I had an issue with my spigot because it was stripped & can’t use a power washer for another project I had planned on doing. I googled plumber near me & I found Kavana’s Plumbing with 30 years of experience, so I decided to contact them. I spoke to Henry & told him my multiple pluming issues & he was explaining what my issues were & he told me that I need a shutoff valve. He told me to take pictures of the issues & I did. When he responded, I was surprised by his honesty by telling me that I don’t need a shutoff valve but just a handle. He came by the following day to look at the issues. He looked at my toilet & told me the issue & recommended to do it myself because it’s much cheaper. He went to the store to buy materials for the job & bought for me the parts that I needed to fix it. He replaced the spigot with a new one. What I really liked is that he said he was going to finish the job & he did even though it was dark outside, he finished the job. If you are looking for a honest , reliable professional Plumber, call Henry. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. I will be calling him again for any other issues in the future.
