“Molly and her staff are incredibly caring and helpful. I had to board a friend's dog when she went into the hospital. Molly picked up Pepper, an elderly dog with limited eyesight, and immediately showed the care she would receive on a daily basis. When we learned that my friend would never be able to go home again, a staff member of Molly's decided to adopt sweet Pepper, and now Pepper has a wonderful forever home. I can't imagine this incredible personal care being shown by everyone, and I can't thank Western Wag and its staff enough.“

“Adorable little place! It's obvious the owner Nicole knows what she's doing, and that she adores dogs. My dog doesn't need grooming but we go there for nail trimming (she fights me) and to express her anal glands. We don't need an appointment for that which is good because she's always in the middle of grooming a dog. Nicole is super nice and very no nonsense and the entire process takes 5-10 minutes tops.Today she said the nails weren't very long and she didn't charge me! Who would do that? I love the little store, it's clean and inviting and even smells good.I highly recommend it!“

I was very, very careful when picking a groomer and my expectations have been exceeded on all levels. She’s always happy and looks fantastic when I pick her up. I’ve received several compliments on her grooms and have even had people ask me if she was freshly groomed weeks after she was! Delaney is also very easy to work with for drop off and bookings!“

“I bring my two golden retrievers to Sarah and her crew at Friendly Paws and they come back so soft, fresh cut and smelling great. I don’t trust leaving my dogs with just anyone and Sarah has made such a nice, calm friendly space for the dogs to get groomed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great trustworthy groomer.“
“I love Yogi's playhouse and grooming took my four month old Yorky, and although they couldn't fully cut most of his hair, they bathe him, cut his nails, cleaned his face and trim all his practice areas and finally bushed him perfectly. My Yorky never looked better. Alfredo was the best. Thank you so much for taking care of our doggy. Ohh and did i mansion it only took him 30-40 mins to finish my pup. Amazing service will definitely come back. Thank you!!“

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to ask me his details and ensuring I was comfortable leaving him with them. “If I could give 100 stars, I would. My husband and I chose Burnham Park Animal Hospital to care for our puppy when we were living in the South Loop. A few months ago we moved out to Irving Park, and we both came to the quick consensus that BPAH would remain our vet despite the distance. Everyone there shows our dog and us so much compassion and care. We’ve had experiences with three of their vets— Dr. Phillips, Dr. Antonicic, and Dr. Schell. They have all been beyond amazing, informative, and so genuinely caring. Their vet techs/front desk staff are just as caring and kind. Their emergency services (and prices!) FAR surpass the services at MedVet, which we have gone to once. Our dog is never scared to go to the vet/leave the room without us and happily greets every staff member there, which tells me they’re just as amazing behind the scenes as they are when we are present in the room. I truly can’t speak highly enough of Burnham Park Vet. We feel blessed to have them care for our sweet boy.“
