Our basement flooded over the weekend, it was a finished area. We were without electricity during the crazy rain this past weekend. Water was in the entire space and our carpet was soaked
We called ServiceMaster that night. We’ve used their services in the past with fabulous results!
An incredibly professional team arrived today, and called an hour prior to coming, to keep us informed.
Alvaro Miranda, and his partner, worked efficiently, and were respectful, and skilled. My husband and I were very informed and incredibly satisfied.

Reviews
ServiceMaster, Oscar, Robert, and the entire crew were fantastic. They worked within my schedule and were even able to come out early! They did such a thorough job in our basement and checked in on us daily, even over the weekend, to make sure everything was drying out adequately. Thank you for making our basement inhabitable again! Great work!
Service Master and Mike Serena were very helpful with an estimate for our insurance claim and we were very happy with the work they performed. In one day they made it like 6 raccoons were never living in our attic!
