Kurt showed up at my home at the time I was able to be there after work. He gave me quotes on a service that I will need in the near future. And also a quote on what I needed immediately. He gave me options and also provided me with Insight based on his experience, as to which option I should choose without pushing me in one direction or the other. After I decided he immediately went to work and finished it in less time than he had mentioned it may take. He was very professional courteous and I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing based solely on the experience I had dealing with Kurt! Kurt was our savior! I would highly recommend this company and specifically Kurt. He was on time, efficient and extremely courteous. He made it possible for us to be able to use our bathrooms (flush) and shower. We hadn’t been able to do so for about a week. Seriously cannot thank him enough! And he talked us through all of the options price wise and explained the entire process. Cheers to Kurt!
