Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. I explained the problem & he within an hour got someone to my home that evening to turn off the water and help asses the problems. He only charged a very fair service call charge for his time. Update - J. Blanton just came out for routine maintenance and they were equally amazing as the first time I used them. They called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Brandon was so nice and explained everything to me without being condescending. He was also super sweet to my dog. My water needs to be replaced soon and he gave me all of my options without trying to oversell me. I would never use another plumbing company in this area because the service is so incredible with them. I cannot recommend enough.“
