They have an ample parking space @ front and at the back of the Salon . I had my haircut, last week, color, and style by Joanne. Our first meeting was consultation. During our conversation ,Joanne asked questions, listens & clarifies what I need . She is honest about an achievable results and she recommended what works better with the type of my hair. She is adaptable to the haircut& style that I want, I like her technique , my haircut frames my face and gives volume and easy to style. My hair color compliments my skin tone. She devoted her time to get the shade &, tone down my high lights to get the right color I want. She is transparent with her prices, ($250.) and I achieved the best results I was looking for.

They were very professional and explained the whole process so we understood what was happening and why certain things had to be done.
What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just dry the obvious areas, they checked surrounding walls and materials to make sure there wouldn’t be mold issues later. The equipment was set up neatly and they kept the area clean while working.

He was the only vet in the area who agreed to provide this service. Dr. Young meticulously completed the health forms and ensured that I had everything I needed, when I needed it. I am also grateful for his compassionate exam of my small dog (a Shih Tzu). The price for this service was completely fair in my opinion. Highest recommendation!

They even check up on her after the appointments and are available when needed. They took my furbaby in on a busy Saturday and fit her in to ensure that she was 100% healthy and nothing was wrong. They didn’t want her going into the weekend in pain, checked in on her and reminded me about her follow up appointment. Always great service and hospitality!
We recently tasked Fortune Restoration with restoring and/or repairing the exteriors and interiors of the existing windows in our 1890 Wrigleyville condo unit and basement. They replaced the existing storms (including two that they custom-built) and also did repairs/refinishing on some of our unit’s interior woodwork. At the same time, they worked with our condo association to restore our building’s wooden front door entrance and also repaired and repainted a section of the building’s exterior bay window area. Amazing doesn’t cover it for Tom and his team. They are knowledgeable, timely, very efficient, flexible, unfailingly courteous and true craftsmen. We look forward to having them back any time. I went two weeks ago (I think)… it was a long time without going to a salon because I was always scared of how they treat my hair (it’s thick and tend to frizz). After my visit I have recovered some curls! (I have curly hair but I don’t know why it was out of definition even giving it curly treatment) I am very happy with the results, I am also wearing my hair down again because now it has shape and looks like part of my personal style not as a crazy mess 😂. It's a good, old fashioned shoe repair shop that specializes in leather. They've fixed several pairs of shoes, made them match, and look good. They also fixed a leather belt for me! it's a personable place. I'd definitely go back if we weren't moving.
