I believe his name started with an 'R' (Ronald, maybe?), and I really appreciated his warmth while waking up.

I am beyond grateful I found Studio Strange and Lacey. It was one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had. Lacey listened intently to what I wanted and then took time to explain options to achieve it. I had half of my head shaved for the past five years and started growing it back out a few months back. I went to Nashville for a bachelorette and decided to get a haircut at the beginning of the trip while treating the bride to a blowout. Krystal was the first to cut my hair as an adult that wasnt a family member and I LOVED IT. She added texture, and made me feel so comfortable. My friend got a blowout by Kayla and it looked beautiful! We had such a nice morning getting pampered by both of them. 1000/10 recommend.

From the moment I walked in, Emma made the experience exceptional. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. What impressed me most was that she never once made me feel like I was being sold to. Instead, she shared information, explained the different options, and let me decide what made the most sense for me. Because of her honesty and expertise, not a sales pitch, I ended up leaving with a VIP membership, and I’ve been happy with that decision.
I’ve now been going regularly for the past two months, and every visit has been consistently great. The team is always friendly, the facility is beautiful and clean, parking is easy, and the location is super convenient.

I’ve been visiting this salon once a month for over a year. I personally only get a pedicure with gel polish. I have tried a few different options, but the happy feet pedicure is my go to. It’s fairly priced for the massage and exfoliation that’s included and it leaves my feet so soft afterwards! I do walk-in’s and have had service done by multiple staff members. She took the time to explain her recommendations for a gradual personalized treatment. Her office reflects who she is, small but open. It is warm and light, yet peaceful and welcoming. Interesting but not cluttered. Good vibes, I wholeheartedly recommend.

I've had two spray tans at Anastacia (one for my wedding and honeymoon). Now, I think I may be addicted to spray tans. I searched for the best spray tan in Nashville, and several people on Reddit spoke highly of Anastacia. Dallas and Carly are amazing, it feels like you're getting spray tanned by your friends (which is nice- it makes you forget you're naked in front of someone you don't know). Everyone is so kind and has a cool girl vibe with zero pretentiousness! If you're on the fence- don't be, this is the place to go.

I got my first wax for free which anyone can do if it’s your first time & you don’t even have to put in a phone number. I ended up paying $20 to do a full Brazilian instead of just a bikini which was well worth it. Prices here are not bad at all especially if you become a member. Highly recommend.

I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).

Was visiting Nashville and needed a haircut so I booked here and am so glad I did! I’m hr booking process was easy online and prices were less than others in the area and transparent. The space is very calm and private- unlike most salons. You need to go in through the back of the building- there’s a door directly to her space. Callie was so easy to talk to and very sweet. She took her time to make everything perfect and it never felt like she was being rushed - she made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I absolutely love my haircut!!

Chip did an amazing coverup of a pineapple I had tatted on my inner ankle. I had no idea really what I wanted, just presented him with my ideas and let him take charge. I love the way he designed this piece, and you can’t even tell where the old tattoo was. The process of scheduling was super smooth, and during, he had great music going for me, solid conversation, and made sure I had breaks if I needed. I’ll be going back for more tattoos for sure!

Leah helped me tremendously with a tattoo I wanted reworked. She took my current tattoo, the idea I had for the rework, and ran with it. Once she showed me the design, we talked through different variations and landed on a version that I am very pleased with. Dr Drips did a fantastic job replacing my 50 gal Rheem gas water heater, and in the process I learned so much about the water heater. I had a gas knob that broke and I couldn't get the pilot light on, out of 5 plumbers I called on a Thursday afternoon, he was the only one that picked up my call, and advised me of my options. Since I needed hot water the next day, I couldn't wait for the parts to arrive from Rheem, so I bit the bullet and asked him for a replacement; he was able to schedule me in the next day. He arrived promptly, and everything he did with his helper was 100% safe and professional. He politely answered all my questions, and also got my gas flute back up to code. 5 stars for a great installation, as well as being an all-round great person, highly recommended!

