremely polite. I highly recommend Sundays.

I always enjoy visiting this salon and the ladies working there are so nice. Thou is who I usually book my appointment with and she does an outstanding job with my acrylic sets. She always delivers what I ask for and I get so many compliments on my nails. They were also very kind and great to my mom when I brought her with me for a Mani Pedi date. Once I got there for my appointment, she is very friendly and bubbly. She has a healing energy that is unlike anything I have experienced before. I have lived in NYC and LA and have never found a facialist as good as she is. I bought a Groupon to this place for the first time for a facial . I saw it had good and offered a variety of facials . I had a facial with Maribel yesterday and she was just amazing ! She analyzed my skin/face first and then gave me lots of info I had never gotten before and she ended up offering me other services she felt I needed . I left feeling like my skin felt better and looked better than it has in years . I’ve had facials before , but not one where someone actually took the time to treat my skin with what I needed personally and actually gave me a real facial with steam , extractions , and various creams and other things my face badly needed . I will def be back and highly recommend her !!

Had my first appointment at Whit Collins Studio today and it was so pleasant! I saw Sheila and she was beyond sweet and very thorough. I really appreciated the time and effort she took to make sure my service was comfortable as well as her knowledge on what products I would need to keep my skin happy in between appointments. There are also candles available which I personally thought was so awesome! They not only smelled heavenly but are also specific to the Studio itself and I received a QR with a playlist attached to the candle. I bought a coupon from local flavor for $30 to carpet clean 6 rooms. The coupon gets the company into your house to upsell you! I ended up paying $190 for all 6 rooms and a long hallway. I was ok with that, it seemed like a reasonable price and the crew did a “kick A$$” job. I’m commenting on my experience to let people know that $30 isn’t going to get your carpets cleaned! The money spent is well worth it and the crew was professional and respectful!

Quality Flooring did an outstanding job. I interviewed five flooring contractors. John was only one of two that followed up. The pricing was a very competitive. The crew took only two days to finish this job. One day of demo of the existing tile. One day to install the new flooring. It is a construction job and demoing tile is very dusty. They did an excellent job at dust mitigation. There was still a lot of cleaning to do, but I was very happy at how they tried to keep it down. There were four transitions. The other companies were going to put a transition strip in. These guys were craftsmen. As you can see from the one picture the cuts were perfect. The results were seamless. Very professional. A man who takes pride in his work. The crew was friendly and respectful. They cleaned up each day; actually leaving my condo breezeway cleaner than when they came. Communication was good. I worked construction as a building automation, engineer, tech, programmer, project management, juggling as many as eight projects at one time. I was told never to tell the customer I was busy if something got delayed. The customer doesn’t care how busy you are. The customer only cares about his job. I guess this is why I was sensitive to John saying that a couple of times at the front end of the job. Aside from this personal thing, and it sure wasn’t a deal killer, I give them my highest recommendation. You will not regret doing business with them.

I recently had my wood floors refinished, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The floors are the original floors installed approximately 30 or 40 years ago. Handy Andy matched the floors perfectly to adjoining rooms. Handy Andy was excellent from start to finish. Great the floor technician was efficient, meticulous, and clearly experienced, probably the best in the city. Andy, the owner checked in after completion to make sure everything was ok. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and commitment to quality. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my floors and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch workmanship. Truly a five-star experience! On a side note, my son has also used Handy Andy and had the same experience.

Installer Mr. Jackson came in and did an excellent job and repairing the screen door handle to find out that a little bit more was wrong with it but all in all he fixed the entire problem and left with the door working nice and smoothly so I give them five out of five for him sending him to get the situation taken care of.

