5 stars for Flooring Xpress. We had a miscommunication around the installation date, but what mattered most was how quickly they worked to make it right. Solo was responsive, stayed in communication with us, and helped get the installation rescheduled quickly.
They were also very helpful with access coordination and the key handoff, which made things much easier since I couldn’t stay onsite for the entire install. The crew did a great job with the carpet, and everything looked clean and well installed when I came back to inspect it.
There was also a cleanup/haul-away item that needed follow-up, and they were responsive in getting that addressed as well.
Within a month, new LVP floor already has a soft, bouncy spot at a transition. This is a basic installation issue.
When I reported it, I was told someone would “call within 7 working days.” That kind of delay for a clear workmanship defect is frustrating and not professional.
I expect this to be addressed quickly and correctly, not delayed. I will update this review based on how the issue is resolved.
Great experience replacing our condo flooring. Fast removal of old laminate, careful LVP installation, and clean finish. The team was professional and efficient. Very happy with the result and would use them again.

We recently hired Solomon and his amazing team to remodel our kitchen, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, Solomon was incredibly professional, attentive, and ensured every detail was addressed. His team was also fantastic because they were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled.
What really stood out was their commitment to quality. They took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. The entire process was smooth, and they completed the job ahead of schedule without going over budget, which we truly appreciated.
Our kitchen now looks absolutely stunning modern, functional,… read full review
