It was a sight to see. I will be using them again if I ever need more roofing done.

I worked with Winder Flooring a few years ago for my home and had such a great experience with the quality of their workmanship that when another need came up I wanted to use them! I knew that I would get a great product. Audra is very good about communicating which products are working well and why they like to use them. For this specific project there was a little miscommunication about the timeline and when the project could be completed. In the end though the result was 100% worth the wait. We used darker flooring for this project so we did have a little caulk show up post project. Audra was amazing, she came to the house, and worked on getting all the spots up. She provided us with the product she uses in case we ran into anymore issues. We couldn't be happier with how the floors came out.

My artist took my vision and did an amazing job. It’s a very large leg piece and I am glad we went there…some other artist did ask her if she knew what she was doing right in front of me…and for someone who was about to get her entire leg done that was crazy behavior. I don’t know who that was but if he was my artist I would have walked out especially considering I’m dropping over $500 just for the first session. It’s 2026 and there is no need to be that way especially in front of customers. I am very happy with the outline work we got done and I excited to go back and finish! Overall 5 stars because she did great work but that guy needs a snickers and a nap.

He cleaned all 4 bedrooms, my office, and my living room, and even cleaned 3 of my couches that desperately needed it. The crazy part? I still paid less than what local companies quoted me to clean just 3 bedrooms and a living room.

I have never used a professional carpet cleaning company as I have always done the cleaning myself. This time around due to not having the time or energy I thought to reach out to a company and get it done professionally. Melinda was amazing with setting up the appointment and explaining the cost of the service for two rooms, and providing a quote and instructions prior to arrival. The day of, Emilio reached out prior to arrival to let me know he was 15 minutes out. He arrived early and prepared, ready to hit the ground running. Emilio was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the job itself. He took the time to explain what he would do, how long it would take, and what to expect after. He finished it in no time, and he did an amazing job! He took out stubborn stains that even I had struggled with from constant foot traffic over the years. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the customer service from start to finish in my interactions with Refresh, all the way down to the quality of the work done. Would definitely recommend and without a doubt use them again!
This company is the best I’ve ever used. They get out all stains, are professional and polite. My first experience with them was when my new border collie chewed up a black ink pen. When I was vacuuming the shards of the pen, I dragged a stripe of black ink across my carpet. My usual people couldn’t come out, but Dr Steam came out and got out all traces of the ink. I don’t even remember the name of my old company! Dr Steam is ALL I use for my floor cleaning needs.

Dr Steam saved the day again! I flooded a large area of my house when I forgot to turn off the bath water! He did an amazing job, bought on heavy duty blowers and equipment and he had them running all weekend. It’s as if it never happened! He nailed the carpets back down an hour ago. No smell. Nothing. It looks great! Amazing job.

But the main thing Jeremy did was to put brown out solution to counter soap residue….it worked

I have used this company for years. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed already. The first home I rented was disgusting with animal mess In all the rooms and the carpet should have been replaced but my landlord changed her mind after I signed a rental agreement. When the man cleaned the carpets he knew I was in a bind and he took it personally knowing my kids where still crawling on the floor. He spent a very long time cleaning , despite the carpet looking like it was unrecoverable from pet stains and previous tenants he did such a good job on the carpets that when we moved out the landlord was upset with me because she believed I had the carpets changed without her permission and she warned me that she would not be reimbursing me for the cost of the new carpets.Services: Upholstery cleaning

I worked with Winder Flooring a few years ago for my home and had such a great experience with the quality of their workmanship that when another need came up I wanted to use them! I knew that I would get a great product. Audra is very good about communicating which products are working well and why they like to use them. For this specific project there was a little miscommunication about the timeline and when the project could be completed. In the end though the result was 100% worth the wait. We used darker flooring for this project so we did have a little caulk show up post project. Audra was amazing, she came to the house, and worked on getting all the spots up. She provided us with the product she uses in case we ran into anymore issues. We couldn't be happier with how the floors came out.

Hector, the owner of Accent Tile & Stone is right there in the store when you come in. You get personal service. He is a lifelong, helpful, commonsense man that has been in the tile business for 40 years. He is the only one in Lubbock Texas that gave me a good price. His tile layer, that installed my front outdoor entryway tile is William Rivera. A young family man with 10 years of tile laying experience. He did a perfect job and did everything possible to make the tile look good and long lasting. You can ask Hector for my address and come see the perfect job William did.

Dont use K&N Services owner Keith Pinkerton he is a Thief i gave him $140 to get electrical wire for a job that he was going to do for me and he never got the wire then the next time I went with him to Home Depot to get the materials for another job and paid him for the job and he never came back and finished it and kept my materials kept telling me he was going to come back and finish the job and he never did and now won't even answer a phone call or a message
As a tradesman and home inspector, I know how hard it is to find good work. When one of my inspectors accidentally stepped through a ceiling on an inspection, I reached out to Chris at Phoenix Rising Renovations for help. Chris was able to get the repair quickly scheduled and corrected. The drywall repair was great and the texture match was on point. Fred Henry Construction was recommended to us when we were gathering bids for inside and outside home renovations. We were not disappointed. We were advised every day when workers would be at the house. The bosses also came daily to review the work being done or to advise what work needed to be done to fix any unexpected problems found. Bill and his employees at Golf Greens Texas did an excellent job of replacing my grass lawn with turf
The day after I called, Bill brought samples of my choices and measured my space. The product I chose was ordered and they started the following week.
Their work was professional and efficient. They capped off my sprinkler heads and began removing the grass and then laying the turf. They poured cement around my 2 trees in the front and placed river rock inside the cement. All of it looks great.
If you’re thinking about turf, I highly recommend Bill and Golf Greens Texas.

I have two senior Great Danes who still act like playful puppies when the mood strikes. Dr. Oden never judged me when I shared stories about their pack-mentality antics, and that meant a lot. My older Danes usually dislike going to the vet, but they seemed completely at ease with Dr. Oden and the staff—which is huge in my eyes. I’m so glad I moved all three of my dogs to this clinic.
Hub city vet is the best! They got my dog in same day when he was having some medical issues. Dr. Bridge was so good with my dog and wanted to help him. Would highly recommend this place!

I love this place ! Super clean, friendly, and truly care about your animal. I never feel rushed and I always feel included in my animals treatment. I really love the vet takes into account the age of my animal before prescribing meds. Some vets want you in and out but not this vet. I plan to transfer all my animals over to Kingsgate.

We took our 13 year old girl to Animal Hospital of Lubbock. Front desk staff was very friendly. We were seen by Delta and Dr. Richards. Both were great at explaining options to us. They took their time and didn't rush through the exam. We left feeling we had made the right choice to get a second opinion on our girl's previous CHF diagnosis. Would highly recommend this place for your furry family.

When she had a worry about the length of the cut due to matting she called me to make sure I was comfortable with changing the cut. So sweet and such an amazing groomer!
Brought my 13 year old bichon frise here for a full groom, and they did such a lovely job. Most groomers will take anywhere from 2-4 hours, and i got a call that they were done about an hour after dropping her off. The staff are so friendly the atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommend!

The Spa by Pure was such a luxury experience! Everything about The Spa was amazing and I absolutely can’t wait to be back. The scalp massage is a must. The red light therapy sauna after my massage was the ultimate way to end my session. This would be such a great treat for yourself or someone else. I’ve been to see Keith several times now for deep tissue massages, and he is amazing at what he does. I always come out feeling much better than when I went in. From the very beginning, he’s very nice and inviting. During the massage, he maintains a sense of professionalism while also keeping the mood light and humorous. His jokes are almost as good as his massages! You can absolutely tell he loves what he does.
