I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. SHAPIRO and his AMAZING STAFF!!! I would give a rating of a 10 but there are not enough stars to do so. Dr. Shapiro has the BEST BEDSIDE MANOR! He not only is so amazing at what he does, but has compassion and makes you feel as comfortable during procedures as he can. Every single staff member acts just like him so professional,compassionate, and most importantly very highly skilled and extremely attentive!!! They really do care about their patients and want the best for them.Their office is so immaculate and runs so on time! They take pride in making sure everything is sterile to protect their patients. You never wait and deal with the normal issues you have at most Dr. offices. Whenever you call if they can't get to the phone you are immediately called back. Mark knows his stuff and is very processional. He explained the process and show me video of my filthy duct. WOW I had no idea that gross grimy muck build-up was in the ducts. So happy unwanted dust, dirt and allergens were removed, ducts are clean and sanitized. Highly recommend full system cleaning. I am telling friends and family because it is so worth getting it done! I called Diamond Carpet Cleaning regarding my cleaning needs. I made an appointment with them and they discussed the information pertaining to the cross in my appointment time. I received a reminder message the day before and the day of that they would be there within 30 minutes of the time I scheduled my appointment for. They were very pleasant and professional. She used to run the "Springfield Trim Shop" further west on Devon until the landlord didn't renew her lease. Sometimes because of travel I can't get my hair cut by Mila, and I really notice that others don't do as good of a job.

What I really like is how he makes himself available to his clients throughout the year, not just during tax time. I was in the process of starting my own business and gave Sandy a call for advice and he helped me get incorporated and saved me a ton of money. Dr. Oh came to my rescue when my carpal tunnel syndrome was at its worst. He was suggested by a cousin of mine whose symptoms of CTS were completely treated. Dr. Oh. is kind, caring and compassionate with me. My pain and numbness has been alleviated. Trigger points which contributed to my pain were treated. If it was not for him, I wouldn't be able function well in my job as a health care provider. Thank you Dr. Oh for your professional skills.

We used Fortune Restoration, in Nov of 2022, on our 1907 house located in Chicago.They did a fantastic job on all aspects. Professionalism, response times, flexibility, quality of work, and amazing crews were all 5 stars. (Also, respect for their crews).Our project entailed reconstruction of rotting porch, painting the front of the house, painting trim and windows frames, and tuckpointing the brick foundation.Being a home geek (construction, remodeling, etc) I always look for quality, knowledge, and respectable/reasonable price. While it was a lot of money, it was a ton of work.I think…. I could have hired separate people for each discipline and maybe saved a tiny amount… but why? This is what Fortune Restoration does… all day… all year… they are true professionals. They know their timing, materials, process, etc, etc.