Was quoted a decent price but wanted a second opinion on plan. He said that trapping wouldn't help and that best option would be to take care of the treeline. Gave me a recommendation and said I'll only recommend trapping if that's sorted and you still have an issue. How many people these days have that much integrity? Would recommend him to anyone. Earthworks performed a miracle in my backyard, which was an out of control, weed and vine fest that had settled for an eternity in that area. They transformed it into the most serene, glorious, colorful and beautiful space. I couldn't be happier! I'm so glad we had Leslie design our backyard. Not only does she have an encyclopedic knowledge of plants and trees, but she improved on my basic ideas a thousand fold. Her warmth and lovely personality made that part of the process a breeze. As for the guys who did all the back breaking cleanup and installation, Noah and Jay were phenomenal! Their work ethic was tenacious and steadfast and they always made time to answer all my questions along the way with a completely friendly vibe. Best money we ever spent.
I was in need of an irrigation pump and the person that cuts my lawn recommended James Sneed. I called and right away James knew exactly what size pump i needed. I also asked about a wifi controller, James said he could install that as well. I sent James a couple pictures and he scheduled an install for today. The install went quickly and I was extremely pleased with James' knowledge and quick install. He guaranteed his work and recommended I call him if I ever need any repairs.
Water had gotten underneath the pavers in our driveway from the gutter downspout. I called Earthscape and chatted with the owner, Mike. He then put me in touch with Orlando the company’s operation director who scheduled an appointment to come out to look at the scope of the work. Orlando told my husband and I what to expect in fixing the driveway pavers, then recommended burying the down spout and adding a pop off value in the lawn to alleviate any future issues with water seeping beneath the pavers. Charles and the folks at Arlington Green Mowers are Absolutely excellent and I couldn't be happier with their service. My brother passed away in November 2021 and left me his property. It took two years to process through the courts. Charles took care of the property for me during that process. I live in Atlanta and Charles went out of his way to keep me updated on any issues with the property, which he did not have to do. He even boarded up a window that had been broken and saved me a lot of time and money by preventing me from having to drive 5 1/2 hours to repair it. Robert’s Tree Service took down a large tree and stump grinding in our backyard. They had to use our neighbor’s driveway to get crane in best position for the job. The men positioned plywood and mat to protect the driveway.
They did a great job, great cleanup of neighbor’ and our yard, removed all mulch from grinding took all tree limbs and stump away and sweep all leftover in their truck.

If you need any trees removed, call The Branch Manager! We've had a total of 8 trees removed around our property by The Branch Manager, including one massive tree in our back yard that required a crane to hoist the trunk pieces over our house. The crew at The Branch Manager is hard-working and efficient. And Marc is a wealth of knowledge as a certified arborist...anyone who enjoys talking plants will have a great time talking to Marc as you walk around your yard. By the end of each day The Branch Manager removed our trees, you wouldn't even know they were there! All tree branches/trunks were gone and the stumps were ground out. I highly recommend The Branch Manager for any tree-related services.

Had a great experience with A&A Tree Care. We had two large trees that needed to be removed. Everyone we called was either too busy, overpriced or didn't answer our calls. A&A Tree Care came out right away to give us a great quote and were even able to get all the work done (which was not easy) in the same day. After they were done we couldn't even tell where the trees had been. They meticulously cleared the whole area. Everyone on the crew was so professional and hardworking. They love their jobs and it really shows. Highly recommend!

Dr. Doan is a compassionate and capable dentist - - I’ve had two cleanings at this practice (Dawn is the BEST for a dental cleaning!) - yesterday was my first visit to get a filling and a new crown. Both the dentist and the dental assistant were communicative throughout the procedures, which alleviated my anxiety. They were efficient and thorough as well. I was blown away by their use of camera technology that resulted in a brand new crown before I left the office! I also received post-procedure photo explanation of the work that was completed, and I received info about what to expect over the next few days as well as possible future care requirements. In addition, Amy keeps track of the schedule and the insurance! Grateful for the compassionate, capable care I have received at Sandpiper Dental - they are worth the drive for me!
My experiences with Dr. Shaeffer have been exceptional. He communicates well with the patient and does not do any unnecessary work or procedures. Dr. Semegon is amazing! I have three pinched nerves because is stage 3 spinal degeneration. I use to manage my pain with mild opioids. Now, it’s only occasionally that I even need to take Tylenol. Dr. Semegon seems to be an expert at what he does to help his patients.

Its refreshing to know that there are people that understand how important customer service is especially when dealing with injuries. The Doc here is also very friendly and accommodating. If you were injured in an accident,, I would definitely recommend Doc Tony's Northside office.

