They called after I noticed bed bugs. The tech came to service my property and was very professional. I was on edge about seeing the droppings, but his knowledge, expertise, and easy-going personality helped put me at ease. Moreover, He did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the garage. Next, the tech put down a variety of chemicals. He was very detailed explaining the entire process.
The tech is awesome! We had a random ant issue last year and again this year. EZ is super responsive and professional. He's on time, thorough and stands by his work. Truly a wonderful human being! they are my go-to guy when I run into pest issues.
It was quite apparent to my wife and I that He was genuinely interested in assisting us. We called other businesses, which didn’t have the level of empathy, that He exhibited to us, and they were higher in price also. The other businesses tried unsuccessfully, to use scare tactics on us. We felt so relieved that He was on the case, we immediately had peace of mind, as we hung up the phone! He did not disappoint; he went above & beyond our expectations. I highly recommend They were.
