Roughly a year ago I found Amplified in a website. A day later I was emailing with the owner Angie explaining my situation... I loved Mat Pilates, but had struggled all year with lower back pain from constant travel. I needed flexible hours for practice and lots of supervision!! Here we are now. I haven’t had a single back issue since starting my practice. I mix it up between private sessions, class and jump board. The instructors feel like family in the way that they support and challenge you. In fact, there has never been a goal where they didn’t jump in to help drive results. I absolutely love this studio and the people that make it amazing!
