“Everyone should go see Taylor Chapperon at the Andersonville location! She is literally a skin magician. My skin has done a complete 180 within six months through a combo of facials every 5-6 weeks and changing my products. I know some people may not want product recommendations but for me, that's been one of the best parts of this process because Taylor analyzes your skin (essentially at the microscopic level) and makes products that are going to work for YOUR specific skin. With SkinTok and a constant inundation of skincare recommendations and advice, I find knowing what products to use (especially now that my skin is changing in my mid 30s) really overwhelming. Taylor has such a calming, positive presence, her facials are by far the best I've ever had, and all of her recommendations have been phenomenal. Truly cannot recommend her enough!“

“I absolutely love this place and all the women that work there. I had my surgery in Chicago a very good surgeon but lacked the aftercare knowledge and was very honest. I was referred to the Chicago Doll Experience where I was honest with them and let them know I knew absolutely nothing about my after care. They immediately went to work and got me right together got me fitted into the prefect faja, forms and got my massages set up for me in advance they are very knowledgeable about what they do very caring and compassionate with the work and service they offer. I’m convinced I’m in the best hands and I’ve never had to second guess them and I’m comfortable and confident in the advice they’ve giving me I literally feel better and better after each visit and I’m so glad I found them cause I would be a complete mess and lost without them. “I booked the Palmer House “Spa + Social” for my bestie’s bachelorette party and we had the best time! The booking process was extremely easy and everyone I spoke to was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole process (and acommodating of my many changes…it was a large group!)

On the day of our event, the spa was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and our group had a fabulous time. Everyone enjoyed their treatments and being able to use the spa facilities as well as the special touches in our private relaxation/party: champagne, snacks and a gift bag with the comfiest robe ever.

I personally loved the “Sole Revival” spa treatment…which if you wear heels regularly or are getting your 10,000+ steps daily, you need this. My calves were so tight and my massage therapist completely unlocked them to where I felt like I was walking on a cloud the rest of the weekend. Even though she was using a lot of pressure to get out the many knots, I didn’t find it painful and was actually able to relax and almost fall asleep. Also, I had a special request to not use fragrance oils/lotions (specifically lavendar) and they were able to accommodate me.

The products which are made in house all feel and are scented beautifully, and after my cleansing, mask, exfoliation and extractions (Magally used wax on my t-zone area which was so refreshing!) my face feels fantastic. You have to try everything on their menu of skin care, my favorites are the Hadado and the Glow Method, I also recommend the buccal! The environment is super relaxing, it smells heavenly.