I could not recommend Jeff and his team highly enough! They came and installed a new tankless water heater and a whole-house filtration system. And threw in replacing my shower head as a bonus! (it had sprung a leak). They also removed the drinking water filtration system I had under my kitchen sink. He and his guys were kind, courteous, and thorough. His price was fair and within the range of what we expected. He also gave me helpful information about long-term maintenance on the system (which will need very little since we put in a filtration). We plan to have them back to change out a few facets to update our bathroom.
He was very thorough and so pleasant. He explained everything he found and what would be needed in the future.

Baird electric did an amazing job feeding a new power line to my shop when I moved into my new home in 2021. Such a good job when I expanded my shop in 2022 I had them complete all the electrical work on the new portion and moving some existing wiring. They also fixed some unsafe wiring in my home I didn’t even know was there.

Had a problems with my car key fob and they took some time, they put all of their knowledge to find the problem. They told me exactly what was wrong and the cause of my problem fixed it and replace my key fob program it and got the job done sure do recommend them no extra change for what they fixed which was a big plus for me. I will come back with them with any other vehicle I have again.
Called at 7:57 and they came by 8:33. Pretty much within the 30 minutes they promised. The problem, although difficult, was solved within 5-8 minutes. Total timeline was definitely under 45 minutes - from call to resolution. Would definitely recommend even though it is a little expensive!
After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

I was dealing with a situation where my existing red oak flooring needed to be matched, but the contractors had sanded down a hallway that turned out to be white oak. The color variation was very apparent, and I was at a loss. I explained my situation to Fred, looking for a product to bleach the white oak, even though he didn't have it in stock. Despite there being no immediate gain for him, Fred offered valuable advice and suggestions on how to proceed.

I had All Phase replace my worn gutters three years back and it was the best decision I could have made. They were prompt, and efficient and I LOVE my beautiful black gutters. I had the Leaf Blaster Pro installed as well since I have trees around my house and three years later I have yet to have an issue with drainage.
I've had cleaners come out and remark that there was nothing to clean because my gutters are clear. I was actually sitting in my car the other day admiring the torrent of water coming from the drains during a pretty sever rainstorm. Cannot recommend All Phase enough

It is the absolute best feeling to have someone you can trust do an inspection then competently tend to any items that need to be addressed. My dry-vit is picture perfect and now so are my patios. So may things on the outside of my house (roof, chimney, etc.) would go un-noticed but they identify issues and prevent problems.

Nick, Chris and Will did an absolutely amazing job installing a French drain around our detached garage for our new home in Hermitage. They replaced the old, dirt filled corrugated pipes with superior smooth-walled PVC pipes to ensure proper drainage. Finally, they modified the grading of our lawn and even added native seeds for the yard to grow back. From start to finish everything was well communicated. Where I truly was blown away was this week during Nashville’s devastating ice storm. Our account manager, Debbie, (who has always gone above and beyond for us and I’m so grateful to partner with her!!) texted me the morning all of nashville woke up to trees down and no power asking about the status of our trees and yard. I gave her the update and she immediately put in a request for clean up. We were away without power for almost 6 days but when we returned we not only returned to a warm house but the aftermath outside had already been taken care of by the hardworking Greathouse team. I can say that Carlos and his team did an amazing job. I had (4) 60-80 feet dead ash trees in my yard, along with one damaged Hackberry that was prune back.
I could not be more happier with the price and the service combined with the stump grinding of all trees that were cut down in a few stumps that were remaining in my yard.
I would highly recommend them in their service to anyone very minor damage to my yard as a result of these large trees.
However, I did sustain a little damage to a few shrubs, but nothing that I can’t handle.

Peter came highly recommended to us from our next door neighbor. We had several trees of various types (hackberry, crepe myrtle, multiple Japanese maples etc) that we needed trimmed back this past winter and we called up Jones tree care. We love Up Pediatric dentistry! They are always so nice and treat us like family. Dr Barnes will go over everything and talk to you about options as both a dentist and a parent, it is very reassuring and helps me feel confident my children are getting the best care. This place is different than others where you don’t see or even speak to the dentist. They care about your kids and want them to have a great experience, and you get to go back and be in the room with your kids. My children love Josie the office dog who is always happy for pets and cuddles. I’m so happy we found this dentist office.

