Recently, on 2/21, I was lucky enough to schedule Mak B. cleaning services to clean a large area rug and complete some upholstery cleaning (two ottomans, a couch, and a loveseat). From the beginning, working with Tom was effortless. I shopped around about services and his prices were immediately extremely competitive. Other companies were offering alternative and extra services where Tom gave me an immediate quote that never shifted. We have the luxury of owning cream materials with two dogs. We had a loveseat and sofa cleaned for the first time since purchase. He did an outstanding job! The dirty water showed the results. Very responsive, detailed, easy to work with and polite. I will be using him again for future needs.
