Recent storm winds caused our neighbor’s large tree to fall into our front yard, leaning on a fence. The Davey crew meticulously and methodically removed the tree and all debris leaving both yards clean and undamaged. It was remarkable, really. Then a few days later, we watched them remove a huge, damaged tree in a walled yard across the alley, where again, they carefully removed the tree, preserving the old brick wall and surrounding buildings and landscaping. They are professionals.
Davey has done a great job keeping my ash tree healthy despite the threat from the emerald ash borer. My one complaint is that their service renewal seems to have slipped in recent years. I have to remind them to send me a renewal and then make sure to follow up with them to make sure they actually schedule service (insecticide or fertilizer).
I highly recommend the Davey Tree company. From the initial visit and estimate to the work being performed, they were professional, friendly, and showed great expertise and care. The team who did the removal were on time and efficient, and communications were clear and effective.
