Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldn't figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. Rocket Plumbing just installed a New water heater and let me tell you that was 5Star service. The installer Geoffrey and his partner just went above and beyond. The installation didn't take long at all and they also left the room extremely clean..Would Highly recommend this company.

Rocket Plumbing delivers again! Louis showed up early and last minute even though every plumber in the city must be slammed today. They did a fantastic job and answered all of my potentially annoying, inquisitive home owner questions thoroughly and with patience.