Both of my cats have received excellent care from Berry Hill Animal Hospital for over a year. My favorite thing about this veterinary practice, and specifically Dr. McElyea, is how much they educate pet owners. When we got our second cat, they took the time to give us tips on introducing our cats and decreasing aggression. Most recently, Dr, McElyea took the time to brainstorm and share tips of how to help my cat with weight loss. She even calculated the calories per day my cat should be eating and came up with a target weight. I really appreciate the time and effort that the vets put into our cats care. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!

We love this vet. We always go into a room right away, are seen pretty much immediately. All the information about what is going to happen during the appointment is communicated clearly (along with prices of each service). We see Dr. Ladd and he is amazing with my pups. Recently adopted a second dog and it was a no brainer who I'd ask to evaluate her. Anytime I need medicine refills for flea and tick I can just drop in and get it. The front desk girls are always so friendly and the vet assistants are amazing!

Highly recommend!!! Love this place so much! I have a big boy Roscoe- shedding is his full time job. Floof has done wonders deshedding him, he’s treated like a prince when he’s there. He’s had some bad experiences in the past at other groomers- him and I are very comfortable with how sweet they are to him. Prices are great! Scheduling is easy and they communicate so well abc quickly! We will be customers forever.

they do a nice job, what really impressed me was that during one bath a hair probably got into one dog's eye and it was pretty irritated. one of the staff members told me about it at pickup and promised to take care of any vet bills (which weren't needed).

I am so thankful for the Nurture Nashville Yoga studio! The prenatal yoga classes have not only helped me physically prepare for having my first baby by showing me exercises to strengthen appropriate muscles, different positions and breathing techniques, but also given me confidence that I am doing the best I can to prepare my body for childbirth. I’m looking forward to participating in the New Moms group after I deliver, and the baby and me and the pelvic floor strength rebuilding classes after I give birth. I have been attending classes at Chestnut Hill Yoga for the past 10-months. I very much appreciate the cuing, the specificity of attention to anatomical structures in each yoga posture. Paying attention to the body in this way is challenging and enlivening.
Great place to practice yoga. Very inclusive environment that welcomes everyone. Clean, organized, and fairly priced. It’s everything you would want from a yoga studio. I have been practicing here since January 2026 and have only had positive experiences. Highly recommend!
I rented this space for a professional workshop venue and it was perfect for my needs. Large space with hardwood floors, well lit with windows and mirrors. The administrative team was a great help throughout the process as I had a number of different adjustments to be made in the planning. Note that the only way to access the studio is via an outside staircase.
Absolutely love it here. They have everything you need, and the instructors are extremely welcoming. They offer a good class schedule & each instructor brings a different and fun vibe!

I’ve been going to Hot Yoga East Nashville for about a year now, and overall it’s a solid no-frills, secular yoga studio with fantastic instructors and challenging classes. If you’re mainly looking for the exercise and fitness side of yoga, they do that really well.
That said, the studio is very workout-focused and largely avoids the deeper spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. There aren’t really Dharma talks, discussions around chakras, or much emphasis on the mind-body-spirit connection that many people associate with a traditional yoga practice. Great place for fitness-focused hot yoga, but if you’re looking for a more holistic spiritual experience, you may want to explore other studios as well.
One thing that honestly surprised me was that they don’t provide mat cleaning supplies after class. In a hot yoga studio where everyone’s sweating a ton, that just seems like a pretty standard thing to have available.
This is the best hot yoga studio in Nashville! The instructors are great, and always take the time to work with all class participants in positive energy and encouragement! The studio is super clean and the vibe is welcoming and energetic. Rebecca is the most amazing instructor..!!

