Inner G: Restorative and Holisitic Care

Normally seeing this many 5 star reviews would seem odd, but having been to Inner G twice now, I also give it a 5-star rating. I've had a great experience both times I've been and look forward to more visits in the future. I also found the online booking system relatively easy to use (just a lot of options for first time customers!) and I appreciate being able to book quickly online.

I made an appointment for 1pm, received an appointment confirmation, arrived at 12:50 as instructed in the pouring/freezing rain in 30-degree weather. I couldn't access the building to get inside and nobody ever showed up. I called multiple times, left multiple messages, texted the number, and then at 1:15pm left. I finally heard back at 1:40 and I hope they're actually going to follow through and refund my deposit. I guess they give good massages....if they show up. But for me, I can't say I'm tempted to try my fate again with them considering how completely unprofessional and awful this experience was. I've been in physical therapy for months but muscle tightness was limiting my recovery. I decided to try medical massage for the first time and it was immediately impactful and accelerated my recovery. It's been great working with Francis who is covered by my insurance, which is a bonus.
