After visiting nearly five other optical shops, I was told no one had the simple part I needed.<br><br>Then I met Sydney.<br><br>She immediately took charge, searched through the store's repair kit, and found exactly what I needed. Not only did she fix the issue, but she also gave me a couple of spare parts so I'd be covered if the same problem ever came up again.<br><br>This may have seemed like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference to me.