Clean, professional and thorough! Emily the PA went above and beyond to complete a skin cancer check for me and explained everything she was doing. The staff was very professional and let me know about my insurance before the exam began so I would know of any out of pocket costs. The office is out of network with my insurance but they are worth the out of pocket cost! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

I have been going to Dr. Pentel for a number of years and she is an excellent dermatologist....has treated me for several skin cancers. Unfortunately she has made changes in the business and the last time I saw her for a consult I felt like she was extremely rushed and didn't really talk to me about what I wanted to know, and was actually kind of short with me, which was not her normal demeanor. Also I feel like her PA is a bit rushed also and not as thorough as I would like.....just in and out very quickly. However...Samantha who does the aesthetic treatments is wonderful and seems to really care about her patients, which is the only reason for the 4 star rating. I've never felt rushed around her. It is really unfortunate that Dr. Pentel's schedule is so tight that she is compromising her patient care ,because I feel she is an excellent physician. I just HATE to be rushed through an appointment like that and made to feel like I am somehow inconveniencing them. Maybe my next experience will be different. Everybody has bad days and good days.

We've been bringing our pets here since 2021. Dr Cox and the staffs are super friendly and welcoming, our dogs are always happy to see them. It is sad we moved but if we could we would come here for all of our vet visits.
This is a great place to take your pets for animal care. I have been to several vets in the area and have finally found the kind of vet I have been looking for. I have had the pleasure of having Dr Huitt take care of my girl, Ivalyn. Dr H is very caring and kind person. You can tell he really cares about you and your pet....you're not just another #. My dog has been going here for the last 3 years and we love Oceanway. My boy is reactive so the employees are super helpful & understanding in making both of us feel safe. He always warms up to them by the end of the appointment and Jessica is always a huge help. We won’t ever go anywhere else or at least, we go wherever Jessica goes :)
HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Zalud is truly wonderful. She will educate you on what is going on with your pet and is happy to spend as much time as you need to ask your questions and get answers. She will give you treatment *options* and explain the pros and cons of each. She has never recommended unnecessary treatment. When I once asked for an unnecessary test (I'm a bit of a worrier), she gave her recommendations and the logic behind them. When I was too paranoid to take her advice, she performed the (nonintrusive) test to give me peace. She was right. He didn't need the test, but she still made me feel listened to and understood. I started going to Companion on a recommendation by a roommate who lived 5 minutes from their office. I've since moved and although they are now 40 minutes away from my home, I still drive there for Gryffindor's visits. The entire staff is genuinely kind, caring, and honest. They don't try to sell you on the products they carry. I will keep driving out of my way to stay with this establishment for as long as I am within a few hours drive. Side note: Very reasonably priced!
I cannot say enough good things about this vet! I have to be completely honest, most of the time, I walk into a vet ready not to like them. And I know that's not fair, but way too often vets do not truly care about the animals and just try to guilt you into purchasing everything under the sun. I can tell you, Wonderwood Animal Hospital is not like that! These are some of the most genuine, caring people I've ever met. I've never trusted someone with my animals' care so much. They won me over, times 10! Additionally, their prices are very reasonable and even have some discounts for patients that use their online pharmacy. From start to finish, they were just wonderful. From the receptionist, to the patient coordinator, to the doctor.

Dr. Moore and the entire staff are wonderful. They have treated our Havanese since we moved to Jax, several years ago . ( for allergies, routine care, torn ACL and misc. illnesses.) We have been very happy with the care they’ve both received through preventive care, cancer care, and other surprise illnesses/care needs. Amazing experience at Birch. I truly love and respect Dr. Gavron. She is professional, honest and caring. She was upfront with me and helped me feel at ease when my bunny Thumper was in trouble. With him being 8 years old, I was nervous for him to be worked on but Dr. Gavron was honest with me and she had a plan! Thumper had to go through a surgical procedure but he came out resilient! I appreciate the love and care from the whole staff and I am super grateful to Dr. Gavron.
We were extremely fortunate to find this vet. My little man was not acting himself and we had 2 different vet offices we were using before finding this vet clinic. Neither of his vets were listening to me just running blood work and telling me he was healthy and fine. When I stumbled on this vet on Google I called and even as a new patient they welcomed up with in a day with a new appointment. They listened to what I had to say and actually put their hands on him and not just run blood work. I was advised to head straight to the ER with him to get MRI. I called back the next day bc the we was inconclusive and a different Dr at this clinic met with me and also actually put her hands on him. Together we reviewed his previous vets reports, the ers reports and she felt something in his stomach area. If this vet just did what everyone else was doing I don't think Devin would be with me today. She was thorough, listened and we weren't just an appointment to her. It's been almost a year and Devin is doing good even with a diagnosis of lymphoma bc these ladies take the time and care even when they are booked to help you. Highly recommend this clinic and staff
CHANGED FROM 2 STARS TO 4. I had rated them a 2 due to the service I received from the staff, however, Dr. Schmidt has been totally awesome to me and my kitty Kiwi so I've changed it to 4 stars. I do hope they can find out what's wrong with him soon though and that it will be treatable.

