We love this location! I take my boys here, and they are always treated so well. I love that we can check in and rarely have to wait. Their hair is always cut well. One of my kids has a bad cowlick and they know how to cut and style his hair.
Today, we decided to have my toddler try a haircut here too since the places for kids haven't been working out. Leah was unbelievably patient with him and did an amazing job! No tears for my little guy.

When I was voting for "Best of Katy" a couple months ago, one of the categories was "head spa". Head spa!? I thought, as I looked them up. Oh my heavens, yes! Somebody please massage my head ??♀️ and wash my ??♀️ for longer than my 3 mins when I go to Thuy's Hair Salon (I do love her, btw!) The ranking didn't sway my decision. I homeworked this task. I researched and read reviews and checked out the locations and pictures. On a whim, I bypassed making an appointment online and drove straight there from work. (I checked online to endure a higher chance of being serviced.) Fate was on my side. The business complex is safe, open, and a vision of upscale. Entering the boutique felt welcoming and serene. I was assured I could be seen quickly. The pricing was accurate online. Don't you cringe and have a silent mental debate when the price is different in person? I was handed a clipboard in which I could choose several add ons, from waxing to lashing to hot stone add ons. I loved it was upfront, no surprises, whilst providing the option if one was "on the fence" about anything else. I was giddy with excitement. My experience was swimmingly positive so far! As my session begun, a soft fragrance instantly whisked me into oblivion on puffy clouds ... Tam ranks in the top 3 for massage and hair massage/washing. For you to get a clear picture of how high the bar is set: I used to work for a Fortune 100 company who had a lucrative benefits package. Included were 60 massages (reimbursable or paid through insurance) per year. If my preferred masseuse wasn't available, I went to someone else. I didn't get 60 a year, but definitely more than 40 per year while I was employed there! So dozens of masseuses were less than mediocre and forgettable. Like give me my hour back, right? On the paperwork, I checked ✅ off "light" massage: It was divine and wonderful. She applied "light" pressure and I never had to wince nor remind nor persuade her pressure was my desire. She didn't dig at my knots yet she meticulously loosened them a bit. The nature background ambiance with chirping birds ?... I melted away and floated afar. I think a part of me is still there. Similar to my hairdressers. Exactly 3 are worth the 30 - 50% tip. And Tam knocked one of them off the pedestal. The scalp massage, hair wash, and blow dry eased me into the evening part of my day. Whether you ever considered a head spa or had experienced (good or bad) one, I encourage - no, I challenge you - to check out Tam @ Head Harmony Spa. Oh! She gave me a dainty glass teacup of tea ☕️ while she dried my hair! I arrived tired, drained, annoyed with life and exited feeling relaxed and sleepy and without a care in the world ? This massage shop is really excellent. From the moment you walk in, the service is very attentive. The environment is clean and tidy, with a light pleasant fragrance that helps you relax right away. The therapist is very professional, first asking about your physical condition and then providing targeted treatment. The pressure is well controlled and just right. Especially for the shoulders, neck, and lower back, I felt noticeably more relaxed after the session. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. It’s also great value for the price. Destiny did my hair! It was amazing! The most amazing shag I've ever had! Keep in mind I have loooooong hair too! She did a halo oil slick and it came out so cool! Jesus is the best. I hadn’t had a haircut in over 3 years and my hair was down past my chest. I always grow it out and donate it to Wigs for Kids, but I did not know where to go to get a good hair cut in the area. I was a walk-in client and felt bad for whoever had the task of not only cutting my hair off, but also styling it well since it’s been so long for a long time. Jesus did a perfect job and was very detailed throughout the whole process. I forgot how good it felt to get a haircut, and Jesus gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten. I usually travel to San Antonio to get my hair cut bc I don’t trust most barbers, but because Jesus, this spot earned a long time customer.

Absolutely love how my nails turned out. They accept walk-ins, and I was seen without the long wait although it was around 4pm already. It was my first time getting my nails done so I only had a photo of what I wanted, Ms.Bebe looked at it once and she recreated it beautifully. The lady doing my pedicure was amazing. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and made sure nothing hurt around the cuticle area. That stood out to me because at a lot of places they rush through the service even if they’re being too rough. Here, I felt like they actually cared about doing a good job and making sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I also noticed how clean and sanitary everything was. I saw the staff washing their hands between clients, which is something not every salon pays attention to, and it definitely made me feel more comfortable. Little details like that make a huge difference.
And on top of everything, the coffee was AMAZING. Such a nice touch that made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and elevated.
You can really tell this place takes pride in their work, their customer service, and the experience they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

