I recently visited Dr. Farhan A. Momin, D.M.D., for a chipped tooth. After the filling was completed, I was informed that my insurance was no longer accepted at their practice, leaving me responsible for the full cost out of pocket. It was an unexpected and frustrating situation, but Dr. Momin took care of the unaccounted-for balance, which I truly appreciated. While this wasn’t an ideal experience, his willingness to address the issue helped make things right. It also showed me that he puts his patients first, which is exactly what I look for in a dentist.
After being away from dentist, I decided to return, and was glad I did. The staff was professional and friendly. My treatments were explained so I would understand what was happening, relieving my anxiety. ☺️
I have been coming here for about 25 years. I tried to go to another dentist once and had a bad experience. Now, even after moving 1100 miles away, I still come to this office for my visits. I've seen the dentists retire and replaced but the same quality if care remains. I absolutely love Sue, a hygienist. The dentists are also very friendly and the front desk staff. The office location is perfect and the view of the lake is amazing.
