I highly recommend Sonoma County Piercing! This was by far the cleanest piercing shop I’ve ever been to, and the inside is absolutely beautiful. They are definitely on the pricier side compared to other piercing shops in the area, and the jewelry can be expensive as well, but you’re paying for quality care and professionalism, which makes it worth it. Mick did my nostril piercing on a walk in basis, which I really appreciated, and the whole experience felt comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Definitely my top recommendation for piercings in Sonoma County!

Wow!! Called and made an appointment for 30 minutes later! Had a delightfully relaxing massage! Ivy is small but very strong! Absolutely a must try!!
And went into the emergency room for a stomach issue. I felt all the staff knew their job and worked well on my behalf. I spent four hours total in the ER., but many tests were done on me. Considering the amount of tests that were done, four hours was appropriate. All the tests were done before the doctor ever came in to see me and gave me the results of what was found and then I was released within 30 minutes later.
I drove 2+ hours for my appointment with Adrienne and she was worth every minute.
I feel like jelly. I am on a cloud. I am a cloud of jelly in the best possible way after my massage. And the facial!!! Did I get a tune up, or a heavy duty collagen mask? - it’s seriously hard to tell. I think she took if not five years off me, at least the incredibly stressful last 18 months!! I am so sad I only found her before moving away or I would have absolutely made plans to return.

What an ugly little salon with icky smelling skin care products. Alison has the most foul smelling arm pits in the world. I am rating her smelly arm pits which ruined my skin care treatment. During the treatment she kept calling me by my girlfriends name. My girlfriend paid for the treatment for my belated birthday gift.

She's skilled and knowledgeable about her craft, always professional, and just really friendly. I appreciate how down to earth she is. Alayna has been doing my hair for years, now I'm spoiled and won't settle for any other stylist. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! Jessica is super friendly, made me feel very comfortable and confident after seeing my results. I wasn’t too sure what I was going to look like afterwards because I was scared of showing up and seeing what could be done with my hair. I thought it was impossible to revive my hair after so many years of being damage. Tanya and her mom are the absolute best. One of the best and only salons I trust in Santa Rosa. My nickname is Sunny and so of course I had to try them, and that was about 4 months ago now. They are my go to spot and will be for the future as long as I live here. I’m very picky about my pedicures and everytime I go in I pretty much fall asleep in the chair and they always turn out so good. They also take the time to remember all of their guests and even remember everyone’s name. Feels like a home away from home. I came in while on vacation in Santa Rosa. Back home I go to the same nail salon religiously but desperately needed my nails done. I spent an hour looking for the “perfect” spot because I am so picky about the filing and quality of gel as well as the experience. The new owner is Amazing! Please if you were expecting the old owner give her a chance because it was def. 5 star. I get ingrown easily as well and I also expect a quality massage and it couldn’t have gone better. This is a family ran business so please support her and refer people if you have the same experience I did!

Holly did a beautiful job on my hair. I asked her to cut it a specific way, which was the same distance from my head for each hair, except for the part above my ears in order that that wouldn't be shorter than the rest. She followed my request instead of reverting to how she would normally cut a curly head of hair. It came out great and lasted for a long time, and went into ringlets, just the way I wanted it for a Diva Curl. Thank you, Holly, for the best cut ever!

I can't say enough about my experience. I had the Image Signature Face Lift (facial). From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Michelle came out with her little tote with a wrap, robe, slippers and water. The bed/table was heated, cozy blankets and peaceful ambiance. Throughout the process, Michelle explained what she was doing, the products she was using and the benefits of each one. After she applied the mask, she gives the most amazing foot massage. At the end, she went over the condition of my skin and some recommendations. I left with a couple samples to try before I buy them. The facial was the best I have ever had! Leaving there relaxed with my skin feeling bright, refreshed and overall amazing. I highly recommend booking a facial. If you're in need of a lash artist, she is also an amazing lash artist.