I’m moving away from Nashville and Somos is one of the things I’ll miss the most. I stumbled into this studio out of curiosity, after a running injury left me looking for a new workout routine. As a guy, it was a little intimidating at first but the top notch staff at Somos was patient and helped settle me in.
One of the coolest things about Pilates is how diverse it can be. After almost 200 classes, I’ve done/learned something different in almost every class. My back pain (which was persistent when I was a runner) is gone, my core is stronger and I’ve been able to work muscles I didn’t even know I had.
Would give this place 100 stars if I could. Thanks Somos team for a great journey these past few years!

I have practiced Pilates for a decade, both mat and reformer. Well Body Pilates has been my studio for over a year now. Well Body’s studio space, equipment, props, app, and instructors are THE BEST in Sumner County. Well Body Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio meaning, for instance, a much smaller student to instructor ratio. Well Body’s instructors are certified and experienced. Well Body’s instructors are paying attention to us, their students, correcting our form as needed, offering modifications as needed. Coming from other Pilates studios to Well Body was such a step up. Highly recommend Well Body Pilates!

Lindsey got all my spots and gave me a wonderful experience. I left extremely relaxed and feeling super well. When you walk through the door just know you're in some of the best of hands. Her detailed fingers will get exactly where you're needing, and she asks at good times about pressure without disturbing the process. She's great.
The masseuse was wonderful! I felt like I was at a tranquil spa getting a massage although I was actually in my office. I can’t wait to have another session!

Have been working with Michael for just a few weeks for both an acute muscle strain as well as chronic tightness in hamstrings, back, and pelvic muscles. In just a few sessions, I noticed clear improvement in symptoms and flexibility. He clearly explains why certain muscles ache or are tight, and uses percussion and trigger release to relieve the pain. He’s professional, friendly, and all around very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain, tightness.

I’ve been getting massages from Keyonis for years now and there is something so special about the way she does things. Her hands have a gift of healing that can’t be matched by other therapists. Highly recommend if you experience tight muscle pain and need a good deep tissue massage. Very relaxing.

My husband and I both went to Thai Yoga Strength for massages and had a great experience. Chris was our therapist, and he was incredibly intuitive, easily one of the best massages we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Vella Stephens at Be Ready PT, especially for any runners! I came in primarily for the runner's assessment with a goal of being able to run for many years to come and with a little bit of shin pain, and after seeing Dr. Stephens for a couple of weeks, I have noticed less pain while running! We are working on anything from ankle mobility and strength (which I apparently severely lack) to glute strength! On top of that, she is super kind and friendly!

Rebecca is a skilled practitioner and a fabulous person. She really takes the time to ask caring and thoughtful questions, and addresses her patients from a holistic perspective focused on healing. She taught me some great leg strengthening exercises with a pilates ring, and how to use the cube to get into those tight, hard-to-reach places. She provided a safe space to express emotion, which I believe has contributed greatly to being able to accept chronic pain and learning to live with it as a guest instead of an enemy. Most of all, she believed me and my pain before I got an EDS diagnosis and never insinuated that I was overreacting or anxiety-ridden. She actually was the first to bring up EDS as a possibility. I am very grateful to have found her services and expertise - a gem of a person in Nashville!!

Dr. Joseph Cho is the real deal! I’ve seen several acupuncturists over the years, and the folks at Seven Directions are truly a cut above the rest. I saw Dr. Cho for the first time yesterday and was so impressed.
He is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and honestly, I think his hands have x-ray vision. He gave me a very thoughtful evaluation, listened carefully, and addressed some specific issues from past injuries with such skill and precision. I left feeling like I was standing an inch taller!

Like others, I have had an extremely positive experience with Gil. I was first referred to him by a friend years ago and have found him to be an important part of my health journey. I have recommended him to others, and am a believer in acupuncture for better sleep, focus, and to alleviate muscle pain/injuries.
I Highly recommend Dr. Chang. He is very professional. He invest alot in educating his clients about each treatment and process. He is truly a doctor that has the BEST interest of his patients at heart. He wants to treat you, get well and don't come back unless it is absolutely necessary and at a very reasonable price too.
