“We take our 8 month old puppy, Rocky, here for boarding and love it so much! You can tell they love all their dogs and take such good care of them. They do so many fun additional activities for the puppies (like pool days and splash pads on the warm days) & post so many pictures and updates of your pup. Rocky gets so excited when we drop him off-we travel a lot so it’s so nice knowing he is in good hands here :)”
“Wen and Jenn at Back to Basics were wonderful to work with. We came into our private training lessons with Jenn overwhelmed with our reactive and highly distractible Pyrenees Bobbi. Our previous training gave us a foundation for basics but was not helping us or Bobbi with her reactivity and excitement around other dogs. Jenn patiently worked with us and Bobbi and since the completion of our training Bobbi has steadily improved her calmness around other dogs and attentiveness towards us on walks. Months ago we couldn't even think about walking past another dog on the same sidewalk because Bobbi would jump at any dog she saw, not to be aggressive, but to play. She would lock onto dogs across the street and lay down which was frustrating when we were trying to walk her on a time crunch, she pulled like a freight train even with corrective harnesses, and would completely ignore us. Jenn gave us the tools to manage these issues and now we don't dread walks anymore. She is much more attentive to us, and mostly ignores dogs that are across the street or farther away, which is insane considering she used to lay down for dogs a block away from us. Jenn gave us some redirection tools that allow us to easily re-route her now when we see potential issues with other dogs arise, and we have also gotten her pulling much more under control. If Jenn and Wen were able to help us and our crazy pup, I'm confident they can help you as well!”
“I did two weeks of board & train for my reactive dog Gracie. From the very beginning, all of the staff have been kind and professional and answered all my questions quickly through email. Gracie’s trainers, Ty and Kyle, have been absolutely wonderful. They have been so patient, compassionate, and understanding of her unique needs. Gracie can be nervous and reactive, so finding people who truly take the time to understand her and work at her pace has meant so much to us.<br><br>I received thorough updates and photos of Gracie’s progress throughout the week. It was so wonderful and encouraging to see Gracie blossom and gain confidence as time went on. Her training has given her the tools to navigate situations that would normally be overwhelming for her. Gracie went from not being able to see or pass a dog without reacting defensively out of fear, to actually making friends with other dogs, including relaxing on the couch without a muzzle next to her new friend Yellow. I’m so happy with how far Gracie has come with the help and love from her trainers. Just as importantly, they’ve given me the knowledge and support to better understand her and help her succeed by continuing her training at home.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for Gracie and for me. They genuinely care about the dogs they work with, and it shows in everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for patient, compassionate, and truly exceptional trainers.”

“We absolutely love Found Chicago Board & Train! They are truly the best, and we have so much peace of mind knowing Bruno is always so well taken care of. We trust and appreciate every staff member we’ve interacted with and, most importantly, everyone who takes the time to care for and get to know Bruno.<br><br>One of my favorite things is seeing how excited Bruno gets every time we pull up whether it’s for daycare or boarding. He knows exactly where he’s going, and seeing him so happy and excited to be there is the best feeling and gives us so much comfort. He’s known by name, and you can genuinely tell that the staff knows him, cares about him, and treats him well.<br><br>Our dog definitely has his quirks and can be a little on the high-maintenance side when it comes to his care, especially because of his IBD and breed. The Found team has always been so attentive and puts much love, patience, and effort into making sure he’s comfortable, happy, and well cared for while keeping us informed at the same time.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with Found Board & Train and are so grateful to have a place we can trust with our boy. “When my partner and I first heard about Canine Perspective, we had already gone through one failed training experience. We were hopeful, but also skeptical. Looking back now, choosing Canine Perspective was truly one of the best decisions we have ever made for Mylo.<br><br>The change we have seen in him is incredible. Mylo is a happier, more confident dog, and because of everything we have learned through his training, we are able to do so much more with him and enjoy experiences together that we never thought would be possible. We understand him better, know how to communicate with him, and feel so much more confident handling situations that used to feel overwhelming.<br><br>One of the biggest moments for us was recently taking Mylo to the vet. Before training, his vet visits had been extremely difficult and stressful for everyone involved, so going back was something we were very nervous about. This time, he did AMAZING. Seeing him handle a situation that had been so difficult for him in the past was such an emotional and rewarding moment for us. It really showed us just how far he has come and how much this training has changed his life.<br><br>Most importantly, Mylo gets to experience more of life with us instead of being limited by his fears and reactivity. He is happier, and we are happier and more confident dog parents because of it. “My 11month S.A Boerboel had an appt here today. I must say the staff was attentive, kind and understanding, from the front desk Rosa who was very kind, to my dogs groomer Brittany, and the other young guy apologies I didn't get his name. Any who the service and grooming was great, I was happy they were able to take my 140lb male boerboel, its hard finding a groomer that will deal with this breed. I reached out many leaving messges, with refusal of taking him because of his size and type of breed. Brittany was able to read my dogs body language and did a slow approach til she saw fit he was comfortable. She made me feel comfortable that my dog will be in good hands. I know he is alot to handle but she handle this massive breed like it was nothing”

“Hasani is more than your average dog trainer. He has an expert-level understanding of canine behavioral shaping and modification strategies. Virgil, our 11-month-old Doberman Pinscher, completed the 3 week board and train program. He was already a good boy, but still had some annoying puppy behaviors and needed more obedience in general, as he could be quite willful at times.When Virgil returned from the board and train, his behavior was vastly improved, and many of his annoying behaviors were virtually eliminated. He also acquired many new skills and commands that make it easier to manage him in any situation, and help him to better regulate fears and anxieties so that he is a more calm and confident dog.Hasani took a lot of time to really educate on how to interact with Virgil for the best results. I learned a lot about proper leash-handling, behavioral redirection, and productive play that I never would have considered, and haven’t heard from any other trainer or class. This continues into the generous follow-up sessions that he provides.We wanted Virgil to be the sort of dog that can be taken to public spaces, social gatherings, and on trips. Hasani certainly delivered on this. I would say that the program works for more than just dogs with problem behaviors, and is a great investment in providing the best quality of life for you and your dog. Hasani is patient, knowledgeable, and clearly brings a high level of integrity into his work.”
“There was one time that Higgins upset me but it was more my reaction than them. Other than that, they were perfect. I have lived in 8 states, even more cities, and taken my dogs to many, many vets and let me tell you, I miss Higgins more than you can imagine. If they were in Las Vegas, I would go to them for everything.”

“I’m here to say you’ll never find anyone who cares more for your dog than Molly and her crew at WW. They are beyond kind, loving, and helpful. When my guy Snoopy is acting “off” or sick, Molly is always there with advice or just a helping hand. They’ve come through for me in so many emergencies over the years. All the employees (many have been there for years) are kind, dedicated, and professional. Snoopy is not super social, but he’s always excited when we pull up! I switched jobs and WW is completely out of the way for me, but I’ll never stop going there. I can’t recommend them enough!<br>AND their Insta is hilarious. They have birthday/holiday parties that are so cute and funny. I swear the dogs have a blast!”

“I’m a regular at Petco. Everything from Vetco on Sundays to grooming every six weeks with Jesse the groomer who is phenomenal with my three Pomeranians, I’m always at Petco. The majority of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. they are always willing to take time out to inform me of various products and services. There is even willing to listen to my animal stories. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.”