Got the trio brows and lashes service and Caelie made me feel super comfortable and communicated exactly what she planned to do, results I could expect, and made sure I agreed with the plan and was able to voice my own thoughts. The brows turned out great, but what I unexpectedly love the most are my tinted lashes. They look amazing, I’ll never have to apply mascara again, and I can’t believe I waited this long to try lash tinting. I’m a tomboy and don’t usually have a go-to person for anything like this because I just don’t do this often enough, but I think I may become a regular here ? (I also never write reviews but hey today’s experience got me doing this too).

We went through all the products I've been using, and I quickly realized how many well-marketed products out there actually do very little for our skin. Linda created a simple plan using her top five skin essentials--products and procedures that will genuinely make a difference. The physician-strength treatment itself was incredible: relaxing, educational, and I left with my skin glowing! I can't recommend Linda highly enough and can't wait for my next appointment :)

Wow! What an amazing facial I had from Kiki’s Skin Studio yesterday. Sooooo relaxing and cleansing. I feel like my skin is positively glowing! It was such a nice cozy atmosphere from the location of the studio itself (tucked away off Mendocino in a beautiful little cobblestone walkway with fountains and cafe atmosphere) to the tastefully decorated spa room itself.
It was a cold morning but I was tucked in a warm room with comfy warmed sheets and relaxing music.
The products smelled heavenly and I’ll be looking into buying some for home use because I liked them all. I’m booking another facial here for next month!

I had my bridal hair and makeup with trial and then 6 others (bridesmaids and MOB) done with 4 stylists total which was perfect. They arrived on time and were so kind and attentive. They have competitive pricing and I did have to pay a travel fee for each stylist because my wedding was in Geyserville and not in Santa Rosa. I recently went to get tattooed for my late 18th birthday present. The staff is so friendly and so inviting, especially Mo. Mo is the one who did my tattoo of a couple lady bugs on my forearm and i really appreciate him and how nice and funny he is. He made sure I was okay during the tattoo and was so reassuring. I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!

Amazing outstanding fantastic unbelievable awesome and affordable. They are not enough great words to describe the work that Chris and his crew especially Frank and Bob did today to get my electricity up and running. I had a tree fall on my car and ripped my electrical lines down. Chris just happened to be driving by and dropped his card off. They had guys out here 20 minutes later redid all of the work put in a new panel and had PG&E out here for a final inspection by the end of the day and I was up and running with electricity. Scott is an excellent and very well priced electrician. Our beachouse had antiquated wiring with circuit breakers crumbling in the box. Scott came in and identified all the things we needed to change and those we did not. He made all the repairs right on time and came back and fixed one item gratis. Bills lock and safe were super fast, kind, and professional when my toddler locked himself in the bathroom. They arrived very promptly, but my toddler did manage to free himself moments before they arrived. However, they helped show me how to remove the locking mechanism from my door and didn't charge me anything and were super understanding of the situation. WOW!! Esteam is the most wonderful company for all of your carpet/upholstery/rug cleaning needs!! I cannot say enough good things. I received a quote quickly over the phone followed up by a detailed email and a first customer savings added. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. Kyle came to perform our carpet cleaning day of, right on time, and did an INCREDIBLE job!! Aside from the beautiful carpets we get to enjoy, he was so enthusiastic, kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he loves his job. He is a master with cleaning carpets and the job was just superb!! I felt like I had made a friend when he left. I have an incredibly sensitive nose and could still smell a dog smell (I was warned in detail that when moisture is added it MIGHT make some odors slightly more noticeable, and we have a 9 year old lab who now gets to sleep on her bed in the room or stay off the carpet due to her older lab smells and oil in her coat. She never had an accident on the carpets, but the oil/smell of an older Labrador could be noticed by me. We’d never received a comment on it, again, I just have a heightened sense of smell). I called Esteam to see what they’d recommend me using to get rid of the smell. Instead of recommending, they explained that they would be happy to come out and perform a cleaning of that room free of charge. Talk about a company who stands behind their work! Amazing!!! We requested Kyle to come back and he smelled the carpet/area of concern with me. The smell was hard for him to detect as the carpets had dried and no moisture was in them, but he sprayed a wonderful smelling deodorizer all over the carpets and we are hopeful that it has solved our problem! He said please reach out to him should we have any concerns in the future or still smell it and he’d be happy to come back and take the next steps with us. He was so happy to return and explain in detail why the smell might’ve still been there. Again, I have a highly sensitive nose. My husband couldn’t smell it nor my parents, but I could and it just made me feel so incredibly grateful that even though Kyle didn’t really smell it, unless deep in the carpet, he still addressed all of our questions and hopefully solved the “problem” we had. I am so grateful and am a customer for life!!! We look forward to future cleanings and recommending Esteam to everyone we know!!

