Jen is a perfectionist - which is what you want from someone doing your lashes. We try new things every 3 weeks. Whether you are looking for someone for a one time event - or regular appointments- Jen is your girl! I fall into a dreamy state while she works her magic on my lashes. I love the podcasts she plays during the appointments. Highly recommends Jen at Serial lash!
Best lashes in Chicago! I've been seeing Jen for many many years and I am very satisfied. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful my lashes are. She's also incredibly fun to talk to and makes the time she's applying the lashes fly by. She's so passionate about lashes and giving everyone the best possible experience.
Jen is an AMAZING esthetician. She's an absolute perfectionist in each and every service she provides. I've patronized her business for more than 20(!) years. During that time, she has done wonderful work on my nails, toes, brows, waxing and especially my LASHES. I am constantly complimented on them. My lashes are my signature look and it's all because of Jen. I don't even need makeup because her work make my eyes pop so much You MUST try her!
