Eric, the Bed Bug Slayer!!! Clear and timely response to initial call. Easy to set up ASAP appointment (aren't all bed bug exterminator appts ASAP?) and flexible re: home owners' schedule. Initial service visit was within 1.5 days of call and lasted a couple hours. Eric was very knowledgable and open to questions. The pesticide used does not have a chemical/pesticidy smell, but rather a quiet lavender'ish scent. Actually quite pleasant. Super fast response, they came the same day we called. The technician, Mike was very thorough, and diagnosed, and inspected all the areas indoors where activity was detected and outdoors to evaluate potential entry points. He baited and sealed all openings. I really loved that they take before and after pictures of the work they performed. They came back 14 days later and this time the owner performed the service. He was very thorough in inspecting for any activity or any adjustments needed. I am extremely pleased with Eco Pest Solutions for the work they did at my home and will recommend them to anyone with the same type of problem we had.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Eco Pest Solutions. The tech Rafael was extremely professional, polite and patient, he took his time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease that my pest issues would be resolved. They also came at time we specified during our appointment setup, overall great customer service.
