My experience was peaceful from beginning to end. I enjoyed the 360 shower, sauna, and zen lounge area. My massage was exactly what I needed to start the year. I felt welcome and cared for throughout my visit.
Living far away, I wanted to make sure my sister had the best facial experience to start her 50th birthday weekend celebration. From the moment I called in, Renee was extremely helpful in helping me plan the perfect day for the birthday girl. The amenties were at her disposal up to an hour before her service if she wanted. I dropped her off and picked up one happy birthday girl. She said Lisa gave her the most hydrating facial and listened to everything she wanted. She ended up with the Essence Signature Facial. Had a great experience here, Juliana gave me an amazing and relaxing deep tissue massage, came out feeling so much younger! You should definitely check this place out! Hands down best spa in Chicago
