Cannot say how much I love Dr Clay-Smith and her entire staff. They are so caring, loving, and considerate. We do not live near her facility, but deliberately travel in to have her care for our Doberman. I wouldn’t take my dog any place else!

I love all the vets and staff at Animal Advocate. I’ve been taking my 2 cats there for just about 4 years now. They have been great about getting me in quickly when my kitties are sick and their treatments have always gotten them better.My youngest cat got spayed here last summer. As always they review all the pricing with you about everything up front, so there is never a surprise charge. I dropped my cat off in the morning and picked her up a few hours later. Everything went perfectly. After every visit they reach out a few days later to check in.I would highly recommend Animal Advocate for anyone who lives downtown or the surrounding areas.

This pet hospital is a true gem. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to open early so I could drop my dog off before work, I can’t speak enough to the care and support Dr.Clay gave my pet, she is an older Pom and had her teeth cleaned here, the results were great she no longer has build up on her teeth. The pricing is the best I’ve seen for any vet in the west loop, loop or river north area. Thank you!!