We did a brow design first as a consultation and then a few months later I went back for the micro blading service. The studio itself is also clean and the staff is very nice. I got the Platinum Halo experience with a blow dry afterward, and it is honestly one of the BEST experiences of my life. I have long, thick, waist length hair, and taking care of it is a part time job. I’ve never found a salon that I felt like was truly making a difference, but this one resonates with me. From the very thorough scalp cleaning and shampoo, to the relaxing scalp and hot stone massage, I was in heaven. I take health and wellness and relaxation as a priority and am no stranger to massages, and this was one of my lifetimes bests from around the world. The blow dry and curl after was also the best I’ve ever gotten done. My hair is so thick and heavy that normally curls fall apart just 2 hours after, but these held up all day. When I discovered my water heater was out on Monday morning I immediately called Texas Strong and spoke with Becky. Within 2 hrs. Rick showed up and discovered the water heater in my attic was leaking and turned off the water. Had he not not been there quickly I could have had major damage. Hi, had some minor worked on including replacing two outlets and having an EV charger installed. I have to say I was very impressed with my technician Fernando and his willingness to work with me. I also appreciate that there was no dispatch fee so if I didn’t agree to the work, I wouldn’t be out $75 which is what another company was proposing. The electrician didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had and was very patient. I feel better paying a couple dollars more than using a handy man or just some guy that could do it cheaper. Will use them again and hopefully I get Fernando.

My power went out on Father's Day, I contacted Macri Electrical Service and Justin reached out with in a hr to help get a bypass installed just to get us by until we could shop around for an electrician if we chose to go with someone else. He was so personable and he really cared for our situation. We chose to go with him because he gave us a fair price and was very engaged in every step. He made sure the job got down through and through in 1 day. I do plan to use him for future projects.

I called to get my sectional couch deep cleaned because I was moving to a new place and it was time for a good clean! I had the pleasure of experiencing my carpets being clean by BMF. The two ladies that came out came and got started took before pictures and after pictures and explain the process, and the service was awesome. I recently had Detail Cleaning Services do a top to bottom cleaning for my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house and they did a great job. Clara and Silvia were methodical and focused on the areas I asked mainly bathrooms and dusting along the base frame of the entire house. They did little things like organizing my vanity which was a nice surprise. While the cleaners were amazing I still think the service is priced high for the initial clean especially as the price of $600 w/ taxes is only valid if you book the biweekly standard cleaning afterwards. They do state you can cancel at any time which is a plus. I would weigh cleaning service with bigger overhead vs direct private labor and see what works best.
We had our main areas cleaned in preparation for listing our house. Scheduling service and setting up payment was a breeze. Michelle even worked to fit us in last minute so we could be ready for showings.
Jashlyn and Alia did an amazing job. Everything is beautiful - especially the kitchen & bath… and our baseboards look brand new (yay for not having to repaint them!)

Update: We did hire them again to do our move-out clean. A different team (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names!) and just as excellent as the first. Since our oven was brand new - they swapped for cleaning the laundry room fridge, which was a nice option.