I feel genuinely compelled to write this review because this experience stayed with me.
My dogs are my everything — especially Lily, who has always been extremely dramatic when it comes to nail trims. Like, Olympic-level anxiety. I was always told keeping nails short is important for a dog’s comfort, so thinking I was being a good pup mom, I convinced myself the benefits outweighed her temporary panic attacks. Still… it never fully sat right with my heart.
The moment I walked into Mel’s spa, I felt a calm I don’t usually feel in grooming situations. The space was spotless, peaceful, and welcoming — and seeing happy, relaxed pups just casually living their best lives inside instantly put me at ease. Right then and there, I knew in my soul my baby would be okay.
A few minutes later, I came back fully prepared to be tackled at the door by a frantic dog charging at me like a tiny linebacker — nails half done, eyes bulging, trauma unlocked. Because… that’s usually how this goes.
Instead? I was absolutely FLOORED.
Lily was calm. Happy. Chill. Like she’d just come back from a spa retreat instead of a nail trim. I honestly had to check that this was, in fact, my dog.
And then — as if that miracle wasn’t enough — Mel told me Lily only needed three nails trimmed. Something I never would’ve known if she hadn’t been honest. She then told me she wasn’t charging me at all and refused to take anything, even after I insisted and told her her care for my dog was priceless.
That level of integrity, compassion, and genuine love for animals is rare — and it speaks volumes about who Mel is and how she runs her business.
So whether you’re a local, just passing through, or here on vacation like I was — from one dog lover to another — your fur babies are in truly exceptional hands here. I only wish I lived closer so I could keep coming back and supporting this business regularly.

The owner Sarah is a wonderful yoga teacher. After coming out of a 5 year baptiste practice, it took a few days before I got used to the slower pace of the sun power practice that the studio offers. But with the right teacher, it has been a very satisfying and challenging flow. The studio has a convenient location right off 9B and parking is easy.They have a wall of mirrors so you can check your stance. And the floors are cushioned so it’s not hard on your joints.I would definitely go back if I didn’t find a studio closer to where I live.

Vicki has been so incredibly helpful in my recovery of back and hip issues as well as teaching me breathing and relaxation techniques! I love our sessions and can’t recommend her and her studio enough!
Mixed filings. I like the classes, I’m new to Pilates. Chris and Emily are favorite trainers. The parking lot should have a sign for compact cars only because people park pick up trucks in front of the studio. Sometimes it’s hard to book a class because it’s a busy studio.

I started seeing Kendra in my first trimester of pregnancy due to frequent and debilitating migraines. Treatment options are limited in pregnancy so I was hopeful that acupuncture would be an effective intervention and it absolutely has been. After just a few weeks of treatment I saw improvement and after about 2-3 months they completely resolved. It’s an investment I would make over and over again. Kendra is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and just an enjoyable human to be around. Highly recommend her specifically but I have also gotten massages with various practitioners that have been amazing!

Alex is extremely professional and he gives amazing massages. He is usually available for same day which is amazing and I’ve never really seen that anywhere else. I suffer with chronic back pain as well as fibromyalgia. Getting massages every month has really helped with my pain and it has made me get back to a lot of activities, it has also improved my overall quality of life. Alex truly cares about you and will give you a great massage. I would give higher stars if possible, but five out of five is the best, it’s truly a 10 out of five service I would recommend to everybody.