He and his wife, Sheila, and team cleaned and repaired the borders of a prized century-old heirloom Persian rug that was purchased in Berkeley by Terese's grandparents, Marion and C.E. Sullivan. The results were fabulous. Peter, however, went beyond our expectations when he responded to concerns that the rug was rippling across a new pad. He drove an hour to see for himself, pondered the problem, and decided it was the pad. Masi replaced it, and the problem vanished. We found Peter to be informative, engaging, and a man of his word. He and his team are simply the best.

I randomly picked Spot On Chem-Dry to do some much needed cleaning Amon was on time, he quickly took measurements of the areas I want cleaned and he immediately gave me a quote. The quote was fair, but I also had a coupon which he cheerfully accepted. Amon really put his back in it and was finished and out the door in 90 minutes. The folks at John's are amazing. I had driven by for several years and ignored the place since I wasn't interested in formica. Turns out they are WAY MORE than that. I've had them do 3 separate modifications to my existing oak kitchen cabinets and every time the changes are completely indistinguishable from the original cabinets. The style, and stain they used were a perfect match each time and look great! Rental Rehab Inc. managed, by husband and wife team. Theresa and Brian were recommended to me at the TeeVax Appliance store by Phillip. They personally visited my home twice before we began the process. We had them remove all of the popcorn ceilings on the first floor of our home, approximately 1000 ft.² which also included the repair and replacement of the drywall in our entry way . Along with that they textured and painted the ceilings, hung new light fixtures inside and out. Painted entry doors and even did a roof patch. Not only is the work quality and fairly priced., they also worked with a sense of urgency to complete a large list of projects in a timely manner. They communicated every step of the process and the team worked cleanly and neatly. Theresa And Brian have even returned afterwards to check the work to make sure everything was in good order. I live in Bodega Bay and our house is in constant need of repairs. I hired Lance initially to install some ceiling fans. Will came out and did a very good inspection and removed a rat stuck in a trap in the roof crawl space. Tom came out and sealed off gaps & holes. They are coming out 1 more time on 2/4/26 to finish up the work & check the traps they set. One more review after they complete the job.2/4/26- The technician came back this morning to complete the work. Checked traps, re-baited as needed and a appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks to check all the traps. They did a very thorough job of sealing all possible entry points of the home. We can HIGHLY recommend this company for your pest control needs.
We had a large infestation of Yellowjackets in the wood under our bay window for weeks. My husband tried some creative ways to stop them, but all failed. He did manage to get stung - twice. After getting a really high quote from another company, I found Bee Conscious online and gave them a call on Sunday evening. Chris answered and told us he could help with a real solution and quoted a reasonable rate. He came the next day to do an evaluation and then returned a few days later to do the treatment. He was here at 10:00 am this morning and by 2:00 pm, we see no more Yellowjackets! Thank you Chris!

They charged a reasonable amount, and got rid of an insane number of ants from the property. We were getting ants in our bed, and within 5 minutes of putting anything on the counter.
They came once, guaranteed a second sweep within the month, and came back to do the second sweep.
They positioned the inside poison in very strategic locations so that interior cats weren't able to get at it.
They came Fall 2022, and we still don't have ants inside in Fall 2024. Thanks!!

