Dr. Rothrock arranged a tele-health appointment with me very promptly after I called and spent almost an hour with me going over my MRI and discussing my options. He answered all my questions and never left me feeling rushed. Unfortunately, I was forced to use a different surgeon due to scheduling issues and the intense pain I was experiencing. After my procedure, he even followed up with me to see how I was recovering. I would recommend him without reservation.

I have read so many good reviews and some bad, which worried me. But I decided to take the risk and drop my shoes. Let me say Bob did an absolutely amazing job. 6 pairs of shoes looked absolutely new again with heels and soles replaced and shined like they were new. I’m glad I found a new place with great work and way cheaper than other shoe repair shops in Hoboken and New York.
The majority of any busy shop will make flawless mistakes, but when communicating with Bob, it was done right away. Which people would rather go online and write a bad review than tell Bob to fix it on the spot. Don’t be shy and communicate people. It not Covid era anymore.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Tjoe and continue to have a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things clearly so I fully understand my treatment. He makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, which really helps ease any nerves. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and he always listens and answers my questions with care. When I first visited her salon in May of 2024, I had been suffering from alopecia tied to low iron and vitamin D which caused excessive hair thinning and shedding. I was fed up with a prior stylist who acted like it wasn't a big deal and gaslit men repeatedly that nothing as wrong with my hair. Britt did a through scalp analysis and we discussed both my long and short term hair goals. I regularly saw her every 12 weeks or ago for trims and to apply the MyVeg reconstructive treatment. I already had a great at home regimen so no tweaking was needed. Over the past 16 months my shedding has drastically reduced, my hair thickened, and the growth is no longer at a snails pace thanks to me researching supplements and Brittneys expertise.

Amanda is amazing! I had been wanting to get extensions for a long time but was honestly really nervous about it. I’d looked into a bunch of salons before and always got close, but something never felt quite right. I’ve been going to Love Lane Salon for a while now, they have such talented stylists, and one day I noticed they had started offering extensions. Since I already loved the salon, I decided to book a consultation with Amanda.
She immediately made me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through how everything works. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all—no upselling, just genuine care for what would be best and healthiest for my hair.
Even during the actual appointment, I was still a little nervous, but Amanda was so calming and reassuring. And the results? Absolutely incredible. The extensions were seamless. She matched them perfectly to my hair’s texture and color, which isn’t easy to do, and the final look was just stunning. On top of that, she made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was how much she followed up afterward. She checked in during the grow-out process, gave me personalized recommendations, and made sure everything was going well. The extensions also lasted a really long time before I needed to get them adjusted.

Lorelei cut my hair beautifully and so skillfully. I wanted bangs and a an edgier style to match my insides with my outsides. I went for a pedicure and acrylic nails for hands on gel polish, and a custom design, and I was completely delighted with the results. From the moment I arrived, the service was very professional and friendly. The space was clean, tidy, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The acrylic nails were firm, well-sculpted, and the perfect length for my hands , without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. Ana was thorough and took the time to ensure each nail was symmetrical and natural.
The gel polish was impeccable: vibrant colors, no bubbles or smudges, and a glossy finish that lasted for weeks without fading. I was also offered a wide variety of shades and finishes to choose from.
What surprised me most was the level of detail in the custom designs. They created small artistic details on two of my nails that looked like tiny works of art. Exactly what I had requested, and even better! Thank you Ana you re the best!!!

Coming back after two years and it was just as good of an experience as the first but even better. I came a little early and was put in the chair despite that. I was greeted with kindness, and flexibility. The conversation flower and the nails blew my expectations since I came in indecisive, I was given lots of options and even a better one than expected. My nails always last a long time but I lifted up 6 40 case bottles of water up flights of stairs without breaking a nail... My expectations are HIGH. Also she introduced me to two tone polish and I'm so intrigued by the fact it changes color

I enjoy the atmosphere at Zoe Nail &Spa LLC. The ladies are attentive and super sweet. I haven’t had any issues nor complaints when I get my pedicures and acrylic nails done. I wanted a place where they didn’t leave your nails so thick with the acrylic but yet gave a more natural look. I found my place!

Did the full body massage and it was very nice and relaxing! Definitely bring cash to avoid the $5 tax fee on credit cards. Parking is located on Grace St behind the business.

Lovely massage with Francesca! I loved how the spa area was completely separate from the gym and had a totally different vibe - very relaxing! You can also use the steam / sauna before or after your massage which was such a nice and unexpected treat! Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return. My only suggestion would be to tell clients at the time of booking about the steam / sauna because I would have arrived earlier if I had known.

