They came today to place a liner in a very old pipe which is in the cement floor. After looking they determined that they may not be able to complete the job. So they provided a completely different solution and even recommended some for that job. They could have charged us to do a possibly incomplete job, but provided a better solution . They were very respectful and professional. We will recommend to others in the future.
I had a great experience with Super Restoration. We had some water damage in our basement after a plumbing issue and their team showed up quickly, assessed everything, and got to work right away. They were very professional and explained the whole process so we understood what was happening and why certain things had to be done.
What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just dry the obvious areas, they checked surrounding walls and materials to make sure there wouldn’t be mold issues later. The equipment was set up neatly and they kept the area clean while working.
Communication was excellent the whole time and they worked directly with the insurance company which made the process a lot less stressful for us. Overall very solid company and I’d definitely recommend Super Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage or mold problems.

I visited Franco Amedeo for the first time today to get a last-minute haircut before an event. When I arrived on my lunch break, Carmelo was kindly waiting for me. I told him about my time crunch, and not only did he get me out in time to make it back to work, he gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in years. His decades of experience are clearly shown by his precision and technique, and to top it all off, he was an absolute delight to talk to. I could not be happier with the work Carmelo did, and I will absolutely be going back for any future haircut.

I requested Dr. Young's assistance with completing a health certificate from the USDA, as required for importing a dog from the US to a foreign country. He was the only vet in the area who agreed to provide this service. Dr. Young meticulously completed the health forms and ensured that I had everything I needed, when I needed it. I am also grateful for his compassionate exam of my small dog (a Shih Tzu). The price for this service was completely fair in my opinion. Highest recommendation!

I needed my Attic re-insulated, Clean Air Doctors gave me the most professional treatment, starting with the estimate given to the crew performing the job.They applied insulation according to the recommended value of R-49 and showed pictures of before and after.

I used their service for the first time. I needed to replace a zipper on my ski jacket. I was quoted a price and a pickup date. I returned on said date. The zipper was ready and the price delightfully lower than quoted. I will return to them for any future needs.
This is truly an amazing vet practice. I've taken all of my critters (dog and cats) to Dr. Ross over the years, and just recently started with Dr. Meranda for my new fur baby, Petunia Jo. From the front desk to the medical staff, this practice truly cares about their clients and parents. My previous dog was very anxious and the practice was excellent in formulating a sedation protocol and so kind in handling his quirks. It made me feel good knowing I wasn't being judged as a parent of an anxious animal. Also, the practice has been great in getting all my pets in on short notice for minor crises. It was great to bring them to a known practice rather than an emergency vet. Overall, I'd recommend them to any pet parent and feel their prices/policies are in line with other competitors in the area.

We recently tasked Fortune Restoration with restoring and/or repairing the exteriors and interiors of the existing windows in our 1890 Wrigleyville condo unit and basement. They replaced the existing storms (including two that they custom-built) and also did repairs/refinishing on some of our unit’s interior woodwork. At the same time, they worked with our condo association to restore our building’s wooden front door entrance and also repaired and repainted a section of the building’s exterior bay window area. Amazing doesn’t cover it for Tom and his team. They are knowledgeable, timely, very efficient, flexible, unfailingly courteous and true craftsmen. We look forward to having them back any time. It's a good, old fashioned shoe repair shop that specializes in leather. They've fixed several pairs of shoes, made them match, and look good. They also fixed a leather belt for me! it's a personable place. I'd definitely go back if we weren't moving.
