The treatments themselves were incredibly effective. The laser hair removal Ive been doing with Bryonna and I noticed results already after the first few sessions. I also just did a Morpheus 8 treatment with Kaitlyn - I was nervous about the pain and downtime at first but it really wasn’t that bad at all and the next day I was already mostly healed and am really noticing a difference in my skin already! The team here is extremely attentive, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The environment was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.

He is very knowledgeable, communicative and helped guide me to a style that fit what I was looking for using his vast insight. The communication was very open; he would check in with me during the process to see if the cut was what I was looking for and he would explain some of the cutting/styling process so I understood what techniques were being used and their results. For context, I came in with a rough haircut from elsewhere that I did not think was salvageable. While it could not be completely undone, Michael reshaped it beautifully, and it ended up looking great. His level of skill is not accidental. He comes from a lineage of barbers that began with his great-uncle in the 1930s, then his father, and now him—generational skill passed down through decades.
Michael is hilarious and instantly makes you feel comfortable. He is a natural connector who goes beyond surface-level conversation, asking real, thoughtful questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about the person in the chair—not just the haircut.

I went to Christina for Lash Extensions Removal. I got Lash extensions done from a different Lash Tech that went horribly wrong and it hurted me so bad. I am thankful that I found Christina, who made me feel comfortable during the entire lash removal process. She saved my eyelashes which were glued so badly with the fake lashes. I have been going to uptown spa to see Claudia every month for waxing! She is very good and I would recommend her! The staff at the front desk are all so kind and nice. I didn’t like the Asian woman in the front desk because when one of the staff was talking to me I couldn’t hear her because I was listening to my music on Bluetooth that is connected to my cochlear. Then when I looked at the staff talking to me I saw the Asian woman staff look away and shakes her head. One time when I came to uptown spa I was very anxious because I have anxiety and the Asian staff woman wasn’t helpful calming me down.

Recently, I was interested in getting my first tattoo of a small simple heart, and I came across Hon tattoo studio. We needed an EV charger and got a very reasonable quote from Power Blitz. Arash brought an issue with my fuse panel to my attention that could have been a fire risk, and we ended up replacing the whole panel and upgrading to 125 AMP service. They managed the whole project from beginning to end, including working with the utility to get the power shut off and the inspector to make sure the whole system is solid.

They made sure our white oak stairs stayed to true the unfinished wood look, giving it a minimalist and Scandinavian feel. I hired Grand Building and Contracting to complete exterior renovation on my house and I am very happy I did. This is a family business that stands behind it’s word, Alex the father was the lead on my project.When I met Alex, I can say it was refreshing having someone be upfront and honest on cost, progress updates as the project was underway, and both Alex and Jason his son were amazing to work with. The finished product of my house looks amazing! My neighbours stopping me on the street to compliment me how beautiful my house looks. The renovation included the porch, new stairs and portico, stone work, siding, new flashing around the windows to create a uniform look.It took me many years to save up the funds to complete the renovations and I have had some issue with some past contractors promising you things but then not delivering or increasing the cost as they go along, but that was not my experience with Alex, the cost quoted is the price I paid. Alex and Jason went above to provide the quality product and design I was after. The contractors were professional and did quality work. We recently hired SD Construction for a bathroom renovation in our condo, and we are very happy with the results. The project started and finished exactly on schedule with no delays, and the pricing was very fair.
German was phenomenal throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and addressed every concern we had immediately. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell they use good quality materials.
The only minor suggestion for improvement when working with condo buildings would be the floor protection used in the common hallways (from the unit to the elevator). I think a more heavy duty, resistant material would be better to use to prevent it from tearing or bunching up, which can become a bit of a tripping hazard for neighbors. That said, the work inside the home was good!, and we are very satisfied customers!

