We've had J Blanton come out for work before and they have always confirmed arrival times and have been punctual. Today we had just some routine maintenance as part of the no drip club. The technician, Drew, was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Robert Dankha my technician was great and gets the 5 stars. He was there as soon as he could be and quickly figured out the actual problem which was not the estimated one exactly, got the right parts, and fixed the issue. I found J. Blanton the company difficult and expensive however. They took a deposit but never scheduled a visit until I called and then waited on hold for a long time. I would give them 2 stars.

Jacob and the other reps from J. Blanton were very knowledgeable and professional. There were some issues with our sewer and they had to work in the sun and rain for over 15 hours over 2 visits. Very nice to do business with.
