Jan and team are great. He takes the time to understand what the issue is before sending someone out. He had me take pictures of the problem toilet so he knew what model to send parts with the plumber so they didn't have to run back and forth.

We had three plumbers come before Jan to correct the original plumber's mistakes. Jan was the only plumber that corrected the plumbing issue. He was on-time, conscientious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

If I had known that Jan's copper plumbing was going to be so beautiful, I would have asked him to install it inside the room insted of inside the wall.I spoke to several companies about my project. Vanguard was the only one that found a balance between what I wanted and what my 130 year old house needed. Jan resolved the complicated venting and draining issues and created an elaborate system in my basement bathroom and kitchen which will be invisible and take up no space. Best of all, I didn't have to add another vent out the roof.Jan and his crew were funny, personable and very experienced.
