It was my first time going to this location and the staff was very helpful. All the staff were very considerate of all pets AND pet parents which was nice. The doctor was very through in explaining what treatments or tests were needed and why. They made sure my cat was taken care of gently and conforted the entire time. As a cat mom i was so anxious but this place made sure to get rid if any uncertainty I had.They were upfront with the price too which I appreciated.
When I recently moved to Chicago, I was unsure where to go for my new puppy. Luckily, I live very close to this vet, but I got even luckier with the amazing care from all the vets and staff! They are so friendly from start to finish, and you can tell they truly care for our pets. We were originally assigned to Dr. MacLeish (amazing), but we also saw Dr. Clay-Smith (also amazing) on short notice when my dog needed to be seen sooner. They also call a few days later to check in, which is greatly appreciated.
