I called Frigidaire and after a long wait was told that they couldn't help me with my problem and gave me a link to find local authorized repair services. When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. Excellent service, ended up costing me nothing, so they are trustworthy and honest. Thank you so much!!

This was the best experience I've ever had I paid 2 different companies They couldn't provide the service A Appliance Inc. provided amazing service to me for my appliance needs. My washer is working 100% effective now actually better than when I first purchased my washer & dryer. The best part of the service besides the knowledge of the tech Juan was the communication and details. Juan showed me exactly where others went wrong and he solved my issues fast clean and professional and cleaned up the work spacelike he was never there, amazing place to call I recommend them to all my friends & family now for a lifetime.