Crew did a great job with pulleys and ropes to prevent anymore damage to car and house. Alan sent his crew right away to Bodega Bay to get the job done. Cleaned up after job and left property cleaner than before. Quality equipment and machines to tackle a large tree.
I was very happy with the work done by Davey Tree Service. Arborist David Inman came out to survey the requested work (trim 2 City-owned Crepe Myrtle trees, 1 private Crepe Myrtle tree and remove 1 Satsuma Mandarin tree) and provided suggestions and followed up with a reasonable proposal. The crew that did the work was friendly and did a great job with the trimming and cleanup. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in the Napa and surrounding areas.

I called 7 different arborist/landscape companies and Dino at Slater’s was the only one who picked up the phone. He came out the following day and gave me a great quote for my family’s two acre property. The property had several overgrown trees, a few dead trees and lots of huge poison oak and blackberry patches. He got me on the schedule quickly, was prompt, professional and thorough. Not only did they haul away all of the debris, they also hauled off all of the junk they found that was hidden in bushes and cleared out a shed full of junk as well. Dino kept me informed of their progress by texting me photos on a daily basis. The property now looks beautiful. I really can’t say enough good things about Dino and Slater’s Tree Care. Thank you guys for all of your help.
Aaron and team did a great and fast job taking down a problematic tree that was dying and a hazard to our neighbors. It was easy to schedule an estimate and he gave a very fair price. Lucas and his team have worked on our property across several projects, and each time they’ve demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. Most recently, they removed 15 large trees to prepare the site for our new pool, completing the work efficiently and safely.
As with any large project, unexpected issues came up, and Lucas and his crew were always flexible and easy to work with in adjusting the plan. For example, when it became clear that several stumps needed to be ground deeper to accommodate the pool patio, they worked closely with us to find a practical and cost-effective solution.
When PG&E required a temporary pause on the work, Lucas helped coordinate directly with their team to resolve the issue and keep the project on track. He later returned to clear dead ivy from our redwoods, ensuring the property was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Lucas and his team for their expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality work.

Dr. Gina has been doing my dental care for about 15 years now. Only wish I knew her before that. I have never had more luck with crowns and restorations than I have had with Gina. More often than not, the crown needs no adjustment and can go right in. How often does that happen in life? Right the 1st time? A great Doctor with great staff and a wonderful experience overall. Very highly recommended.

He really knows what he’s talking about, and you can tell that this all seems pretty easy to him. He’s gentle and he’s quick. He knows just how to take care of his patient. I can only say that Dr Trevor is an amazing chiropractor. I'm 76 with severe disc degeneration due to scoliosis and bone on bone arthritis in the left shoulder. Though I don't live within an easy commute, every time I see him I get unexpected and substantial relief with improved posture.
Dr. Bartlett and his team are extremely professional and welcoming. They are focused on every detail and explain their treatment plan clearly. I have seen much improvement in my health over the past 5 months and highly recommended them.
Before seeing Dr Hartman I was having some chronic lower back pain to the point of where I was missing a lot of work. His treatments and body mechanic advise have helped me to the point of becoming essentially pain free. Dr. Hartman is kind and courteous and I highly recommend him.
I've had really exceptional experiences at acorn, and, being hyper mobile I'm sensitive to big adjustments. They always know just how to adjust my body type.
I took off one star because the cost feels unreasonable and unsustainable.
I used to have a membership and really benefitted from coming to acorn, but now it feels like a luxury instead the preventative maintenance that I previously appreciated.
I'll still come when in dire need, but with everything being so expensive these days it has to be infrequent.
Love the work they do though!

Dr. Joshua is an incredible chiropractor. He definitely made me a believer in chiropractic care. When I ran into some pretty intense back pain I reached out and I not only feel/can move better but I also learned so much! He doesn't just get you in and out, he is focused on the holistic care of his patients. He educates through a specialized approach to each patient and gets into a breadth of health & wellness exercises catered to each patient. I have a changed view of the practice and how effective it is. My pain gone and I have a guide from Dr. Joshua on how to best avoid the issue again. I will be a returning patient!! 10/10
When I went to Dr Laura, I had fibromyalgia so bad that it had caused me to have a sedentary lifestyle because everything hurt. Even pressing on my skin caused me pain. I started out going two times a week and noticed that I was getting relief after the fourth week. It has been a little over a year now and I still go once a week, but my fibromyalgia is under control and I have my life back. I have to tell you I was not sure this was something that was going to help me, but I finally went and I am so glad that I did. I was even able to fly to North Carolina to see my grandbabies, which was something I did not think I would be able to do in the future.She has also helped me with other issues, bad fall and back pain. If you are suffering With chronic pain, you need to make an appointment and talk to Dr Laura. I promise you will be glad you did.