I hired Joel to rebuild my entire condo in Toronto after it was damaged in a fire (complete demo and rebuild from studs in).
I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. From day one, Joel was incredibly compassionate about what I had been through and treated my home as if it were his own.
I was under insured, which added a huge layer of stress to an already difficult situation. Joel went out of his way to help me stretch every dollar. He found smart solutions, suggested cost saving alternatives without compromising quality, and was upfront about where I could save.
He worked with me for about a year as we waited on investigations, structural engineers, and other approvals before we were even able to start the renovation. His patience and steady communication during that time made a frustrating process far less overwhelming.

We had begbugs that mysteriously showed up one day and quickly took over at the same time as carpet beetles. It was a nightmare! I am allergic and was horribly bit. We tried taking care of things ourselves but a few weeks into it knew we needed to work with a true professional. There are so many choices out there- I did an exhaustive search over social media and reviews and quickly realized Mike at Swift-X was the professional we needed. Unlike other companies, Mike genuinely cared about our welfare, and was extremely communicative and flexible with us, as well as incredibly patient. I am a bug magnet and it was torture. Thanks to Mike, who even came back shortly after the warranty to make absolutely sure that the bed bugs were completely gone, and who also answered many of my questions with comprehensive care, we became bug free. We have old carpets and some older furniture which made things more challenging, but thanks so Mike who went above and beyond and was so excellent in every way, we will always be grateful. If God forbid we ever have any kind of pest issues again he will be on speed dial. He is a true professional who cares about the integrity of his work and the people and families he is helping.

After the first conversation, I knew that this company was the one. Stefano was amazing. He came to our house and gave us the estimates for interlocking and laying down curb stones for both my neighbour and my driveways. He explained everything to us. After we agreed and did all of the paperwork, Dominic came by and dropped off all of the materials to do the job. Not only did Dominic bring the materials, he smooth out the driveway which was not yet paved and took away a bump which helped the flow of the water when it rained. The weather was not cooperating but, we knew they would get the job done. A few days later, the job was completed and we could not be happier. We recommended this company to our neighbours. I had a really positive experience working with Thi-ut. After acquiring a concussion a month before a big hiking trip I was very concerned about recovering in time to complete my trip.

I highly recommend Dr Payam for your chiropractic adjustments. Ever since my first assessment he’s been attentive to my concerns and has helped me feel my best. I’d experienced persistent back pain for many years and with consistent adjustments, I’ve had no issues. He is very kind and always remembers his patients despite the short amount of time we spend in an appointment together! He has given great advice for any out of the ordinary pain I was feeling.

Our cats Misha and Masha have been going to this clinic for years. Just to explain to you how great it is, we have moved to Innisfil and yes we are still willing to travel because everyone who works at that clinic is professional, knowledgeable and above all kind. We know that our kitties are in great hands. On a side note, we absolutely adore Julia, she’s wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable!
The staff at Hello Pets are friendly and professional. I always see them walking the dogs around the neighborhood. They trim my dogs nails and I am my dog are always happy. They have also watched my doggy when I was away. I will go back for grooming and leave my dog with them in the future.
This is the only place I am willing to take my dog to get groomed. Michelle is by far my dog's favorite groomer!

The grooming before and after pictures speak for themselves. Our family dog Melo goes here too so we’re very happy to keep the grooming shop in the family!
I can’t say enough great things about their grooming service! My cat was treated with such gentle care and attention, and he came home looking amazing. The groomer was patient, professional, and experienced with cats, which made me feel completely at ease.
It’s not easy finding someone who knows how to handle cats so well, but this place truly impressed me. The whole experience was stress-free for both of us, and I could tell my cat felt comfortable throughout.

My dog Ringo is an older dog and his groomer quit a few years ago. Since then we have struggled to find the right fit: someone who both does a good job and is comfortable with Ringo’s biting tendencies as he’s grown uncomfortable with being groomed these days and my god did we find it here! Laurie is hands down the best groomer. She also is affordable! and if not for her Ringo might not be here as she checks his anal glands and she was the one to realize he has cancer which we are treating right now.
I've got a body wax for the first time in my life and I was aware and anxious of the pain. However the service from here was terrific and wasn't painful then I expexted to be, it must be their skill for sure. I think I'm going to be loyal customer whenever I need to get a body wax.
