“Called to have catch basin cleaned which has not been done in a very long time as I had had odor coming from cleaned and but a camera down the lines showed me and explained a few other problems nothing major but I figured as long as they were there do the job right and had the lines jetted out. No pressure to do the other cleaning which I liked.“

“Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldn't figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. I'd much rather pay extra for a company that hires licensed/certified people than go with a cheaper place that does unreliable, half-baked work. Would definitely use again.“

“I have nothing but good things to say about HWHR Chicago. My water heater unexpectedly starting making horrific noises on a weekend in the middle of the night. I called HWHR the very next morning. Jim was lightning fast in responding to me. Not even two days later, Jim and team were able to come out and replace my heater before something went wrong. Outside of excellent communication, Jim answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Furthermore, as a condo building resident, Jim was respectful of all HOA rules and kept common areas clean/undamaged when moving tools and the old heater out of the building. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received (especially given the heater location, which is difficult to access). Basically, Jim took an anxiety-inducing nightmare and resolved it in a matter of about 2.5 hours. Thank you HWHR and Jim! I will definitely be calling back for all my water heater needs.“
“BEST OF THE BEST! Highly recommend All Rooter! We hired them to repair our sewer pipe connection to the city line and clean out / hydro jet our catch basin. It was a big project and they did a phenomenal job! From the beginning they showed extensive knowledge and experience in this type of repair. Bert also showed interest in understanding the real issue in order to recommend the best approach and provide us with an accurate cost for the work. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all my questions clearly. He sent images and videos of the work during the process to keep us informed and up to date. The construction area was left organized every day which showed respect for our property and care for the work that he does. Additionally, they provided advice on improvements to our storm water management system and recommendations on future maintenance. Working with Bert was a true pleasure and would hire him again!!“

People’s Gas performed a safety inspection which identified a leak in the system. And shut the gas off. My mom is a senior, and without heat her home was in habitable. We called Zuniga Plumbing Saturday, by Sunday Afternoon the problem was completely resolved and the heat was turned on. Thanks Walter! Craftsmanship, Honesty, Skill and Trustworthy!“

“My 2 nd floor bath was suddenly leaking into the downstairs closet and hall. I called several plumbers and either they wanted money to just come look at my problem (What ever happened to free estimates?) or they came and asked too much. I called Pittman Plumbing and told them my problem. The plumbers came out in a few hours. Looked at the problem and gave me a quote of $990. The only other quote I got was more than twice that. Kenneth and Jamal impressed me with their knowledge of what needed doing so I hired them to do the repair. They both worked very hard for about 5 hours or so. They did a really good job and even fixed a leak I had from my sink hot water feed without being asked. This company is now my plumbers for life! Great job, guys. Thanks a bunch!“