Long over due revoew: Mylo, my rat terrier. has been coming here for close to 8 years now. We get nail trims but have gotten a wash and some color. He isnt the easiest dog sometimes and can be nippy but they are amazing with him and patient, which I appreciate more than I can describe. Ive taken him to another groomer before more of a commercial animal store and though they did their best, comparatively i could tell the skill from Trim and Proper Is unmatched. A mobile yoga practice led by Deacon was the perfect addition to our bachelorette weekend in Sonoma! Deacon was punctual, his equipment was clean/in good shape, and his class was just what we needed! Our group had varying degrees of experience with yoga and his poses and guidance provided enough challenge, connection, and relaxation for our entire group. Deacon was attentive and interactive and brought a thoughtful gift for our bride. He was professional, yet patient with our rowdy group. I’m not sure where to begin. I’ve been seeing Randy for a few months for several different issues - some recent and some decades old. He is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable, often knowing what hurts and where the pain is coming from more than I do. He has also referred me to doctors that have helped in conjunction with his work, who I only went to because I trust his recommendation and probably would not have otherwise considered.
In addition to being knowledgeable and intuitive, Randy is extremely thoughtful, warm and kind. Some of the work he does can be difficult, and he has a gift of being a very calming and safe presence. I always leave with my body feeling better than when I walked in, more relaxed, and lighter. As a bonus, he’s funny and an absolute joy to be around. Unlike many other types of bodywork, the results of Randy’s work last. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

After months of no pt training. I finally got some sessions authorized. I was referred to Jim, he has a tremendous amount of help in my rotator cuff rehab and strengthening. I would highly recommend him. he not only goes after the current concern, but takes in past injuries. He helps train in away that should help you not injure yourself in the future.

What really stood out, though, was how much he genuinely cared about my situation and progress. I was referred to Dr. King by my primary doctor. I emailed her with an emergency, my knee, I could barely walk. She recommended the usual protocol but ended with the recommendation for Dr. King, advising she's been treated by him over the years with great results. It was impossible to dismiss this, and I'm so glad I didn't. On my first visit, Dr. King told me he isn't a magician, but he is a healer. Today I'm convinced he's both! He's been at the same Santa Rosa location for 40 years, his father before him opening the practice. He's been coined the last in a long line. His demeanor is gentle and kind. My knee is healed. I had known about Four Seasons and Scott and Diane for probably close to 20 years (initially from someone I knew who had a serious autoimmune disease and swore by their treatments and formulas and so they came highly recommended by them) and *finally* went to see Scott recently (for Hashimoto's, hormonal imbalance issues as well as some other issues) and I can't recommend him highly enough.I also came in at a time in my life when I had been dealing with a lot of grief and trauma due to recent events, and Scott made a really beautiful and amazing formula for me to help me through this trying time (and it was made me with love and care and 40 years of expertise). He's an artist and I look forward to continuing to work with him to help restore balance and find peace.
I first visited Michael in Colorado back in 2008 when I wanted to discontinue my use of a prescription. I knew very little about acupuncture but still continue to be amazed by its results. I trusted him from the beginning with his kind presence and professionalism. I initially saw him twice a week and eventually once a month. Now I might go months without seeing him or come to him for a common cold. He is great with his Chinese herbal formulas and tailors them to treat your symptoms. Each visit, Michael has provided me with helpful advice and conversation to allow me to look at things in a different, brighter perspective. Now that I've moved out to the Bay Area I make the extra effort to drive up to 2 hours with traffic to see him because I know that my treatment will be effective.
