When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. “I decided to call Rangel after receiving a quote of $12,000 from someone else saying I needed to replace the system completely. Rangel was able to help me with my upstairs furnace last time so I decided to call them again. They were able to fit me in on the same day and he was able to fix the furnace and fluid pipe. Fidel was honest about the furnace's condition and explained all of the work he was going to do and why he was going to do it. I really appreciate it because the heater is now back on and working. He also went back into the crawlspace to get me a picture of where to put my filter, and fixed my door to the crawlspace without any prompting ensuring it closed easily and without getting stuck. “Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“