Westside Maids is THE BEST!!! I needed help cleaning to move out of my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Three wonderful ladies arrived and in 2 hours, they had my apartment looking like it was brand new!! I was so impressed! I recommend this company to everyone.
WOW!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was wanting help with some deep cleaning in our 3 bed/3 bath home. Got a quick quote from the team with details on what would be included in the service. The quote seemed reasonable for the size of our space and two dogs. They sent a team of 3 (who were perfectly on time) which already made me feel that they take the job seriously. We left with the dogs to run errands and give them space to clean. They finished before we could get back to check their work (just under 3 hours) and I was a little nervous since this was our first time that I couldn’t scope out their work before they left. My nervousness ended immediately when I walked in. Our home has never looked better! Every spec of dirt and dust was removed. They even reorganized our outdoor couch cushions and dog toys! I could not find one thing that I wished they had done because they over delivered!! I could not stop taking about how great the place looks all day to my friends and husband. Miss Maria was assigned to our family a few months back and she has been doing an outstanding job! We are on an hourly plan with priority areas, and she still seems to finish all of those plus more every time she comes. Katy Tile & Marble just finished a complete remodel of our late 1970’s primary bathroom and the transformation is incredible! From the initial contact to the project completion, I was kept informed of the project timeline.
I had been planning my dream bathroom renovation for quite awhile so I had a rough “plan”in my mind. William and Elena helped with the actual details and Elena patiently helped me with choosing tiles and color schemes. (I also had my bedroom carpet replaced with porcelain tile.)
The project began about three weeks later. Big thanks to Gabriel, the project manager, who was phenomenal from start to finish! If he wasn’t on site, he called and texted daily with status updates and to let me know who would be arriving and when. If any changes to the plan were needed he kept me up to date with the details. How many people can say that they took their contractor and spouse out to lunch to thank them for an awesome job?? Not many, but we did! Mike, Jorge, and his team did an amazing job! They are good, hard-working, trustworthy people, which is very hard to find these days!
We did a lot of work with Floor TX & Remodeling over many months. We started with replacing the floors in our entire house- upstairs and downstairs. That went very well, so we moved on to my office. We installed new cabinetry (including a pull out for my printer and a custom file cabinet), counter tops, quartz window sills, and new fixtures. Then, we moved on to the master bath & closet. The master bath and closet remodel included moving walls, water supply and drain lines, concrete work, and dryer exhaust relocation in addition to enlarging the shower, relocating the toilet, and installing new electrical outlets & lighting.
During this remodel, we had to open the ceiling and discovered that the contractor we used years earlier for an addition upstairs (not Mike) did not properly construct or support the new addition. The weight of a new bedroom and bathroom was only supported by one wall below. Mike immediately called in his structural engineer so that we could properly reinforce our second story and avoid some dire consequences. This was not Mike’s mess to clean up, but he cared about giving us peace of mind and avoiding any future issues.
We interviewed many contractors, but Mike was the only one who asked the right questions and made the right comments. I could tell that he had a lot of experience and truly knew what he was doing. Mike was certainly the right choice. He’s done a ton of work here in the west Houston area. He’s worked on many commercial & residential jobs. He’s worked on smaller jobs and jobs with extensive budgets but treats all his clients the same. We did a lot of work with Mike, but we were small beans compared to many of his other jobs. He never made us feel less important. Not only did he constantly offer us ideas to give us more of what we wanted like installing the bathtub faucet in the wall to give us more floorspace or using a special shower drain that allows us to easily clean out hair for when we wash our dogs in the shower, but he was VERY patient, and he was always in a relaxed and fun mood. You can tell that Mike truly enjoys what he does. He treats his whole team with honor & respect, and you can tell that they are all happy to work for him.
It’s hard to know exactly what you want when you are knocking down walls and moving things around. Mike never pressured us or made us feel bad when we needed more time to decide or when we changed our minds. He just wanted us to be happy with the end result. This went a long way for me!
Mike did little things to help us visualize what the bathroom would look like. He cut out a piece of cardboard the size of our bathtub so that we could see how much room we’d have. He never talked us into things that would make his life easier. He is very client focused and cares about getting the job done right.
Another thing that I really love about Mike is that he’s not into spending your money. He really respects your budget and doesn’t try to sell you on what will be the most profitable for him. He is for his clients.
To be able to fully trust your contractor is a gift. We are beyond grateful for this positive experience and highly recommend Mike and his team for any home flooring or remodeling project. If we decide to move forward on future jobs, we will be using Floor TX & Remodeling.

This was my first time working with Tico. I contracted them for a kitchen remodel based on the recommendation of a friend that has worked Tico for years with great success. My experiance was excellant from design, estimating and scheduling with Luisa to project management with Gus. First off the project turned out excellant and we are super happy with the outcome. It was completed at the agreed budget and actualy finished early. Every single person I worked with from Tico from demolition ( shout out to Paublo), paint ( shout out to Jonathon), carpentry ( they did custom trim and hand built new drawers and installed soft close hinges), tile, granite counter tops and plumbing was professional and courteous and were diligent to keep the house as clean an undisrupted as reasonably possible during a significant project. Thesr are great folks that did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at a reasonable price and a high level of quality. Michael came out to help with a squirrel that got stuck in an insect sticky trap that was in the attic. We were worried since it was still alive and felt so bad for the animal so we moved it to the garage, and when Michael got here and saw it was still live, his first instinct was to help the animal by using cooking oil (olive/canola) and he was able to free and save the animal. ?

What showcases their customer service the most is their care during freezes: freeze notifications, shutting off water to the sprinkler system before the freeze, turning it back on after the freeze, post-freeze cleanup of dead plants, etc. I signed up for their full service expecting mowing, shrub care, and mulch. I got so much more - sprinkler review and setting, fertilization / weed care, Spring flowers, and great pre/post freeze TLC. Very pleased.

Highly recommend. I have had them out twice once two years ago to cut down three trees and recently last week to cut down two. Both times they were quick and efficient. Both times I was quoted a price that was extremely reasonable and I'm going to be having them come out again in the summer to trim the remainder of my trees.

Luis and his Crew performed the Job of cutting down a backyard tree that was growing in to the Patio and them grinded the tree stomp down, trim two other tress and cut other trees back to prevent the trees from causing damage to the roof and also trimmed other plants at an unbeatable affordable price..
