Office also made an effort to try to move my appointment sooner- if I had been available. Above and beyond! Communication is excellent via phone and text. Tech was on time, and stayed for an appropriate amount of time once done to ensure the problem was handled.“

“J. Blanton was great. I was not the nicest this morning when I called because I was super stressed about my plumbing being totally backed up for the second time in 6 weeks, and they were so sweet. They got someone out same day and communicated constantly until he arrived. Stephen was absolutely amazing. I had a different plumber out recently for the same issue that was terrible and basically swindled me. Stephen made me feel so much better, solved the problem, and explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I trust him 100% and will definitely ask for him if I ever have an issue again. He went above and beyond!

Update - J. Blanton just came out for routine maintenance and they were equally amazing as the first time I used them. They called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Brandon was so nice and explained everything to me without being condescending. He was also super sweet to my dog. My water needs to be replaced soon and he gave me all of my options without trying to oversell me. I would never use another plumbing company in this area because the service is so incredible with them. I cannot recommend enough.“

“I could not be happier with the service Edwin and team provided. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. Edwin was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions and was very patient with us in making sure all the issues were addressed. “Quick responses from a professional company. Although it was peak season for AC’s, they were able to send a crew over within 24-hours. This was so critical for us with 3 young kids in the house and the temps rising to 85 degrees.

Angelique on the phone gave clear instructions on what I needed to do before the service guys showed up. Ramod & Eric were courteous and wore shoe covers as they entered the house. They took a quick look and knew what needed to be done immediately.

As a Realtor, I’ve changed many an AC units and their prices were very fair. We ended up repairing instead of a new AC unit. The repair was less than what he originally quoted. How is that for honest service?! Amazing!

They will have to come back for a service ($99) as we ran out of time.