I had a leak in my living room coming from a room above. First thing they did when they walked in was to immediately put down a tarp so they wouldn't get anything soiled. The problem was Id & addressed. They also installed new sink fixtures in my kitchen. They were fast, efficient, clean working & friendly. I will have no problem using them again when needed.
Eddie is my go to for all plumbing needs. He is responsive, honest and does a great job. He also has an excellent network of fellow contractors that he can refer you to should the job not just be a plumbing issue. I have called him for water heater issues as well as bathroom leaks.
Marty and his team helped me in an emergency leak situation. I had two hot water heaters leaking, one severely. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and provided a repair (two new hot water heaters) for a very fair price. The work was done very fast. Brian, another member of the team, didn't mind when I asked him questions about how things worked so I got to learn a little too. They also worked on our hydronic heating system and again, a very fair price and super fast work. Gamarello will be my go-to guys. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Can't say enough good things about this man. was very patient as he helped us troubleshoot for the problem with our electricity. We kept on having the system jump on us and we invited him to come help us fix the problem. He went through the whole unit, did a lot of shutting off circuit breaker, checking outlets. He's on list for to-go-to electrician for any repairs and issues.
We have been using Ochs exclusively since 2006. They handle all our electrical installations and repairs, network and cabling installation and repairs, and security cameras. Recently, they helped us take advantage of government incentives that enabled us to revamp all our exterior and interior lighting. We now have much better lighting and have saved money in the process. Ochs also supervised our installation of Level III electric vehicle chargers, handling all paperwork and permit issues. They found us the lowest prices for the various components and services and kept us informed at every stage.

A New Jersey, if not national, treasure ❤️ I am so deeply thankful to Joe and the entire team at Standard Tile for everything: for their sage advice, for the sheer variety of tile available on display, and for honoring delivery times. As a frequent customer, I always feel like they are a people-centered business, because they patiently listen to me explain the project I want to accomplish and then offer options within my budget and vision. Once, they called me that my order was ready, and upon hearing that I was planning to walk or call an Uber, they just offered to deliver. And they delivered within 10 minutes! Another time, they replaced a box of tile that was broken upon delivery within hours.
As a woman doing construction, I also frequently encounter condescension and sexism frequently in the industry. There was none of that at Standard Tile – just respect, kindness, and shared humanity.
I am really thankful for this local store and hope that it will continue to exist near me for generations to come. I won't be shopping for tiles anywhere else except Standard Tile.

My hygienist was super professional. Explained everything step by step. In and out under an hour! And my teeth look and feel great! And they have tv on the ceiling! You can watch your favorite show while you are at the dentist! Can’t beat that!:)

I came to Dr. Kim because of some faulty dental work from my previous dentist. He fixed it within moments and I have been going to him since.
Dr. Kim is very thorough, a man of VERY few words, calm and makes me feel like this is not his first rodeo - which I need as a dentist. His dental tech is SUPER warm, plays good music and is very attentive. They make a great team and work together well when it comes to communication with myself, each other and the dentistry itself.
If I have any questions, Dr. Kim answers it and if I have any concerns, he solves it.
Oh! Not only is he good, he is fast. The fact I know I my appointment will start on time, he will be sitting in his chair within 2-3 minutes after I sit down and them I am out!?!? With HEALTHIER TEETH!?!?! Can't beat it.
The last time I was at his office for fillings, I was not feeling comfortable with a filling, so while I was paying I brought it up. The young lady said "Really?", called him back upstairs. He patently listened, put on gloves and fixed it in 1 minute. He did not try to dismiss my feelings, he was like "Understood" and he fixed it. I am completely satisfied.
In retrospect, I also like the fact that his staff feels comfortable enough to call him from another room to address my concerns. Speaks volumes.

I feel nervous when I see Dr. Neeraj Patel, he looks serious but getting along with him will soon you will feel comfortable. He is so professional & knowledgeable dentist. He demonstrate empathy & provide support to patient with anxiety. He treated his patient with respect & explain detailed of the treatment. The same way with his Asst., Ms. Jen, she’s knowledgeable with her job, answers questions professionally & provides morale support to patient.

I worked with Dr. Sura during my pregnancy, first just for general care and then to try a flip my baby from breech. It was really a wonderful experience. She's a great chiropractor and she's a very warm and caring person, so it was always a positive and helpful experience. Especially when my baby was breech, I was stressed out and sessions with her often felt like a relief. Ultimately, my baby did flip and I really believe our sessions helped. Thank you Dr. Sura!
Treatment over 3 years to fix neck and back pain. Staff are very kind and friendly, and treatment has eliminated 99% of issues, with only occasional mild discomfort from poor sleeping habits now.