This was my first visit. This was really an assessment and planning session. I was impressed with the knowledge that the provider had of my physical condition and history. We discussed goals and potential outcomes. My provider printed out some easy exercises for me to complete at home. What I really liked is that my provider told me that he is the one and only person I will be working with during my visits. I was really impressed when I learned that my provider has a doctorate degree. I am already more comfortable than I have been with any other physical therapy experience in the past.
Request BOB! He doesn’t throw workouts at you, he makes sure they are tailored specifically to you. Everything he does is based on experiences not just theories.

My most recent visit was with Lisa at the JCA facility. Lisa is an expert in her field of therapy for relieving pain with exercises that will realign your muscles back to normal giving you relief from stress and healing your area that was injured.
Lisa takes a strong interest in your recovery from your unforeseen accident that you suffered. She has a great understanding of the patients injury and greets you with a positive outlook to help you recover. When you follow her instructions for your treatment you will notice a change in your symptoms from pain to healing as after each week of treatment.

I have severe 3rd degree burns over 39% of my body. My legs had little range of motion and my right hand, wrist, and elbow had severely limited range of motion. After a few weeks of Occupational Therapy with Sylvie and Physical Therapy with Melissa and Cara Lee, my range of motion has increased dramatically. My burn Dr is so impressed that she moved my laser surgery on my skin up from June/July to February! This particular Brooks Rehab is outstanding!
I don't believe you will find anything better than Way of Life. It isn't just the calming spa like atmosphere, or the apothecary of amenities to health & wellbeing. My 4 year old struggled with eczema & chronic ear infections for the majority of her life. We spent years meeting with an allergist, an ENT, GI doctor, & various pediatricians and were told she would grow out of it, and to use steroid creams for flare ups. After 4 years of her constant scratchy, bloody skin and the inability to sleep without excessive itching, we had enough and connected with Juliann. She listened, analyzed and was empathetic with the struggles we were going through and ordered various labs to help identify potential causes. We discovered mold was likely the issue, and she walked us through testing our home, and analyzing our schedule to determine other locations where she could be regularly exposed. We narrowed it down to our daughters preschool, and immediately removed her. Juliann recommended supplements for a detox regimen, and within 2 months of our first visit with her, our daughter had clear skin that was free of any blemishes or traces of eczema. It has now been 9 months, and our daughter can sleep through the night peacefully, can wear sunscreen on her skin at the beach, and wash her hands with soap without her skin burning or stinging. I give her my highest recommendation, our life has most certainly changed for the better after working with her.

This was an amazing experience ! I've been dealing with a lower back issue for over 6 years. Went thru all the regular doctor visits, meds, physical therapy, orthopedic specialist and over the counter items which was only temporary relief. As a guitarist/singer songwriter/performer, I had to start sitting down on the gigs due to the pressure in my lower back. I made the appointment with Dr. Luo and we talked about my history and came up with a program. After that first visit the pressure was gone. We did 2 visits the first and 2nd week, then one visit for the next 2 weeks. Nothing short of amazing. I stand up at gigs ever since with no pain or discomfort. I've even had compliments from fans saying, you look so different up there on the stage.
The procedure was pain free and last approximately 45min. Acupuncture has been going on for thousands and thousands of years. This is unbelievable. I have since retired the chair I was using and standing up like nothing has ever happened. I've contacted several places, but Dr. Luo was the only one who actually answered his phone. His office is comfortable & professional. And the only one who has his credentials clearly posted on his website.

You knowledge get with Mr. Troy he’s been there for 8 years straight trust he knows.
North Florida Traffic School was very helpful. Their website is very easy to navigate and the course was very informative. It is updated with new features that help make the course interesting. I highly recommend using this school.
I was a student here about a year ago. Ivan was always there to help and support me in both the process of enrolling and even while I was there, he checked up on me. I needed something even a year after I had left J-tech and he instantly responded to help me out with information. He 100% made my experience at J-tech more enjoyable. J-tech as a school was also fantastic, the teachers are always kind but straight up. They treat you like you deserve to be there and like they want you to actually learn. Jtech was a good experience.
I have been driving before i decided to pay for lessons, and paying for the lessons helped not just enforcing what I've learned; but also building up my confidence. Herbert help ease me in to not overthink about he was right. I was worried about so many other things and experiences from other people getting their license but when I completed all my classes I realized that driving is a lot more simpler than I thought thanks to Herbert
