I have been burdened with recurring neck pain and limited mobility for many years. After only 2 sessions my neck feels the most free it has felt since I can remember. I am happy to have a glimmer of hope again on this healing journey. In addition, Heather has a lovely presence and is a joy to work with.

Heather is an incredible resource/healer. With all the different modalities she works, she's able to truly find what you -and your body- need, and would benefit the most from. I work on my feet, and reflexology was a lovely treat, as is the work she does for scar tissue and low back pain. Stoked to know this woman and her magic touch, to support my body. (And her energy is so calm and nurturing, she's lovely to be around)

I had the pleasure of working with Heather for the first time last week and I must say, it was a great experience. I am a new mom-to-be (just entered into my 2nd trimester) who walked through Heather's door with a swollen and inflamed knee, indigestion and fatigue. When I left, I definitely felt different (in a good way) - lighter, more energized, more connected to my body and in better alignment. It's been less than a week, and although my knee isn't 100%, I'm back on the Peloton doing easy rides and haven't needed to wrap my knee for the past 5 days. Heather has a healing touch that's gentle, yet effective. Highly recommended, especially for the momma's out there!!

Heather is a Chicago based licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master who specializes in Myofascial Release (as taught by John Barnes), Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki and pain management. Many of her clients experience relief from chronic pain, neck & shoulder injuries, headaches, low back pain, plantar fasciitis and TMJ Dysfunction.