I first came to see Dr. Tejada in 2017 to treat a pinched nerve in my neck. I have had back/neck issues off and on, following a bad car accident at age 17. I was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Tejada was by precisely pinpointing my issues both before and after my x-rays. She placed me on the ideal treatment plan which quickly healed my pinched nerve. I continue to see Dr. Tejada for ongoing maintenance/ whenever my neck/back pain resurfaces. An added benefit of her practice - she has a wonderful acupuncturist and physical therapist who will treat you during the same chiropractic session! I highly recommend Dr. Tejada and the Amazing Touch practice/staff to anyone looking for superior neck/back treatment.

As a mother, the possibility of my son having cancer was in the back of my mind. We always think the worst. The swelling on his face was not subsiding, dismissing the chances that it could have been a bee sting, or an allergy to pollen, or a fungus. I did not want to believe. He is a joyful child who loves chasing after cats, squirrels, douchebags, and plunging into the lake at Lincoln Park. On his tush, the hamza is etched to ward off evil eye and...douchebags. He is a rescue, from a terrible family, and landed into my arms like a blessing. So for reassurance, I went to Animal Clinic as they are walking distance from my house. We had the clinic to ourselves as it was a Thursday morning. He got sedated and tests and x rays were made on him. While the cytology came out inconclusive and no metastasis was present anywhere in his body, there was an extremely high chance that it was a tumor and malignant as such due to how fast it was growing. They sent us home with steroids to see if they would work on bringing the swelling down while advising me to make an appointment with an oncologist. There are no vet oncologists in Jersey City. There are no vet specialists for that matter, in Jersey City. So...ok....why am I giving the clinic 5 stars? they allowed my son to rest after the tests and wean off the sedation. He stayed in a room by himself, dozing off the sedatives, until he was able to walk on his own. It took 3 hours for that to happen and I am appreciative for them not to have kicked us out once exams were done. I brought with me my work and carried on my job at the clinic; it was like any other working day, while waiting to be able to walk back home. He woke up, was able to walk and we had a lovely stroll back to our fluffy beds and tushy tickles. Every small gesture of kindness towards my child is worth gold. Didn't matter if the tests were inconclusive and still had to pay for them. They treated my son well and that's all that matters.

Surprised to see anything but 5 stars here. Dr. Buchholz is super knowledgeable and helpful. Even though we moved we will still drive a long distance to see him because we trust his opinion and he provides the best care. Clean clinic, nice staff. The location is a bit annoying get to, but at least there's easy parking (private parking lot) and prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Awesome massage. I asked for a deep tissue and for someone to walk on my back. I received exactly what I asked for- strong pressure and relaxed muscles.
Everyone was very welcoming and reviewed the type of facial I was looking for to get the best experience. Margaret was lovely! Speaking with Catherine on the phone with Kessler put me at ease right away, and she promptly got to work to make accommodations for me. I have been going here since rupturing my ACL in February and have gotten amazing treatment and results both before and after my surgery. Each week they are revamping my treatment plan to keep up with my progress and there is great individual treatment here! Would recommend to any family and friends!

Highly recommend NJ acupuncture of Jersey City. i attended their practice several years ago after having a spin surgery on my L5S1 area. Dr Lui recommended the practice to deal with aftermass pain and the practice was extremely helpful to me. i am now back in NJ and have tension and anxiety and they are back to help me again thank you so much NJ Acupuntute of JC for the help

I just had an acupuncture treatment from Alice Kim, which, as always, was exceptional. I receive treatment every week, which has helped me tremendously. As a result, my anxiety and stress have diminished and my sinuses have improved. Ms. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, and also caring and compassionate . She is a true healer, treating the whole patient. I highly recommend her .
My family and I have been going to Dr. Lescano for acupuncture and cupping for years. She has excellent bedside manners—kind and a good listener. She provides a calm, soothing environment for her patients. She does a variety of treatments to alleviate pain. We’ve always felt better after a session with Dr. Lescano.

I had a great experience with Falcon Driving School. I was a complete beginner and took 3 lessons before my road test. My instructor, Canny, was patient and helped me practice turns, stop signs, parallel parking, K-turns, reversing, and city driving. She also took me to my road test, and I passed. Thank you for the guidance and support throughout the process.
